건설기술정보시스템(CODIL)은 건설기술 자료와 정보에 관한 종합적인 유통체계를 갖추고, 그 보급과 확산을 위해 개발된 시스템으 로 건설기준정보 건설실무정보 연구개발정보 등을 서비스하고 있다. 본 연구는 시스템의 활용도를 분석하여 DB 구축방향 및 시스템 고도화 방안 등을 마련하기 위하여 진행하였으며, 주요 메뉴에 대한 사용자 활용 현황을 파악하기 위해 2024년 1월부터 8월까지 시스 템에 저장된 로그를 월별로 분석하였으며, 또한 시스템 사용자가 어떤 정보에 관심이 있는지를 파악하기 위해 최근 3개월간의 사용자 검색어를 분석하였다. 주요 메뉴별 활용량을 보면 기술/사례정보가 83.3만건, 건설보고서 72.9만건, 중소기업지원정보 30.5만건, 행정규 칙 18.5만건, 공사기준 18.3만건 순으로 활용하였으며, 사용자의 검색어 순위는 표준시방서, 시방서, 표준품셈, 콘크리트 표준시방서, 도 로설계요령, 도로설계편람, 시공계획서, 건축공사 표준시방서, 콘크리트, 건설 순이었으며 사용자의 관심이 표준시방서나 품셈 도로설 계편람 등 건설기준정보에 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과에 따라 향후에는 건설보고서 위주의 콘텐츠 구축에 서 건설기준정보 등 현장중심의 콘텐츠 구축으로의 방향 전환이 필요하며, 검색어 검색의 정확도를 높이기 위해 ‘시방’과 ‘시방서’와 같이 유사한 의미를 갖는 단어를 하나의 동의어로 인식할 수 있도록 연구 및 시스템에 적용할 필요가 있다.
본 연구는 언어의 공공성과 전문성에 대한 문제의식에서 기획되었다. 이를 위해 전문 영역인 유전자변형생물체[LMO] 관련 공공기관 홈페이지 를 비교 분석하여 공공언어 사용 실태를 파악하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같 은 시사점을 이끌어 낼 수 있었다. 장르적 측면에서 LMO 홈페이지들은 ‘안내문’의 특성을 보이며, 주제어를 홈페이지 화면 전면에 제시하여 공공 언어의 수용성과 접근성을 제고하였다. 다음으로 표기의 정확성 측면에 서 전문 용어 및 법령, 관련 규정, 약어(略語) 표기의 통일성과 일관성 확보가 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 소통성 측면에서는 LMO와 GMO의 개념 정의 및 설명 방식에 통일성과 일관성을 확보하여 전문 용어의 이 해도를 높일 것을 제안하였다. 또한 각 기관 홈페이지가 비교적 생산 목 적에 맞게 정보를 제공하고 있지만 기관 업무 특성에 따른 접근성과 편 의성 확보의 필요성을 강조하였다. 소통성을 강화하기 위해 관계기관 협 의에서 ‘공공언어적인 관점 반영’을 안건으로 선정할 것을 제언한다.
Big data technology is being used in various fields followed by the development of information and communication technology. In the corporate and public sectors, diverse system platforms are built and operated due to the needs of users, but efficiency is low because they are built from an individual service perspective rather than an integrated service perspective. In this study, the relationship between presenting the characteristics of the type of shared information platform, the integration plan, and integration performance of the shared information system platform was analyzed. The results of the study will provide guidelines for the integration of shared information system platforms by the government and private companies in the future.
The preliminary study was conducted on the use of navigation instruments and programs conducted in the previous demonstration and experiment of the training ship SAEBADA, real-time sharing and accuracy of land and sea information, and the development of real-time effective information transmission and reception and management system programs. Based on this, this study used the training ship CHAMBADA, which is similar in length to the tonnage of the fishing boat. The purpose is to present errors in ship situation-specific information data, alarm systems for marine information, and land and ship transmission and reception programs collected using intelligent information management systems to find out whether they can be applied and used in fishing boats. It plans to conduct research on direct and indirect safety and ship’s stability when the intelligent information management system operates in real time in the operation of ships considering the characteristics of small fishing boats and the characteristics of fishing.
