본 연구는 구독경제 서비스에 대한 소비자의 심리와 행동을 이해하기 위해 구독경제 서비스에 대한 소비자의 만족과 이용습관, 지속이용의도 의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 소비자의 만족은 구독경제 서비스 이용을 습관으로 강화함으로써 지속이용의도를 높일 것으로 추론하였다. 또한 소비자의 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인을 확인하고자 구독경제 서비스의 품질요인(플랫폼, 서비스 요인)을 함께 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 만족에는 플랫폼 최신성과 편의성, 경제성이 정(+)의 영향력을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구독경제 서비스의 만족은 이용습관을 매개하여 지속이용의도 에 영향을 미치는 것 역시 확인되었다. 이러한 결과에 따라 사용의 유지 혹은 반복이 매우 중요한 구독경제 서비스에서 이용습관을 제고할 수 있 는 전략을 제안하였다.
In this study, based on previous research on personal broadcasting, we indirectly measured content quality, YouTuber attributes, user satisfaction, and behavioral intention, which are latent variables that cannot be directly measured, as measurement variables, and then measured theoretically between the latent variables. In order to analyze the causal relationship, we used a structural equation model to determine to what extent the content quality of the YouTube mukbang channel and the YouTuber's attributes influence behavioral intentions such as purchase, recommendation, and continued use according to viewers' satisfaction with use. We intend to analyze and verify the relationship between related variables. The research results are as follows. First, the value, relevance, timeliness, completeness, and data quantity of content quality were found to have no significant impact on user satisfaction. Second, the trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, and intimacy of YouTuber attributes were found to have a significant impact on user satisfaction, but the similarity of YouTuber attributes did not have a significant impact on usage. Third, user satisfaction was found to have a significant impact on behavioral intentions and purchase intentions. However, user satisfaction was not found to have a direct significant impact on recommendation intentions or continued usage intentions.
본 연구의 목적은 CAC(Cognition-Affect-Conation) 프레임을 기반으 로 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술 이용자가 사용하는 다단계 체험 모델을 구 축하고 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하 고, 미래 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술의 개발 및 최적화를 위한 이론적 근 거와 실제 지침을 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 CAC 프레임을 기반으로 의인성 인지, 관계성 인지, 오락성 인지, 서비스 품질 인지, 비용 인지, 이용자 감정, 이용자의 사용 의도 등의 측면에서 이론적 모델을 구축한다. 정량적 데이터 분석 방법을 통 해 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술의 이용자 사용 의도 생성 동기를 분석한 다. 연구 결과에 따르면 높은 관계성 인지, 오락성 인지, 서비스 품질 인 지는 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술에 대한 이용자의 긍정적인 감정을 증가 시킬 수 있고, 긍정적인 감정은 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술에 대한 이용 자의 사용 의도를 높일 수 있다. 반면, 의인성 인지와 비용 인지가 높으 면은 박물관 AI 음성 대화 기술에 대한 이용자의 부정적인 감정이 발생 하여 이용자의 사용 의도를 높이는 데 부정적인 연향이 있음을 도출했 다.
This study investigated the relationship between service quality factors, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention based on the degree of attachment to companion animals felt by caregivers when using dog grooming services. An online and offline survey with caregivers experienced in dog grooming services were conducted, and 304 responses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 Statistics Program. The analysis revealed the following. First, sub-factors of dog grooming service quality: empathy, assurance, tangibles, and reliability, significantly affect customer satisfaction. Second, customers satisfaction with dog grooming services significantly affects their reuse intention. Third, only reliability demonstrates a moderating effect on attachment to companion dogs in influencing the relationship between customer satisfaction and service quality. These findings that service quality management is necessary to improve the business performance of dog-grooming services. Particularly, this study is meaningful in presenting the direction of service marketing centered on trust, as more guardians consider companion dogs as family.
본 연구는 IPA 기법을 이용하여 중국인 골프장 이용객의 골프장 선택속성 요인에 대한 재방문 의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 수행하고자 중국인 골프장 이용객 388명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료처리 및 IPA 분석을 실시한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 선택속성의 중요도는 직원 예절, 만족도는 식당 및 식음료 가격이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, IPA 매 트릭스 분석 결과, 지속유지에는 8개, 집중개선은 14개, 낮은 우선순위는 5개, 과잉노력지양은 3개의 선택 속성이 분포하였다. 셋째 비용, 접근성, 코스시설, 부대시설, 캐디 전문성, 이용객 관리의 만족도가 재방문 과 추천 의도에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중국인 골프장 이용객으로 한정하였기 때 문에 골프문화가 다른 국가에서 연구된 선행연구와는 그 결과를 비교하는데 있어 차이가 있을 수 있기 때 문에 문화의 다양성을 고려한 연구들이 향후에 진행되어야 할 것이다.
