        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 엘리트 기계체조선수에게 마음챙김 기반 심리기술 훈련을 6주간 12회 적용하여 그 효과를 양적·질적 탐색 하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 심리기술훈련의 새로운 접근인 마음챙김 기반의 프로그램의 새로운 지평을 넓히고 경기력 향상을 목표로 하는 운동선수들의 심리기술 향상과 수행향상의 메커니즘을 규명할 수 있을 것으로 기대하였다. 방법: 연구의 참여자는 실업팀 기계체조 5명으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 심리기술 훈련의 효과를 검증하기 위해 스포츠수행전략, 낙관성, 한국판스포츠자신감 질문지를 활용하였다. 또한 선수들의 경험과 훈련효과를 심층적으로 고찰하기 위해 심층면담(in-depth interview)을 통한 질적 자료를 수집하였다. 결과: 첫째, 양적분석결과 심리기술과 자신감의 변화에 대한 경향성을 발견하였으며 선수들의 낙관성에 가장 큰 변화를 가져온 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 심리기술의 하위요인 중 혼잣말을 제외한 모든 요인에서 효과가 나타났으며 자신감의 하위요인 중 신체/정신적 준비에서 사후와 추적검사 모두 사전검사 보다 향상이 발견되었다. 둘째, 질적 분석 결과 선수들의 수용을 통한 수행과 주의 향상, 자기이해를 통한 새로운 관점생성과 우선순위 집중, 직면하기와 유연성을 통한 역할과 가치의 명확성, 목표설정과 실행력을 통한 의지향상, 신체·심리기술의 배양으로 감정과 자기조절 능력의 생성, 삶의 마음챙김 적용으로 개인의 성장과 생활기술 향상을 확인하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통한 마음챙김 기반 심리기술 훈련의 양적, 질적 효과를 확인하였으며 의미에 대한 논의를 기술하였다.

        Purpose: Today, mindfulness become popular in medicine, psychology, physical education and so on. Mindfulness-based course began to be used in the educational field's formal curriculum. Many researches show that mindfulness-based class increase a lot of psychological qualities. Positive psychological capital is the state of personal positive psychological development and contributes to individual productivity. There are some studies, proving mindfulness-based interventions influenced on subfactors of positive psychological capital. This study tried to test whether mindfulness-based course could change the student's positive psychological capital. Methods: 164 participants were divided into 3 groups. Fifty-five were assigned to mindfulness based subjects as experiment group, 54 participants to yoga class, and 55 to general cultural subject as control group. During a semester, three classes were proceeded and some scales, including positive psychological capital, positive and negative emotions, and mindfulness were administered at pretest and posttest. Results: Significant differences were observed in all variables. Positive psychological capital, positive emotion, and mindfulness in mindfulness and yoga classes increased significantly and negative emotion in both classes decreased significantly, compared to control group. Conclusion: As a result, mindfulness-based class and yoga-based class could increase positive psychological capital and it is promising that mindfulness-based class can be included in curriculum.

        Purpose: This study investigated the mediating roles of mindfulness as a coping strategy in the relationships between cognitive appraisals and effort/persistence in university dance classes. Methods: The participants were 428 undergraduates (78 males, 350 females) ranging in age from 18 to 27 (M=20.18, SD= 1.62). Data were analyzed via structural equation modeling using IBM SPSS Statistic 21 and AMOS 21. Results: Structural equation modelling analysis revealed that challenge appraisal predicted mindfulness, which, in turn, linked to students effort and persistence. In contrast, threat appraisal was unrelated to mindfulness, which, in turn, was not predictive of students' effort and persistence. Conclusion: The results of the study suggest that mindfulness partially mediated the relation between challenge appraisal to stressful events and effort/persistence in dance classes. Implications for the role of mindfulness in stress are discussed.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study were the evaluation and effects of mindfulness· acceptance, commitment(MAC) approach on psychological flexibility and golf performance in elite golfer. Methods: The participants of this study was the three golfers registered by KLPGA. All of golfers received the same measures given at pre- and post-7 treatment : Acceptance & Action Questionnaire-16(AAQ-16: Bond et al 2000), golf performance (scores average, putting average, birdies average, GIR %, par save% par break%, recover average). MAC strategies of this study were mindfulness, acceptance, defusion, commitment, and value. Results: during 7 treatments of mindfulness⋅acceptance commitment, acceptance & action (psychological flexibility) and golf performance of three golfers was improved. Conclusion: MAC training is evaluated to contribute to improve the psychological flexibility and golf performance. Therefore, it is necessary to experience the MAC training for the psychological stability and continuous performance improvement of the golf players. In particular, it is recommended to learn psychological flexibility to focus on current awareness, non-judgmental acceptance, decentralized attention of mindfulness, and commitment for value behavior. The details of the results are discussed.

        Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to examine the physical and psychological benefits afforded by a 6-week yoga program for breast cancer survivors. Methods: Eligible participants (per-screened) were to the intervention group 17. All participants completed pre- and post-testing assessments immediately before and after the Mindfulness yoga program. Statistical analyses were paired samples t-test by SPSS 19.0. Results: The Mindfulness yoga program participants(female) included primarily breast cancer survivors, on average 46.5 months post-diagnosis. Significant differences between pre and post at post-intervention were seen only in psychosocial(i.e. QOL; Role function, Appetite loss, Constipation and PSQI) Finally, there were also significant improvements in the program participants from pre- to post-intervention on physical variables(Weight, BMI). Conclusion: The mindfulness yoga program has a positive effect on Quality of life in Breast cancer survivors. Future research might attempt to include control group and a longer program duration.

        Purpose: The present study examined whether golf mindfulness routine (GMR) enhances golf performance (objective and subjective), taking into consideration the effects of dispositional mindfulness. Methods: Five male high-level golfers participated in the study. Basic procedures of GMR were consisted with three phases: a) awareness of environmental conditions, b) focusing on body-mind conditions c) monitoring and accepting emotions in present. A single-subject design (changing conditions design) was used to determine the effects of GMR over three sessions (pre, post, follow up). Results: The results were provided for the effectiveness of GMR on golf performance in all golfers. GMR also fostered dispositional mindfulness of golfers over intervention sessions. Conclusion: The theoretical significance of the results is assessed and the application of GMR in golf performance enhancement is discussed.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating roles of emotions in the relationship between mindfulness and mental health among dance students. Methods: Participants were 683 university dance students (73 males, 610 females). One-way MANOVA, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were conducted for the data. Results: Results of MANOVA showed that there was no differences in the level of mindfulness across dance types, but students with high in dance career was higher in attention and acceptance traits than those with low career. The results of structural equation modeling indicated that the fit of the alternative model influencing mindfulness on students' mental health through emotions was more adequate than a theoretical model. That is, dance students' positive and negative emotions partially mediated the relationship between mindfulness and mental health. The results of multi-group analysis showed that each of the direct effects in the model was invariant across dance careers. Conclusion: These findings imply that dance students' abilities being aware of experiences at present, orienting its acceptable attitude, and regulating their attention are important to enhance their mental health, especially decreasing the impact of negative experiences on it.

        본 연구는 운동선수를 대상으로 통제와 조절원리에 근거한 PST와 수용원리 중심의 마음챙김·수용전념 접근의 효과를 비교분석하여 PST의 한계를 탐색하고 심리지원 프로그램(MAC 전략)의 효과를 검증하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 연구대상은 각 종목별 협회에 등록(2011, 11월 현재)되어 있는 고등부 남자 운동선수(양궁; 13명, 사격; 13명) 총 26명이었다. 측정내용은 집단별 훈련 전, 후 심리기술, 마음챙김 수준, 수용·행동수준, 지각된 수행력에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위하여 세 집단간 반복측정분산분석(repeated measure ANOVA)을 하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리기술 중 심상, 성취력, 각성은 집단 간에 차이가 없었고, 주의력은 심리기술훈련 집단과 마음챙김·수용전념 집단이 통제집단에 비해 높았다. 자신감은 마음챙김·수용전념 집단, 심리기술훈련 집단, 통제 집단 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마음챙김 하위요인 중 현재자각, 비판단적 수용, 탈 중심화 주의는 집단 간에 차이가 없었고, 주의집중은 마음챙김·수용전념 집단이 심리기술훈련 집단, 통제 집단에 비해 높게 나타났다. 아울러 선수들의 수용행동 수준은 마음챙김·수용전념 집단이 심리기술훈련 집단과 통제 집단에 비해 높게 나타난 결과를 보였다. 또한, 지각된 수행수준은 집단 간에 통계적인 차이는 없었으나 마음챙김·수용전념집단과 심리기술훈련 집단이 통제 집단에 비해 훈련참여 후 지각된 수행이 다소 높게 나타났다. 결과에 대한 세부 내용이 논의되었다.

        본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 여자 양궁선수의 스트레스에 대하여 수용 전념 치료(ACT)의 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. ACT는 마음 챙김에 초점을 둔 새로운 치료 접근으로, 인지 행동 치료의 3흐름으로 분류된다. 전통적인 심리 기술 훈련은 심리적 안정을 위하여 사고, 정서, 그리고 신체 감각을 통제하거나 바꾸어야 한다는 접근에 기초하지만, ACT는 이러한 내적 경험을 통제하거나 변화시키려는 노력이 실제로는 역설적 효과를 가질 수 있다고 제안한다. 본 연구는 스트레스를 지닌 고등학교 여자 양궁선수들에게 8주 간의 ACT를 평가하였다. uBioClip프로그램을 통해 스트레스를 측정하였고, 운동스트레스, 수용행동 질문지, 개정된 인지적, 정서적 마음 챙김 척도가 ACT의 기저선, 처치, 추후에 실시되었다. 4명의 단일 피험자 ABA설계가 이용되었으며, 시계열 자료는 시뮬레이션 모델링 분석이 이루어졌고, 리커트 자료는 신뢰 변화 지수를 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, ACT는 스트레스, 수용행동, 마음 챙김에서 유의한 의미 있는 개선을 가져왔다. 마지막으로 본연구의 의의와 제언을 논의하였다.
