This study investigated number of eggs, hatch rate, toxicities and LT (lethal time) values of Culex pipiens and Aedes albopictus using Aquatain™(Aqua mosquito film).
Aquatain™ is a covering agent applied on the surface of water for the control of larva and pupa of mosquito. It forms molecule layer on the surface of the water to lower the surface tension of the water, to prevent flooding of the larva of the mosquito larvae, or to suffocate by obstructing breathing. Cx. pipiens and Ae. albopictus larvae observed 99.9% and 1% larvicidal effect after 24h, respectively. However, both mosquito pupae were showed 100% mortality after 24 h.
The AMF™ was treated with three doses (0.5, 1, 2 folds) to observe the LT value in larvae and pupae stages of Cx. pipiens and Ae. albopictus. The LT values of Ae. albopictus pupa was similar regardless of dose, but the LT value of Cx. pipiens pupa decreased as the dose increased. However, Ae. albopictus larvae showed 18.6 folds longer LT90 time than Cx. pipiens larvae.
Both species mosquito showed statistically significant differences in the number of eggs laid and hatch rate at recommended dose.
Therefore, Aquatain AMF™ may be used to control mosquitoes, although the activity varies depending on the species of mosquito.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the production and marketing control effects of aqua-cultured flounder required for stable income growth of aqua-cultured household. We analyzed the supply and demand structure of cultured flounder using the partial equilibrium model approach. And we estimated the optimal yield of cultured flounder and analyzed the effect of marketing control through constructed model. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the fitness and predictive power of the estimated model showed that the RMSPE and MAPE values were less than 5% and Theil’s inequality coefficient was very close to 0 rather than 1. It was evaluated that the prediction ability of the aqua-cultured flounder supply and demand model by dynamic simulation was excellent. Second, dynamic simulation based on policy simulation was conducted to analyze the price increase effect of production and shipment control of cultured flounder. As a result, if the annual production volume is reduced by 1%, 5%, and 10% among 32,852〜37,520 tons, it is analyzed that the price increase effect is from 1.2% to 12.5%. Finally, this study suggests that the production and marketing control can increase the price of aqua-cultured flounder in the market. In this paper, we propose a policy implementation of the total supply system instead of conclusions.
This study was performed to have an effect on control the growth of algae such as "Actinastrum fluviatile" which occurs frequently in the aquaculture tank using by a cold plasma, and it also would be expected to promote the growth of water plants due to active element causing OH radicals in the water. In addition, it was verified on the death rate as 99.9% on the scale protrusion of "Aeromonas hydrophila" as well as E. coli, especially, under extreme conditions more than 100 million pathogenic bacterium in the aqua pet tank, the ornamental fish had to act in a safe and healthy environment at over 98% death rate within 48 hours. It has been proven to give no affect on aerobic bacteria that exist in the filter or soil because there was no residual toxicity in the water tank. As the results, it will help to develop and apply on the sterilization device in other industries as well as aquarium organisms due to adopted energy-saving algorithm and reliability in use.
본 연구는 관절통 모델에서 웅담 우황과 웅담 우황 사향의 약침액의 효과를 검사하기 위해 수행되었다. 할로탄 마취하에서 관절통은 수컷 쥐의 관절강내에 2% carrageenan을 주입하여 유발시켰다. 운동자극에 대한 감각신경의 반응은 약침을 시술하기 전과 후에 기록하였다. 경혈에 주입한 약침은 유해한 운동 자극에 대한 신경의 반응을 억제시켰다 족삼리에 시술한 약침은 합곡에 비해 유해한 자극에 대한 관절 감각신경의 반응을 더 많이 억제시켰다. 이러한 결과는 웅담 우황과 웅담 우황 사향의약침이 관절통을 완화하는 데 효과적인 치료법을 제공할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다.
This study was performed to prove the antithrombotic effects of paeonia japonica (赤芍葯, PJ) aqua-acupuncture solution by way of experimental methods. the thrombosis was induced by injection of collagen the mixture (0.1ml/10g, 2mg/kg B.W) plus serotonin (5mg/kg B.W) into the caudal vein of rats, 2 hours after liquid extract of paeonia japonica (PJ) was acupunctured into 'Taechung' (太衝:Liv3) of rats. The effect of aqua- acupunctures of paeonia japonica (PJ) was examined by the number of RBC and platelets, bleeding time, blood clotting time, death rate, platelet aggregation, plasma coagulation factor activity, exvivo and vitro fibrinolytic activicty of englobulin fracture in the rats. The results were summerized as followings. 1. The number of RBC and platelets was significantly increased in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 2. Bleeding time was significantly shortened in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 3. Blood clotting time was significantly prolonged in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 4. The death rate of mouse was inhibited in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 5. The platelet aggregation was inhibited in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 6. The prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time on the test of plasma coagulation factor activity was prolonged but was not valuable in PJ-treated group. 7. Fibrinogen lyses time of rat was reduced and lyses area was increased in PJ-treated group in comparison with the control group. 8. Fibrinogen lyses time of rat in vitro assay was reduced in PJ-treated group. From the above results, it was thought that the aqua-acupuncture of PJ could be applied effectively in the thrombosis.
As an effort to enlarge the territory of the county, many researchers have been studying floating foundation system. The procedure to build such structure needs prestressing and the joint that unify the precast concrete modules. Most importantly, the performance of aqua-epoxy used joint between modules is a critical factor of the structure, thereby it is important to evaluate the performance of it. Hence, this study tests the performance of the joint due to the joint length and the material properties of aqua-epoxy. The result showed that the specimen of 1cm joint length using 2% silica-fume mixed aqua-epoxy has the optimum load carrying capacity.

본 연구의 목적은 16주간의 수중운동이 만성 편마비 환자들의 정신건강 및 신체적 자아 효능감에 미치는 영향을 구명하여, 이 환자들의 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 되는 재활 운동프로그램을 제공하는데 있다. 연구대상은 서울특별시 P복지관 만성 편마비 환자 16명(실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명)으로 하였으며, 공변량분석을 통해 측정된 자료의 유의성 검증을 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자들의 긴장, 분노, 피로, 활력과 같은 정신건강 요인에는 긍정적인 변화를 주었으나, 우울과 혼동 같은 요인에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 둘째, 신체적 자아 효능감 요인인 신체 능력과 자기표현 자신감의 변화에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 환자의 특성을 고려한 적절한 수중운동은 만성 편마비 환자뿐만 아니라 다른 장애인의 정신적 재활에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
국내 최초로 운항예정인 수륙양용 아쿠아버스의 운항 리스크를 낮추고 안전을 확보하기 위하여 운항예정 해역인 월미도와 영종도간 수로에 대한 자연적환경과 해상교통량을 조사하고, 그들의 위험요소를 분석하였다. 그리고 아쿠아버스의 통항 안전 확보를 위하여 경계수역 지성, 잔용선착장 설치, 운항관리 방안 등을 제안하였다.
