        이 연구는 임도 개설 전·후 년차별로 식물상과 식생의 변화를 분석하고 관리 방안을 제공하기 위하여 전북 무주군 설천면 미천리에 소재한 민주지산 임도를 대상으로 임도 개설 전년도인 2012년부터 임도 개설 후 2022년까지 7차례에 걸쳐 수행되었 다. 임도 개설 조사구간 내의 식물군락은 북서사면에서 신갈나무군락, 남서사면에서 굴참나무군락과 일본잎갈나무군락으로 구분되어 남서사면과 북서사면에서 군락의 차이를 보였다. 임도 개설 전·후 년차별로 식물상의 변화는 임도 개설 전인 2012년 도 총 66분류군(44과 59속 51종 13변종 2품종)에서 2015년도에는 207분류군(71과 153속 176종 27변종 4품종)으로 141분 류군이 증가하였고, 2022년도에는 278분류군(78과 172속 242종 1아종, 31변종 4품종)으로 212분류군이 증가하였다. 특히 임도절토사면과 임도연접사면부의 조사구에서는 년차적으로 높은 식피율과 새로운 분류군의 증가를 보였는데, 이는 임도 개설에 따른 광량의 급격한 증가와 귀화식물 및 1년생 초본류의 유입으로 인해 일어난 현상으로 사료된다. 임도 개설 10년후 연차적으로 조사된 식생 조사 결과를 보면, 임도 개설 초년도에는 식피율과 종수가 빠른 속도로 증가하다가 일정 기간이 경과 하면 식피율과 출현 종수는 줄어들고 안정된 숲이 형성되어 우점종의 비율이 증가하였다. 특히 임도연접사면에서 관목층 과 초본층을 살펴보면, 임도 개설 직후 몇 년간은 초본층의 식피율이 현저히 증가하다가 시간이 경과 할수록 초본층의 피도는 감소하고, 관목층의 피도가 현저히 증가하였다. 그리고 임도산지사면에서는 초본층과 관목층의 피도는 현저히 감소하고, 아교목층과 교목층의 피도가 증가하였다.

        J ogyeongdan is an altar built by the Korean Empire within the burial grounds of Sijomyo(始祖墓), the Jeonju Lee clan, as a part of their posthumous respecting project. This site adheres to strict rules and formalities that are comparable to those of the royal tombs of the Joseon Dynasty, with its altars and monument House demonstrating construction techniques that hold high value in architectural history. This study compares and analyzes construction-related records such as Uigwe, Statements, and Figure, along with their historical context. Through this effort, the study explores in detail the original form of J ogyeongdan at the time of its construction and subsequent transformations in later periods. Findings showed that the Figure was drawed by Chae Yongsin and was only a blueprint prior to the construction; it was modified during the actual construction process. A part of J ogyeongdan project was carried out by demolishing four government office buildings that were closed because of the Gabo Reform in order to secure wood and roof tiles, among other materials. Additionally, concluded the J aesil was by relocated Deokryudang from Samryeyeokcham. Further, instances of distinctive terminology usage were found related to construction materials in the J ogyeongdan Uigwe , which were not used in another Uigwe . These terms were distinguished in detail according to the locations in which the materials were used.

        Ondol is a traditional underfloor heating system designated as a national intangible cultural heritage of Korea. The Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) publishes a standard specification for the repair of cultural properties, including ondol. This standard specification is used as a guide for contractors who repair ondol in the field. However, the standard specification for ondol repair has some errors and is difficult to understand in the field. This paper proposes a revision of the standard specification for ondol repair. This study found that the standard specification for ondol repair has some problems in terms of the terminology and structure of ondol. These problems were sufficient to confuse ondol repairers in the field. Therefore, this study proposes to revise the standard specification to correct these errors and make it easier for ondol repairers in the field to understand. This study is expected to help recognize and preserve ondol as a cultural property and not just as a building.

        To investigate the national science and technology policy direction in the field of construction machinery, an analysis was conducted on projects selected as national research and development (R&D) initiatives by the government. Assuming that the project titles contain key keywords, text mining was employed to substantiate this assumption. Project information data spanning nine years from 2014 to 2022 was collected through the National Science & Technology Information Service (NTIS). To observe changes over time, the years were divided into three-year sections. To analyze research trends efficiently, keywords were categorized into groups: ‘equipment,’ ‘smart,’ and ‘eco-friendly.’ Based on the collected data, keyword frequency analysis, N-gram analysis, and topic modeling were performed. The research findings indicate that domestic government R&D in the construction machinery field primarily focuses on smart-related research and development. Specifically, investments in monitoring systems and autonomous operation technologies are increasing. This study holds significance in analyzing objective research trends through the utilization of big data analysis techniques and is expected to contribute to future research and development planning, strategic formulation, and project management.