The need for an intelligent information-based ship accident prevention and control system for various marine accidents is very clearly emerging. As it is a variety of marine accidents, the causes are diverse. Therefore, it can be said that it is very important to prevent these marine accidents and their causes in advance. Therefore, a study was conducted on an intelligent information-based ship safety management decision support system that provides information necessary for decision-making at sea and land through an integrated management device for ships that informs safety-related risks in real-time ship operation. In the future, we intend to pursue the development of a system that can aim for safer and more economical ship operation by linking it to navigation instruments through the evaluation and analysis of AI, IoT, and big data.
통합항해시스템(INS)은 기존 항해 장비들을 통합하여 부가가치를 제공하는 장치로써 항해 업무 수행을 위한 정보와 기능을 다기능표시장치에(MFD)에 통합하는 것으로 정의된다. IMO 성능 기준은 각 업무에 대한 최소 요구사항을 명시하고 있지만, 장비 및 기 능의 목록은 정의하지 않아 제조사마다 INS의 구성이 상이하고 사용자 관점에 기반 한 지침 또한 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 선박 운 용상황 및 수행 업무에 따라 사용자가 요구하는 정보를 분석하고, 이를 INS의 MFD에 효과적으로 구조화하여 INS의 사용성을 높이기 위해 수행되었다. INS 관련 국제 기준 및 제조사의 구성 장비 목록을 분석하여 필수 항해 정보들을 선별하고 MFD 사용 경험이 있는 선박 운항자를 대상으로 카드 소팅 테스트를 실시하여 각 INS 업무에 요구되는 정보들을 분류하도록 하였다. 연구의 결과는 제조사들 이 제품 설계 시 사용자 경험을 반영한 정보 구성에 기본적인 가이드로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
An ecological niche is defined as the specific role of a species influenced by time, space, and other resources. By investigating overlaps between ecological niches of different species, we could estimate the degrees of interspecific competition. Such studies often use geographic information systems (GIS) to discover niche overlaps between species. In this study, we used GIS to estimate the spatial niches of two Korean frog species (Pelophylax nigromaculatus and P. chosenicus). This enabled us to predict their geographic distributions in order to identify their coexistence regions and distribution patterns. The results confirmed that altitude was an important variable for predicting their distribution, with a correlation with their climatic range. Spatial distributions of the two frog species were highly overlapped, as the distribution range for P. nigromaculatus included most of the range of P. chosenicus, showing a sympatric distribution pattern. Within the coexisting regions, however, the presence sites for the two species did not overlap, implying weak competition. To confirm the principal factors influencing their competitive relationship and reasons for their sympatric distribution pattern, we need more detailed in-depth studies on the diverse environmental variables within the regions where the two species coexist. By doing so, we would be able to identify various mechanisms for avoiding competition in sympatric frog species.
With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.
PURPOSES : In this study, the causality between smart parking user services and its satisfaction level was analyzed statistically, and a smart parking priority decision model was established in terms of the user side.
METHODS :The results of the Daegu Metropolitan City survey for the parking state, parking fee, transfer, convenience of use, facilities, and safety that could influence smart parking user satisfaction were used. A structural equation model in SPSS 26 and AMOS 26 programs that facilitates hypothesis testing and importance factor analysis between observed and latent variables was used.
RESULTS : The results demonstrated that the importance factor loading on smart parking user services was in the following order: convenience of use (0.996), parking facilities (0.814), safety (0.803), parking information (0.706), transfer (0.618), and parking fee (0.426). Among them, the parking fee was not quite influential in decision making.
