본 연구는 국내의 호스피스 제도와 불교인을 위한 호스피스 프로그램의 현실을 살펴보고, 불교인 말기 환자를 위한 호스피스 프로그램을 만들기 위해 필요한 불 교적 호스피스의 개념적 모델을 도출하는 데에 목적을 두고 있다. 실제로 국내의 불교계는 한국불교 호스피스협회가 불교 이념에 바탕을 둔 실천 활동을 전개하였 으나 보급과 실천에 한계를 보였고, 최근에는 국내의 호스피스 분야는 병원의 의 료현장 위주의 호스피스가 주류를 이루고 있다. 이와 같은 현실에서 불교 호스피 스 전문가의 양성을 모색하는 것보다는 국내의 호스피스 병원에서 간호사가 직접 쓰기에 적합한 ‘불교인을 위한 호스피스 프로그램’을 만들어 보급하는 것이 더 실 용적이라고 본다. 국내 의료현장에 불교인에 적합한 호스피스 서비스가 보급되기 위해서는 병원의 간호사와 호스피스 봉사자들이 배워서 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 불교적 호스피스 서비스 모델이 개발·보급되어야 한다. 이와 같은 취지로 본 연구 는 간호학의 ‘평화로운 생의 임종 이론’을 기반으로 불교적 관점에 적합한 불교적 호스피스의 개념 모델을 도출하였다. 이러한 불교적 호스피스 모델을 기존의 병원 에 보급하여 간호사 및 호스피스 교육에 사용된다면 불교 호스피스 활성화를 기 대해 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 골프 광고 모델의 휴먼브랜드 영역이 확장되면서 일어나는 현상에 대해 분석하고자 2021년 7월 1일 ~11월 15일까지 표본계획에 의해 모바일 서베이(URL)를 사용하여 521명을 인과 관계 (SEM)를 적용 분석하였다. 첫째, 골프 광고 모델의 휴먼브랜드는 적합성에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향으로 가설이 채택되었다. 둘째, 적합성은 구매행도에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향으로 가설이 채택되었다. 셋째, 골프 광고 모델의 휴먼브랜드는 구매행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향으로 가 설이 채택되었다. 마지막으로 부트스트레핑(bootstrapping)을 통해 간접효과를 산출한 결과 휴먼브랜드와 구매행동의 관계에서 적합성의 간접효과는 통계적으로 유의하다고 볼 수 있다.

Evolutionary computation is a powerful tool for developing computer games. Back-propagation neural network(BPNN) was proved to be a universal approximator and genetic algorithm(GA) a global searcher. The game of Tic-Tac-Toe, also known as Naughts and Crosses, is often used as a test bed for testing new AI algorithms. We tried to recognize the strategic fitness of a finished Tic-Tac-Toe game when the parameters, such as a sequence of moves, its game depth and result, are provided. To implement this, we've constructed an evolutionary model using GA with back-propagation NNs(GANN). The experimental results revealed that GANN, in the very long training time, converges very slowly; however, performance of recognizing the strategic fitness does not meet we expected and, further, increase of the population size does not significantly contribute to the performance of GANN.

A progressive failure analysis procedure for composite laminates is developed in here and in the companion paper. An anisotropic plastic constitutive model for fiber-reinforced composite material, is developed, which is simple and efficient to be implemented into computer program for a predictive analysis procedure of composites. In current development of the constitutive model, an incremental elastic-plastic constitutive model is adopted to represent progressively the nonlinear material behavior of composite materials until a material failure is predicted. An anisotropic initial yield criterion is established that includes the effects of different yield strengths in each material direction, and between tension and compression. Anisotropic work-hardening model and subsequent yield surface are developed to describe material behavior beyond the initial yield under the general loading condition. The current model is implemented into a computer code, which is Predictive Analysis for Composite Structures (PACS), and is presented in the companion paper. The accuracy and efficiency of the anisotropic plastic constitutive model are verified by solving a number of various fiber-reinforced composite laminates with and without geometric discontinuity. The comparisons of the numerical results to the experimental and other numerical results available in the literature indicate the validity and efficiency of the developed model.

Importance of alternative energy has been increasing due to environmental issues and lack of fossil fuels. In addition, heating cost that occupies from 30 to 40 % of the total production cost in Korean protected cultivation needs to be reduced for profitability and global competition. Therefore, this study was conducted to develop energy model and regional resource for recycling of resource in greenhouse. Based on the results of the theoretical and statistical investigations, energy model of regional resource was developed. This results was shown with a new standard 2,000 heads of pigs. Livestock manure was originated 8.6 kg/day/one head, and the average biogas yield was 1.23 Nm3/day occurred. The biogas reactor and engine showed that scale of 300 m3 was 25kW respectively. Agricultural and Forest Residual-products Biomass quantity in heating road of 200,000kcal/h were 1,224 kg, 912 kg respectively.

