‘크로스 플랫폼’(cross platform) 시대로 불리는 콘텐츠 패러다임의 전환기를 맞아, 지금까지 ‘서브 컬처’(sub-culture)로 불리던 웹툰이 OTT 플랫폼의 원천 IP(지식재산)로 급부상하고 있다. 웹툰은 팬덤을 통한 흥 행성 확보 및 독창성·확장성 등의 장점을 무기로 유력한 거점 콘텐츠 IP 로 각광받고 있다. 넷플릭스 등 OTT 플랫폼에서 K-드라마의 글로벌 경 쟁력을 확인시킨 <킹덤>, <이태원 클라쓰>, <스위트 홈>, <지옥>, <지금 우리 학교는> 등은 모두 웹툰을 원작으로 하고 있다. 특히 웹툰은 스토 리의 완결성과 세계관을 가진 원천 콘텐츠로서 영상, 게임 등 다양한 분 야로 IP 확장이 가능하기 때문에 미디어 생태계의 새로운 ‘가치사 슬’(value chain)로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 OTT 플 랫폼을 통해 공개된 국내 웹툰 콘텐츠의 활용 사례와 IP 확장에 유용한 전략으로 기대되는 ‘트랜스미디어 스토리텔링’과의 상관관계 연구를 통해 웹툰의 세계관 확장에 대한 시사점을 모색해 보고자 한다.

해외 위험지역에서 다양한 위난상황으로부터 재외국민을 보호하고 본 국으로 안전한 귀환을 위해 외교·국방·정보 역량을 동원하여 수행되는 활 동이 비전투원후송작전(NEO)이다. 미국과 한국이 수행했던 NEO 사례분 석을 바탕으로 도출된 NEO의 성공적인 수행을 위한 요인과 시사점은 다 음과 같다. 첫째, NEO 계획의 핵심요소는 변화하는 작전환경에 대한 상 황인식과 대비태세이다. 둘째, 후송작전의 기본원칙인 정확성, 보안, 속 도를 기반으로 하여 적대세력의 접근경로와 공격유형을 파악하고, 급변 하는 위협환경에 대응할 수 있는 신속대응군과 후송부대를 투입해야한 다. 셋째, NEO 계획, 경보발령, 집결·재배치, 후송·귀환 과정에서 국무부 /외교부, 국방부, 재외공관, NEO 수행부대 간의 효과적인 협력과 조정 업무가 이루어져야한다. 넷째, 국방부와 정보기관은 현지 임무수행단에 게 작전지역 평가, 위협평가, 적대세력의 위협방책 식별, 대응책 등의 정보를 제공해야한다. 다섯째, 내란과 분쟁지역에서 NEO는 시·공간 제 한사항이 많은 원거리 해외지역에서 작전이기 때문에 동맹국·우방국과의 긴밀한 군사협력 및 연합작전도 필수적이다.

Strategic item export control aims to maintain international peace and safety and serves as a significant nuclear non-proliferation regime that directly impacts a nation’s security. Therefore, establishing an autonomous export control system at the state level is crucial, and one of the most efficient methods to achieve this is by enhancing an export company’s management system. Accordingly, many advanced countries, such as the United States, Europe, and Japan, have operated their own internal compliance programs (CP or ICP) to manage and screen the export of strategic items as a corporate social responsibility and risk mitigation measure. In Korea, which has a high dependence on trade, the need for CP was continuously confirmed, but the system was introduced in 2004, relatively late compared to other advanced countries. So far, the Korean government has made steady efforts to develop and establish the system and is actively encouraging businesses to obtain Compliance Program certification to autonomously manage strategic items. Major technologically advanced countries utilize technology transfer as a tool for economic sanctions, trade security, and strategic technology management, and they continue to strengthen their control regimes. In these countries, CP certification is considered a standard practice for export control among mid-sized and large enterprises. It serves as a vital risk management system that protects companies from unforeseen incidents. However, in Korea, the application of CP under the Foreign Trade Act is limited to dual-use items and does not extend to the nuclear export control system. Therefore, this paper analyzes international cases and CP requirements in countries like the United States, Japan, Europe, and Singapore. As a result of the review, the application of CP into Korea’s nuclear export control could be a coexistence means that can strengthen supply chain control as well as provide benefits not to impede technical research, international trade, and exchanges.