가상현실과 현실 세계를 융합한 공간으로서 가상의 세계 안에서 다양 한 상호작용과 경험을 제공하는 메타버스 서비스는 사용자들이 자아일치 성을 공유하고 강화하는 공간을 형성해줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 메타 버스 서비스 특성이 사용자의 재이용의도에 미치는 영향과, 이 관계를 매개하는 자아일치성의 효과를 검증하였다. 메타버스 서비스를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 성인 남녀를 대상으로 수집한 245개 설문자료를 분석한 결과에 따르면 메타버스 서비스 특성 중 실재감과 매개변수인 자아일치 성은 고객의 메타버스 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다. 또한 매개효과분석 결과에 따르면 자아일치성은 메타버스 서비 스 특성 중 실재감과 재이용의도 간의 관계를 부분매개하고, 유용성과 재이용의도 간의 관계, 상호작용성과 재이용의도 간의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과는 변화된 환경과 소비자 특성으로 인 해 전통적 브랜드 마케팅 방식의 한계에 직면하고 있는 기업들에게 메타 버스를 활용한 마케팅 전략 도출에 도움이 되는 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다.
To compete with the growth of fashion shopping platforms in the online fashion market, general shopping platforms have begun to expand their product categories to include fashion items. This research examines the characteristics that influence consumers’ trust in each of these platforms and their intention to reuse them. Applying the concept of platforms, this study also distinguishes between general shopping platforms and fashion shopping platforms and compares their characteristics. This study surveyed 788 consumers in their 20s and 30s with experience in using general shopping platforms or fashion shopping platforms (389 and 399 respondents, respectively). SPSS was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, and cross-tabulations, and AMOS was used to conduct confirmatory factor analyses and structural equation analyses. The results were as follows: platform reputation, shopping convenience, and interactivity all influenced consumer trust. For fashion shopping platforms, the product quality factor significantly improved consumer trust. However, for general shopping platforms, the product quality factor only influenced reuse intentions to reuse and did not contribute to improving trust. Platform reputation and information offering have influenced reuse intentions for both shopping platforms. Regardless of the type of shopping platform, platform reputation has influenced reuse intentions and consumer trust, and platform esthetics didn’t have affect consumer trust and consumers’ reuse intentions. Consumer trust influenced the intention to reuse on both platforms.
A growing number of fashion brands and retailers are actively adopting live streaming as a new marketing channel. In spite of the increasing use of live commerce, the effects of live streaming commerce on customer purchasing behavior for fashion products are not fully understood. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting consumers’ attitudes toward a purchase via fashion live streaming commerce (FLSC) and intention to use FLSC. The study also investigated whether consumers’ expenditure on fashion and time spent on mobile shopping moderate the relationships among research variables. A total of 230 questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple-group comparison tests using SPSS and AMOS. A summary of the main results of this study is as follows. First, the perception of the attributes of FLSC (ease of use, economic efficiency, interactivity, and enjoyment) has a positive effect on attitude toward a purchase via FLSC. The ease of use and economic efficiency of FLSC, in particular, have greater impacts on attitudes than other factors. Secondly, attitudes toward FLSC positively impact the intention to use FLSC. Lastly, the results of group comparisons, by fashion expenditure and time spent on mobile shopping respectively, hold no significant moderation effects among the variables. These findings demonstrate that consumers are more likely to use FLSC as they form a positive attitude by the attributes of FLSC mentioned earlier. The study provides some insights on an exploration of live streaming commerce for fashion product sales.
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between experience marketing using makeup services and theme park users’ satisfaction, loyalty, and revisit intention. This is because it can identify the usefulness of makeup services and provide implications for effective field marketing strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, 668 users of the theme park were surveyed after convenience screening as research participants. The main theme was the makeup service for visitors to Lotte world, Everland, and Hapcheon Ghost theme park. this study reviewed previous studies and applied them to the makeup service. Based on this, the research model and the hypothesis were established, and as part of the empirical research, the hypothesis was verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The summary of the research results based on empirical analysis is as follows. First, as a result of analyzing experience marketing using makeup services has a positive impact on the satisfaction of customers using theme parks. Second, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Third, experience marketing using makeup services has a positive effect on intention to return. Fourth, satisfaction and loyalty were found to affect the intention to return. Based on this research, we hope that the makeup service as experiential marketing can be effectively applied in various fields, and that the research can be used as basic data to make the makeup service into the representative cultural contents marketing.
This study examined motivation to use omni-channel services on mobile devices in fashion stores and the effects of such usage motivation on brand purchase intention through continuous and affective commitment. Data were collected on consumers in their 20s and 30s who experienced omni-channel services during shopping for or purchasing fashion products. An online survey asked 413 consumers to rate their brand purchase intention. Sub-levels of each variable were examined using SPSS 25.0, followed by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 19.0. In addition, path analysis using structural equation modeling was applied to analyze associations between variables. The statistical results were mixed. First, only two dimensions of usage motivation for omni-channel services, hedonic and relational motivation, had positive effects on continuous and affective commitment. Second, continuous commitment had a greater effect on purchase intention of brands that provided omni-channel services than it did on affective commitment. Third, of the dimensions of usage motivation, utilitarian motivation had a direct influence on purchase intention in the modified model, while social motivation did not affect service commitment and purchase intention. Finally, our findings suggest that brand loyalty can be built by encouraging service commitments through hedonic and relational motivation, based on the usability of omnichannel services.