본 연구는 정보 검색 과제별 주요 적합성 판단 기준을 실제 정보 검색 시스템으로 구현해 보고 사용자 평가를 통해 그 효과를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 사용자 적합성 판단 기준들을 정보 검색 시스템에서 적합성을 결정하는 검색 랭킹 모델의 랭킹 요소들로 적용하였다. 그리고 정보 검색 과제별 차이가 있는 동적 검색 랭킹 모델과 차이가 없는 정적 검색 랭킹 모델을 시스템으로 구현하였고, 이에 대한 사용자 평가를 진행하여 비교해 보았다. 총 45명의 참가자가 실험에 참여하였고, 정보 검색 과제별 차이가 있는 동적 검색 랭킹 모델과 차이가 없는 정적 검색 랭킹 모델이 적용된 각각의 검색 시스템에서 3개의 검색 과제를 수행하였다. 3개의 정보 검색 과제로는 사실 검색 과제, 문제 해결 검색 과제, 의사 결정 검색 과제가 사용되었다. 각 참가자는 검색 결과 첫 페이지 상위 5 개의 검색 결과에 대해 적합성 정도를 7 점 척도로 평가하였다. 그 결과, 사용자는 전반적으로 모든 검색어에 동일하게 반응하는 정적 검색 랭킹 모델을 적용한 시스템보다 정보 검색 과제별로 사용자 적합성 판단기준의 변화에 따라 랭킹 요소 가중치를 달리한 동적 검색 랭킹 모델을 더 높이 평가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 이를 통해, 정보 검색 과제를 고려한 정보 검색 시스템 디자인의 필요성과 함께, 사용자 중심 적합성 판단 모형 연구 결과를 실제 정보 검색 시스템으로 구현하여 평가함으로써 사용자 중심 적합성 연구 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다는 점, 그리고 사용자 연구 접목을 통한 시스템 개선의 중요성을 강조하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 국가간 직무가치관이 경영관행과 일치할 때 종업원의 성과가 높다는 적합성 이론을 중국에 적용시켜 한 국가내에서도 적합성 이론이 타당성한지 혹은 적용가능한지를 검증한 논문이다. 기존의 적합성 이론에 따라 추론해 본다면 중국내에서 지역간 직무가치관 차이가 있다면 각 지역문화에 적합한 경영관행을 수립할 때 종업원의 몰입도는 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 분석결과 중국의 경우 홉스테드의 다섯 가지 문화차원 중에서 개인주의 문화차원만이 적합성 이론을 지지하였다. 즉 중국의 다양한 지역에서 상하이와 같은 개인주의가 높은 지역의 종업원일수록 개인성과를 강조하는 경영관행을 수행할 때 종업원의 조직몰입은 높아졌다. 반면 간수성, 산시성 같은 집단주의가 높은 지역의 종업원은 개인적 성과를 너무 강조할 경우 오히려 조직몰입은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 홉스테드 모형의 지역간 문화차원 분석 적합성에 대한 엄밀한 검증이 필요하다. 홉스테드의 다른 문화차원이 왜 중국내에서 적합성 모형을 지지하지 못하는지 논의되었고 추후 연구 아이디어를 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of VMD image appropriateness in apparel shopping contexts. Two competing models are utilized. The first model is developed from the emotion-cognition theory which explains that environmental cues(i.e., VMD image appropriateness) generate consumers' emotion, and in turn, consumers' behaviors. The second model is developed based on the cognitive theory of emotions and posits that environmental cues stimulates consumers' cognitive perceptions of retail environments, subsequently influencing consumers' emotional and behavioral response. A 2(VMD image appropriateness: high vs. low) between-subjects factorial design experiment was conducted. Female college students(n=592) participated in the experiment. Using structural equation modeling the study found that the emotion-cognition model better explains the effect of VMD image appropriateness on consumers' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses.

본 논문은 영상 부호화에 적용되는 전역 움직임 보상 유무를 판정하는 방법을 제안한다. 전역 움직임을 이용한 영상 부호화에서의 기존 방법은 항상 전역 움직임이 존재한다는 가정하에서 전역 움직임을 추정하고 추정된 전역 움직임을 이용하여 전역 움직임 보상을 행한다. 그러나 전역 움직임이 없고 단지 지역 움직임(local motion)만이 존재하는 경우 기존의 방식은 무조건 전역 움직임 보상을 행함으로써 부호화 효율을 떨어뜨릴 뿐만 아니라 전역 움직임 보상 과정에서 불필요한 계산량을 요구하게 된다. 따라서 항상 전역 움직임 보상을 하는 것이 아니라 사전에 전역 움직임 보상 유무를 판정하는 방식이 필요하다. 본 논문은 2차원 병진 움직임 벡터 및 선형 회기법(linearregression)을 이용하여 전역 움직임 추정을 행한 뒤, 전역 움직임 모델 적합성 판정(test for model adequacy)을 함으로써 전역 움직임 보상 유무를 판정하게 된다. 실험결과, 제안 방법을 적용함으로써 부호화 효율이 크게 향상되었다.

This research investigated actual circumstance of the industrial-educational cooperation in Jeonbuk area, and derived and improved problems on competitiveness which was inferior compared to the capital region, and attempted the development of regional society. This research analyzed the demand distribution such as major types of business, achievement of R&D, and construction of the industrial-educational cooperation system by the questionnaire investigation of the current regional economy status and demand of industries, and improved a relationship between the regional universities and industries as well as revitalized the industrial-educational cooperation oriented universities for the workforce training of needs-satisfying technology and construction of the practical business oriented industrial-educational cooperation system. Thus, this research presented a model of the industrial-educational cooperation needed to universities in Jeonbuk based on a study of an outlook of industries in Jeonbuk, investigation of demand of industries, and policies of the internal industrial-educational cooperation.
