목적 : 본 연구는 일상생활 활동을 보조하기 위한 상지 보조기기 중재 연구의 대상자, 적용된 보조기기의 유형 및 동향, 중재 결과를 도출하기 위한 종속 변인 및 평가도구에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 문헌검색은 국내・외 데이터베이스인 RISS, KCI, Scopus, Web of Science를 이용하였다. 문헌선택은 Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis(PRISMA)흐름도 에 따라 진행하였다. 최종적으로 14편의 연구를 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 최종 선정된 논문은 근거를 기반으로 한 연구의 질적 수준(hierarchy of level of evidence for evidence-based practice)분석모델과 Critical Appraisal Skills Programme Case Control Checklist(CASP Case Control Checklist)를 활용하여 근거 수준과 적용된 방법론의 질을 평가하였다. 결과 : 전체 14편의 연구 중, 7편의 논문이 근거 수준 Level 3인 단일집단 비 무작위 연구였으며, 12편의 연구가 CASP case control checklist의 모든 항목을 충족하였다. 근육병 장애인을 대상으로 상지 보조 기기를 적용한 연구가 6편으로 가장 많았다. 적용된 보조기기는 암 서포트가 5편, 로보틱 암이 4편이었 으며, 비교적 최근일수록 로보틱스, 3D 프린팅 등 고도화된 기술과 융합되었다. 중재 결과를 도출하기 위하여 설정된 종속변수로는 상지 수행력이 31.7%, 상지 기능이 29.3%를 차지하였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 일상생활 활동 보조를 위한 상지 보조기기 연구와 서비스의 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후에는 체계적인 연구 설계를 기반으로 높은 근거 수준의 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이며, 실사용자와 보호자를 대상으로 보조기기 사용이 미치는 다양한 요소에 대한 효과성 검증이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

대한민국의 항공산업 대표 기업인 한국항공우주산업의 최근 9년간의 성장과정을 경영진단모델(Productivity Management System)와 연계하여 경영진단과 OJT(On Job Training)를 수행하였고 표준경영시스템(Disciplinary system)에서 변화대응시 스템(Agile system)으로 성장하는 과정의 사례연구를 통한 기업의 경영시스템 고도화 과정과 지속 가능한 성장의 경영시스템 기반 확보에 관한 사례를 통한 실증연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

목적 : 본 연구는 치매노인을 위한 그룹신체활동 프로그램의 종류 및 효과에 대하여 체계적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2008년부터 2020년까지의 국내 논문을 대상으로 “그룹” and “신체활동” and “치매” 를 검색용어로 검색하였다. 논문 검색은 Google 학술 검색, 한국연구정보서비스(RISS)를 이용하여 총 34편의 연구 중 중복 논문 제거 및 포함/ 배제 기준에 따라 최종적으로 4편을 선정하였다. 결과 : 질적 근거 수준은 Ⅲ가 100.0% 을 차지하였다. 연구 대상자의 성별은 남성 12명, 여성 24명으로 여성의 비율이 높게 나타났다. 중재 환경은 지역사회 2편, 요양원 2편이었다. 경도 치매대상자가 21명, 중등도 치매 대상자가 15명으로 경도 치매환자를 대상으로 한 연구의 대상자가 더 많았다. 중재 횟수는 10회, 12회 2편, 36회로 다양했으며 중재 시간은 4편 모두 회기별로 40분 이상 50분 이내로 제공되었다. 인지 기능에서의 중재 효과가 가장 많이 보고되었으며 이후 행동 심리 증상/일상생활수행능력, 삶의 질/우울/기분 상태/수면 양상/균형 수행 능력 다양한 영역에서의 기능 향상이 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구를 토대로 제시된 그룹신체활동 프로그램의 근거가 되는 연구들을 임상에서 치료사들이 치매노인을 대상으로 연구할 때 중재 방법, 기간, 평가 도구 등을 선정하는데 필요한 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

목적 : 작업치료가 지적 장애 아동 및 청소년의 ADL과 참여에 미치는 효과에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 지적 장애 아동을 위한 효과적인 중재와 치료의 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 연구방법 : Pubmed, Medline, KISS, RISS 등을 사용하여 2008년부터 2019년 사이에 출판된 논문을 검 색했다. 주요 검색어로 ‘intellectual disability’, ‘intervention’, ‘activity of daily living’을 사용하였고, 총 9편의 국내외 논문을 선정했다. 결과 : 연구에는 지역사회 기반 작업치료, 전산화 인지 프로그램, Co-PID와 같은 다양한 방법의 중재가 사용되었으며, 모든 중재는 ADL 또는 참여 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었다. ADL 영역에서는 의사소통 기술, 작업수행기술, 식사 기술, 시지각 기술, 사회행동기술, 시간관리 기술 등에 유의미한 효과를 보였 다. 참여 영역에서는 의사소통, 선택하기, 학교관련 참여기술을 증진시켰다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 지적장애 아동 및 청소년의 일상생활활동과 참여 수준을 향상시킨 작업치료 분야의 유의미한 중재들을 제시했다. 향후 연구의 질적 수준과 변수의 다양성을 고려하면서 지적장애 아동 및 청소년의 재활 중재를 위한 깊이 있는 연구가 더 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

