        PURPOSES : Sleeping hours are an critical factor that influences the lives of office workers. As for sleep characteristics, it is crucial to spend a lot of time; however, it is also important to ensure satisfactory sleep. This study attempted to analyze the factors affecting sleep in terms of time and satisfaction. METHODS : Sleep duration, which is a quantitative component of sleep, was composed of a continuous variable, and multiple regression analysis was employed. For the qualitative component of sleep, sleep time satisfaction was used, satisfaction was composed of binary type, and binary logistic regression analysis was used. Transportation characteristics, including personal and work characteristics, and other factors were used as independent variables. RESULTS : As a result of the analysis, various influencing variables were derived for both sleep duration and satisfaction. The higher the satisfaction with commuting time and commuting fee, age group, health level, and leisure time, the higher the sleeping hours and satisfaction. However, the higher the income or the choice of long-distance transportation, the lower both sleeping hours and satisfaction. Moreover, if they choose a car, have a high academic background, or have children, sleeping hours decrease, but satisfaction is high. Males, singles, and office workers with fewer than five employees had longer sleep hours but lower satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS : Commuting time and work characteristics have varying effects on sleep activity. Therefore, an alternative solution that can enhance both sleeping hours and sleeping hour satisfaction is proposed through the results of this study.

        This research carried out a study on the job characteristics of the skipper of the coastal composite fishing vessels in order to find a way to prevent the ship collision caused by the highest human error among the marine casualty of fishing boats. Video observation was used as the research method in which six CCD cameras were installed on the vessel to collect image data and data extracted from the image were analyzed to derive the results of the functional activity of skipper according to the fishing operation process of experimental fishing vessel. The results are as follows. The working process of the experimental fishing vessel consisted of navigation for fishing ground, setting line, waiting for hauling line, hauling line and navigation to homeport. In these processes, the skipper was performing watchkeeping in the wheelhouse in which he carried out a single task, a dual task that performed two tasks simultaneously, and a triple task that performed two or more tasks simultaneously. In addition, one of the risk factors causing the collision was a no watchkeeping in the wheelhouse for navigating for fishing ground, waiting for hauling line, and hauling line at 25.4%, 64.6% and 0.3%, respectively among the marine casualty while drowsiness caused 1.2% of the marine casualty in navigating for fishing ground. Concurrent tasks that simultaneously perform two or more tasks that can overlook any other important duties while carrying out watchkeeping in the wheelhouse include 51.3% of navigation for fishing ground, 81.9% of setting line, 19.0% of waiting for hauling line, 87.9% of hauling, and 88.7% of navigation to homeport. The above concurrent tasks yielded an average of 66.1%. Experimental fishing vessels are required to focus on ship handling operations related to fishery operations, and the skipper is assigned more activities and attention to fishery related tasks. Therefore, it is considered desirable to build a collision prevention system that is appropriate to the characteristics of the skipper’s work, escaping from transferring the responsibility of ship collision to the skipper completely.

