취성특성을 가진 탄소섬유복합체의 인장특성을 결정하기 위해 ASTM D 3 0 39에 따라 인장시험을 실시하였다. 극한시 점에 박리, 부분파단으로 인해 스트레인 게이지의 계측값의 변동성이 커져 신뢰성을 확보하기 어렵기 때문에 극한응력과 탄성 계수를 이용한 유효극한변형률을 제안하고, 극한계측변형률과 상호보완하였다. 특히 게이지가 비정상적으로 작용할 경우에도 적용이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한 유효극한변형률을 결정하는 탄성계수는 단일시편에서 여러 변형률 구간에 대하여 평가하여 비교 검증할 수 있다.

전세계적으로 발생하고 있는 기후 이상으로 인하여 해수면이 상승되고 있고 각종 개발행위로 인하여 연안침식 현상은 우리의 안전을 본격적으로 위협하고 있다. 연안침식의 위험성을 인지한 각국은 연안침식에 대한 대응을 위한 노력을 경주하고 있고 우리 역시 1990년대에 이르러 연안 침식을 위한 각종 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 특히 법률유보원리에 따라 우리나라 역시 여러 법률을 통하여 연안침식에 대응하기 위한 정책을 구체화하고 있다. 연안관리법과 국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률, 공유수면 관리 및 매립에 관한 법률 그리고 자연재해대책법 등 연안침식관리를 위한 근거 법률은 적지 않게 존재하고 있다. 하지만 연안에 대한 전반적인 관리를 연안관리법이 연안침식 대응을 위하여 직접 봉사하는 법률이라고 볼 수 있지만 이에서도 연안침식에 대한 사항은 산재하여 규정되어 있어서 연안침식에 대한 실효적인 정책을 담보하고 있지는 못하고 있으며 다른 법률 역시 연안침식이 아닌 다른 목적을 위하여 규정된 법률이라는 점에서 그 적용에는 적지 않은 한계가 존재한다. 우리나라는 해역별 지형구조 및 퇴적환경에 따른 보다 다각적인 연안침식에 대한 대응방안이 요구됨에 불구하고 법률에서 이를 감안한 보다 실효적인 정책을 규정하고 있지 않다는 점에서 연안침식 대응에 있어 상당히 실효적인 정책을 추진하고 있다는 영국의 경험을 참고할 만하다. 영국은 연안침식 대응을 위하여 여러 법률을 제정․개정하고 있지만 영국의 정책에 있어 두드러지는 사항은 계획을 적극적으로 활용하고 있다는 것이다. 연안침식은 장기간에 걸쳐 서서히 그리고 갑작스럽게 발행한다는 사항에 주목하여 장기적 정책설정에 주안점을 두고 있는 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 연안침식대응을 위하여 다각적인 대응방향성을 고집하고 있다는 것 역시 주목할 만하다. 이에 우리 역시 보다 장기적인 수준에서 정책을 수립할 필요성과 각종 다양한 행위자 간의 협업을 유인할 필요성을 인정되는 것이 사실이라는 점에서 이를 반영하는 연안관리법 개정안을 고민하여야 할 것이다.

