본 연구는 월드컵공원전시관에서 공원이용객을 대상으로 실시하고 있는 사전환경해설을 통한 정보제공이 공원 이용객의 환경관심을 유발시키는지, 또한 형성된 환경관심과 공원체험만족도 간에는 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 규명하는데 연구의 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 월드컵공원전시관에서 시행중인 '안내자에 의한 환경해설'과 '자기학습식 환경해설'에 따라 방문객에 대한 환경관심과 공원체험만족도의 차이가 있는지를 알아보고 이를 통하여 도시공원의 현실에 적합한 환경해설방식에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 실험결과, 환경해설을 실시한 집단이 환경해설을 실시하지 않은 집단에 비하여 환경지식이 높게 나타났다. 또한, 사전환경해설을 통해 습득된 환경지식과 환경관심과의 관계에서 환경지식의 변화량이 큰 집단은 변화량이 작은 집단에 비해 환경관심이 높게 나타났으며 통계적 유의성도 인정되었다. 또한 환경해설을 통해 형성된 환경관심은 공원체험만족에 영향을 미치며 통계적 유의성도 인정되었다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때 환경해설을 통한 지식형성은 대상지에 대한 친환경적인 관심을 유발하는 매개변수의 역할을 하고 있으며, 형성된 환경관심은 공원이용객의 체험활동에 대한 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증적인 분석을 통하여 환경해설이 공원이용객에게 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였으나 현장실험여건상 일부 변수에 대한 통제에 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 실제 이용되고 있는 공원을 대상으로 현장에서 진행된 실험에 대한 의미가 있는 연구로 생각된다.

목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료 전공 재학생들의 재활보조공학에 대한 인지도와 필요성에 대한 인식수준을 알아보고, 재활보조공학의 교과과정 도입을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 2006년 12월 중 전국의 약 43개 작업치료(학)과 중 6개 학교를 무작위 추출하여 재학중인 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 총 315부의 설문지를 배포하여, 312부의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 각 항목에 대하여 빈도분석을 사용하였다. 결과 : 재활보조공학에 대하여 알고 있는 학생들은 76.8%를 차지하였으나, 재활보조공학에 대한 정보의 만족도에서는 68.3%가 만족하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 작업치료에서 재활보조공학의 역할이 중요하다고 생각하는 학생들이 84.3%를 차지하였고, 재활보조공학이 재활 및 치료에 효과성이 높을 것이라는 비율이 90.7%로 나타났다. 작업치료 교과과정에 재활보조공학의 도입이 필요하다는 응답의 비율은 72.7%로 나타났으며, 일상생활용 장치, 인지 재훈련, 신경근골격 재훈련이 작업치료와 관련된 재활보조공학의 분야로 나타났다. 결론 : 작업치료분야에서 재활보조공학에 대한 인식도에 대한 연구가 전무한 상황에서 인식도를 높이기 위한 기초연구로써 그 의미를 두고 있으며, 향후 작업치료분야와 재활보조공학에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

There is little research on the users of dictionaries in Korea. The user research, however, is essential to developing better dictionaries. Hence, this study aims to explore the actual conditions regarding Korean English teachers’ general use of English dictionaries. English teachers were chosen as the subjects because they instruct the use of dictionaries to other users, especially students, as well as use dictionary themselves. Thirty teachers from elementary, middle and high schools respectively (total 90) participated in this research. The research was conducted using questionnaires that consisted of two main parts: The first part was designed to analyze the teachers’ use of dictionaries and the second part aimed to investigate the teachers’ instruction on the use of dictionaries. The data were coded and factors were examined by means of quantitative analysis. It was found that English teachers in Korea used Korean-English and English-English dictionaries which are well structured and easy to use with full contents in order to prepare teaching materials and develop handouts other than text books. In addition, most of teachers said that students must be taught how to use dictionaries in the first grade of junior high school.

Kim, Kyung Suk. 2004. The Portrayal of Korea in an English- English Dictionary. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea, 12(2). This paper examines the sentences relevant to Korea which were found in a search of an English-English dictionary to see how they portray Korea. One hundred nineteen sentences were obtained from the CD-ROM version of Collins-Cobuild English Dictionary for Advanced Learners (2001) and they were judged as to whether they present positive, neutral, or negative images. The majority of the sentences (73/119) have neutral portrayals. Among the remaining sentences, 12 are positive and 34 are negative. When the data are sub-categorized into three groups, it becomes obvious what the positive and negative sentences in the data reflect in general. Nine positive sentences out of the total 12 positive ones are relevant to the activities/people of the Republic of Korea. Twenty-four of the negative sentences include the generic expressions of Korea referring to both South and North Korea (e.g., Korean peninsula or Koreans) or phrases referring to North Korea more explicitly. When we look more closely at the negative sentences, it is found that they are mostly related to the political tension or military conflicts between South and North, which happened quite a while ago and which we have fully recovered from. In order to prevent those sentences from leaving a potentially bad imprint on the users of the dictionary, we need to give feedback to the publisher about the results of this line of research and ask them to replace the sentences with positive/neutral sentences when they update the dictionary.

STEP is the international standard for the computer-interpretable representation and exchange of product data. STEP physical file as the implementation method of STEP generally has a large file size which may be an obstacle of efficient use and seamless transition through network. Therefore, the compression of STEP physical file has been interested recently. In this paper, we present the compression algorithm of STEP physical file. STEP physical file is compressed by LZ77 with an appropriate search buffer size for STEP physical file and Huffman coding is applied to the result of LZ77. The proposed algorithm obtains the significant compression ratio.

본 논문에서는 국내의 지진자료를 이용하여 지진특성을 추정하기 전에 적용할 수 있는 사전자료처리기법을 종합적으로 검토하였다. 사전처리 기법으로는 계기보정, 센서검교정상태 확인, 윈도우에 의한 스펙트럼 왜곡 최소화, non-causal ringing에 의한 초동 왜곡 보정 기법을 분석하였으며, 자료 선택시 주파수 영역의 S/N비 확인 및 포화된 자료의 사용가능성 여부를 제시하였다.