본 논문의 목적은 예이츠의 󰡔미친 제인이 주교와 얘기하다󰡕, 󰡔아일랜드 비행사가 자신의 죽음을 예견하다󰡕, 사람과 메아리󰡕를 독해하며 이원론(二元論)에 관한 시인의 견해를 살펴보는 것이다. 본문에서 다루는 이원론의 대립 쌍은 영혼과 육신, 삶과 죽음, 그리고 앞선 두 대립 쌍의 총체인 영적인 삶과 육체적 삶이다. 이러한 맥락에서 앞서 언급된 세 편의 작품은 예이츠의 변증법적 사유에 대한 문학적 재현으로 볼 수 있다. 시인은 1) 급진적 일원론, 2) 스토아적 균형, 그리고 3) 회의주의적 방법론에 기반하여 대립 항들의 근원적 통일성을 확인하고, 이로써 당면한 이원론의 문제를 파훼한다. 본 논문은 이러한 과정이 어떻게 행(行)과 연(聯), 신택스, 운율, 그리고 시어(詩語) 등의 시적 요소가 역동적으로 상호작용함으로써 구체화되는지 분석한다.

본 연구의 주제는 평화체제와 평화협정이다. 본 연구는 한반도 평화체 제는 국제정치 보편의 맥락과 닿아있는데, 최근 논의들이 시간적으로는 현안, 공간적으로는 한반도에 국한하여 이루어지고 있다는 문제의식에 기초하였다. 이와 관련, 한반도 평화협정과 특성을 공유하는 - 관계정상 화와 협정 주 객체의 지위 변화 – 일소 공동선언(1956), 일중 공동성명 (1972), 바르샤바(1970) 및 프라하 조약(1973), 2+4 조약(1990)과 오스트 리아 국가조약(1955)을 분석, 이를 관통하는 공통 요소를 추출하는데 연 구 주안점을 두었다. 관계정상화의 성격을 띤 조약들의 경우 외교관계 회복 및 상호관계의 포괄적 발전 방안에 대한 내용을 포함하였다. 또한 분쟁당사자간 관계 재설정 차원에서, 청구권, 포로송환, 국제법 원칙 확 인 및 국경의 안정성과 관련된 내용이 비중있게 반영되었다. 조약 주 객 체의 지위 변경 관련 조약들에서는 조약 서명 당사국의 보증 아래, 영토 와 군사력 등 지위 변경된 객체 규정 관련 내용이 중요 부분을 구성하였 다. 본 연구는, 평화체제 관련 기초적 데이터를 제공, 향후 한반도 평화 체제 논의 국면에서 한국의 국익을 투영하면서 그 체제의 안정적 작동을 위한 요소 구상에 기여할 수 있다는 의의를 지닌다.

본 연구는 청각장애인의 내러티브인 당사자의 목소리를 통해 청각장애인 선교에 대해 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 한국교회 는 장애에 대한 인식의 변화와 함께 청각장애에 대한 새로운 이해가 필요하다. 장애를 차별의 조건이 아니라 이해의 도구로 접근해야 한다. 다음으로 청각장애인 선교와 관련된 접근은 청각장애인을 수어를 통한 새로운 문화공동체의 하나인 농문화 공동체로 이해하는 것이다. 왜냐하 면, 이들은 또 다른 언어공동체이기 때문이다. 그리고 청각장애인 선교적 접근은 청각장애인을 사회환경적 구조로 인해 ‘할 수 없다’는 대상(객체)의 입장에서 삶의 주체(당사자)로서 접근하여 프로그램과 서비스를 그들의 욕구로부터 출발하여야 한다. 마지막으로, 교회는 지역사회를 기반으로 기독교적 사랑을 실천하고 우리를 필요로 하는 이웃에 대한 사회적 책임을 감당해야 한다. 특히 청각장애인에 대한 선교적 실천은 선택이 아닌 연대적 책임과 의무라는 사실을 인식하고 교회의 사명으로서 접근해야 한다.

The Tay people are the ethnic minorities with the largest population in Viet Nam, mainly distributed in the Northern Uplands and Midlands, mostly concentrated in the provinces of Cao Bang, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang. Over the long history of development, along with the development and improvement of their language, the Tay people have gradually created a type of writing system using the graphic, phonetic, and meaning elements of Chinese characters in combination with indigenous phonetic and linguistic elements, to create the system that is called the Nom-Tay scripts or the Nom script of the Tay ethnic group. Traditional Tay literature is mainly recorded in this Nom - Tay script. The article reliesupon the texts that belong to the genre of narrative poetry (in this genre, a story is written as a long poem) written in Nom - Tay- the most significant part of the written classical folk literature of the Tay ethnic group. Materials from the texts, currently stored at the Institute of Sino - Nom Studies (Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences), will be used to conduct an analysis of the usage and the method of writing of the Chinese characters in these texts. Thereby, the article strives to confirm the important role and the ample appearance of the Chinese characters in VietnameseNom- Tay texts.

