어촌뉴딜 300사업은 300개의 어촌과 어항을 대상으로 하는 복합개발사업으로 낙후된 시설 개선 및 지역특화 자원활용 등 전문 프로그램을 제공하는 사업이다. 본 연구에서는 어촌뉴딜 300사업의 선정평가 항목 별 가중치 결정을 위해 다기준 평가방법인 AHP로 전문 가 설문조사를 통한 분석을 수행하였다. 평가결과, 상위계층 평가항목은 개발여건 및 기본구상, 사업효과, 사업계획, 사업 시행 및 관리 순으로 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 사업효과 항목은 가이드라인에서 6점으로 낮은 배점이었지만, AHP 결과 15.57점의 배점이 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 항목별 가중치는 향후 어촌어항 개발사업 평가항목 배점 선정에 참조할 수 있을 것이다.

In order to complete the required construction, It is an important factor satisfying construction period and economical efficiency.

Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. There are many existing studies on the selection of locations of logistics parks but work on the factors related to location selection by industry seem lacking. As such, in the course of this study we have used preceeding studies to draft a questionnaire on which selection factors affect the selection of logistics park location in different industries and conducted empirical analysis of the questionnaire results to uncover the factors that affect the selection of the locations of logistics parks in different industries.

The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

The aims of study were to provide basic data for the internationalization of Contract Foodservice Management Companies (CFMC) and to gain a better understanding of internal push-and-pull factors through in-depth interviews. The interviewees were managers of four large CFMCs and one small-to-medium CFMC. The non-structured interview format employed an interview guide of open-ended questions. All interviews were digitally recorded and notes were taken simultaneously by an interview assistant. The narrative data analysis involved transcription, coding, classification by categories, and content analysis. Eighty-eight codes were generated from the interview analyses, and the subordinate variables uncovered included seven push factors, eight pull factors, one interactive factor, and 10 internal dynamics. These factors will be useful in further studies of the internal operations of specific CFMCs, and more generally, the practical condition of the industry.

학습자의 수준에 맞는 읽기 텍스트는 학습자의 읽기 능력 향상에 도움이 된다. 학습자에게 알맞은 수준의 읽기 텍스트를 제공 하기 위해서는 이독성 연구가 활발히 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 한국어 교육에서의 이독성은 양적인 부분과 질적인 부분 모두에서 연구 성과가 미미하다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 텍스트의 난이도를 측정할 수 있는 이독성 공식의 개발을 목적으로 공식 개발의 기준이 되는 어휘와 문법 항목을 선정하고 어휘 기대요인을 선정하고자 한다.

기존 선박매매시장에서 선박가격은 최근 거래되는 비슷한 유형의 선박가격을 기반으로 산정되었다. 하지만 2008년 금융위기 이후 선박가격 변동이 심해지면서 선박 내재적 가치를 산정할 수 있는 선박가격평가기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 선박의 내재된 요소를 추정하 기 위해 헤도닉가격모형을 사용하였다. 이에 본 연구는 헤도닉가격모형을 이용하여 선박가격에 미치는 영향을 각 특성별 가치를 분석하고 추 정모형을 도출하였다. 헤도닉가격모형에서 제시된 4가지 모형들 중에 분산확대인자와 단계선택방식으로 최적의 모형을 선정하였다. 이를 위 해 실제 거래된 선박과 특성자료를 활용하여 선박가격에 미치는 결정변수들의 영향력 정도를 분석하였다. 최종 선정된 모형은 Log-Line모형 으로 회귀분석결과 DWT, Age, Market Value, Short-Term Charter, Long-Term Charter, Enbloc, Special Survey Due, Builder 8개의 변수 가 선박가격모형에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 제시한 선박가격모형은 선박가격을 평가할 때 객관적이고 균형있는 의사결정을 하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
