Multidisciplinary Design Optimization(MDO) method that considers principles in various fields affecting big scale structure and system design at the same time is used. Because most variables are connected many engineering phenomena under the classic optimized design method(all-in-one design approach), it is hard to judge the meaning of final design solution obtained, and there are cases where all variables converge before reaching the optimal design value in large-scale design problems with many variables. Collaborative Optimization (CO) method, the most advanced MDO approach, is used to efficiently solve these optimum problems, to efficiently analyze design problems involving numerous design variables and constraints and in which various engineering phenomena occur. However, the application of the MDO problem to CO introduces a number of numerical problems by destroying the numerical properties of the original optimal design problem. Therefore, this study researches one solution by listing the problems of CO after organizing various approaches of MDO.

이 연구의 목적은 한국의 사회적 경제 조직의 특성을 찾아보는 데에 있다. 그중에서도 사회적기업, 마을기 업, 협동조합을 중심으로 살펴본다. 우선, 미국과 유럽의 사회적 경제에 대한 개념을 비교하여 특성을 도출 하고, 이를 비교의 대상으로 삼는다. 서양의 사회적 경제와는 다르게, 한국의 사회적 경제는 정부에 의해서 정책적으로 도입 및 추진되었다. 구체적으로 사회적기업은 고용노동부에 의해, 마을기업은 행정안전부에 의해, 협동조합은 기획재정부에 의해 관리되고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 한국의 사회적 경제 조직은 정부의 영 향으로부터 자유로울 수 없다. 물론, 사회적 경제의 토양이 부족한 한국에서 빠른 시간 안에 사회적 경제가 가져올 성과를 낼 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 이렇게 성장한 사회적 경제가 진정한 의미의 사회적 경제 에 해당하는지에 대해서 진지한 성찰과 고민이 필요하다

문화콘텐츠산업은 현재 각광을 받고 있지만 창의성의 유지가 매우 중요한 분야로 안정적인 발전을 위해서는 다른 산업과는 다른 접근방식과 대안이 필요한 분야이다. 상호호혜성의 원칙에 입각한 협동조합의 형태는 다른 산업과는 다른 문화콘텐츠산업의 창작자들에게 안정적인 시스템을 제공하고 문화적 창의성을 유지 시킬 수 있는 훌륭한 수단이 될 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 이 논문에서는 특히 ‘바른음원협동조합’, ‘자립음악생산조합’을 중심으로 문화콘텐츠산업과 협동조합의 연계 가능성에 대한 논의들을 정리하고 있다. 이러한 사례연구로 문화콘텐츠산업이 협동조합 형태로 운영될 때의 상황들을 파악할 수 있다. 그리고 발전적인 문화콘텐츠 협동조합 형태에 대한 논의들을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 문화콘텐츠산업에서 협동조합 방식의 운영이 많지 않고 새로운 형태이기 때문에 그에 대한 시행착오와 한계도 확인할 수 있으며, 앞으로 이러한 문제점을 줄일 수 있는 많은 연구와 노력이 필요하다.

협동학습은 소그룹에 소속된 학생들이 그들 자신은 물론 다른 구성원들의 학습효과를 극 대화시키기 위해 서로 협력하도록 구조화된 교수학습방법이다. 본 논문은 중국어 고문 교육 을 보다 효과적으로 할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 협동학습 모형을 제시하고 이를 실제 수업에 적용하여 그 효과와 한계를 살펴보았다. 중국어 고문 교육에 협동학습 모형을 활용한 결과 그 효과와 한계점은 다음과 같이 정리 할 수 있다. 첫째, 학습효과 측면에서 협동학습을 통해 고문해석에 대한 학습자의 자신감 상 승, 고문학습에 대한 흥미도 향상, 효과적인 고문해석 연습 기회 제공, 학습자의 고문 독해실 력 제고와 이에 따른 학업성취도 향상이 있었다. 둘째, 인간관계 측면에서 학습자들은 협동학 습을 통해 조원과 상의하고 서로 의지하면서 문제를 해결하였는데, 이 과정에서 조원에 대한 신뢰도가 상승하였으며, 긍정적 상호작용을 체험할 수 있었다. 셋째, 수업 진행 과정에서 협동학습의 중요한 요소 중 하나인 개인적 책무성이 강조되면서 학습자들은 다른 조원들에게 피해를 주지 않기 위해 성실히 노력하였으며, 이러한 과정을 통해 자아존중감과 자신감이 향 상되었다. 다만 협동학습이 본연의 효과를 발휘하기 위해서는 학습자의 개인적 책무성과 긍정적인 상호작용이 특히 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었는데, 이러한 부분이 제대로 이루어지지 않았을 경우 협동학습은 고문학습에 그다지 도움이 되지 못하였다.