4차 산업혁명을 포함하는 디지털 기술의 발전과 최근 코로나19로 인하여 ‘언택트’의 트렌드가 가속화 하면서 음식배달, 대리운전, 돌봄노동 등의 플랫폼노동이 그 어느 때보다 노동계의 최대 관심사가 되었다. 그러나 플랫폼노동종사자의 고용의 비전속성, 업무수행의 독립성, 노무제공에 있어 장소적·시간적 자율성 등의 특징 때문에 노동관계법상 근로자의 지위가 부정되고 있다. 그리고 플랫폼노동종사자는 낮은 소득수준, 사회보험체계 미적용 등의 문제에 직면하고도 권리구제의 마땅한 통로를 찾기 어려운 상황이기 때문에 다른 어느 고용형태보다 노동조합과 같은 조직화를 통한 목소리를 모을 필요가 있다. 그러나, 우리나라의 경우 플랫폼노동종사자의 조직화는 상당히 초기 단계라고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지금까지 국내외에서 연구된 플랫폼노동에 대한 정의 및 유형을 다시 한번 정리하고, 우리나라 플랫폼노동종사자의 조직화 현황 그리고 해외 선진국의 조직화 사례, 형태를 살펴본다. 그리고 조직화 관련 해외 사례를 통해 플랫폼노동종사자의 조직, 플랫폼 업체, 정부에게 주는 시사점을 제시한다.

With the rise of the 4th Industrial Revolution, a paradigm shift is being demanded across society, and this change is seen in the rapid increase of learners who want online classes that can be taken relatively freely compared to traditional classes that are constrained by time and space. Cyber university’s learning method using an online platform has the advantage of overcoming the limitations of teaching-learning methods and university education in a limited space, and providing educational opportunities to people who need education anytime, anywhere. However, in cyber universities, issues have also been raised about the stability of the educational system, the quality of educational contents, and the appropriateness of educational services. Thus, in order to maximize the learning effect in cyber universities, a system that supports and manages learning participation activities of learners is required so that not only high-quality contents but also various interactions in the teaching-learning process are activated. In this thesis, based on the author’s own experience in subject development and operation, I would like to examine the effects that the interaction between instructor-tutor-learners through the role of a subject-dedicated tutor and the teaching-learning method using an online platform.

Recent incidents of state terrorism, including the assassination of Kim Jong-Nam, the murder (and attempted murder) of persons with strong ties to Russia, and the Jamal Khashoggi assassination, demonstrate cruelty while implying the involvement of the state, unlike other acts of terrorism since the Second World War. This trend denies the efforts of the international community, which has suppressed physical punishment including the death penalty in modern times and has achieved advances in human rights and humanitarianism under contemporary international law. Accordingly, this paper utilizes Michel Foucault’s indications regarding prison to reconsider recent cases of state terrorism from a broader perspective while taking into consideration the historical background of conventional terrorism and the development of international terrorism-related treaties.

Many small and medium-sized manufacturing companies process various product types to respond different customer orders in a single production line. To improve their productivity, they often apply batch processing while considering various product types, constraints on batch sizes and setups, and due date of each order. This study introduces a batch scheduling heuristic for a production line with multiple product types and different due dates of each order. As the process times vary due to the different batch sizes and product types, a recursive equation is developed based on a flow line model to obtain the upper bound on the completion times with less computational complexity than full computation. The batch scheduling algorithm combines and schedules the orders with same product types into a batch to improve productivity, but within the constraints to match the due dates of the orders. The algorithm incorporates simple and intuitive principles for the purpose of being applied to small and medium companies. To test the algorithm, two case studies are introduced; a high pressure coolant (HPC) manufacturing line and a press process at a plate-type heat exchanger manufacturer. From the case studies, the developed algorithm provides significant improvements in setup frequency and thus convenience of workers and productivity, without violating due dates of each order.

