This paper purports to investigate the statistical basic principles through "TRIZ-used 6-sigma integrated activity design" and further, to raise "the importance of measuring technical innovative activities based on 6-sigma integrated design methodology by organization". This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.
제조업체의 성공은 고객의 요구를 파악하는 능력과 이들 요구를 만족시키면서, 얼마나 최소비용을 투자하여 제품화를 신속히 개발하는가에 달려있다. 기업의 목표를 달성하기 위해서 제조 판매 및 마케팅 그리고 제품 디자인 및 개발기간과 같은 여러 요소들이 복합적으로 적절히 조화를 이루어야만 한다.
이 논문에서는 여러 요소 중 신제품 개발기간에 초점을 맞추어 현재 각 기업에서 많이 사용되고 있는 6시그마 기법을 적용하여 새로운 제품의 개발기간을 단축시키기 위한 방법론을 제시한다.
The international SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) Project ISO/IEC 15504(SPICE : Software Process Improvement and Capability determination) is an emerging International Standard on SPA(Software Process Assessment). A prime motivation for developing this standard has been the perceived need for an internationally recognized software process assessment framework that pulls together the existing public and proprietary models and methods. A SPICE assessment can be considered as one of representative SPA model since assessors assign ratings to indicators and metrics to measure the capability of software process. But this models doesn't provide a systematic measurement procedures and dynamic method for SPI(Software Process Improvement). Through the evaluation of SPICE is capable of providing a substantiated basis for using the notion of capability, as well as providing information for nacessary improvements to the standard using 6sigma process. As a result, this paper propose a measurement procedure and guidelines for application of 6sigma process to guarantee the reliability in SPI and suggest the structure to support SPI on overall organization.
In Korea, an enterprise usually operates two kinds of similar innovative activities at the same time and the same place. The activities make medium and small enterprises incur conflicts of taske and wastes of resources. The solutions for cooperation of the activities, Single PPM and 6 Sigma, are increasing the competency and efficiency of the medium and small enterprises in Korea.

In this paper, we present introduction and Contents of this Software. This software will be helpful to improvement of Six Sigma educational environment.

However, in the course of Six Sigma process steps, companies are in the face of problems. This study is to solve the problems using TP(Thinking Process) of TOC(Theory of Constraints). TOC is methodology for solving key problem in system which is called Constraints. Nowadays, its application is going to be wide and its concept is being implemented. In this paper, it is showed possibility of application TOC to Six Sigma.

GE, as well as Motorola, TI, HP, ABB, and other companies, which have several suppliers from all of the world, adopted an innovation program called 6 Sigma, in order to make fundamental changes in the way they operated to fulfill customers' expectations and to evaluate and control their suppliers. Recently, as the 6 Sigma is being recognized as elementary and strategic means to improve the effectiveness of SCM(Supply Chain Management), there may be few business who does not operate 6 Sigma innovation program. Under such a circumstance, this study is aimed at expediting 6 Sigma pervasion by considering supplier evaluating scheme. It is recognized that this evaluating mechanism can be used as a great tool for the everlasting run of 6 Sigma in Korea.\
6시그마 품질경영 활동은 고객관점에서 품질의 결함을 찾아내고 이를 향상시킴으로써 고객만족과 수익향상에 큰 기여를 해왔다. 그러나 품질경영 활동을 추진함에 있어 추진에 장애가 되는 요소들이 나타나고 있고 이러한 장애들을 해소할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 사고를 추구하는 경영전략 철학인 TOC(Theory of Constraints)를 6시그마 품질경영 활동에 적용하여 장애요소 해소에 기여할 수 있음을 보인다.
