본 연구는 펫푸드 제조업체의 품질 및 위생관리 수준을 파악하기 위해 펫푸드 및 식품 제조업체 27곳을 선정하여 점검을 진행하였다. 점검에는 17개 항목, 200개 문항으로 구성된 체크리스트가 사용되었으며, 이 중 유의미한 결과 가 도출된 41개 문항의 점검 결과만 연구 자료로 활용하 였다. 점검 결과, 펫푸드 제조업체 작업자는 출입 전 손 씻기, 위생복 착용 등 위생 절차 미 준수 비율이 식품 제 조업체에 비해 높았다(P<0.05). 또한, 펫푸드 제조 설비의 세척 관리 수준이 식품 제조업체보다 미흡한 것으로 나타 났다(P<0.05). 아울러 펫푸드 제조업체는 원료의 생물학적 안전성을 확보하기 위한 해동 기준이 미비하였으며, 환경 오염도 검사, critical control point (CCP) 유효성 평가 등 제품 안전성을 검증할 수 있는 자료도 충분히 보유하고 있지 않았다(P<0.05). 특히, 법규 위반에 해당될 수 있는 자가 품질검사 미 준수비율이 식품 제조업체에 비해 현저 하게 높아, 이에 대한 집중적인 관리와 개선이 요구되었 다(P<0.05). 종합적으로 분석해 볼 때, 펫푸드 제조업체의 품질 및 위생관리 운영관리가 식품 제조업체보다 낮은 수 준인 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 펫푸드 제조업체의 기반 시 설 및 인프라 부족에서 기인한 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 반려동물의 안전성 보호 및 품질 강화를 위해 펫푸드 제 조업체의 위생교육과 법적기준 강화, 정부 기관의 펫푸드 제조업체 지원 정책 마련 등의 개선 방안이 요구된다.

목적 : 본 연구는 장애인의 자가운전을 지원하고 사회참여를 확대하기 위한 기반으로, 차량 관련 보조공학기기의 품질을 확보할 수 있는 체계적인 품질관리 기준을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 특히 현재 국내에 부재한 명확한 품질 기준을 보완하고, 국제 기준에 부합하는 실효성 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구는 총 세 단계로 진행되었다. 1차 및 2차 전문가협의체 회의를 통해 차량 관련 보조공학기기 품질관리의 방향성과 구체적인 시험항목을 도출하였으며, 이후 델파이 조사는 전문가 패널 20명을 대상으로 항목별 중요도 및 적합 도를 평가하고, 최종 품질관리 기준 항목을 확정하였다. 결과 : 1차 전문가협의체를 통해 시험인증, 체크리스트, 수입제품 인증 확인이라는 세 가지 품질관리 방안이 도출되었고, 이 중 시험인증 방안이 핵심 방안으로 채택되었다. 2차 전문가협의체에서는 SAE 기준을 참고하여 22개의 시험 및 평가 항목이 도출되었으며, 델파이 조사 결과 내용타당도비율을 기준을 만족하지 못한 항목을 제외하고 총 21개 항목이 최종 품질관리 기준으로 확정되었다. 이 기준은 SAE 국제 표준을 기반으로 하되, 국내 실정과 산업계 의견을 반영하여 조정되 었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 차량 관련 보조공학기기의 품질과 안전성을 확보하기 위한 실행 가능한 품질관리 기준 방안을 제시하였 으며, 이는 향후 관련 제도 마련 및 기술 가이드라인 개발에 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. 아울러 품질관리는 단순한 제품 성능의 확보를 넘어 장애인의 안전한 이동권 보장과 자립적인 사회참여에 기여하는 핵심 요소임을 강조하며, 실제 사용자 참여와 산업계 협력을 바탕으로 한 단계적 도입 방안이 필요함을 제언하였다.

Flammulina velutipesis highly valued and widely consumed because of its nutritional and functional benefits, and its global demand is steadily increasing. However, rapid quality deterioration and short shelf life create an urgent need for effective preservation and advanced quality assessment of Flammulina velutipes. The aim of this review was to identify methods that reduce postharvest quality loss, extend shelf life, and optimize storage and distribution practices for Flammulina velutipes. Chemical treatments (including antioxidants, 1-methylcyclopropene, and edible coatings), low-temperature plasma, and innovative nanocomposite-based packaging have been effective in maintaining Flammulina velutipesquality after harvest. Nevertheless, further discussions on the economic feasibility, safety, and sustainability of these technologies are essential for their practical and industrial applications in Flammulina velutipespreservation.

