PURPOSES : In this study, the importance of various goals, accomplishment, composition, and operation factors of autonomous driving living labs was identified, and implications for establishing strategies to expand the performance of autonomous driving living labs are presented based on their analyzed activation factors. METHODS : We set the factors for accomplishing autonomous living labs to promote technology development and commercialization, create an autonomous living ecosystem, secure the sustainability of living labs, resolve social issues related to urban transportation, and perform factor analyses. To identify the determining factors affecting performance, we performed a multiple regression analysis based on the scores of the composition and operation factors of autonomous living lab environments. RESULTS : Among the accomplishments of autonomous driving living labs, it was found that performance activation and physical environmental factors are important for the promotion of technology development and commercialization; performance activation and promotion and communication factors are important for sustainability related to ecosystem creation; and performance activation and physical environmental factors are important for sustainability related to operational experience acquisition. Additionally, operational factors related to the developer are important for the direct resolution of urban transportation problems, and promotion and communication and performance activation factors are important for the indirect resolution of urban transportation problems. CONCLUSIONS : The findings of this study clarify that activation factors differ depending on accomplishments or goals, providing basic data for establishing accomplishment-based strategies.
Recently the concentration of fine dust and ultra fine dust becomes so bad, which seriously threatens the health and even the life of people. So, government started to investigate several ways to reduce the amount of fine dust and ultra fine dust. From a few years ago it has been known that ships anchored at port emit a lot of pollution and seriously affect air quality of neighboring cities. To reduce the pollution emitted by ship AMP (Alternative Maritime Power Supply) has been proposed, which uses the electricity instead of bunker C oil or diesel. Many developed countries already installed AMP to improve air quality in port area. Korea is in the stage of planning to install AMP at port. However, there are many complicated problems to be handled before AMP installation. Due to huge initial cost and long period of construction ship owner and habour operating company are reluctant to AMP installation. And there are serious technological difficulties in constructing AMP in existing harbour. Lack of AMP core technology and operational difficulties of AMP are also big challenges to be conquered. In this study SWOT/AHP method is used to find strategic and efficient ways to handle above complicated challenges and then to vitalize the AMP installation.
In terms of coastal and marine tourism, Busan’s Haeundae had the nation’s representativeness, and is pushing for many kinds of related policies to revitalize the special tourism zone. Due to a drop in the number of beach users, it is inevitable for the Haeundae Special Tourist Zone to face active responses to new trends emerging in the global tourism market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a tourism strategy for making the Suyeong River as a more competitive ourist resource along the zone. First, a language network analysis is conducted through interviews to understand the ideas of interest groups for the river cruise activation project. Second, the frame structure of stakeholders is used to analyze solutions by comparing the similarities and differences in recognition frames of interest groups. Third, we intend to analyze the detailed frame types of stakeholders and present new alternatives based on the structure of relationships between types.
최근 전 세계적으로 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가함에 따라 다양한 분야에 오픈소스 소프트웨어가 도입되고 있으며 그 활용도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 현상은 공간정보 분야에도 유사하여, 전 세계적으로 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있고, 국내에서도 최근 들어 관심이 급증하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 국내 공간정보산업 사업체 중에서 오픈소스 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 수는 매우 적을 뿐만 아니라 오픈소스를 통한 비즈니스 모델의 발달도 미약한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소프트웨어 비즈니스 모델 선행연구 분석을 통해 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어와 관련하여 어떠한 비즈니스 모델이 가능한지를 살펴보고, 국내 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 오픈소스 활용현황과 비즈니스를 분석한 후 기업의 유형별로 어떠한 오픈소스 소프트웨어 비즈니스 모델이 가능한 지를 전략적으로 제시함으로써 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 활성화를 도모하고, 나아가 국내 오픈소스 공간정보 소프트웨어 생태계를 활성화하는 기반을 마련하고자 한다.
This study aims to introduce the local festival sponsored by KOTRA (Korea Trade- Investment Promotion Agency) in Banteay Meanchey Province in Cambodia, find that the vitalization strategies that allow the local festival concept to be used as a new rural development strategy alternative, and share those strategies with other donor countries and agencies that may want to implement something similar. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis was utilized to derive the internal and external factors found in the process of planning and promoting a local festival. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis was employed to prioritize the factors derived from SWOT analysis. These results would lead to the establishment of applicable vitalization strategies. The vitalized local festival can be a tremendous resource for rural regions in Cambodia by helping maintain the rural societies, support the inheritance of their cultural legacies, and provide additional outlets to sustain local development. Acting as sponsors of these strategies will help donors strengthen the ties and construct international cooperation partnerships with Cambodia.
본 연구는 이론적 고찰 그리고 사례 및 국가적 차원에서의 관광 및 전통시장 활성화 정책에 대한 분석을 통하여 다음과 같이 발전 방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 전통시장을 활성화하기 위한 R&D투자를 확대해 경쟁력을 제고해야한다. 둘째, 지역산업과의 연계를 강화하여 지역경제를 활성화 하여야 한다. 셋째, 이미지 전략으로써 전통의 보존과 현대적 재해석을 통한 특성화 지향을 통하여 장소의 역사성을 공간적으로 부각하며 점포별 스토리텔링을 통한 브랜딩과 디자인의 활성화를 유도한다. 넷째, 지속가능한 시장 운영관리 조직을 통한 경영 혁신으로써 디자인과 경영 컨설팅을 통한 전통시장의 현대화를 추진하고 사회적 기업 조직을 통한 공동체의 경제적 기반 조성한다. 다섯째, 지속적인 교육 프로그램을 개발함으로써 개방 공간의 조성과 문화 프로그램 제공함으로써 누구나 함께 즐기는 축제로 발전시킨다. 여섯째, 지역 특산품을 세계적 관광 상품으로 개발하고 구매심리 및 동선을 고려한 적절한 상품 배치를 통해 쇼핑의 편리성과 아울러 자연스러운 쇼핑을 유도한다. 일곱째, 시장 커뮤니티의 지역 결속력을 다지기 위하여 시장을 둘러싼 주체들의 의지와 파트너 쉽, 그리고 지역주민과 상인, 그리고 투자자들의 시장 커뮤니티에 대한 헌신성을 유도하며 시장 계획 및 운영 과정에서의 지역주민의 참여도(공간을 지키려는 주민의 결의와 단합)를 높이도록 한다. 또한 지속적인 상인 교육을 통하여 자발적인 노력을 유 도한다.
On-line shopping mall has become a powerful marketing tool recently. On-line shopping malls provide information for consumers about goods and influence the decision-making process of purchasers. Therefore many local government made on-line shopping malls for advertising agricultural production in the region. However, in the face of problems related with effectiveness on shopping mall management, most of on-line shopping malls has been managing by private sector actually. This study aims to propose the plans for development of the on-line shopping malls. For this purpose, this study investigated current management status of the shopping malls and conducted case study on-line shopping malls.

This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, `certification ' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called ‘self-control’.We present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

우리나라 대부분의 국가산업단지 개발은 기업의 수요에 의한 개발이 아닌, 정부차원에서 공급자 위주로 이루어져왔다. 기업의 다양한 수요를 수렴하지 못한 개발은 지금의 산업단지 수요ㆍ공급의 심각한 불균형 현상을 초래하게 되었고, 특히 북평 산업단지는 95년에 준공되었지만 전국 42개 국가산업단지 가운데 현재까지 미분양률이 약 63%로서 가장 높은 상황이다.
이에 본 연구에서는 북평 산업단지 활성화를 위한 방안으로서 클러스터 구축 및 공동물류 시스템 운영을 통한 활성화 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.
