The preliminary study was conducted on the use of navigation instruments and programs conducted in the previous demonstration and experiment of the training ship SAEBADA, real-time sharing and accuracy of land and sea information, and the development of real-time effective information transmission and reception and management system programs. Based on this, this study used the training ship CHAMBADA, which is similar in length to the tonnage of the fishing boat. The purpose is to present errors in ship situation-specific information data, alarm systems for marine information, and land and ship transmission and reception programs collected using intelligent information management systems to find out whether they can be applied and used in fishing boats. It plans to conduct research on direct and indirect safety and ship’s stability when the intelligent information management system operates in real time in the operation of ships considering the characteristics of small fishing boats and the characteristics of fishing.
This study aims to propose a conceptual design of information displays for supporting responsive actions under severe accidents in Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs). Severe accidents in NPPs can be defined as accident conditions that are more severe than a design basis accident and involving significant core degradation. Since the Fukushima accident in 2011, the management of severe accidents is increasing important in nuclear industry. Dealing with severe accidents involves several cognitively complex activities, such as situation assessment; accordingly, it is significant to provide human operators with appropriate knowledge support in their cognitive activities. Currently, severe accident management guidelines (SAMG) have been developed for this purpose. However, it is also inevitable to develop information displays for supporting the management of severe accidents, with which human operators can monitor, control, and diagnose the states of NPPs under severe accident situations. It has been reported that Ecological Interface Design (EID) framework can be a viable approach for developing information displays used in complex socio-technical systems such as NPPs. Considering the design principles underlying the EID, we can say that EID-based information displays can be useful for dealing with severe accidents effectively. This study developed a conceptual design of information displays to be used in severe accidents, following the stipulated design process and principles of the EID framework. We particularly attempted to develop a conceptual design to make visible the principle knowledge to be used for coping with dynamically changing situations of NPPs under severe accidents.
PURPOSES : This study focuses on advance traffic information to prevent secondary traffic accidents on express highways. The purpose of this study is to analysis the optimal scenario by evaluating the effect of each advance traffic information scenarios using virtual driving simulation. METHODS : By designing traffic information scenarios and services with a combination of VMS and mobile PUSH notifications, driver behavior in the event of a traffic accident was analyzed. For this, a simulation environment was designed through engineering analysis. Through virtual driving simulation, the driver's deceleration point and the perception-reaction time are analyzed. RESULTS : Four scenarios were designed and reviewed so that VMS and mobile PUSH notification can be provided simultaneously after the driver drove for 5 km. As a result of driving with 30 drivers, the drivers reacted fastest when VMS was installed, followed by mobile PUSH notification, VMS+mobile PUSH notification, and NOTHING.
CONCLUSIONS : When designing traffic information service, it was observed that providing information through VMS alone is more efficient than providing two services of traffic information. Therefore, it can be used as basic data for preventing secondary accidents on express highway.
본 연구는 M여자중학교와 U중학교의 2학년 학생들에게 올바른 일상 언어생활을 위하여 한자학습이 필요하다는 것을 느끼게 해주고, 또, 일상 언어생활의 한자어휘로 두 학교 학생들에게 창의적 사고역량, 지식정보처리역량을 길러주고자 하는데 있다. 연구자는 먼저 신문, 방송, 가요, 교과서에서 한자어휘를 찾아서 직접 읽고 쓰거나 조어기법으로 한자어휘 만드는 것을 통하여 한자학습의 필요성을 느끼게 하였고, 둘째, 일상 언어 생활의 한자어휘를 가지고 새로운 한자어휘들을 만들어내는 브레인스토밍, 임의의 3개의 한자어휘를 활용하여 글쓰기를 하는 강제결합법, 8개의 한자어휘를 활용하여 글쓰기를 하는 연꽃기법, 한글 노래가사를 한자 노래가사로 바꾸는 스캠퍼기법, 한자어휘 끝말잇기를 하는 통제연상법을 통하여 창의적 사고 역량을 길러주고자 하였고, 셋째, 휴대폰 어플 웹툰캐, 워드클라우드, 오토랩, 싱플레이, 플리파클립 을 활용하여 지식정보처리역량을 길러주고자 하였다. 창의적 사고역량 개발 측면에서는 M여자중학교가 다소 유의미한 결과가 있었지만 U중학교는 그렇지 못했다. 그런데 지식정보처리역량 개발 측면에서는 U중학교가 다소 유의미한 결과가 있었지만, M여자중학교는 그렇지 못했다. 또, 수업만족도와 한자학습의 필요성 측면에서는 M여자중학교가 다소 유의미한 결과가 있었지만 U중학교는 그렇지 못했다.