이 연구에서는 여성 주민에 대한 안면마사지 서비스 품질이 관 리 효과와 관리 만족 및 행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하 고자 하였다. 이 연구는 대전광역시 거주 경로당 이용 여성 주민을 대상으로 2024년 09월 10일부터 2024년 10월 10일까지 최종 250부의 설문지를 배부하고 수거하여 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 프로 그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결론적으로 노화로 인해 보이지 않는 스트레스에 시달리고, 자 아 존중감이 약화 된 노인 여성에게 안면마사지 프로그램은 그 건강성과 역동성을 회복시켜 주는 역할을 하여 스트레스를 완화 시키고 자아 존중감을 회복시키는 효과를 나타냈으며, 나아가 성 공적인 노화 및 안면 개선을 통해 적극적인 인간관계 개선 및 삶 의 질에 매우 도움이 된다는 효과적인 모델로 제시될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.

In this study, two things were analyzed for Korean Standards certification factory review evaluation items. First, it was examined whether there is a difference between the Practice of factory review evaluation items and Post-Management according to the change in perception of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel. Second, the moderating effect of the Korean Standards certification personnel's perception of the effect of the Practice of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel on Post-Management was verified. Although there is a statistically significant difference between Practice and Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards personnel, there is no statistically significant difference in the impact (slope) of Practice on Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards certification personnel. As the perception of factory review evaluation items increases, the Practice and Post-Management of factory review evaluation items are increasing, but the impact of the Practice of factory review evaluation items on Post-Management does not affect it. In order to further advance Korean Standards certification, which plays an important role in maintaining the quality level of products produced by companies, efforts to raise the level of perception of Korean Standards certification personnel are considered necessary.

외부 환경변화에 민감한 양서류는 지역 내 생태환경의 변화나 교란을 평가하는 생물지표종으로 활용되고 있다. 도시화로 인한 서식지 파괴, 단절과 같은 인위적인 위협으로 인해 무미목 양서류 종 3분의 1이 멸종 위험에 처한 것으로 알려져 있다. 무미목 양서류의 적절한 보호 및 보전전략 마련을 위해서는 개체군의 특성을 고려한 생물종 조사가 요구된다. 본 연구는 무미목 양서류의 번식기 울음소리를 이용한 생태모니터링에 있어 시민들의 참여 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 또한 적절한 품질관리 방안을 제안하여 오류나 편향을 제거하고 신뢰도 높은 생물종 출현 자료를 추출하고자 하였다. 시민과학 프로젝트는 국내에 서식하는 무미목 양서류 12종을 대상으로 2022년 4월 1일부터 8월 31일까지 전국을 대상으로 수행되었다. 시민들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 무미목 양서류의 번식기 울음소리를 직접 청취하고 모바일 애플리케 이션을 통해 녹음함으로써 음성신호 모니터링이 진행되었다. 또한 품질관리 프로세스를 구축하여 시민들로부터 수집된 데이터의 오류 및 편향을 누락, 허위, 잘못된 식별과 같이 3단계로 분류하여 신뢰도 높은 생물종 출현 자료를 추출하고자 하였다. 시민참여 무미목 양서류 음성신호 모니터링 결과 총 6,808건의 관찰 기록을 수집할 수 있었다. 품질관리 프로세스를 통해 6,808건의 데이터 중 1,944건(28.55%)에서 오류 및 편향이 발생하였다. 오류 및 편향 유형으로는 누락이 922건 (47.43%)으로 높은 빈도를 보였으며 잘못된 식별 540건(27.78%), 허위 482건(24.79%) 순서로 나타났다. 시민과학 프로젝트를 통해 국내에 서식하는 12종의 무미목 양서류 중 두꺼비(Bufo gargarizans Cantor), 한국산개구리(Rana coreana)를 제외한 10종의 무미목 양서류의 번식기 울음소리를 관찰할 수 있었다. 주로 개체수 감소로 인하여 관찰이 어렵거나 비 출현 개체의 번식기와 시민과학 프로젝트 진행 시점과의 차이로 인해 번식기 울음소리를 수집하는데 어려움이 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 시민참여를 토대로 국내에 서식하는 무미목 양서류의 번식기 울음소리를 통해 분포현황과 생물종 출현 자료 수집을 처음으로 검토한 연구이다. 향후 시민과학을 접목한 생물음향 모니터링 설계와 시민과학 데이터 품질관리 방안에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