본 연구는 외부 컨설턴트가 수행한 학교컨설팅의 사례연구이다. 컨설턴트의 유형에 초점을 맞추어 외부 컨설턴트의 학교컨설팅 수행 시, 그 시사점과 효과적인 수행을 위한 전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 외부 컨설턴트 수행의 시사점은 컨설팅의 전문성과 독립성이 확보되고, 과제에 대한 새로 운 시각을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 효과적인 컨설팅 수행을 위한 전략으로 의뢰인이 원하는 요건을 갖춘 컨설팅단의 구성, 컨설팅 관련자들과의 공청회 실시, 내부 컨설턴트와의 협업컨설팅 실시 등을 도출하였다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 컨설팅 진행절차별 내·외부 컨설턴트의 역할을 정립하였다. 본 연구는 학교컨설팅을 진행함에 있어 외부 컨설턴트 개입 및 역할에 대한 실천적 제언을 하고, 컨 설턴트의 유형에 초점을 맞추어 내·외부 컨설턴트가 협업을 통해 효과적 학교컨설팅 방안을 제공하였 다는데 의의가 있다.

This paper examines the effects of student-centered collaborative project programs using digital media for the EFL university students. To compare the effectiveness of a digital storytelling project program (127 students) and a topic-research presentation program (126 students) we used pre- and post-TOEIC English speaking tests. We also administrated a survey on students’ attitude towards their learning, interviewed students and observed the programs. The results showed that there was a significant improvement of the students’ English speaking ability in the two programs. The score of the topic-research presentation program improved more than that of the digital storytelling program. However, the students in the digital storytelling program were more motivated to engage in the collaborative project than those of topic-research presentation program in terms of interest and participation. Based on the results of the two programs, this paper suggests the educational implications for those who want to develop and implement collaborative projects using digital media for the EFL university students.

세계 빈곤인구의 대부분은 농촌에 거주하면서 농업에 종사하는 소규모 농가의 구성원이다. 소농은 자원 동원력과 시장 교섭력이 취약하기 때문에 스스로의 힘으로 빈곤에서 탈출하기 쉽지 않다. 한편, 소농은 개도국의 농업발전과 농촌지역사회 유지에 중요한 역할을 하며, 식량안보 강화와 빈곤 퇴치를 위한 잠재력을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 잠재력을 발휘하기 위해서는 소농의 농업부문에 대한 투자가 원활하게 이루어져야 하고, 생산-가공-유통으로 이어지는 농업의 가치사슬이 형성되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 농업협동조합 모델을 그 대안으로 제시하였다. 특히 정부의 적극적인 개입과 지원 하에 금융서비스를 포함한 종합적 서비스를 제공함으로써 농업·농촌발전에 큰 공헌을 한 한국형 농업협동조합에 착안하여 ODA 적용방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 최근 농업협동조합법 제정을 앞두고 있는 라오스의 농업 생산, 농산물 시장접근성, 조직화 수준, 농업 금융시스템 등 농업협동조합 설립 여건을 고려하여 ODA 프로그램 모델을 수립하였다. 즉, 조직화를 중심축으로 하고 생산성 향상, 시장접근성 제고, 금융서비스 제공을 주요 내용으로 한 농업협동조합 ODA 프로그램 모델을 제안하였다.

문화콘텐츠산업은 인간의 창의성과 감성에 기반해 있으며, 현재 가장 각광을 받는 산업으로서 그 중요성이 커지고 있다. 문화콘텐츠산업이 발전하기 위해서는 인간이 문화적 창작행위를 발현시킬 수 있는 제도적 지원과 자유로운 창작활동을 위한 환경을 제공해야 한다. 문화콘텐츠산업은 그 특성상 협동조합과 결합될 때 큰 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 문화콘텐츠산업에서는 개인의 문화‧예술적 감각과 협업이 중시되기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 문화콘텐츠산업의 중요성과 특성을 정리하고, 협동조합의 기본 개념과 해외의 문화콘텐츠 협동조합 사례를 분석하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 통해 문화콘텐츠 협동조합의 필요성과 특성을 분석함으로써 문화콘텐츠 협동조합의 성공 가능성을 탐색해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to take a close look at team teaching between a Korean elementary English teacher and a native teacher of English and thus to explore ways that team teaching can be performed more effectively. The data consists of teaching journals and an interview. Teaching journals were written by the Korean teacher and the native teacher for one semester while co-teaching. The analysis of data revealed the followings. First, the role relationships between the two teachers changed dynamically as the native teacher had more experiences of teaching. The native teacher was a novice at first, but she became the associate and sometimes team leader in the end of the semester. Second, the Korean teacher's efforts to communicate with the native teacher regarding the contents and methods of teaching helped the native teacher progress in teaching skills and management of class. Third, the Korean teacher felt stress due to too much work and responsibility related to team teaching although she found the experience of team teaching rewarding in terms of her professional development. Finally, it was found that activities and games rather than reading and writing were more appropriate for team teaching. Based on these findings several suggestions were made.

This study was carried out to establish an effective system for embryo transfer techniques by educational-industrial complex. The embryos of Korean Cattle were transferred into a total of 79 recipients. The pregnancy rate were higher in Korean Cattle (38/53, 72%) than Holstein (17/26, 65%) in recipients. However, there were no significantly difference between Korean Cattle and Holstein in recipients. In embryo transfer using fresh embryos (28/39, 72%), the pregnancy rate was slightly higher than frozen-thawed embryos (68%, 27/40). In another experiment, the number of transferred embryos showed no difference in pregnancy rate, but when two embryos (75%, 21/28) transferred, the pregnancy rate was slightly higher than with one embryo (65%, 33/51). In summary, it will be useful to apply effective system for improvement of pregnancy rate and increase of the income in a farmhouse on embryo transfer of Korean Cattle by educational-industrial complex.