팬(fan)은 특정한 저작물이나 아이돌과 같은 스타 등을 열광적으로 좋아하면서 팬덤(fandom) 을 형성한다. 팬덤은 자율적이고 자치적인 불문율을 가지고 있으며, 성숙한 팬덤 문화가 점차 강조 되는 추세이다. 팬아트는 크게 두 가지 유형으로 창작된다. 첫째, 특정한 저작물을 원작으로 창작되는 경우로 팬아트는 원저작물의 2차적 저작물인 동시에 그 자체로 독립된 저작물에 해당한다. 이때 원작의 저작권 침해 문제는 팬아트의 목적과 비상업적 성격에 비추어, 공정이용 항변에 의해 방어될 수 있다. 한편 팬아트 작가가 다른 팬아트의 저작권을 침해하는 경우, 원작의 저작권자가 팬아트의 저작권을 침해하는 경우, 기타 팬아트의 저작권 침해가 문제 되는 경우에는 법적 책임뿐만 아니라 윤리적 비난가능성 또한 고려하여 판단해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 팬아트가 실존 인물을 대상으로 창작되는 경우로 그 대상 인물의 명예를 훼손하거나 인격권을 침해할 수 있다. 예를 들어 최근 논란이 된 알페스(Real Person Slash, RPS)에 의한 성적 대상화 문제나 딥페이크나 딥보이스 등의 인공지능 기술을 이용하여 특정 인물의 얼굴을 포르노 등 배우에게 덧입혀 만드는 음란물 이 바로 그것이다. 국내외적으로 심각한 문제로 지적되면서, 국내에서도 기존의 형사적 처벌과 민사적 손해배상책임뿐만 아니라 특별법을 제정함으로써 처벌을 강화해야 한다는 주장이 제기된다. 팬아트에 의한 권리가 침해되었다고 하여 법적으로 조치하는 것이 과연 실효성이 있을지 미지수이다. 형사적 처벌은 절차적으로나 실체적으로 한계가 있다. 오히려 콘텐츠/엔터테인먼트 기업이 팬덤 시장을 겨냥하여 사전에 성적 대상화를 기획하는 경우도 있다. 무엇보다 팬덤은 기본적으로 원작이나 대상 인물을 좋아하는 집단이므로 권리 침해가 발생하더라도 적극적으로 법적 조치를 할만한 실익이 없다는 지적도 분명 일리가 있다. 본고에서는 팬덤 문화 내에서 불문율처럼 존재 하는 팬아트 관련 자치규범을 파악하고, 이를 약관으로 성문화하여 플랫폼에 가입하는 팬들에게 적용할 수 있는 활용 방안을 모색한다. 이때, 팬아트의 저작권 침해, 명예훼손 내지 인격권 등 기타 권리침해 문제를 유형화하여 등급표시를 하는 방안으로 ‘팬아트 커먼즈 라이선스(Fan Art Commons License, FACL)’를 제안한다. 팬아트 창작 관련 약관을 마련하면 팬으로서는 무엇이 원작이나 대상 인물의 권리를 침해하는 것인지에 대해 예상 가능한 지침을 얻을 수 있다. 팬아트 약관이 저작권법상 온라인서비스제공자나 정보통신망법상 정보통신서비스 제공자에 의한 통지 및 게시중단 절차와 결합하는 것 또한 적절한 대응 방안이 된다. 팬아트 작가는 권리침 해의 가능성이 있는 창작활동에 대해 예상할 수 있고, 궁극적으로 원작 또는 실존 인물의 권리, 팬아트 작가의 권리 등을 아울러 판단함으로써 팬아트 문화의 법적 성숙도가 마련될 수 있을 것이다.

Teacher professional development is critical because teachers play a pivotal role in students' positive learning experience in schools. In particular, teachers' systematic class goal-setting practice is important for their performance outcomes such as effective classroom management and student learning. This study investigates the effects of teachers' engagement in class goal-setting activities using strategies derived from Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) framework as a systematic guideline by exploring the relationship among the four variables: teachers' class goal-setting, their partnership with stakeholders, teacher effectiveness, and student satisfaction. By using Process analysis techniques to estimate the dual mediation model on data from 55 elementary school teachers and their 1790 students, the findings indicate the positive relationship between teachers' systematic efforts for their class goal setting and student satisfaction was fully and sequentially mediated by teachers' partnership activities with the stakeholders and perceived teacher effectiveness. The findings propose the importance of teachers' systematic goal-setting strategies in their classes, which can be developed for professional development opportunities leading to successful performance outcomes. The study also highlights the various indirect effects produced by teachers' engagement in class goal setting. The practical implications of the research as well as theoretical contributions for teachers are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum extraction method suitable for the availability of biological activities in unripe apples known to be rich in functional components. Unripe apples ‘Hongro’ picked on May 28th, 2019 were extracted by various extraction methods (hot water, ethanol, enzymatic pre-treatment, ultrasonic wave, and subcritical water) and their extracts were investigated yield, effective component contents, and antioxidant activities. Overall, the yields by the extraction solvent were higher in water than in organic solvent(ethanol) because water-soluble compounds were eluted from a polar solvent. Total phenol contents of the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extracts were significantly higher in 6 times than hot water extract. Contents of flavonoid were highest in the ethanol extract at 29.14 mg QE/g. Contents of tannin and ursolic acid were also significantly higher in the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract. The DPPH radical and ABTS radical scavenging activities were the strongest in the ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract. Correlation between effective components and antioxidant activities was high in the total phenol content with ABTS and the ursolic acid content with DPPH (p<0.01). The above results suggested that ultrasonic wave (ethanol) extract of unripe apples has the potential to act as a functional material.