본 연구는 실제 대인관계에서 형성된 관계의 친밀감이 게임 플레이 시 플레이어의 게임 및 사용자 경험에 영향을 줄 것이라 보았다. 그러나 사회적 관계 정도에 따른 게임 사용자 경험에 차이가 있음에도 불구하고 지금까지의 선행 연구에서는 게임 플레이어의 사회적 네트워크나 팀워크에 대해 분석한 연구는 매우 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 모바일 전략 게임 내에서 플레이어 간의 사회적 관계 정도가 게임에 대한 협동심, 만족, 이용의도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 모바일 게임 앱 플레이테스트 실험처치 방법론을 통해 분석하였다. 또한 사회적 관계에 따른 효과의 차이를 순수하게 알아보기 위해 참여자의 게임 몰입(Flow)을 공변량(Covariance)으로 하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 실시간 전략 게임인 ‘클랜시 오브 로얄' 게임 앱을 이용하여 진행되었다. 연구결과, 사회적 관계가 높을수록 게임에 대한 협동심과 만족은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본연구의 결과는 모바일 게임 기획 시 플레이어의 인적 네트워크와 게임 진행 방식에 대한 이론적, 실무적 함의를 갖는다.
Currently, dramatic change had led to the growth of the distribution environment and the retailer’s distribution channel. This change had shifted the ‘single channel’ to ‘multi channel’, and from ‘cross channel’ to ‘omni channel’. While fashion companies using omni channel are rapidly growing, few research regarding omni channel had been done in academic field. In this study, we examined the influence of omni channel characteristics on consumers’ perceived risk as well as consumers’ perceived risk toward attitude and intention to use omni channel. We surveyed 696 male and female respondents aged 20 to 40 who lived in Seoul and the metropolitan area. Using AMOS 20.0, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed to verify the model of this study. The results were as follows. First, omni channel’s instant connectivity, location-based provability, interactivity, and entertainment factors did not decrease impacts on the perceived risk related to privacy and annoyance. Second, omni channel’s instant connectivity and entertainment did not increase effects on the perceived financial risk, and location-based provability and interactivity did not increase effect on perceived financial risk. Third, the perceived risk concerning omni channel did not decrease on consumer attitude toward omni channel. Fourth, consumer attitude toward omni channel influenced the intention to use omni channel significantly.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between environmental factors, personal factors, ease of use, usefulness and behavioral intention of delivery application by applying the extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). An online survey was conducted based on a self-administered questionnaire to a selected sample who had an experience of using delivery application at least once. The survey was conducted in September, 2017. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS 24.0 for windows and AMOS 24.0. The findings of the study showed that among environmental factors, social influence had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions had a significant effect on perceived ease of use only. Among personal factors, anxiety had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, while innovation had a significant effect on perceived ease of use. Both of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a significant effect on behavioral intention. This study suggests the importance of environmental and personal factors for increase of behavioral intention of delivery application.
This study surveyed the recognition, image, preference, attributes, satisfaction and revisit intention for Korean food of local Vietnamese to facilitate the globalization of Korean food. Most participants had recognized Korean food. and, they were especially aware of kimchi (김치), bulgogi (불고기) and bibimbab (비빔밥), Additionally, most repondents thought these foods represent Korean traditions and culture very well. The image of local Vietnamese for Korean food was good. Which was reflected in Korean food having “a good reputation” and a high possibility for “globalization” were high. This study also investigated 16 kinds of Korean food and found the highest preferences to be for bulgogi (불고기), followed by galbitang (갈비탕), whereas that for doenjangchigae (된장찌개) was lowest. Some of the top choice attributes of Vietnamese for Korean food were found to be in “because it is ‘colorful’, ‘prepared sincerely’, ‘plated neatly’, ‘fresh’ and ‘comes with a variety of banchans (side dishes). This is a very meaningful result, making this an important reference for the globalization of Korean food. The local Vietnamese had high satisfaction and reuse intention degree for Korean food, and especially high satisfaction with the colorfulness of Korean food. In addition, the local Vietnamese showed a very high revisit intention for Korean food.
This study was conducted to survey the perception and preferences of customers that have dined at Korean restaurants in China and investigate the importance and performance level of quality attributes, customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention. The survey was conducted January 31~March 1, 2016 in China. The 293 questionnaires (97.7%) were analyzed using SPSS(Ver. 23.0) and AMOS(Ver. 21.0). Results of this study are as follow: Customers that dined at a Korean restaurant in China were composed of 157 women and 136 men. Regarding the reason for preferring Korean cuisine, taste, hygiene and nutritional value of Korean food were the most significant quality factors. Regarding complaints about Korean food, Chinese people placed much emphasis on freshness of ingredients when dining out, based on the majority of complaints about ingredients that were not fresh. The main reason for leftover food were personal eating habits and that of customers revisiting food taste and nutrition. Path model among customer satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention revealed the factor of menus and attributes of menu items regarding customer’s age that had an impact on customers’ satisfaction, and association with customers’ satisfaction, revisit intention and recommendation intention as well.
