The purpose of this study is to examine female violent crimes in Korea. The topic of female violence has long been neglected and understudied. Because women only represent a small proportion of violent offenders, little scholarly work identifies characteristics or situations that increase women's risks for violent offending. But, female violent criminals has shown an increasing trend. For, this reason, there is a need to examine female violence. Court trial records were used to study the realities of female violent crimes. The important results from court trial records are as follows： Female violent offenders tend to have shorter criminal records than male violent offenders. The most popular reason for committing violent crime among female criminals was 'because of anger', followed by 'because of quarrel'. In 60% of female violent crimes was there a personal relationship between the victim and the offender. 50% of male violent offenders committed violence toward stranger. The actions of the victims in female violent crimes were aggressive. However, the actions of the victims were not as aggressive as those of the female violent offenders. Based on reviewing characteristics of female violent crime, it suggest several ways for effective countermeasures.

In order to protect sexual rights of juveniles, publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs has been put into operation since 2001. A purpose of this sanctions is protecting juveniles' body and sexual rights to disgrace sex-criminals. But thinking provides and spirits of the constitution, publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs has much problems First, this sanction is contrary to dignity of humans. Nations' law must not exclude a member of society physically and psychologically, though he conducted crimes. In this point, this sanctions run a criminal out from society. Second, the principle of proportion disclaim publicity of juvenile-sex-criminals' personal affairs. The criminal of juvenile sex crime had imposed criminal sanction. In addition he must be ashamed through publicity of personal affairs. Third, we can't count on effects of preventing juvenila-sex-crimes through this sanction. Because certainty of crimes is very low, people are not frightened at these kinds of sanctions In conclusion, these cruel sanction must be ruled out, police and prosecutors level certainty of crime up.

This study examined the environmental factors that increase juvenile delinquencies, reviewed the current state and problems of the policy for protecting delinquent juveniles, and proposed improvement plans. Environmental factors that increase juvenile delinquencies are believed to be rapid urbanization, the malfunction of families and schools, changes and diversification of the value system, the influence of mass communications, etc. Therefore, as social and political measures for protecting delinquent juveniles, it is necessary to promote juvenile delinquency prevention movements by local societies, reinforce the function of families, strengthen the all-round education of schools, establish a new value system, and tighten regulations on mass communications harmful to juveniles. In addition to these, as measures based on the Juvenile Law, it is required to individualize and diversify educative measures, pay special attention to sending delinquent juveniles to training schools or reform schools, develop various types of training schools and their programs, create regulations on the juvenile diversion of the police, and assure a due procedure in the protective process of juveniles.

The half of injuries by carrying-unloading machinery was injuries due to crane. The purpose of this study was to analyze present condition of injuries by the crane, to investigate hazard management model, injury prevention technique, and to suggest safety countermeasures of crane working. The hazard management model is composed of 5 rules and 10 methods. The rules are to remove, separate, protect, make up and correspond. Prior to this crane countermeasures, general protection for head, foot and hand are needed. Hazard prevention affects on industrial management economically and psychologically. The preparation of safety countermeasures are very important for the prevention of industrial injuries. The countermeasures are setting-up of safety culture, active and rationale safety education. As the industrial safety and health system should be performed for the employees' health and life, the industrial competitive power and productivity would be improved.

Sea transportation has long been a vital component of the transport systems of the world. The great majority of imports and exports to and enlarge their national merchant marines. This effort is meant partly to arrest earlier trends of having their trade carried by ships from outside the region and partly to promote regional integration and improve the national balance of payments. However, sea transportation has been exposed to various types of threats on the high seas, in coastal waters and in port areas. Piracy is any robbery or other violent action, for private ends and without authorization by public authority, committed on the seas. Because piracy has been regarded as an offense against the law of nations, the public vessels of any state have been permitted to seize a pirate ship, to bring it into port, to try the crew(regardless of their nationality or domicile), and, if found guilty, to punish them and to confiscate the ship. Piracy has occurred in all stages of maritime history. The increased size of merchant vessels, the improved naval patrolling of most ocean highways, the regular administration of most islands and land areas of the world, and the general recognition by governments of piracy as an international offense resulted in a great decline in piracy in the 19th and 20th centuries. Piracy has, however, occurred in the 20th century, and the practice of hijacking ships has developed into a new form of piracy. The number of incidents of sea piracy against ships reported was 229 in 1997. Since 1991, 1,051 such acts have been reported. The purpose of this research is to examine the origin and development of the piracy to understand the current situation of such violence on the seas. In addition, what should be done by international community will be presented to prevent the piracy in the future.

With the rapid development of the Internet, mobile Internet, big data, cloud computing and other technologies as well as the continuous improvement of logistics infrastructure, cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly in China. As a close neighbor of South Korea, the development of crossborder e-commerce has given wings to the development of trade between China and South Korea. Shandong Province, as an eastern coastal city of China, has a unique advantage in trade with Korea. In this paper, we will study the current situation of trade development between Shandong and Korea, analyze its problems, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

With the evolution of industrial structure and industrialization in developing countries, some trade has become intra-industry between developing and developed countries. The level of intra-industry trade between China and South Korea has also become an essential indicator of the country’s economic development and industrialization. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Korea in 1992, bilateral trade between China and South Korea has steadily developed, and the “Belt and Road” initiative proposed by China in 2013 and the official signing of the China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in 2015 have provided a good platform for the development of trade between China and South Korea. In 2017 South Korea proposed in 2017, South Korea proposed the “New North Policy”, and China and South Korea agreed to dovetail the “Belt and Road” and the “New North Policy” to achieve a superior development of China-Korea trade. However, there are still problems, such as trade imbalance and a need for a two-way flow of investment between the two sides. This paper examines the existing problems in developing China-Korea import and export trade through developing China-Korea intra-industry trade in the new era. It suggests accelerating the sustainable development of China-Korea trade from the perspectives of strengthening trade communication between the two sides and accelerating Chinese enterprises’ investment in Korea.

With the enhancement of people’s awareness of green consumption, green barriers have played a more and more important role in Global trade and become an important trick for countries to implement trade protection. In the aspect of China’s textile export to the United States, the United States has set strict environmental standards through green barriers to restrict China’s textiles and their products from entering the domestic market, which has caused many obstacles to the development of China’s textile trade. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition, characteristics, forms and mechanism of green trade barriers in detail to form an overall personal cognition. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of China US textile trade by using the data of China US textile trade in recent years. Then, using the SWOT theory analysis method, this paper studies the opportunities and challenges, advantages and disadvantages faced by China’s textile industry exports at home and abroad under the green trade barriers, and puts forward countermeasures to overcome the green barriers from the perspectives of the government and textile enterprises, hoping that China’s textile industry will change into a green industry and take the road of green sustainable development.
