        본 연구는 국내 제약 산업을 대상으로 실패경험이 기업의 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 연구개발, 지식탐색 측면에서 탐구하였다. 기존 연구들은 실패의 원인을 규명 하거나, 감소요건에 대한 고찰위주로 연구하였으나, 실패가 기업의 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구는 드물다. 본 연구는 국내 제약 산업을 대상으로 10년간의 연구기간을 설정하여 실패가 혁신활동에 미치는 영향과 이러한 혁신활동이 급진적 혁신에 미치는 영향을 종단 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하자면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 실패경험은 탐험적 혁신활동을 촉진시키며, 이는 재무적 여유자본의 크기에 따라 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 실패경험은 지식탐색 측면에서 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 탐험적 혁신활동과 지식탐색범위의 상호작용은 급진적 혁신성과와 정(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실패를 부정적 견해로 바라보던 기존의 연구와는 다르게 학습과 혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 검증하여 경험적 증거를 제시 하였다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 이러한 연구결과를 기반으로 향후 연구의 발전방향을 제시하였다.

        본 논문에서는 차량용 반도체가 제품 출하 후 사용 환경에 따라 발생되는 불량률을 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 20세기 이후 가장 보편적인 이동 수단인 자동차는 전자 컨트롤 장치와 자동차용 반도체의 사용량이 급격히 증가하면서 매우 빠른 속도로 진화하고 있다. 자동차용 반도체는 차량용 전자 컨트롤 장치 중 핵심 부품으로 소비자들에게 안정성, 연료 사용의 효율성, 운전의 안정감을 제공하기 위해 사용되고 있다. 자동차용 반도체는 가솔린엔진, 디젤 엔진, 전기 모터를 컨트롤하는 기술, 헤드업 디스플레이, 차선 유지 시스템 등 많은 부분에 적용되고 있다. 이와 같이 반도체는 자동차를 구성하는 거의 모든 전자 컨트롤 장치에 적용되고 있으며 기계적인 장치를 단순히 조합한 이상의 효과를 만들어 내고 있다. 자동차용 반도체는 10년 이상의 자동차 사용 기간을 고려하여 높은 신뢰성, 내구성, 장기공급 등의 특성을 요구하고 있다. 자동차용 반도체의 신뢰성은 자동차의 안전성과 직접적으로 연결되기 때문이다. 반도체업계에서는 JEDEC과 AEC 등의 산업 표준 규격을 이용하여 자동차용 반도체의 신뢰성을 평가하고 있다. 또한 자동차 산업에서 표준으로 제시한 신뢰성 실험 방법과 그 결과를 이용하여 개발 초기 단계 및 제품 양산 초기 단계에서 제품의 수명을 예측 하고 있다. 하지만 고객의 다양한 사용 조건 및 사용 시간 등 여러 변수들에 의해 발생되는 불량률을 예측하는 데는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계점을 극복하기 위하여 학계와 산업계에서 많은 연구가 있어왔다. 그 중 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용한 연구가 다수의 반도체 분야에서 진행되고 있지만, 아직 자동 차용 반도체에 대한 적용 및 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 반도체 조립(Assembly) 과 패키지 테스트(Package test) 공정 중 발생 된 데이터들간의 연관성을 규명하고, 고객 불량 데이터를 이용하여 잠재 불량률 예측에 적합한 데이터 마이닝 기법을 검증하였다.

        Offering an apology is one of the common service failure recovery strategies. Previous studies focused on examining the effectiveness of apology from the customer perspective. It is not clear whether and how customers perceive firm remorse after an apology influence their blame attribution and coping behaviors. Integrating a cognitive-emotive model and an empathy model, this research proposes and empirically tests a remorse-empathy-coping model to explain how customers respond to apology after mobile application service failures occur. Specifically, this research examines how perceived firm remorse influences blame attribution and emotional empathy, which subsequently affects coping behaviors (revenge and avoidance) in the mobile app service recovery context. The moderating role of technology anxiety in the proposed model is also identified. Four hundred and fifty-two mobile application service users were recruited for a survey study and the Structural Equation Modeling was used in order to test the research hypotheses. Our findings show that perceived firm remorse negatively influences blame attribution but positively influences empathy. Empathy negatively affects revenge and avoidance behaviors. In addition, technology anxiety moderates the effect of perceived firm remorse on blame attribution. The negative effect of perceived firm remorse on blame attribution becomes weaker when technology anxiety increases.

