This paper describe the riding robot system named by "RideBot" which is a riding robot like as a horse. In order to simulate the riding motions, we develope the saddle mechanism which can generate 3 DOF motions including pitch, roll, and bounce movement, and also we controlled the riding motions and the intention of horseman. To generate the riding motions with the bodily sensation, we developed Novel Washout Filter and the algorithms for motion control. And also, we developed some health care service for the health care of horseman. A body state index was proposed that evaluates the personal health state from both the measured physiological variables and the surveyed questions. The physiological variables such as weight, blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), accelerated state photoplethysmograph(APG), body fat, and happiness index were measured by the specially designed bio-handle system and survey questions. The efficiency of the proposed ride robot is evaluated in the experiments.

This research was carried out to investigate the effects of some organic materials such as rice straw, compost, hairy vetch, phosphate rock, magnesium lime powder and ash in the organic paddy fields, and also to develope the new technique for better soil management using described materials. The results are as follows; Height and tiller of rice plants were higher in chemical fertilizer than rice straw or compost, however, those of rice plants in hairy vetch-rice cropping system reached to chemical fertilizer. The Eh value of soil has decreased consecutively since on 30th, May because of the rising of soil temperature by an increase in the activity of microbes. As a result of measuring yield and yield components, there is not significant difference between treatment. The application of organic materials enriched the contents of available phosphorus, exchangible potassium and calcium in soil, and, also improved the physical properties such as pore space rates and bulk density. From the viewpoint of soil management technology in organic paddy fields, the application of rice straw or organic compost might cause the decrease of yield compared with conventional cultivation system, chemical fertilizer, however, the application of hairy vetch residues of soil compensated for growth and yield as well as improved the physicochemical property. Therefore, it is assumed that the cultivation of hairy vetch for winter season can be one of the useful methods for organic farming system.

본 연구는 여자축구선수들의 경기력수준과 연령에 따라 심리기술과 자기관리의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구의 대상자는 총 291명이었으며, 이중 주전선수는 156명, 비주전선수는 135명이었다. 심리기술과 자기관리의 관계는 한국판 심리기술 질문지와 자기관리 척도에 의해 측정되었다. 이들 척도에 대해 문항분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 거쳐 신뢰도를 분석한 결과 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 여자 축구선수들의 연령에 따른 자기관리와 심리기술의 관계에 대해 ANOVA를 시행하였고, 심리기술이 자기관리에 미치는 영향은 경기력 수준별, 연령별 중다회귀분석을 시행하였다. 분석결과 연령별에 따른 자기관리의 차이는 대학 및 실업 선수가 대인관리와 훈련관리의 개념이 높았고, 몸관리는 고교선수들이 가장 높은 개념을 가지고 있었다. 연령별 심리기술의 차이는 자신감, 목표설정, 의지력, 심상의 개념은 대학 및 실업 선수가 가장 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 팀조화에 대한 개념은 중학선수가 가장 높았다. 경기력수준과 연령별에 따른 심리기술과 정신관리의 회귀분석 결과, 자신감, 팀조화가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경기력수준별 주전선수는 팀조화가, 비주전선수는 목표설정이 대인관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 주전선수의 목표설정, 비주전선수는 자신감이 몸관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 목표설정, 의지력은 주전과 비주전 모두 훈련관리에 영향을 미쳤다. 연령별 따라 중학, 고교선수는 팀조화가 대인관리에 가장 영향을 미쳤으며, 대학실업은 자신감이 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 연령에 관계없이 몸관리에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 목표설정인 것으로 나타났다. 중학선수는 자신감이 훈련관리에 영향을 미친 반면 고교와 대학실업선수는 목표설정이 훈련관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 심리기술과 자기관리에 대한 선행연구와 이론을 바탕으로 논의되었다.