        글로벌화된 시장환경과 급속한 기술 변화는 기업들로 하여금 유연성, 혁신성과를 요구하고 있으며, 그 에 따라 조직성과에 심리적 기초(micro-foundations)가 되고 있는 종업원들의 동기, 업무열의 및 조직몰입에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 종업원들의 업무열의 형성 프로세스를 체계적으로 설명하기 위해 직무 요구-자원이론(JD-R model)에서 직무요구특성과 직무자원간 상호작용 관계를 살펴볼 필요가 있는데, 아직까지 그에 관한 실증이 미흡한 상태다. 본 연구는 고용/인력개발센터에서 근무하는 직업상당사들을 대상으로 직무요구-자원이론에서 감정규제와 업무과부하가 요구되는 직무특성과 개인자원으로서 자기효능감의 조합과 업무열의의 관계와 이에 대하여 서번트리더십이 미치는 영향을 가설화 및 검정하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 비영리나 정부조직에 비해 민간기업 구성원들을 대상으로 직업상담을 하는 경우, 서울보다 수도권 및 지방 시·도 소재 고용/인력개발센터에서 근무하는 경우, 연령이 높은 상담사일수록, 그리고 미 혼보다 기혼인 직업상담사인 경우, 업무열의가 더 높게 검정되었다. 둘째, 감정규제에 대한 요구가 많고 업무과부하가 심한 직무특성을 가질수록 상담사의 업무열의가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인자원으로 서 높은 자기효능감을 가질수록 업무열의가 높게 형성되는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 서번트리더십이 발 휘되는(등장한) 상담팀일수록 자기효능감과 업무열의의 정(+)적인 회귀관계의 강도가 더 크게 나타났다. 이 분석결과는 상담사들이 감정규제와 업무과부하를 극복하고 업무열의를 형성하기 위해 개인자원으로 자기효능감이 필요한데, 먼저 자기효능감 강화는 (자유시장 원리에 따른) 개인성과 기반의 MBO 제도(이론)가, 다음으로 자기효능감을 이용한 업무열의의 효율적인 레버리징은 공동체 구축을 강조하는 서번트 리더십(실천)이 요청된다는 점을 시사한다. 향후연구에서는 특정 직무상황에서 팀수준의 리더십과 조직 의 인사제도 묶음을 함께 다룸으로써, 업무열의 형성 프로세스에 영향 미치는 리더십(실천)과 인사관리 (제도 또는 이론)의 상호보완적 관계를 분석해 볼 필요가 있다.

        This study analyzed characteristics of officers’ watch-keeping during fishing operation at the fisheries training ship KAYA(GT: 1,737 tons, Pukyong National University). It observed fishing works of three officers in wheel house of KAYA. The observations were carried out at the fishing ground 45 miles away from east of Jeju from 7 to 8 January 2010. The works and movements of the officers were recorded with three common video cameras and a 4-channel MPEG-4 Triplex DVR. Recorded data of the working circulation was analyzed by using the post-processing method. As a result of the traffic lines, the average (±S.D) of working hour (min) and moving frequency (times), distance (m) and speed (m/min) during setting the net was 11.8 (0.9), 43.7 (8.1), 133.9 (35.8) and 10.5 (0.6), respectively. During trawling the net, it was 100, 241 (39.8), 615.7 (194.6) and 5.2 (1.6), respectively. During hauling the net, it was 17.6 (1.4), 41.0 (7.2), 196.9 (37.6) and 10.7 (0.8), respectively. In addition, it has a different tendency of the instrument usage frequency by the fishing works. During setting, the usage priority was CCTV, ECDIS, RPM and pitch controller, net monitor, GPS plotter, chart room, X-band radar, fish finder and public addressor. During trawling, it was CCTV, ECDIS, fish finder, X-band radar, net monitor, chart room, GPS plotter, RPM and pitch controller, auto pilot and steering, interphone, wind speed and direction indicator, No.1. VHF, navigation light control panel and public addressor. During hauling, it was CCTV, RPM and pitch controller, GPS plotter, public addressor, chart room, net monitor, X-band radar, auto pilot and steering and fish finder.