        Marketing research shows that long-term customer-supplier relationships can reduce consequences of service failures in the hospitality industry. In addition to a long-term, continuous relationship, other types of long-term relationships are also conceivable as influencing factors. This raises the question of whether interactions with a company, based on customer engagement during childhood (childhood engagement) can influence the effect of a service failure. Similar to general child experience, it can be assumed that early engagement in the customer relationship can significantly affect later relationship perception. Furthermore, perceived controllability of the failure also plays a role. If the customer attributes responsibility to the company, negative reactions can arise. To examine this questions, an experimental study with 152 participants was performed. A moderating effect of perceived controllability and childhood engagement on repurchase intention as a consequence of disappointment was found. Previous customer engagement and a credible communication can thus prevent the termination of a relationship after a service failure. Contrary, early engagement does not generally prevent a company from customers’ disappointment. The article contributes to marketing research by integrating 1) the customer disappointment, 2) childhood engagement and its consequences for future interactions with the company as well as 3) the transfer of negative emotions from an employee to the company.

        This research was conducted in order to examine the effect of comparative price on consumers’ reactions to service failure in the loyalty program. The current study finds that under condition of lower level of persuasion knowledge, compared to single retail price, comparative price would mitigate consumers’ negative emotion in the context of service failure, which in turn improves customers’ tolerance. The authors test this prediction in two experiments. Experiment 1 aimed to provide an initial exploration of hypothesis by employing a between-subjects design. This experiment recruited undergraduate students at Suzhou University to complete an online survey. After reading the scenario of service failure, participants were asked to answer a series of questions about their intension of spreading negative word of mouth (NWOM). A one-way ANOVA on intention of spreading NWOM suggested that the NWOM activity was significantly lower in the group of comparative prices than in the group of single retail price. In experiment 2, the authors measured angry and intension to complain when participants finished reading the scenario of service failure. Furthermore, one week later the authors measured price tactic persuasion knowledge of participants. The bootstrap method (number of bootstrap samples = 5000, level of confidence = .95) was used. The results showed that customers’ angry level mediated the effect of comparative price on intension of complaint. The authors further conducted a mediated moderation analysis with the participants in the high- and low-persuasive-knowledge conditions. The results indicated the indirect effect of the comparative price on intention to complain was mediated by customers’ angry when they have low persuasive knowledge, whereas the mediation effect of customer’s angry level was no longer significant in the higher persuasive-knowledge condition. To summarize, this research suggested that comparative price would exert a marked impact on the tolerance of members of loyalty program in the context of service failure. The present paper adds to the existing comparative price literatures by confirming its impact on consumers’ judgment in the context of service failure even if they are all members of loyalty program and informed with information of discounted size in advance. Given the special meaning of NWOM and complaint, current paper provides implications for marketing practices.

        본 논문은 반복적인 읽기와 실패 및 성공에 대한 실시간 피드백이 포함된 동화 게임 읽기가 실패 두려움의 특징을 보인 한 ADHD 아동의 실패 두려움 극복에 효과적이었음을 관찰하고 이 사례에 대해 보고한 것이다. 본 연구의 실험에 사용된 동화 게임 <어부와 지니>는 읽기 스크립 트와 BCI와 모션센싱 기술을 활용한 행동과 집중력 미션을 포함하고 있으며, 이를 통해 사용자가 콘텐츠와 인터랙션 하도록 하고, 아동이 책읽기 도중에 실패할 경우 포기하지 않고 미션을 완수 해 줄 것을 독려하여 동화를 끝까지 읽고 이해하기의 목표에 성공하도록 디자인되었다. 동화읽기 실험은 참여자 아동을 대상으로 준비기 1회, 중재 4회의 총 5주 동안 실행되었다. 참여자가 콘텐츠를 읽는 과정 동안 데이터가 수집되고, 참여 관찰을 통해 아동의 읽기태도와 행동을 살펴보고, 사후 보호자 인터뷰를 하였다. 실험 결과, 아동에게서 실패의 두려움을 극복하는 모습이 발견되었다. 이는 아동이 동화 게임 <어부와 지니>를 읽으며 반복적으로 경험한 재미있는 실패가 수행에 참여하는 아동의 수치심 경험으로 작용하지 않고 자기가치감을 손상하지 않는 실패로 경험됨으로써 그 결과 아동이 실패를 효과적으로 극복하도록 도운 것으로 생각할 수 있다.