The topic of this study is the field of humanitarian logistics for disaster response. Many existing studies have revealed that compliance with the golden time in response to a disaster determines the success or failure of relief activities, and logistics costs account for 80% of the disaster response cost. Besides, the agility, responsiveness, and effectiveness of the humanitarian logistics system are emphasized in consideration of the disaster situation’s characteristics, such as the urgency of life-saving and rapid environmental changes. In other words, they emphasize the importance of logistics activities in disaster response, which includes the effective and efficient distribution of relief supplies. This study proposes a mathematical model for establishing a transport plan to distribute relief supplies in a disaster situation. To determine vehicles’ route and the amount of relief for cities suffering a disaster, it mainly considers the urgency, effectiveness (restoration rate), and uncertainty in the logistics system. The model is initially developed as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model containing some nonlinear functions and transform into a Mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model using a logarithmic transformation and piecewise linear approximation method. Furthermore, a minimax problem is suggested to search for breakpoints and slopes to define a piecewise linear function that minimizes the linear approximation error. A numerical experiment is performed to verify the MILP model, and linear approximation error is also analyzed in the experiment.

This article considers the content and utilization of cultural elements that promote effective learning in Japanese language education classes, based on a survey and analysis of cultural elements that Korean learners of Japanese are interested in. Effective learning means that learners ‘discover’ their own culture in the process of inter-action through learning and activities, recognize and understand other cultures, find problems through mutual understanding and critical thinking, and fosters cooperation and creative problem solving.　As a result of analyzing the cultural elements surveyed, <B2. Products(with substance)> in the analysis framework was the most common, followed by <C. Practices>. In this way, students, regardless of whether they majored in Japanese or not, were highly interested in products and practices as external cultural elements. However, it does not mean incorporating all the cultural elements that the learners desire into a class is proper. There are variables such as the environment and purpose of learning the target language, goals, interests, Japanese level, motivation to sustain learning, communication effectiveness, time constraints, and whether or not the learner is a Japanese major. It is necessary to incorporate ‘cultural elements’ with these limitations in mind.

제2차 세계대전 이후 전쟁의 형태가 변화하면서 군의 역할 또한 평시의 국민 보호 및 세계 평화의 수호를 위한 행위자로 변화되고 있다. 대표적으로 평화유지군의 경우 평화의 수호자로서 세계 각 지역의 분쟁과 내전이 종식된 지역에 파견되어 민간인 보호 임무를 수행하고 있다. 그러나 평화유지군이 가지고 있는 평화 수호자로서의 이미지는 최근 파병 지역에서 발생하고 있는 민간인 보호 임무 실패로 인해 재평가 되고 있 다. 특히 평화유지군 파병국가 가운데 내전 및 분쟁 이후 군사통합을 경험한 국가일수록 임무지에서의 민간인 보호 임무 실패가 두드러지게 발생하였다. 그러나 통일 독일의 군사통합 사례를 통해 군사통합으로 새로 이 구성된 군대 또한 국외 파병시 성공적인 임무 수행과 긍정적인 이미지 구축에 성공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 본 논문은 이념갈 등 완화, 교차배치정책, 전범 및 인권 탄압 범죄 가담자에 대한 통합 배 제가 군사통합 시 가장 중요한 요소로 작용한다고 보았다.