항공기 연료 결함으로 인한 사고는 CICTT에서 규정하는 사고유형 34개 중 상위 13번째를 차지할 정도로 중요하다. 유통과정과 보관환경 등에 따라 수분이나 오염물질의 유입되어 항공기 사고가 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 장기간 보관 항공유의 물성변화를 확인 하고자 JET A-1 항공유를 금속캔에 보관하여 6개월 이후의 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 장기간 보관된 항공유는 품질기준을 만족하였으 며, 연료유의 안정성도 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 하지만 해양경찰 항공기와 같이 임무의 특성상 항공유를 선박과 육상 저장시설, 유조차 등에 분리하여 보관하고 있는 상황에서는 내외부 환경 변화로 인해 수분이나 오염물질의 유입 가능성이 높다. 또한, 오염물질에 대한 분 석은 현존 검, 증류성상 등으로 분석이 가능하지만 수분의 경우는 국내외 표준과 국내법령에서 물 분리지수를 통한 항공유의 수분 분리 능력을 판단할 뿐 수분함량에 대한 분석이 수행되지 않고 있다. 이에 수분함량에 대한 품질관리 기준을 추가하고 국내외 표준과 법령을 획일화하는 개정을 수행하여 항공 안전성을 확보해야 할 것이다.

Approximately 40,000 elevators are installed every year in Korea, and they are used as a convenient means of transportation in daily life. However, the continuous increase in elevators has a social problem of increased safety accidents behind the functional aspect of convenience. There is an emerging need to induce preemptive and active elevator safety management by elevator management entities by strengthening the management of poorly managed elevators. Therefore, this study examines domestic research cases related to the evaluation items of the elevator safety quality rating system conducted in previous studies, and develops a statistical model that can examine the effect of elevator maintenance quality as a result of the safety management of the elevator management entity. We review two types: odds ratio analysis and logistic regression analysis models.

Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).

PURPOSES : Currently, the domestic construction industry is dominated by large-scale projects such as roads, ports, airports, and buildings. Construction on such projects is generally conducted simultaneously, but the process and quality management are led by a small number of responsible managers. In the case of road pavements, owing to rapid industrial development, economic growth, and the expansion of social overhead capital investment in the road construction industry, highways and general national roads have been constructed on a large scale. Therefore, this study aimed to improve and develop domestic concrete production and construction quality management by improving the reliability and transparency of production quality management and simplifying business processes. This was accomplished through the development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based cement quality management system capable of automated design and build (D/B) construction and real-time monitoring. METHODS : The "IQ" system is a quality management system for enabling real-time monitoring of D/B quality at the time of concrete production and according to the designated age by utilizing quality test equipment developed with an LTE-Bluetooth function. It is possible to immediately identify and respond to quality problems through real-time monitoring, secure a reliable quality D/B because the quality test results cannot be arbitrarily manipulated, and to simplify the work process through the automatic D/B construction. In addition, improved quality control can be achieved through real-time information sharing and feedback system operations between contractors, managers, and personnel involved in construction. The quality control test items for developing the IQ system are the compression and flexural strengths, as these can be used to determine the design standard strength of pre-curing concretes (such as their slump and unit quantity) and the adequacy of the workability and durability, as well as the air volume to predict the durability, and the chloride content in the sections where reinforcement is used. CONCLUSIONS : This study identified difficulties and limitations in quality management according to the operation method in the domestic quality management systems, and in the real-time monitoring between managers and contractors. Thus, it was necessary to establish an improved systematic and reliable quality management system. The IQ system was developed to solve this problem.