        To suggest a standard concerning with the arrangement of bridge equipment, the authors conducted the video observations with 3CCD (charge coupled device) cameras installed on the ceil of the bridge for monitoring the working activities of two bridge teams (the skipper/mate1 and the skipper/mate2) in a Korean coastal large trawler(gross tonnage: 139) for five days from July 30th. 2010 and analyzed of the data. Work elements coded by the work activities were input on the sheet of work analysis by the time unit of 1 sec according to the time occurred. A single work element among the work activities for every 5 minutes was denoted as the number of occurrence. The frequency of equipment usage was limited only in the usage of the equipment. In the case of the navigation and the towing net two ranks were integrated and analyzed. On the other hand, in the case of the casting net and the hauling net, two processes were integrated to as one and then analyzed separately as two ranks. As the results, 15 elements of work was carried out between two bridge teams for the observation; lookout, radar, GPS plotter, fish finder, net monitor, fishing deck, RPM indicator, rudder angle indicator, compass card, for maneuver; steering, ship speed control, trawl winch operation and external communications, paper works and others. It was found that the work load of the skipper per 5 minutes accordance with the navigation, the casting net, the towing net and the hauling net are 20.5 times, 11.9 times, 38.0 times and 9.5 times respectively, the mates are 65.2 times, 66.5 times, 85.7 times and 59.1 times respectively. The radar was shown the highest frequency of the equipment usage and the next was the fish finder, the GPS plotter and the external communications in the case of the navigation. In the case of the towing net the frequency of usage was high the ranking as the radar, the net monitor, the fish finder, the GPS plotter, the steering system and the external communications. In the case of the integrated process both of the casting and hauling net the trawl winch was shown the highest frequency to the skipper and the next was the GPS plotter and the radar, and the steering system was shown the highest frequency to the mate and the next was the radar, the ship speed control system, the GPS plotter, the net monitor and the fish finder.

        목적 : 지역보건법에 근거한 보건소와 치매지원센터에서 지역사회중심재활(Community Based Rehabilitation; CBR) 업무를 담당하는 작업치료사들의 직무특성을 알아보고 직무지향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여, CBR에 서 작업치료사의 역할 정립과 작업치료 질 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 함이다. 연구방법 : 국내 보건소 및 치매지원센터에 근무하는 작업치료사를 대상으로 자기 기입식 온라인 설문지를 배부하여 조사하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 기술통계, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등을 실시하여 직무지향에 영향을 미 치는 요인을 분석하였다. 결과 : CBR에서 작업치료사 직무 내용은 환자평가, 예방교육, 일상생활활동훈련, 인지 및 지각능력 증진 순으로 많았 다. 현재 실시 중인 작업치료 직무 중 힘든 서비스 형태로는 행정적인 업무, 지역사회 교육하기 등이 있었고, 작업 치료 서비스 시행이 어려운 이유로 다른 전문 인력 부족, 프로그램 기획력 및 조직력 부족, 다른 전문가와의 의사소 통 등이 있었다. 고용안정성은 불안정한 편이었고, 자신의 직무에 대한 자율성은 어느 정도 보장되는 것으로 분석 되었다. 고용형태와 고용안정성, 근무처와 자율성, 환자수와 승진기회는 부적 상관성이 있었고, 한편 월 급여와 자 율성, 학력과 자율성은 정적 상관성이 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 첫째, CBR에서 근무하는 작업치료사 역할 정립의 필요성 둘째, 작업치료 업무 외에 행정적인 업무, 지역사회 교육하기, 프로그램 기획력 및 조직력, 다른 전문가와의 의사소통 등에 대한 교육 및 연구 의 필요성 셋째, 작업치료사의 고용안정성 및 자율성을 개선시키기 위한 법 제정이 필요하다.

        현대 업무용 건축물들은 대형화 및 고층화됨에 따라서 효율적이고 인텔리전트한 빌딩 관리 환경 지원을 위하여 IT 기반의 건축물이 증가하고 있다. 특히, IT기반의 건축물들 중 사무용 특히 전산관련 시설에서는 건축물의 실내바닥에 배선 또는 배관이 대량 집중 설치되어지고 있다. 이러한 건축물에서는 시설의 점검 및 교환 작업 등에 유연한 환경을 제공하기 위하여 악세스플로어 등이 시공되어지고 있으나 시간이 지남에 따라 시공된 바닥 아래에서는 먼지 또는 티끌이 쌓이게 된다. 이는 화재 위험성 및 화재 시 화재확산의 위험성에 노출되어 있으나 이러한 위험성을 예측할 수 있는 기준 및 화재 확산에 대한 실험적 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인텔리전트 빌딩에서 야기될 수 있는 화재 위험을 실험을 통해 화재의 특성을 파악하고 이를 실제 인텔리전트 빌딩의 성능기반의 화재안전설계가 수행되도록 기초 자료로 사용할 수 있는 기초 분석 자료가 되고자 하였다.