본 연구의 목적은 골프 입문자들을 대상으로 12주간 훈련을 통하여 수행한 스윙에서 유효타에 미치는 변인들을 분석하고, 이를 통하여 골프 입문자들의 페어웨이 안착을 위한 유효타 요인의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 골프 경험이 없는 입문자로 대학생 20명이 연구에 참여하였다(연령: 21.35±1.69yrs, 신장: 176.75±7.99cm, 체중: 70.70±9.76kg). 모든 대상자에게 12주간 골프 지도법에 따 른 프로그램을 실시하였고, 12주차에 트랙맨 4를 이용하여 골프 스윙 시 유효타에 미치는 변인들을 산출하였다. 트랙맨 자료는 클럽 변인과 볼 변인으로 구분하여 유효타에 영향을 미치는 변인을 알아보기 위하여 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 클럽 변인에서 높은 다이나믹로프트(p<.01)와 낮은 페이스앵글 (p<.05)은 유효타에서 나타났고, 볼 변인에서 빠른 볼스피드(p<.01), 큰 스매시팩터(p<.001), 높은 런치앵 글(p<.001), 많은 스핀레이트(p<.001)도 유효타에서 나타났다. 클럽 변인의 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 클럽스피드(p<.05)와 다이나믹로프트(p<.01)가 증가하면 유효타의 가능성이 증가하였고, 페이스앵글 (p<.001)이 증가하면 유효타의 가능성이 감소하였다. 클럽 변인에서 유효타의 영향력은 다이나믹로프트, 페이스앵글, 클럽스피드 순으로 나타났다. 볼 변인에서는 런치앵글(p<.05)이 증가하면 유효타의 가능성이 증가하였고, 런치디렉션(p<.05)이 증가하면 유효타의 가능성이 감소하였다. 볼 변인에서 유효타의 영향력 은 런치앵글, 런치디렉션 순으로 나타났다. 결과를 토대로 유효타의 확률을 증가시키기 위한 조건으로, 지속적인 연습을 통하여 스윙 시 높은 다이나믹로프트와 낮은 페이스앵글 구사를 통한 클럽스피드 증가가 필요하고, 이를 통하여 런치앵글 증가와 런치디렉션 감소를 통하여 유효타의 확률이 증가될 것으로 사료된다.

Paid search advertising is the most popular online advertising format, and many large firms allocate a considerable amount of their advertising budget to it. In contrast, small and medium-sized firms have a limited advertising budget that potentially forces them to experience the ineffectiveness of paid search advertising. In this study, we identify the various paid search advertising strategies that even small and medium-sized firms can implement and examine the effect of the different advertising strategies on the number of clicks as a primary advertising performance measure. Using the data regarding keyword advertising from a search engine, we find that advertisers can increase the number of clicks not only by increasing their bids, but also by optimal keyword selection, targeting, and active advertisement management. Our findings provide a practical insight that there are many other advertising strategies for the managers to utilize beyond budget efficiently.

The development of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) has dramatically changed the way of hotel booking. The increasing number of online consumers provides abundant data for demand forcasting in revenue management. The current methods e.g. historical data analysis, normally focus on studying consumers’ behaviors and preferences in the hotel but may not be able to integrate that out of the hotel such as dining, travelling, shopping and entertaining, which will bring crucial references to the co-relationship between these consumption and the way of hotel booking. This research adopts a persona approach to infer consumers’ preference probability by using a variety of real-time data. Quantitative methods are employed. In order to predict the booking needs accurately, this research establish a Bayesian network on the online platform for life service that can be associated with various consumer behavior data. The results indicate that in the environment of uncertain demand, the algorithm is effective and applicable, which will help directors of hotel revenue management in accurate price planning and decision making.

우리나라는 세계적인 해운국이자 수산국임에도 불구하고, 최근 선원의 인권 침해에 대한 문제가 지속적으로 조사·보도되고 있다. 특히, 이주 어선원들의 인 권침해 문제는 심각한 수준이다. 국제연합의 인신매매방지의정서 상의 인신매매의 정의는 한국 사회에서 일반적으로 생각하는 ‘사람을 물건처럼 사고파는 것’과는 개념이 다르다. 인신매 매방지의정서 상의 개념은 사기, 강박, 피해자의 지위나 환경 등을 이용하여 성 이나 노동력 등을 착취하는 것을 인신매매로 보고 있다. 현재 이주어선원들의 인권침해 보고서 상에 있는 사례의 수준이라면, 우리나라는 인신매매의 경로국 이자 종착지이다. 미국은 인신매매예방을 위하여 매년 인신매매보고서를 발간하고 있으며, 전 세계 191개국을 조사·평가하여 등급을 정하고 인신매매예방 활동이 취약한 국 가를 3등급으로 지정하여 경제적 제재조치를 가하고 있다. 우리나라는 1등급 국가이지만, 매 년 어선원 문제의 개선에 대해서 지적을 받고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대한 실질적인 개선조치가 없다면 언제든지 2등급 국가로 떨어질 수 있기 때문에 이 분야의 종사자들은 경각심을 가져야 한다. 이 논문에서는 인신매매에 대한 개념을 이해하고 미국의 인신매매방지 활동 등을 살펴보고 우리나라가 이주 어선원들에 대한 인권침해 예방을 위하여 개선 하여야 할 사항 등을 제안하고자 한다. 선원인권침해예방을 위해서는 정부의 실질적인 규제활동과 선원행정집행 공무원들의 교육·훈련이 필요하다.