Physical stores are significant contact points for customers to have unique shopping experience with hedonic values (Hirschman and Holbrook, 1982). The value is becoming even more important as a differentiating factor for companies in the digital era when e-commerce is dramatically expanding and growing (Kotler, Kartajaya, and Setiawan, 2017). In order to deepen our understanding on online for offline (O4O) shopping experience, we focus on Visual Merchandizing Design (VMD) as one of the key factors to differentiate physical stores from e-commerce. VMD has a long history since 18th century VMD and has been extensively researched in various ways, but no study has been done in the setting of online for offline (O4O). VMD is defined as an art of displaying the things in a manner to attract the attention of the customer and persuade them to buy the product (Kerfoot, Davies, and Ward, 2003; Krishnakumar, 2014). In the VMD's extant research, many suggest the importance of VMD from the viewpoint of experiential marketing. It has been discussed that VMD is an effective way to impress consumers with company brands (e.g., Kim and Kim, 2011; Park and Jeon, 2004 Sun and Lee, 2017). In order to analyze the effectiveness of VMD, we use the three elements commonly used in practice that include Visual Presentation (VP), Point of Sales Presentation (PP), and Item Presentation (IP). The role of Visual Presentation (VP) is to invite customers from outside to inside of the store. When a customer enters the store, it is expected to encourage customers to stay longer to look around through PP (Point of sales Presentation). Finally, attractive Item Presentation (IP) on the shelves or hangers encourages customers to purchase products. We combine this VP-PP-IP framework of VMD with New AIDA model proposed by Iwamoto, Kawakami and Suzuki (2016). New AIDA model is a revised version of AIDMA that incorporates online related factors such as search, keep and share. Using this framework, we conducted three case studies on JINS BRAIN Lab by JINS Inc. in Japan, LAB101 in South Korea and On and the Beauty by Lotte Shopping in South Korea. We visited the store to observe how these companies realize the elements of VMD (VP-PP-IP) at each store. The results suggest that, for the better O4O experience to shop at a physical store looking at a mobile device, companies need to design the store from VMD point of view in addition to data-driven or artificial intelligence supported merchandizing. Physical stores with better VMD also play a significant role for generating word-of-mouth for engaging other customers.

본 연구는 급변하는 남북관계에 대응하여, 비정치적･비군사적 영역인 자연환경 분야의 남･북 협력 강화를 통해 한반도 생태공동체 구축 및 지속가능발전 기반 마련을 도모하기 위한 것으로, 자연환경 분야 대북 지원 사업 및 국제협력 사례 분석, 국제협력을 다루고 있는 북한의 국가계획 및 국제사회에 북한이 제안한 협력 사업을 분석하여 잠재 협력 사업을 도출하고자 하였다. 기존 사례고찰 및 1차 전문가 설문조사(5명)를 통해 “잠재 협력사업” 15건과 “사업 선정 시 주요 고려인자” 6개(①추진 시급성, ②한반도 연계성(한반도 생태공동체), ③지속가능발전(번영) 기여, ④북한의 수용성, ⑤추진 기반(협력 여건, 예산) 구비, ⑥사업의 지속가능성)를 도출하고, 이를 토대로 2차 전문가 설문조사(14명)를 통해 우선 사업을 도출하였다. 자연환경 분야 15건의 잠재 남북 협력 사업에 대한 종합적인 검토를 위하여 6개 주요 고려 인자를 적용하여 통합･평균한 결과, 사업 추진 우선순위는 ①설악-금강 국제평화공원 지정 추진, ②임농복합경영(agro-forestry) 지원･협력, ③국제적 중요 이동성조류(저어새, 두루미 등) 공동 보전사업, ④남북 생태관광 연계･활성화, ⑤한반도 대표 생태계 및 생물다양성 통합정보 구축 등의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시한 우선 협력 사업들은 기존 협력사례와 협력여건을 고려한 자연환경 분야 남북협력 전문가들의 인식에 근거하여 도출한 결과이며, 향후 실질적 추진은 사업별 성격에 따라 남･북한 간 추진 공감대 형성, 적합한 파트너와 협력체계 구축 등을 포함한 체계적인 접근이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

This research investigates how digital design agencies and client companies incorporate design thinking―a human-centered approach to solving difficult problems―into their website development processes. Based on a literature review on the design-thinking-driven web development process, multiple case studies of award-winning website projects were performed by in-depth interviews with key practitioners. Through analyses of these cases, their user-centered approaches for website innovation were identified according to the following four phases: web planning (discovery and defining phases) and web design and development (development and delivery phases). Moreover, distinct approaches of design thinking practices were identified according to two website types: a brand promotion website with a killer brand storytelling approach; and a service channel website with a strategic UI/UX-driven approach. Next, the key success drivers of these website projects were suggested in light of the typical themes of design thinking (i.e., human centeredness, research based, context awareness, and collaboration). Some practical limitations were also found in adopting the design-thinking-driven web development process, such as limited research methods and tools, and insufficient prototyping and experimentation. Along with these limitations, it was also discovered that current digital design agencies still face the following challenges in adopting the design-thinking-driven web development process: building a long-term, playful partnership with clients; leveraging decision-makers' design thinking awareness; and coping with limited resources (design thinking practitioners, budgets, and schedules).