목적 : 지역사회기반 중재가 뇌졸중환자의 일상생활활동에 미치는 효과에 대한 근거를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 체계적 고찰과 메타분석방법을 사용하였다. 데이터베이스는 PubMed, MEDLINE, Cochran CENTRAL, RISS, 국회도서관을 사용하여 자료를 수집하였고 각 연구의 질 평가는 PEDro Scale을 사 용하였다. 두 명의 저자가 독립적으로 자료수집 및 질 평가를 실시하였다. 포함기준에 맞는 연구는 7편 의 연구가 최종적으로 포함되었다. 분석은 대상 논문의 실험군 및 대조군의 대상자 수, 평균, 표준편차를 사용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 대상자는 388명 이었다. 메타분석을 실시한 결과 일상생활활동에 대한 중재 효과크기는 2.63으로 지역사회기반 중재가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동에 효과적이었다. 결론 : 지역사회기반 중재가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동에 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과는 뇌졸중 환자를 위한 지역사회 중재에 대한 근거로 제시할 수 있으며, 근거를 기반으로 다양하고, 폭넓은 지역사 회기반 중재가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

최근 패스트 패션 산업 내 브랜드들은 기획-생산-유통의 수직적 통합 프로세스를 통해 효과적으로 제 품을 생산하고, 판매함으로써 급격하게 성장하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이러한 패스트 패션 브랜드들 의 성장을 심층적으로 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이전까지 패스트 패션 연구는 마케팅 측면과 운영관 리 측면으로 나누어졌다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 패스트 패션 산업의 성공을 설명하는데 한계가 있었다. 왜냐하면 경쟁업체들은 선두 업체들의 전략을 쉽게 모방을 할 수 있었기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 의 전략적인 측면으로 패스트 패션 브랜드들의 경쟁 전략을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 Porter(1996)의 활동체 계도 모형, Kim & Mauborgne(2005)의 전략 캔버스 모델을 바탕으로 경쟁전략을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 글로벌 패스트 패션 브랜드들의 경쟁력은 높은 적합성을 가진 각 각의 활동들의 결합으로 이루어졌다. 이에 따라 쉽게 모방이 힘든 구조를 가지고 있는 것으로 관찰되어 진다. 활동체계도를 통해 경쟁기업들의 활동들을 파악하고, 국내 패스트 패션 브랜드들이 장기적인 시야를 가지고 경쟁우위를 가질 수 있는 전략 에 집중할 수 있다면 향후 국내 패스트 패션 브랜드도 좋은 성과를 거둘 수 있음을 시사한다.

Purpose - In this study, the safety related tasks for low cost carriers’ were examined and measures to improve them were suggested. As the air demand increases rapidly, number of passenger has mushroomed in Korea and in order to keep with the demand low cost carriers have played a role. However, low cost carriers’ safety related tasks are not reliable level so far. Thus, in this study, the low cost carriers’ current situations in terms of safety are investigated, especially regarding how well the ICAO’s new safety policies are applied. Research design, data, and methodology - The results of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation’ investigation are introduced and field study results are analysed. Current status of retaining experts, staffs, administrators in terms of aviation safety tasks of low cost carriers is compared to those of major airliner and low cost carriers’ aviation safety culture is also analyzed by examining the systems and questioning staffs. Especially the culture regarding aviation safety is very important because the culture surrounding the safety tasks plays a major role in every respect of conducting the tasks. Results – Overall the current status of low cost carriers’ aviation safety tasks is below standard. Especially retaining experts and staffs is basically below the required level. Also, system and organization to conduct safety tasks are not satisfactory. In particular, aviation safety culture is not settled to operate appropriately. Conclusions - The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and member states are continuing to launch new safety policies in response to the surging demand for air travel worldwide. The most urgent and important issue among the various safety policies is to reduce air accidents. In order to reduce the number of accidents, ICAO decided to reduce the number of accidents by using the Reactive Safety Management. ICAO has to ensure that each member country can implement proactive safety management for aviation safety. A safety management system (Safety Management System) is a system in which each member state implements a fulfillment standard. The current situation and problems of the safety management system for each airline are suggested and proposed for improvements.

Under awareness of the importance of interaction between local research agencies and farmers in developing local agriculture, this study attempts to analyse the level of interaction in extension services of Experiment Station. The data were collected through the interview with researchers in five Experiment Stations and farmers who have made contact with the researchers. The results of the analysis are as follow: (1) The Experiment Stations are currently providing extension services though they are originally research-oriented agencies. The extension methods of Experiment Stations are similar with those of extension agencies. (2) The more systematic the characteristic of extension service type is, the higher level of interaction is generated with several exceptions which should not be ignored. This study accentuates the efforts to improve the level of interaction as well as to construct a system as a linked set of actors.