        In this paper, 'Pico scope' was used to measure and analyze high voltage waveforms of 'Grade injector' and 'IQA injector' due to defective solenoid injector of CRDI diesel engine, and the following conclusions were obtained. In the case of the injector of 'Grade Injector' and 'IQA Injector', there was no change in the injection timing of the injector while the injector was installed. However, by controlling the operation time, It is judged that the injector control is insufficiently controlled when the number of revolutions of the engine is increased to 2000 rpm and 3000 rpm in the idling state in the idling state because the injector failure is precisely controlled in the idling state, When determining the fault injector, the waveform of the 'Grade injector' and 'IQA injector' can be detected by waveform analysis by comparing the injection control time by measuring the high voltage waveform of the injector control in idle idling state. Can be easily diagnosed and maintained. I hope this study will be handed to the mechanics to make diagnosis of CRDI injector convenient.

        Laminated composite structures have started to play a very significant role in primary and secondary structural weight savings in high performance automobile industries. However, one of the main challenges in implementing these composites is the lack of understanding of the progress of the damage under various loading conditions. In order to understand the influence of design parameters related to the use of composite materials, a proper study of the laminated composite structures requires a complete failure analysis, which includes both initiation and propagation of damage. In this study, a new damage model was developed to predict the progressive damage of the composite, and the progress of damage was investigated by making center-notch and open-hole tensile test specimens for various lay-ups. The simulations, in agreement with experimental tests, indicate that the model is capable of predicting the failure load in open hole composite structures.

        In recent years, the diminishing of operation and maintenance cost using advanced maintenance technology is attracting many companies’ attention. Especially, the heavy machinery industry regards it as a crucial problem since a failure of heavy machinery requires high cost and long downtime. To improve the current maintenance process, the heavy machinery industry tries to develop a methodology to predict failure in advance and to find its causes using usage data. A better analysis of failure causes requires more data so that various kinds of sensor are attached to machines and abundant amount of product usage data is collected through the sensor network. However, the systemic analysis of the collected product usage data is still in its infant stage. Many previous works have focused on failure occurrence as statistical data for reliability analysis. There have been less works to apply product usage data into root cause analysis of product failure. The product usage data collected while failures occur should be considered failure cause analysis. To do this, this study proposes a methodology to apply product usage data into failure cause analysis. The proposed methodology in this study is composed of several steps to transform product usage into failure causes. Various statistical analysis combined with product usage data such as multinomial logistic regression, T-test, and so on are used for the root cause analysis. The proposed methodology is applied to field data coming from operated locomotive and the analysis result shows its effectiveness.

        1902년 루쉰은 일본유학생으로 파견되어 국내에서 학습한 자연과학 지식을 바탕으로 의학 전문대학에 진학해 의학도의 길을 걸었다. 그러던 어느날, 청국 유학생에 대한 멸시와 이른바 ‘환등기 사건’으로 돌연 자퇴하고 문학의 길로 전향한다. 의술이 한두명의 환자를 구할 수 있을지언정 썩어 있는 중국인의 정신을 구할 수 없다는 자각에서 였다. 토쿄에서 동생 저우쭤 런(周作人)과 쉬서우창(許壽裳) 등 친구들과 문예잡지 『신생』을 창간해 본격적인 문예운동에 뛰어들고자 했다. 하지만, 상황은 녹녹지 않았고 필진, 자금 등의 고갈과 주변의 냉대로 인해 실패로 돌아가고 말았다. 그러나, 그가 그리고자 한 세계와 내용은 우연한 기회에 연결된 『허난(河南)』이라는 잡지에 발표되면서 일정한 반향을 일으켰다. 하지만, 유학생활은 오래가지 않았고, 귀국해 오랫동안 ‘무쇠로 만든 방’에 갖혀 침잠해야 했다. 반제반봉건 운동이 활발히 전개되는 가운데, 『신청년(新靑年)』이 창간되었고, 루쉰은 침묵을 깨고 글들을 발표해 나간다.