본 연구의 목적은 지리교육 영역에서 심상지도의 실제적 활용 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 2015 개정 사회과 교육과정에서 심상지도 그리기와 관련된 성취기준이 새로이 추가되었으나, 심상지도를 실제 수업에 활용하는 방안에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 초등 사회교과 4학년 <지역의 위치와 특성> 단원을 사례로 자신의 지역에 대한 심상지도를 활용한 초등 사회교과 수업을 고안해 보았다. 특히 추리 스토리텔링에 기반하여 그 교육적 효과를 더욱 높이고자 하였으며, 해당 단원의 내용 요소를 스토리에 포함하기 위해, 스토리에 포함될 주요 내용으로 지도요소, 장소정보, 중심인물 정보를 제시하였다. 심상지도 그리기 수업을 통해 2015 개정 사회과 교육과정에서 강조하는 문제해결력, 창의적 사고력 등의 핵심역량을 함양할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In East Asia, the long-range transport of dust storms originating from Mongolia and northern China affects airborne dust loadings over downwind areas in the southern Korean Peninsula. Since 1997, dust loading cases caused by dust storms have been observed using the thresholds of total suspended particles (TSP, ≥250 μg m−3 hr−1 ) and particulate matter less than 10 μg (PM10, ≥190 μg m−3 hr−1 ) in the central-southern Korean Peninsula. There were two dust loading cases that exceeded these thresholds in 2016 and three in 2017, which reflects the downward trend of the last twenty-one years in the central-southern Korean Peninsula. Furthermore, five other dust loading cases with mass concentrations lower than the thresholds were observed from 2016 to 2017. In the moderate dust loading cases exceeding the thresholds, a descending motion of cut-off lows below 45 o N and a southward trough at 500 hPa gpm isopleths intensified at the western ridge, and largely extended the surface high-pressure system over southeast China. Airborne dust loadings following pronounced north-westerlies in the forward side of the high-pressure system were transported to the surface of the central-southern Korean Peninsula. However, in slight dust loading cases lower than the thresholds, the restricted descending motion of cut-off lows over 45 o N and the southwestward trough at 500 hPa gpm isopleths intensified the zonal flow over the Korean Peninsula. Surface high- and low-pressure systems moved eastward from the source compared to moderate dust loading cases. Due to the zonal movement of dust storms traversing eastern China, slight dust loading cases were observed with relatively higher ratios of PM2.5/TSP and carbon monoxide (CO) in the central-southern Korean Peninsula.

포스트모던 사회가 점점 수평사회로 이동되면서 공존, 협력, 네트 워킹이 키워드가 되었다. 기업은 소비자 일대일 맞춤형 서비스를 제공 하고 있고, 교육도 개개 학생들의 재능에 따라 다양한 기회가 주어져야 하는 시대가 되었으며, 리더십 유형에도 변화를 가져왔다. 이에 삶의 파트너로서 고민을 들어주며 질문으로써 고착되어있는 고리를 풀고 스스로 길을 찾아가도록 용기를 주며 돕는 코치의 역할이 부각되고 있다. 크리스천 코칭 중에서 선교 코칭(missional coaching)은 사랑의 하나님이 사람들을 품고 들어주고 질문하면서 스스로 깨닫게 하시는 것처럼 코치이(coachee)를 대한다. 아직 선교 코칭에 대한 이론이나 모델의 제시가 부족한 형편인데, 필자는 영화 The Shack <오두막> (2017)을 통한 선교 코칭 사례연구로써 선교 코칭 모델개발에 조력하고자 한다. 불확실성 속에서 정체성 위기를 겪고 있는 이 시대에 선교 코칭을 통해 많은 사람들이 하나님의 사랑받는 자녀라는 새로운 정체성을 부여받고 삶에 대한 관점의 변화로까지 나아가기를 기대한다.
