목적 : 본 연구는 낙상과 관련된 노인의 일반적 특성 및 건강 관련 특성과 주거환경 사이의 관련성을 확인 하고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 2020년 노인실태조사 자료를 활용하여 지역사회에 거주하는 만 65세 노인을 대상으로 낙상과 일반적 및 건강 관련 특성, 주거환경 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 변수의 결측치를 제외한 9,411명의 자료 를 활용하였다. 노인의 낙상 여부에 따른 일반적 및 주거환경, 건강 관련 변수들의 관련성을 파악하기 위해 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다.
결과 : 지난 1년간 낙상을 경험한 노인은 585명(6.2%), 낙상을 경험하지 않은 노인 8,826명(93.8%)으로 나타났다. 전체 대상자의 연령은 65~74세가 6,069명(64.49%)으로 여성이 59.78%에 해당하였다. 낙 상과 가장 큰 관련이 있는 요인으로 주택 종류 중 기타 3.91배(95% CI: 1.85, 8.27)로 나타났으며 배 우자가 없을 때 2.30배(95% CI: 1.37, 3.85), 일한 경험은 있으나 현재 일을 하지 않는 노인의 경우 2.13배(95% CI: 1.49, 3.04) 등의 순서로 나타났다.
결론 : 본 연구를 통해 노인의 낙상 위험과 관련된 요인을 확인하고 주거환경 개선을 위한 대상자 분류 및 선정을 위한 자료로 사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.
Bongik-dong, Kwonnong-dong, Ikseon-dong and Nakwon-dong are areas around Donhwamun-ro in Seoul. These residential areas began to be developed collectively from the 1920s and the construction period was the fastest among hanok residences collectively formed in urban center. At that time, houses were developed with high density. In the 1920s, many medium-sized plots of less than 3,300㎡ were distributed around Donhwamun-ro. Private developers such as Jeong Se-kwon(Konyangsa), Shin Tae-jong, and Yoon Heung-rim, who were active at the time, purchased medium-sized plots. Developers sold out the land directly or after constructing Hanok on the divided plot and then selling them. This method of developing hanok residences by private developers in the 1920s have influenced on hanok residences which began to be developed after the 1930s. Currently, many urban Hanoks still remain in areas around Donhwamun-ro. The initial aspects of the hanok development in the 1920s could be grasped through blocks, plot division, alleys, row house Hanok etc around Donhwamun-ro.
본 연구는 노인 1인 가구의 주거문제에 주목하여 최저주거기준 미달가구의 특성을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 한국복지패널 11차 자료를 이용하여 노인 1인 가구 1,504명을 대 상으로 분석하였다. 최저주거기준 미달가구와 충족가구로 나누어 비교분석한 결과, 인구 사회학적 특성에 있어 두 집단은 연령, 학력, 공적연금보유 여부, 월소득, 주관적 건강상태, 우울증 여부, 가족관계만족도, 사회적 친분관계 만족도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 주거 특성에 있어 주택유형, 주택소유 여부, 주거위치, 주택관련서비스 경험과 주거만족도에서 두 집단 간 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 노인 1인 가구 중에서도 최저주거기준을 미달하는 노인 1인 가구는 생활 전반에서 더욱 취약한 저소득⋅고위험가구이므로 경제적 지원 및 심리사회적 지원이 종합적으로 제공되어야 하고, 주거복지가 확대되어야 함을 제시하였다.
2008년 이후 젊은 건축가상 수상작 중 주거건축의 비율이 총 203개작에서 64개로 30%의 중요도를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 젊은 건축가들의 단독주택의 계획방향에 관한 분석을 통해 주거건축의 실질적인 공간변화에 대해 고찰한다. 연구의 방법으로는 첫 번째, 공간구 문론 분석을 위해 기본적인 볼록공간을 설정하여 주생활 공간의 배치를 알아본다. 공간위상도에서 단위공간의 심도분석으로 각 공간의 주거공간 내부에서의 현상과 중요도를 파악한다. 두 번째, 가시영역분석을 통해 건축물의 개방도를 알아본다. 결론적으로 공간구문적 분석을 통해 주거건축에서의 내부공간의 변화된 모습과 도시내,외지역에 따라 실질적인 상황과 조건에 부 합하는 외부공간과 건축설계의 적응방법을 분석하여 향후 젊은 건축가들의 건축프로세스의 연구가 주거건축의 적극적인 사례로 변화된 계획의 방향을 알아볼 수 있을 것이고, 세부적으로는 도시주거건축과 경계부의 특성을 유추하는데 도움이 된다. 주거공간 변화를 파악하고 그에 상응하는 주거건축의 설계 방향 모색과 더불어 도시 내외부의 주거건축물 집단화에도 도움이 될 것이다.