        In this paper, the influence of the injector failure of the GDI engine on the air-fuel ratio inside the combustion chamber can be analyzed through time and shape analysis of the damping process of the ignition coil secondary waveform at 800rpm, 1500rpm, 2000rpm, 3000rpm. In particular, there is a correlation that affects air pollution associated with global warming, such as HC and NOx. To prevent this, periodic injector inspections can improve the fuel efficiency of the vehicle and reduce exhaust pollutants.

        Recently, for efficiency increase of the wind turbine tower, turbine has been enlarged and installation location has been transferring to offshore. The importance of the support structure is emphasized when a wind turbine tower is installed on offshore. The support structure is influenced not only by the system operating loads but also by various marine condition loads. Accurate and safe design is essential because the connection between the support structure and the wind tower can be relatively fragile. In particular, the type of foundation pile and sleeve grout connection were adapted from DNV, API, and ISO that are typically used for wind towers, and they have been continuously studied by many researchers. However, the experimental results by researchers are different from the design equations, and it needs to modify the formula according to connection properties and material. Therefore, this study investigates the design equation presented in existing design criteria and the results of research conducted by existing researchers, and analyzes ultimate strength and failure modes.

        Naval combat system developed in-country is progressing at an alarming rate since 2000. ROK navy will be achieved all vessels that have combat system in the near future. The importance of System Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support based on reliability analysis is increasing. However, reliability analysis that everyone trusted and recognized is not enough and applied practically for development of Defense Acquisition Program. In particular, Existing Reliability Analysis is focusing on reliability index (Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) etc.) for policy decision of defense improvement project. Most of the weapon system acquisition process applying in the exponential distribution simply persist unreality due to memoryless property. Critical failures are more important than simple faults to ship’s operator. There are no confirmed cases of reliability analysis involved with critical failure that naval ship scheduler and operator concerned sensitively.Therefore, this study is focusing on Mean Time To Critical Failure (MTTCF), reliability on specific time and Operational Readiness Float (ORF) requirements related to critical failure of Patrol Killer Guided missile (PKG) combat system that is beginning of naval combat system developed in-country. Methods of analysis is applied parametric and non-parametric statistical techniques. It is compared to the estimates and proposed applications. The result of study shows that parametric and non-parametric estimators should be applied differently depending on purpose of utilization based on test of normality. For the first time, this study is offering Reliability of ROK Naval combat system to stakeholders involved with defense improvement project. Decision makers of defense improvement project have to active support and effort in this area for improvement of System Engineering.

        The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of the manufacturing processes on corrosion and centerline cracking of ancient bronze spoons. The ancient bronze spoons in question were made by several steps of forging, in reheated condition with cast ingots. The manufacturing method is similar to that of the modern spoons. The investigations include observations from light and scanning electron microscopes of the microstructure in terms of the crack propagation. Cracks in the centerline are caused by solute segregation in the center-line region; this solute is solidified in the final stage of bronze spoon manufacture. Centerline cracking is also caused by α phase segregation, accompanied by forged overlapping along the longitudinal direction of the spoons. A vertical stripe with cracks along the centerline of the spoon’s width is formed by folding in the wrought process. The overlapping area causes crack propagation with severe corrosion on the spoon surfaces over a period of a thousand years. The failure mechanisms of ancient bronze spoons may be similar to that of modern spoons, and the estimation of the failure mechanisms of ancient spoons can be appropriate to determine failure causes for such modern spoons.

        The air conditioner is an instrument to make a low degree fresh wind by compress a refrigerant and through the heat exchanger. As change a refrigerant of low degree and low pressure to high degree and high pressure, it is needed to the compressor. The compressor compress a refrigerant by transfer the rotational energy to reciprocating energy. The goal of this research is for easy use to failure diagnosis of an automotive compressor according to vibration characteristics of each failure types of automotive compressor. To do this, we have prepared the normal products and made some detective products which several kinds of detective types to measure and analysis of vibration characteristics. From the results, we have made a close investigation into the vibration characteristics of each kinds of detective type.
