        온라인게임 산업은 문화 콘텐츠의 한 분야로 자리 잡고 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 이러한 온라인 게임은 e-Business 시장에서 드물게 수익모델을 갖춘 분야로 각광을 받고 있으며 특히 MMORPG(Massively Multiple Online Role Playing Game)분야는 가장 많은 사용자를 가지며 경쟁이 치열하고 높은 충성도와 몰입도를 보이는 게임산업 분야임에도 불구하고 서비스나 이용편의 등 부가적 요소에 관한 연구들이 부족하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 게임의 진행과는 관계없는 부가적인 요소들이 충성도와 몰입도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구결과 사용자들에 게임의 부가적인 요소들의 인식 수준은 미비하지만 인식하고 있는 부가적 요소들은 충성도와 몰입도에 강한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었고 온라인 게임 설계에 있어서 사용자들이 인식하고 있지 않다고 하더라도 부가적 요소가 기본적으로 고려되어야하는 점이라는 것을 보여준다. 본 연구 결과는 게임설계 과정에서 온라인 게임 이용자들의 충성도와 몰입도를 향상시키는 전략적 방안을 세우는데 있어서 온라인 게임 운영자와 실무자들에게 많은 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다

        The aim of this study was to better understand the factors of the mentoring function in the foodservice industry that improve the organizational commitment of subordinates, and to asses the roles that trust towards supervisors play in the relationship between the mentoring and organizational commitment. A survey was of subordinates who were conducting the mentoring in foodservice companies (hotels, family restaurants) located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area was conducted from May 1 to May 30, 2008. The questionnaires were distributed to 400 employees in 50 restaurants and, 341 of them were received and a total of 320 were finally analyzed. The results were as follows. First, the effect of mentoring functions on the organizational commitment of subordinates indicated that the career developing function and psychosocial function had a significant positive effect on the emotional commitment and normative commitment (p<.01), and the career developing function, psychosocial function and role modeling function had a significant positive effect on the enduring commitment (p<.01). Second, the mediating roles of supervisory trust in the relationship between mentoring functions and organizational commitment of subordinates indicated that supervisory trust mediated the relationship between the career developing function of the mentoring functions, and enduring commitment and normative commitment in addition, it met the mediating requirements in terms of the relationship between the role modeling function, and the emotional commitment, enduring commitment and normative commitment. Consequently, the high career developing function, psychosocial function and role modeling function in mentoring raised the level of organizational commitment;thus, the mentoring system should used as on of the mentoring functions in the foodservice industry and mentoring functions should be also established.

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 Sigma on menu management, work commitment and quality in the culinary division of hotels and family restaurants. In addition, this study sought to identify the effects of menu management, work commitment and quality performance on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the relationship between menu management and culinary quality was evaluated here. The subjects evaluated in this study were employees of culinary division of hotels and family restaurants that implemented or were about to adopt the 6 Sigma program. A total of 385 questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis, a reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The results revealed that the 6 Sigma program influenced menu management, work commitment and culinary quality. Moreover, menu management, work commitment and culinary quality performance were found to impact customer satisfaction and culinary quality performance. Based on these findings, culinary divisions of hotels and family restaurants should incorporate the 6 Sigma program as soon as possible. To implement this program, faultless data for the 6 Sigma program should be collected using sufficient preparation procedures. After the data were collected, a task force team should be developed, experts should be cultivated and employees should be trained as necessary. Finally, the current level of product and services should be measured and reported to all employees in the culinary division and a challenge spirit should be brought with understanding for the reason for implementation of the 6 Sigma program. In implementing the 6 Sigma program, the leadership of the top manager and the head of the culinary division is very important.

        본 연구는 방송사 PD들의 업무몰입도 결정 요인을 방송사별, PD유형별로 구분하여 살펴본 것이다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방송사별 PD 업무몰입도 결정 요인을 살펴보면 KBS와 MBC간에는 비교적 유사한 결과가 나타난 반면 SBS는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. KBS와 MBC PD들의 경우에는 아낌없는 격려와 지원 등과 같은 집단응집도 요인이 업무몰입도를 결정하는 핵심 요인으로 나타난 반면 SBS PD들은 조직 통제 및 제작 문화 등과 같은 조직 구성원들의 가치 요인들이 업무몰입도를 결정하는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, PD유형별로 업무몰입도 결정 요인을 살펴본 결과 예능 PD들의 경우에는 팀워크가 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며 교양 PD들은 구성원들 간의 신뢰도가 업무몰입도를 결정하는 유의미한 요인으로 나타났다. 반면 예능 PD와 교양 PD 모두 조직 통제 요인이 부적인 방향으로 업무몰입도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 특이하게 드라마 PD들의 경우 방송의 사회적 역할이나 구성원 간의 유대감 등은 부적 방향으로 업무몰입도에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다.