Indoor Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are classified as known or possible toxicants and odorants. This study characterized VOC levels in 11 homes in an area in the capital of Seoul by using two different methods of VOCs sampling, which are the active sampling using a thermal sorption tube and the passive sampling using a diffusion sampler. When using the active sampling method, the total target VOC concentration ranged from 41.7 to 420.7 μg/ m3 (mean 230.4 μg/m3; median 221.8 μg/m3) during winter and 21.3 to 1,431.9 μg/m3 (mean 340.1 μg/m3; median 175.4 μg/m3) during summer. When using the passive method, 29.6 to 257.5 μg/m3 (mean 81.8 μg/m3; median 49.4 μg/m3) during winter and 1.2 to 5,131.1 μg/m3 (mean 1,758.8 μg/m3; median 1,375.1 μg/m3) during summer. Forty-nine VOCs were quantified and toluene showed the highest concentration regardless of the season and the sampling method studied. The distribution of VOCs was relatively varied by using the active method. However, it showed a low correlation with indoor environmental factors such as room temperature, humidity and ventilation time. The correlation between indoor environmental factors and VOCs were relatively high in the passive method. In particular, these characteristics were confirmed by principal component analysis.
Gosan(孤山) Yun Seon-do is a literary artist and poet, Nogudang House(綠雨堂) is an invisible space composition a □-type of arrangement in Jeollanam-do. The study of related architecture together with Gosan Yun Seon-do has been studied variously early, Mostly, the study of the life of Haenam Yun clan(海南尹氏) and the life of Gosan Yun Seon-do. In this study, HaeNam Yun compares the houses under the roof of the public house centered on buildings. In this study, we compare and analyze Nogudang House and Gongjae Historic House(恭齋古宅), Yun Cheol-ha's Historic House(尹哲夏古宅) in the Haenam Yun clan's house building. Analyze the characteristics of architecture and analyze changes in space usage and components and settlement process. The purpose of this study is to clarify differences in structural features and to analyze what structural characteristics maintain structural characteristics. In the comparative analysis process, architectural characteristics are used as variables and each correlation is investigated, and shape difference is analyzed by difference analysis. In addition, the architectural characteristics are analyzed by analyzing the relational factors influencing the morphological change, focusing on the results of the analysis of differences between the comparative analysis objects.
본 연구는 지역사회에서 전자감시 장치를 부착한 범죄자의 거주 특성이 재범 가능 성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 살피는데 목적이 있다. 우리 사회에서 현재 1인 가구 비율이 급격하게 증가하고 있는 상황인바, 범죄자가 누구와 어떤 주거지에 생활하느 냐를 살펴보는 것은 지역사회 교정 차원에서 범죄자의 사회복귀 방향을 판가름 짓는 중요한 일이라고 하겠다. 피해자학 입장이 아닌, 가해자 차원에서 본 연구에서는 위치 추적 전자장치를 부착하고 있는 고위험 범죄자 6,544명의 데이터를 분석하여 1인 가구 비율을 검토하고, 1인 가구와 집단 가구를 혼인관계 및 재범 차원에서 살펴보고자 한다. 연구에 사용된 자료는 2008년 10월 이후부터 2017년 10월까지 우리나라에서 전자장치 부착을 경험한 전체 범죄자이다.
빈도분석 결과, 전체 6,544명 중의 위치추적 전자장치 부착자 중 37.8%가 혼자 살림살이를 하고 있는 1인 가구인 것으로 나타났다. 심각한 것은 전체 범죄자 중 21.2% 가 매우 불안정한 주거 상황에서 노숙을 하거나 숙박업소에서 불규칙한 생활을 하는 주거부정자라는 점이다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 미혼집단 모델에서는 재범을 설명하는 변인으로 연령(-), 경제상태(-), 법 준수 순응도(-), 성범죄, 신상정보 공개고지, 1인 가구(집단 가구) 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 기혼집단 로지스틱 회귀분석에서는 경제상태(-)와 법 준수 순응도(-), 신상정보 공개고지 세 변인 만 재범발생 가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 미혼집단 모델과 달리 “1 인 가구” 상황이 기혼집단에서는 재범에 별 영향을 미치지 않는다고 볼 수 있다.
