        Based on the study of chloride migration coefficient and hydration heat evolution, it was found that the use of ternary blended cement was effective to achieve desired service life and minimum crack index. On the other hand, a high level of compressive strength is required for marine concrete mix design.

        In this study, four reinforced concrete beams, replacing recycled coarse aggregate with PVA fiber(BSPG-R series), were constructed and tested under monotonic loading. Experimental programs were carried out to improve and evaluate the structural performance of such test specimens, such as the load-displacement, the failure mode and the maximum load carrying capacity. all the specimens were modeled in 1/2 scale-down size.

        This study investigated the effect of cement type and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS) on the mechanical properties and workability of grout for offshore PSC structures. As the replacement ratio of GGBS increased, the flowability of the grout increased and both intial and final setting times of grout was delayed regardless of cement type. However, the effects of GGBS on the bleeding of grout were different according to the type of cement: as the ratio of GGBS increased, less bleeding was observed for the grout with typeⅠ cement whereas higher bleeding was generated for the grout with type Ⅲ cement. However, there was no significant difference in their compressive strength at 28 day according the different replacement ratio of GGBS from 0 to 40%.

As higher substitution rate of the electronic arc furnace oxidizing slag aggregates, early concrete compressive strength development is effective and the higher the concrete compressive strength as too.

        In this study, the experiments were carried out in order that flexural behavior evaluated High-strength Concrete Beams reinfrced with FRP plates according ro replacement ration of recycled aggregate. As a result, maximum load was higher than existiong of unreinforced when the reinforced with FRP plates and no decrease in load about increased fo replacement ration of recycled aggregate. Some specimens was greater than ACI 440-2R referemce value.

        This is an experimental study on manufacturing of non-cement matrix. Materials like cement and blowing agent in foamed concrete is replaced by by-products from blast furnace slag and paper ash. Further, the experiment was performed by replacing alkali with natural gypsum by (0, 5, 15, 20, 25, 35, 45) of weight of alkali (wt.%) in order to reduce the amount of expensive alkali activator. Sample NG-0.15 with density showed lowest. After this point, density increases as replacement ratio increases. The compressive strength test result, showed a similar trend with density. And it showed that compressive strength of the NG-0.45 was highest.

        이 연구에서는 고로슬래그 미분말을 사용한 프리캐스트 보의 전단성능에 대하여 평가하였다. 실험체는 고로슬래그 미분말 치환율에 따라 총 4체의 실험체를 제작하였다. 모든 실험체는 전단경간비 2.5, 보의 폭 200mm, 유효깊이 300mm이며, 3점 가력을 받는 단순보로 계획하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 실험체의 전단강도를 예측하기 위하여 기존 전단강도 예측식을 이용하여 실험결과와 비교하였으며, 총 89개의 기존 전단 실험결과를 이용하여 실험결과와 비교 분석하였다. 실험결과, 고로슬래그 미분말을 치환한 실험체는 포틀랜드 시멘트만을 사용한 실험체와 비교분석한 결과 유사한 전단성능을 나타내었다.

        본 연구는 순환굵은골재 콘크리트의 활용성 증대 및 규준 정립에 관한 연구의 일환으로 순환굵은골재 치환율에 따른 고강도 철근콘크리트 보의 휨 특성을 검토하고자 한다. 실험은 콘크리트 설계강도 40MPa, 50MPa, 60MPa 순환굵은골재 치환율 0%, 30%, 50%, 100%를변수로 총 12개의 실험체를 제작하여 최종 파괴 시까지 변위제어 방식에 의해 2점 가력하였다. 실험결과 천연골재를 사용한 실험체와 비교시 균열발생 및 파괴양상의 경우, 순환굵은골재를 사용한 철근콘크리트 보의 실험체는 천연골재 철근콘크리트 보 실험체에 비해 균열이 비교적 압축측까지 진전하는 특성을 보였으나 전반적으로 균열양상은 유사하게 나타났으며, KCI 설계기준식에 의한 계산값 및 실험결과의 비교결과 순환굵은골재 치환율에 관계없이 1.08~1.29로 기준값을 상회하는 것으로 나타나 순환굵은골재를 사용한 콘크리트 보의 휨 부재설계에 적용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 순환굵은골재 활용성 증대를 위해 추가적인 실험을 통하여 순환굵은골재의 구조적 기준정립이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

        In this study, the amount of construction waste created from Demolition and reconstruction of old buildings by environmental contamination by construction waste has been raised as a social problem, according as a means to settle problems the government is being encouraged the use Recycled aggregate. However recycled aggregate has not yet been applied to structures in many cases. Due to uncertain technical verification of long-term durability, the use of recycled aggregate is being limited. Accordingly in this study, High Strength Concrete Beams use Recycled coarse Aggregate to evaluate the performance of the bending and establish national standards for structural design of recycled aggregates aims to provide the basic data.

        When manufacturing secondary concrete products, steam and autoclave curing are practiced for the purpose of securing product performance at early phase. CO2 is generated by combustion of fossil fuel at the time of curing. This study is part of a research conducted to minimize curing process which generates CO2. Combination materials types, substitution ratio, strength property per different types of curing are compared and evaluated. Result of the experiment indicates that combination material with 40% blast furnace slag substitution and W/B which has gone through 30,40% steam curing are the most outstanding experiment bodies.

        The objective of this study is to evaluate shrinkage of heavy weight concrete. The main parameter was replacement level of fly-ash. Test results showed that shrinkage of heavy weight concrete was higher than ACI 209 and CEB-FIP codes without replacement of fly-ash in early ages. However, in fly ash substitution rate of 20% case, shrinkage of heavey weight concrete was lower than ACI 209 and CEB-FIP codes after 35 days.