CONCLUSIONS : The most influential user service on smart parking information systems was the convenience of use, in which congestion in parking lots and parking time were the most influential variables. The most influential variables were in the following order: in parking facilities, the route design of vehicle flow and size of the parking garage; in safety, the entrance location and the level of wear; in the parking state, the availability of parking space and parking fees; and finally in transfer, the convenience of transfer to other modes and the number of transfer parking lots.
We conducted a study on the possibility of using the power plant's thermal effluent system by using a heating system to utilize the thermal effluent from Jeju Power Headquarters of KOMIPO. In this study, growth information such as the size, leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of subtropical persimmon fruit (A) in the facility cultivation complex were measured. In the comparison group (B), the growth information of the same crop was measured and compared in an unheated greenhouse near Harye-ri, Namwon-eup, Seogwipo. Fruit size was measured at monthly intervals, and leaf area, fresh weight, and dry weight were measured at new shoot season. Measurement results of A and B growth information, 1) Fruit diameter & length, A grew 7.3% and 9.4% than B, 2) Leaf area, A grew 4.7% than B, 3) Fresh weight, the decrease was 8.9%, but the dry weight was 3.6%, indicating that A contains more nutrients than B. Therefore, if the heating control by supplying thermal effluent to the facility greenhouse, it can contribute to reducing the energy cost and improving quality.
The current domestic policy flow towards nuclear decommissioning have difficult maintaining existing nuclear technologies and capabilities. Knowledge management has become an important project management execution process. The decommissioning research department of the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute, which conducts decommissioning research and technology development, also attempted to develop a decommissioning project management information system using this knowledge management method. The decommissioning project management information system consisted of scope management, configuration management, organization and manpower management, schedule management, cost management, risk management, and stakeholder management. In this paper, we developed a document management system to perform the decommissioning of nuclear power plants in the process of constructing a project management system for dismantling nuclear facilities. The decommissioning project management system will be completed in stages by linking the history management platform and the process optimization platform based on the document management system.
Various artificial reefs provide the fish habitat and nursery, and contribute the improvement of fisheries productivity. The evaluation methods of fishery resources in the artificial reefs have been done by fishing, scuba diving, underwater camera, and scientific echo sounder/sonar. There are a number of studies using echosounders on the quantitative and qualitative evaluations of artificial reefs in various seas around the world. This study focused on the spatial distribution of fishes around artificial reefs and the influential area of reefs off Bukchon, Jeju Island. Not only acoustic data but also various properties of artificial reefs were used in the geographic information system to extract relevant results. As a result, the major material of reefs on this study site was concrete and the number of reefs with that material was the most. The volume of reefs consisted of steel only and steel with riprap was considerably large compared to other reefs. The average NASC in the vertical distribution of fishes in artificial reefs was 31.6 m2/nm2 in April, and that was 61.3 m2/nm2 in June. The distance between the fish school and their nearest reef in June morning had a wide range from 750 to 3250 m. On the basis of the influence ray of artificial reefs, it had a tendancy of NASC to decrease with distance from the reef in the June morning. It is a preliminary study to present the geospatial analysis example to understand a better way of comprehensive artificial reef environments.
The use of Project Management Information System (PMIS) is increasing in project management industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development, telecommunication, etc. It is generally known that PMIS helps to improve the quality of decision making in project management, and consequently improves the project performance. However, how much and which parts of project management performance are affected by PMIS still need to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of PMIS quality on project management performance. We collected data from various project based industries such as construction, defense, manufacturing, software development and telecommunication by using survey questionnaire. PMIS quality was measured in three dimensions. They are system quality, information quality and service quality. Project management performance was measured in nine variables such as time reduction, work accuracy, cost management, etc. Statistical analyses such as multiple regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that PMIS quality had significant impacts on the project management performance and user satisfaction. It was notable that only two dimensions out of the three PMIS quality dimensions, system quality and information quality, affected the project management performance. Also, it was found that PM performance played a mediating role between PMIS and user satisfaction, and between PMIS and reuse intention. The contribution of this research is that it helps to clarify what aspects of PMIS affect the project management performance and user satisfaction.