교정 실무자 및 범죄학자들은 전자장치 부착 범죄자들의 혼인 관계와 1인 가구 주 거 상황을 초기 개입 단계에서 면밀히 조사하여 맞춤형 지도, 감독 전략을 수립하고, 지역사회 내 재범 방지 및 범죄자 사회복귀 효과가 극대화될 수 있도록 범죄자의 혼인 상태 및 1인 가구 여부를 재범억제 활동에 적극 활용해야 할 것이다.
The aim of this study was to examine indoor fungal concentration and fungal volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in single-person households. A total of 22 houses occupied by one person were investigated in this study. 19 VOCs detected in the field were estimated as fungi-derived VOCs through a review of the literature, and 11 VOCs were confirmed as fungal VOCs by laboratory experiments. Exposure to fungal VOCs in the indoor environment has been confirmed to be highly influenced by airborne fungal concentration and indoor humidity. 3-octanone was characterized by a clear generation profile in Aspergilus versiocolor, and n-decane in Pencillum chrysogenum. ntetradecane emitted by Stachybotrys chartarum exhibited a tendency to occur consistently. The observations made in this study demonstrated that single-person households can easily be exposed to fungi, and MVOCs can be used as an indicator of fungal exposure in indoor environments.
Drago Galić (1907-1992) has been acknowledged as one of most important modern Croatia architects of the 20th century and noted for his controversial apartment buildings at 35-35a and 43-43a blocks on Vukovar Street in Zagreb, Croatia. Although the two housings were highly regarded as the best examples of the post-war housing design in Croatia, a plagiarism controversy arose due to its similar exterior looks to Le Corbusier’s Unité d'Habitation in Marseille in 1952. This research intends to comparatively analyze architectural features implemented on the works of apartment of Drago Galić and Le Corbusier's Unité d'Habitation. The analysis focuses on architectural characteristics categorized in three parts: unit plan, community space, and unit combinations. The site survey was carried out to yield more useful information for the analysis. During this process, written and photographic documentations are collected for the further interpretation. In addition, scale drawings are reconstructed for the in-depth analysis of the project.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the odor arising from the Cheong-ju industrial complex area for odor materials confirmation, and to predict the impact of the odor in the residential area using the CALPUFF Model. Among the odor causing substances in the area with a rising number of collective complaints due to odor, methyl sulfide, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, n-buthylaldehyde, n-valeraldehyde and styrene were detected. Odor causing substances detected in the area surrounding the industrial complex include ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, n-buthylaldehyde, toluene, xylene, benzene and styrene. Using the CALPUFF Model, it was predicted that 1hr average was 3.981~7.553 OU/m3 and 24hr average was 1.753~2.359 OU/m3. In terms of odor intensity, the predicted 1hr average was 0.6~0.9 and the 24hr average was 0.2~0.4.
This study was aimed at analyzing the location and the characteristics of the Urban hanok tissues that were formed in the downtown since 1920s. Focusing on the relationship between roads and lots, the developing process and the typological characteristics are examined. Through dividing the large and medium lots of the aristocratic families and on the hilly area near the Seoul City Wall, various shapes of urban hanok tissue were evolved. The urban hanok tissues developed before 1936 locate on the downtown sites, while those developed after 1936 locate on the hilly sites. The location of the tissues were identified in the upper area of Jong-no street. The former is composed of small size lots divided into average area 104.4㎡ with the narrow alleys of about 2.0m width, while the latter is composed of medium size lots divided into average area 131.54㎡ with the alleys of about 4.0m width. Moreover the structures of the tissues were evolved based on the developing period and the site condition. The typological characteristics were defined as the four patterns categorized with the bilateral concepts of alley’s form and of alley’s spacial feature.
The objective of this study is to offer basic scientific data to support policy decision-making for the improved control of nitrogen dioxide(NO₂) and nitrous acid(HONO) in residence. The survey on concentration of NO₂and HONO in 20 houses in Seoul and Daegu was performed from January to February, 2013. Average NO₂concentrations in the kitchen, living room, and room were 25.7 ± 7.7 ppb, 24.3 ± 8.5 ppb, and 19.6 ± 5.6 ppb, respectively. Also, average HONO concentration were 3.6 ± 1.0 ppb, 3.1 ± 0.9 ppb, and 3.1 ± 0.9 ppb, respectively. NO₂and HONO concentration in kitchen were significantly higher than the concentration in the living room and room(p<0.05). Concentration ratios of HONO/NO2 were ranged to 0.070 0.277 for indoor air and 0.004 0.161 for outdoor air. Indoor HONO/NO2 ratios were higher than the outdoor HONO/NO₂ratios.