창조경제 정부에서 교통안전 선진화를 국정과제로 추진하고 있을 만큼 도로안전은 사회적 주요 관심대 상이다. 그러나 현재 우리나라에서는 도로안전사업 대상 지역의 선정기준이 되는 도로안전 취약 및 위험 구간을 도출하는 방법이 객관적으로 마련되어 있지 않다. 따라서 이러한 국내 상황을 극복하기 위해서는 도로 안전성 여부를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위한 최적의 방안으로는 한국 현지 도로 여건에 맞는 사고예측모형을 개발하는 것이다. 그러나 사고예측모형 개발에 필요한 모형 입력 자료를 생성하기 위해서는 현장조사와 DB 구축 등에 많이 비용이 소요된다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 사고예측모형 개발에 필요한 자료 중 도로 기하구조 요소(곡선반경 등)를 수집하 기 위해 직접 현장조사를 하지 않고 엑셀 형태로 작성된 도로대장을 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구하 였다. 또한 사고예측모형을 공간정보 기반으로 개발하여 Network Screening과 개선대안 효과분석 등의 작업을 직관적이며 효과적으로 수행하고 사고예측을 정확하게 판단할 수 있는 장점을 확보하기 위하여 모 형입력 자료를 공간정보 DB로 구축하는 방안을 도출하였다.
따라서 본 연구에서는 임의로 설정한 기준점에서부터의 누적거리를 이용하여 시설물 위치와 도로 기하 구조 정보를 표현하는 도로대장을 도로망 수치지도(교통주제도)를 따라 선형 객체의 공간정보로 변환할 수 있는 기능을 개발하였다. 또한 사고발생 자료의 경우 수집된 자료의 지구좌료를 이용하여 점형 객체의 공간정보를 생성하였으며, 교통량조사 자료는 동일한 교통량으로 구분되는 선형 객체의 공간정보를 생성 하였다.
본 연구에서 제시한 모형 입력 자료 생성 방법은 교통주제도의 차로수에 따라 도로중심선을 1차 분할 한 후, 공간정보로 생성된 종단경사, 곡선반경, 중앙분리대 등으로 도로중심선을 2차 분할하였으며, 이를 토대로 GIS 공간분석을 수행하여 접도구역(면형객체), 사고위치(점형객체), 교통량(선형객체), 가로등의 정보를 분할된 동질구간에 매핑하는 방안을 도출하였다.
본 연구를 통하여 교통사고, 교통량 및 도로대장 자료를 모형 입력 자료 형식에 맞게 공간정보 DB 형태 로 구축하고, 이를 통해 GIS의 공간분석을 수행함으로서 정확한 사고건수 추출, 동질성 구간에 대한 체계 적인 분석과 과학적인 분할 등을 매우 신속하고 다양하게 시뮬레이션을 할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Corporation’s valuable intelligent asset is being threatened from the skills of threatening subject that has been evolved along with the growth of the information system and the amount of the information asset. Domestically, attempts of various private information attacks, important information extortion, and information damage have been detected, and some of them have abused the vulnerability of security of information system, and have become a severe social problem that generates security incident. When accessing to the security, most of companies used to establish a strategy with a consistent manner and a solution plan. However, this is not a proper way. The order of priorities vary depending on the types of business. Also, the scale of damage varies significantly depending on the types of security incidents. And method of reaction and critical control point vary depending on the types of business and security incidents. In this study, I will define the security incidents by their types and preponderantly examine how one should react to those security incidents. In this study, analyzed many types of security accidents that can occur within a corporation and an organization considering various factors. Through this analysis, thought about factors that has to be considered by corporations and organizations when they intend to access to the information security. This study focuses on the response methodology based on the analysis of the case analysis of the leakage of industrial secret and private secret other than the conceptual response methodology that examines the way to prevent the leakage of the industry security systems and the industry information activities. And based on these factors, want to be of help for corporations to apply a reasonable approach when they establish a strategy to information security.
Children’s play facilities have changed over a decade from the traditional play facilities in the front yard to the new type of commercial play facilities which install more exciting and enjoyable facilities, such as Kids Park. The more diversified in the type of facilities, the more difficult in the safety management by the existing system. The ‘Safety Management System of Children’s Play Facilities’ of MOSPA(Ministry of Security and Public Administration) has provided the safety information uni-directly by government sector to the private communities. Recently, multi-directional information sharing methods, such as community mapping are adopted actively in the social activities which have common purpose for making the better community by information sharing with government and private sector. On the purpose of citizen’s participation for safe play facilities and preventing accidents, this study investigated the status of child accidents and safety standards, especially focused on the children’s play facilities. And the way for sharing safety information among the communities with the GIS mapping skills is suggested in the respect of more easily monitoring and practically inputting the comments on the status of management of play facilities by real users based on their experiences. It is expected that more activities from the private sector would participate to the safety management of children’s play facilities by realizing the suggested system.
The systematic information management of chemical accidents is required as a tool for the policy making, system improvement and release of information. However, there isn't yet a systematic chemical accidents tracking system in Korea, which make a confusion that the related statistics are different from each others. In this research, we analyzed domestic and international chemical accidents data and made the chemical accident codes for the information tracking system properly.
It is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSIM(Process Safety Information Management) evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSIM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges.
