Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and health organizations. But that is low yet among the OECD countries. Calamities are started In most work inexperience and safety consciousness absence. So, we can know that education is how important. Domestic small and medium enterprises are in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, not enough preparedness of safety equipments. But, the safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively and applied systematically. Therefore, the most important among many means to reduce calamity is the safety and health education. An efficient education will supply suitable knowledge and technology to work people. And that will lead to prevent accident by building right habit and attitude. This research did the survey about problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises. That survey is done to three groups of workers, administrators and managers. We compared domestic safety and health education system and advanced foreign system. And, analyzed problems and presented a solution. Finally, this research presented efficient operation model of the safety and health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

Comparing the rate of accident in 1999 with 1998, that has been increased about 0.06%. The 56 percentage of industrial accident had been occurred by new employer, who has been worked less than 1 year, in 1999, therefore safety training and education is required for those new employer. 기업 생산 활동의 중요한 요소 4가지를 살펴본다면 사람, 기계, 원료, 방법이라고 이야기 한다. 기업에서는 생산성을 높이기 위하여 각종의 여러 기법등을 통하여 생산성 향상에 촛점을 두고 있다. 그러나 생산성 향상만큼 중요한 것은, 기업이 생산활동을 하는데 있어 기업의 손실을 최대한으로 감소시킬 수 있느냐에 따라서 기업의 성공여부가 결정될 수 있을 것이다. 기업에서 발생되는 손실부분중 커다란 부분을 차지하고 있는 것이, 산업재해로 인한 인적·물적인 손실이라고 할 수 있다. 현재 기업의 산업안전에 관한 실태를 살펴보면 인간중심의 안전관리보다는 기계중심의 안전관리가 더 우월하게 이루어지고 있다. 산업재해를 예방하기 위한 방법으로 기업 내에서 실시되는 산업 안전 교육이 기업 내에서 효율적으로 자리잡아 기업의 생산성 향상에 도움이 되고자 한다.

최근 지진 및 자연재해의 영향으로 인한 노후 건축물의 위험도가 높아지고 있으며, 이러한 시설물에 대한 정기적인 안전점검 및 유지관리의 필요성이 더욱 대두되고 있다. 특히나 소규모 노후시설물의 경우 정기적인 안전점검이 이루어지지 않는 경우가 많고, 내진성능평가가 이루어지지 않은 시설물도 많다. 본 연구에서는 준공 후 40년 이상 된 소규모 교육시설의 정밀안전점검 결과를 분석하여, 향후 유지관리 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

단위 학교에서 교육과정 실행 중 발생하고 있는 각종 안전사고는 현재까지 안전교육 체계의 대폭적인 수정을 요구하고 있다. 그러한 수정 방법 중의 하나로 연구자는 내러티 브에 주목한다. 최근에 교육과정을 설계할 때에 내러티브를 활용하는 방안에 대하여 활 발한 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 내러티브 교육과정 설계는 내러티브라는 인간의 인식론 적 도구를 바탕으로 교육과정의 목표, 내용, 교수, 평가의 일련의 과정을 정렬하는 과정 이다. 본 연구는 내러티브에 기반하여 초등학교에서의 안전 교육과정을 어떻게 설계할 수 있을 것인지 그 가능성을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하 여 2장에서는 안전교육과 내러티브 교육과정의 이론적 측면을 다루었으며, 3장에서는 내러티브에 기반한 초등학교 안전 교육과정 설계의 방향과 원리를 제시하였다. 4장에서 는 Lauritzen과 Jaeger의 내러티브 설계모형을 제시하여 안전교육과정 설계의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 내러티브에 기반한 초등학교 안전 교육과정 설계는 현재의 안전교육을 보 완하여 체험 중심의 실질적인 안전교육 시스템을 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기 대한다.

최근 들어 기후변화와 같이 단일 국가에 국한되지 않은 재해 및 재난에 대한 논의가 활발해지는 가운데 국제 공동연구 및 국제화에 대한 관심과 저변이 확대되고 있다. 이에 재해관리 및 안전교육 분야 역시 국제 공동 프레임워크(Framework) 구축이나 공동 대응에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 현재 선진국에서 진행되고 있는 재난안전교육 현황을 조사하고, 국내의 소방방재청과 대학을 중심으로 수행되고 있는 교육 현황을 비교하고 분석하였다. 선진국은 주로 미국의 재난관리교육원(Emergency Management Institute)의 교육내용을 분석하였으며, 이에 더불어 미국 내에서 재난이나 안전관리에 관련된 교과목이 개설되어 학위를 수여하는 대학인 University of North Texas, Virginia Tech University, Oklahoma State University 등을 중심으로 분석하였다.분석 결과 미국을 비롯한 선진국에는 재난 및 안전관리를 담당하고 있는 공무원 중심의 교육과 관련직에 종사하기 위한 전문지식을 배우기 위한 학위과정으로 나누어져 상당히 체계적이고 자세한 교육이 이루어지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 재난대비를 위한 교육과 재난발생 시 행동요령, 안전행동요령 등 세분화된 교육이 실시되고 있었으며, 새로운 재난 형태인 기후변화까지를 포함하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 향후 소방방재청 및 국내 대학에서도 새로운 교육과목 및 교육과정을 개설하기 위한 기본 지침이 될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 또한 국내에 존재하는 교육과정에 중복이나 연계성 부족 등이 관찰되어 보다 장기간의 계획을 통해 체계적인 교육과정을 확립할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

일상생활을 살아나가면서 발생하는 안전사고 중에 어린이에게 가장 위협적인 사고는 보행 중 발생하는 교통사고이다. 사고발생 후의 대책이나 처리보다 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 어린이 스스로 몸을 유지할 수 있는 안전에 대한 바른 습관 및 태도를 형성시켜주는 교통안전 교육이 강조되야 한다. 본 논문에서는 기능성게임으로서 교통안전교육을 가장 효율적으로 학습할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 어린이의 몸을 활용해 교통안전 준수체험 교육훈련을 할 수 있는 체감형 교통안전교육게임을 설계해보고 3차원 동작인식기술을 다양한 기능성게임에 적용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
