PURPOSES : This study aims to calculate the estimation of travel time saving benefits from smart expressway construction by considering the willingness to pay for automated vehicles. METHODS : In this study, data were collected from 809 individual drivers through a stated preference survey. A multinomial logit model was constructed to analyze the choice behavior between arterial roads, expressways, and smart expressways. Through this, the values of time and benefits were estimated. RESULTS : The value of time was calculated at 19,379 won per vehicle per hour for arterial roads and expressways and 23,061 won per vehicle per hour for smart expressways. Applying these values to the Jungbu Naeryuk expressway, we evaluated the demand change and benefits resulting from the improvement to the smart expressways. The results show that the traffic volume on the Jungbu Naeryuk expressway is expected to increase by 4.7% to 20.7% depending on the changes in capacity. CONCLUSIONS : The travel time saving benefits are estimated as positive, resulting from the construction of smart expressways. The benefits resulting from the construction of new smart expressways are expected to be enhanced due to the anticipation of more significant time-saving effects.
Chelating agents, such as EDTA, NTA, and citric acid, can form radionuclide-chelate complexes that may enhance the migration of radionuclides from disposal sites. Therefore, the contents of these chelators in radioactive wastes are determined for the secured disposal. In this study, a rapid automated method using ion chromatography (IC) is described for analysis of chelating agents. The method enables direct use of a sample solution for the measurement unlike colorimetric or enzymatic methods. In these cases, lots of chemicals are consumed to convert the chelating agents to be UV-Vis-active compounds during the pretreatment process and finally, absorbance or transmittance are measured at specific wavelength using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. In particular, the enzymatic method for determination of citric acid, because of its strong dependence on experimental conditions including sample types and chemical reagents may produce inconsistent results. The automated system using IC allows a laboratory to directly measure the amount of citric acid while reducing total analysis time and increasing efficiency. In addition, this method is capable of detecting a trace amount of citric acid, thereby lowering LOD and LOQ values.
PURPOSES : This study is to develop a automate road mapping system using ARASEO(Automated Road Analysis and Safety Evaluation TOol) for road management. METHODS: The road survey van named ARASEO(Automated Road Analysis and Safety Evaluation TOol) was used to generate highway drawings for Korea National Road number 37 automatically. In order to generate the highway drawings for purpose of road management, it is required to acquired the information for highway alignment, road width and road facilities such as safety barrier and road sign. Therefore the survey van acquired and analyzed the road width, median and guardrail data using rear side laser sensor of ARASEO and recognized the traffic control sign and chevron sign using foreside camera images. Also the highway alignment which is the basic information for highway drawing can be analyzed by acquisition the every 1m positional and attitude data using GPU and IMU sensor and developed algorithm. Finally, in this research the CAD based drawing software was developed to draw highway drawing using the analysis result from ARASEO. RESULTS : This study showed the comparison result of the surveyed road width and drawing data. To make the drawing of the road, we made the Autocad ARX program witch run in CAD menu interface. CONCLUSIONS : Using this program we can create the road center line, every 500m horizontal and vertical ground plan drawing automatically.
표준 평판배지 정량검출법과 TEMPO STA를 이용한 황색포도상구균 정량 분석에 대한 상관성과 유의성을 평가 하기 위해 복합조리식품에 황색포도상구균을 인위적으로 접종하여 결과값을 통계 처리하여 유의성을 조사한 결과 두 실험방법간에는 유의적 차이가 없었다(p < 0.05). 상관 계수(r2)는 0.9672로 두 실험간에는 높은 연관성을 보였다. TEMPO STA를 466개의 시료에 적용한 결과 454개 (97.4%)의 시료는 문제가 없었으나 이중 12개의 시료에서는 error가 발생하였다. 그러나 TEMPO법은 실험 단계 간편하고 사용이 쉬우며 신속한 결과를 얻을 수 있으며 자동화된 장비로 실험 과정에 의한 오류를 최소화 할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 표준시험법인 표준 평판 배지법과도 유의적인 차이가 없어 정확한 정량검출이 가능할 것으로 생각된다. 최근 식품의 안전성확보를 위해 검사 품목이 다양해지며 수도 증가하는 추세이기 때문에 황색포도상구균의 정량 검사가 정확하고 신속해야 할 필요가 있으므로 TEMPO STA법의 필요성은 앞으로 크게 늘어날 것으로 보인다.
To evaluate the performance of a new automated coliform enumeration system (TEMPO® CC) for the quantitative test of coliform bacteria contaminated in domestic livestock processed foods, a total of 507 samples of livestock foods were tested by the TEMPO® CC method, the most probable number (MPN) method, and Petrifilm method, respectively. The results of those three methods were compared to each other. Of 507 samples of livestock processed foods used in this study, 217 samples were contaminated artificially with coliform bacteria and the rest (n=290) were contaminated naturally. The results of the TEMPO® CC method for all samples were equivalent to those obtained from the MPN method, except 8 samples. In addition, 496 (97.8%) out of 507 samples made agreement between the TEMPO® CC method and the Petrifilm method. The correlation coefficients between TEMPO® CC and MPN methods as well as between TEMPO® CC method and Petrifilm method were above 0.9, and the slope and intercept of the linear regression model was different in less than 1 value. In conclusion, there were statistically equivalent levels of performance between the TEMPO® CC and the reference and alternative methods for the enumeration of coliform bacteria in livestock processed foods in this study.
본 논문은 AGV 주행 영역을 그리드 단위로 나누어 관리하는 자동화 컨테이너 터미널에서 AGV들 간의 교착을 방지할 수 있는 방안과 목적지까지의 예상 소요 시간이 짧은 경로를 효율적으로 선정할 수 있는 방안을 함께 제안한다. AGV들 간의 교착을 방지하기 위하여 그리드를 노드로 하여 AGV 주행 중 점유 순서의 선후를 연결한 그래프에서 교착 발생 가능성이 있는 강결합 요소를 파악한다. 운행 시에는 강결합 요소에 해당되는 그리드들에 AGV들이 진입하는 것을 통제함으로써 교착 발생을 방지한다. 이와 함께 AGV들 간의 간섭에 의한 지연까지 고려하여 목적지에 보다 일찍 도착할 수 있는 경로를 실시간에 추정할 수 있도록 주행 소요 시간을 추정할 수 있는 회귀 분석 함수를 생성하고 활용하는 방안을 함께 소개한다. 제안한 방안을 시뮬레이션 한 실험 결과 48시간동안 교착 발생 없이 AGV들을 운행할 수 있었으며, 회귀분석 함수를 이용하여 선정한 경로 이용 시 QC별 AGV 방문 횟수를 2~10회 향상시킬 수 있었다.