        The purpose of this study verifies: the relationships between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior, and mediator effect of the organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment). In order to verify the relationships and mediator effect, data obtained from 140 employees working in business office in Ulsan Metropolitan City and they were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0. The findings are as follows: First, the relationship between trust in supervisor and the organizational commitment(affective commitment, continuance commitment) is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between affective commitment and innovative behavior. Finally, affective commitment played as a partial mediator on the relationship between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. However, there was no empirical evidence for the mediating effect of continuance commitment on the relationship between trust in supervisor and innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies.

        The purposes of this study identify how attributes of the website impact on consumer attitude toward the website. For this purpose, the study tested covariance structural model which set relationships among independent variables (interactivity and shopping value), meditated variable (relationship commitment), and dependent variables(attitude toward website). The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the structural model is accepted significantly. Second, interactivity and shopping value of website have a positive influence on relationship commitment. Third, interactivity, shopping value of website, and relationship commitment have a positive impact on attitude toward the website. Forth, even if shopping value has not a positive influence on attitude toward the website, it was found to have a significant effect on attitude toward the website through the relationship commitment.

        The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment among physical therapists. Currently, healthcare is changing very rapidly with developments in science and technology. In response to these rapid and uncontrollable changes, organizational members are often empowered. Through the empowerment process, feelings of powerlessness and frustration can be reduced and factors promoting work performance, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment could be enhanced. One said this term popularly, there was a lack of study. There have been few studies on physical therapy administration. Data was collected from 352 therapists from many hospitals from February 1 to February 28, 2008, and analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation, etc., were performed. The results were as follows: Of all the characteristics of empowered subjects, gender (p<.05) and age were observed to be significantly different (p<.01). Educational background, working pattern, marriage status, and the period of duty were observed to be different among empowered therapists (p<.001). The degree of empowerment as perceived by therapists was 58.72. Empowerment was correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment (p<.01). The study on empowerment was significant from the aspect of strategies to increase work performance. To elucidate the optimal strategy to effectuate empowerment in clinical practice, we studied various aspects of empowerment. Further studies on the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment are warranted.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the job satisfaction of foodservice managers at schools in Jeju, Korea, according to the organizational culture and commitment of the school foodservice and administrative departments. The subjects included 144 (98.6%) dieticians from Jeju schools. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, ttests, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients, using the SPSS Win 12.0 program. In terms of organizational culture, the dieticians perceived the 'human relations model' and 'internal process model' as the strongest types for the school foodservice departments and administrative departments, respectively. However, for both types, a gap existed between the organizational culture that was perceived and that which was expected. In particular, the subjects expected that the 'human relations model' and 'open systems model' were the most important organizational culture types. In terms of the subjects' organizational commitment scores, loyalty and pride scored highest whereas unity scored lowest. For the level of job satisfaction, the performed work itself scored highest and was deemed most important. Additionally, organizational culture was positively correlated to the factors affecting organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, the surveyed managers had high demands for a human relations-oriented organizational culture to enhance job satisfaction.

        Since IMF system was introduced once, downsizing has been usual phenomenon in business sphere. Downsizing influences the unemployed, and also the survivors such as in job stress, communication bias, lower organizational commitment and so on. This paper reviewed the relationship between organizational commitment and service quality, and the moderating effect of sex in hotel. Based on the responses from 494 hotel employees, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that affective OC and normative OC have affirmative effects on service quality. The results of moderating analysis showed that continuance OC has an affirmative interactive-effect on responsiveness, assurance, and empathy with gender, and affective OC an negative interactive-effect on assurance.

        EWMA관리도는 SPC 기술 중 가피원인을 탐지하는 기술이 최근품질특성에 가중치가 주어져 미래를 예측하는 능력이 우수하다. EWMA관리도와 EPC의 통합은 연속공정산업에서 성공적으로 사용되고 있다고 널리 인식되어 있다. 그러나, 이산적인 부품 제조공정의 탐지와 연속 생산공정 산업과 그중에서도 제조공정 산업에서의 이들 기법을 적용하기 위해서는 샘플링비율, 고장감지, 실시간 보정과 공정통제에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SPC와 EPC의 차이를 비교분석하고, 제조공정 산업에서 EWMA와 EPC를 성공적으로 통합하여 제품품질특성에 적용하여 변동을 감소시키는 사례연구를 제시하고자 한다.

        This research is to examine the structural relationships between transformational/transactional leadership, empowerment, relationship quality, and organizational commitment in Chinese restaurant context. In order to empirically investigate the proposed model, the data were collected from 188 respondents randomly selected from among the managers who work in 188 Chinese restaurants in Seoul and Kyonggi-do, which registered in Korean Food Central Association, korean foodservice management Association, Menupan.com We choose to limit our investigation to luxury Chinese restaurants where the average check is above 12,000 won. The survey was executed during two-week period in the autumn of 2004. The findings and discussion are as follows: First, intellectual stimulus behavior of transformational leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Second, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, empowerment had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment. Fourth, empower had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment. Fifth, intellectural stimulus behavior of transformation leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. Finally, contingent reward leadership had a positive effect on affective organizational commitment indirectly and had a negative effect on continuous organizational commitment indirectly through mediating role of empowerment. At the end of this paper, managerial implications, discussions, and limitations and future research directions are presented.