        Under increased complexity and uncertainty of overseas construction projects, it is important for construction companies to improve their own project risk management capabilities instead of risk-taking strategies to secure competitiveness in the overseas construction market. Although most of the risks occur in project execution stage, many previous studies focused on planning stage including risk identification and analysis among PRM process. Therefore, this study aims to verify the effectiveness of whole PRM process during project execution stage through empirical study on participants of overseas construction projects. As the result it was found that first, the factor directly affects the project success is the execution process of PRM. It implies that appropriate actions such as appointing charged manager for risks, timely implementation of responding plan, continuous risk monitoring and updating established plan are the key for contribution to the project success. Second, the importance of communication in PRM is also found, which is not conducted at a specific but throughout the entire PRM process and need to be managed as essential factor for successful PRM..

        Recently, defects that occurred during the construction of apartment houses have become a social issue. Defects in apartment houses lead to waste of resources and economic loss, causing psychological and physical damage to customers, and a decrease in reliability and financial loss to construction companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of defect occurrence according to the difference in project management level in the apartment housing construction stage, and to investigate the extent to which the project manager's experience affects the defect occurrence rate. For the empirical analysis of the study, statistical analysis was conducted using data collected from 130 actual projects. The results of the analysis showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management had a positive effect on reducing the defect occurrence rate in the execution stage of apartment housing construction, while human resource management productivity had a negative effect. This study theoretically demonstrated the importance of project management, and in practice, showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management should be faithfully performed in the execution stage to reduce the rate of defects after project completion. It was also suggested that hiring an experienced project manager would help reduce project defects.

        The construction industry stands out for its higher incidence of accidents in comparison to other sectors. A causal analysis of the accidents is necessary for effective prevention. In this study, we propose a data-driven causal analysis to find significant factors of fatal construction accidents. We collected 14,318 cases of structured and text data of construction accidents from the Construction Safety Management Integrated Information (CSI). For the variables in the collected dataset, we first analyze their patterns and correlations with fatal construction accidents by statistical analysis. In addition, machine learning algorithms are employed to develop a classification model for fatal accidents. The integration of SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) allows for the identification of root causes driving fatal incidents. As a result, the outcome reveals the significant factors and keywords wielding notable influence over fatal accidents within construction contexts.

        Public institutions have a responsibility to ensure the safety of their employees and the public. One way to do this is to implement a systematic safety inspection system based on risk assessments and continuous improvements. This study developed a systematic safety inspection system for public institutions that are ordered construction projects. The proposed system in this study consists of a three-step process: (1) developing safety grade evaluation tables, (2) preparing and conducting safety inspections, and (3) evaluating and improving safety management grades. The first step is to develop safety grade evaluation tables by analysis and diagnosis of the construction site's work type, disaster statistics, and related laws. The second step is to conduct safety inspections using the developed evaluation tables. The third step is to determine the safety management grade based on the results of the safety inspection, and to improve risk factors found during the safety evaluation. The proposed system was implemented in highway construction projects carried out by public institutions. The results showed that the proposed system has two major effects: (1) reducing accident-related deaths and injuries, (2) improving safety management levels by continuous evaluation and improvement. The proposed system can be utilized in construction projects ordered by public institutions to improve the level of occupational safety and health.

        본 논문에서는 철근콘크리트 골조를 주 대상으로 하여 설계 및 시공 전 과정에 대한 디지털전환 전략과 기술개발에 대하여 기술하 였다. 건설 현장의 BIM 도입과 디지털 전환이 기대만큼 활성화되지 않는 중요원인을, 모델링 솔루션을 이용한 설계모델 구축의 생산 성과 후속 프로세스에서 요구하는 필요충분한 정보를 제공하는 완성도에서 찾을 수 있다. 특히 방대한 양의 상세설계 모델 구축에 소 요되는 과도한 노력과 단순반복 작업 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 인적 오류에 의한 정확성 결여는 건축 프로젝트의 디지털 전환 실현을 위하여 해결되어야 할 기술적 장벽이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구에서는 철근콘크리트 골조 공사를 대상으로 디지털전환과 현장적용 을 목표로 이를 실현하기 위한 개념적 전략 수립과 기술개발 사례에 대하여 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 시공 단계에서 필요한 상세설계 정보를 포함하는 건물골조 상세설계 BIM 모델링 기술개발 결과를 제시하고, 특히 배근상세설계 등 반복성이 높은 상세설계 업무를 자동화하여 기본설계 2D CAD 도면에서 출발하여 3D BIM 모델을 구축하고 상세설계 BIM 모델을 생성한 후 이를 활용하기 위한 플 랫폼 구축까지의 프로세스를 완성하였다. 제시된 자동화기술과 현장관리 플랫폼에 의한 프로세스는 CAD 도면 기반의 전통적 건설 프로세스를 대체하기 위해 요구되는 업무 생산성과 기술적 정보 완성도를 확보한 것으로 평가되었다.