본 연구에서는 악취민원이 빈발한 경기도 안산시에 위치한 반월공단의 주거지역과 공단지역 등을 중심으로 주요 관리대상으로 설정된 악취성분들에 대한 환경대기 중 농도분포 특성을 2년여 기간동안 6차례에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 이들의 거동을 이해하기 위해, 시간적(오전과 오후) 및 공간적(공단 내외부의 위치) 기준으로 분포특성에 대한 비교를 시도하였다. 그 결과, 오전시간대에 비해 오후시간대에 고농도 분포가 현저하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 유사하게 공간적인 기준으로 비교한 결과도 공단 내부에서 관측한 결과에서 대부분의 성분들이 고농도를 유지하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 안산시 주변 및 공단지역의 환경대기 중에 존재하는 악취성분들이 시간적 및 공간적 기준으로 다양한 분포특성을 취한다는 것을 보여주었다.
The purpose of this study is to find the spatial factors, strucure of living and activity in traditional Korean house through the Phiysiological view, Spatial factors of the house are concerned to the interior environment and sanitary condition, The elements of respiratory, nerve, temperature sence. vision, hearing, smelling have good condition and touch, pressure sence, pain, metabolism are poor in the house, Ventilation, Lighting, pleasant condition of interior environment are concerned to the elements that mentioned above and have most important meaning in the relation rate of space as 1st factor. And 2nd factor is for metabolism, housework and rest, 3rd factor ie for temperature sence, privacy and reproduction. The relation rate of factors concering interior environment are high in the upper class house. Anbang has important meaning in the relation of living structure and relation sequence of space is anbang, Konnonbang, kitchen, toilet, water place, auxiliary buildings. The relation rate of activity is high in interior space in winter and exterior space in summer.
The Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles was an experimental project that Le Corbusier had been waiting for since 1920s in order to explore his ideals and visions in mass housing and city planning. As a leader of the first generation members in CIAM, Le Corbusier tried to give a new form and an order to the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles in both building design and city planning level. The purpose of this research is to investigate the design characteristics of the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles in three different levels of built environment with a particular emphasis on the process through which an original form is derived from its contextual settings. In the level of city planning, Le Corbusier aimed to reshape traditional low-rise urban housing by deploying several Unites spaciously. Le Corbusier believed that the spacious deployment of Unites would bring us both the functional economy in the city and the natural amenity in the suburbs. As Unite d'Habitation would be called frequently as vertical garden city, the influence of suburban garden city on Unite d'Habitation is apparent. In the building level, the binomial harmony of individual-collectivity was pursued by providing three different public floors and by combining 23 different family unit types in the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles. In order to visualize the concept of object-type, family units were prefabricated and inserted into the structural frame of the Unite d'Habitation at Marseilles. Two family units are combined to make a three-story section with street corridor in the middle. This three-story section unit is very original as it has access corridor every third floor and each unit could have considerable depth with the help of the living space of two story height. In consideration of formal and plan similarity as well as contextual edivdence, it is concluded that the three-story section of the Unite d'Habitation is derived more from Narkomfin Apartments than from the monastery at Ema or Immuble Villas.
This research investigated the characteristics of NO and NO2 concentration at roadside (Choryangdong) and residential (Sujeongdong) locations in Busan. The NO concentration at roadside and residential were 34.7 and 8.0 ppb, respectively, and NO2 at roadside and residential were 31.6 and 18.0 ppb ㎍/㎥ , respectively. The NO concentration was the highest in winter at roadside at 37.1 ppb, followed by 35.0 ppb and 34.0 ppb in summer and fall, respectively. NO2 concentration was the highest in spring at roadside at 39.6 ppb, followed by 30.4 ppb and 28.3 ppb in fall and winter, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 1 hr limit value (0.10 ppm) for NO2 at roadside and residential were 3,585 and 3 hours, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 24 hr limit value (0.06 ppm) for NO2 at roadside and residential were 32 and 1 days, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 1 hr limit value (0.1 ppm) for O3 at roadside and residential were 1 and 14 days, respectively. These results indicated that understanding the relationship between roadside and residential could provide insight into establishing a strategy to control urban air quality.
