        본 연구는 민간기업과는 다른 특성을 보이는 공공기관 HRD의 평가지표 도출이 필요하다는 문제의식에 서 출발하였으며, 공공기관 HRD 체계의 타당한 평가 준거 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 CIPP 모형을 활용하여 공공부문 HRD체계와 과정 준거를 개발했던 연구사례를 분석하고, 국내 공공기관 인적자원개발 실무자 6인 대상의 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 15개 평가영역, 41개 평가항목, 56개 평가지표로 구성된 평가 준거 초안을 도출하였다. 평가준거 초안에 대한 타당성을 확보하고자 학계, 실무, 컨설팅 전문가 12인을 대상으로 2차의 델파이 조사를 거쳐 평가 준거를 확정하였다. 최종적인 평가 준거는 요구분석, 기관장 리더 십, HRD 인력 전문성, 경영성과 등 15개 영역, 37개 항목, 45개 지표로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 공공기관의 양면적 성격을 반영한 공공기관 HRD 체계의 평가 준거를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 공공기관의 사업 특성을 감안한 평가 준거 보완이 필요하다는 점을 제언하였다.

        This study is to develop a diagnostic model for the effective introduction of smart factories in the manufacturing industry, to diagnose SMEs that have difficulties in building their own smart factory compared to large enterprise, to identify the current level and to present directions for implementation. IT, AT, and OT experts diagnosed 18 SMEs using the "Smart Factory Capacity Diagnosis Tool" developed for smart factory level assessment of companies. They analyzed the results and assessed the level by smart factory diagnosis categories. Companies' smart factory diagnostic mean score is 322 out of 1000 points, between 1 level (check) and 2 level (monitoring). According to diagnosis category, Factory Field Basic, R&D, Production/Logistics/Quality Control, Supply Chain Management and Reference Information Standardization are high but Strategy, Facility Automation, Equipment Control, Data/Information System and Effect Analysis are low. There was little difference in smart factory level depending on whether IT system was built or not. Also, Companies with large sales amount were not necessarily advantageous to smart factories. This study will help SMEs who are interested in smart factory. In order to build smart factory, it is necessary to analyze the market trends, SW/ICT and establish a smart factory strategy suitable for the company considering the characteristics of industry and business environment.

        This study designed a “Diagnostic Model for Management Innovation of Medium Enterprises” based on the theoretical background of success factor and management diagnosis model for management innovation of medium enterprises and suggested a measure for utilization of strategic subject and diagnostic model that enterprises can apply. Utilization of medium enterprises management innovation diagnostic model designed through this study would be of help for making a diagnosis of the capability maturity level of enterprises’ current management system and improving it by establishing a challenging capability objective and building a circulation system capable of innovating enterprises. It is expected for enterprises to overcome growing pains and establish a management system capable of achieving outcome (productivity) by repeating measurement and innovation through management diagnosis. In addition, this study provides a method to produce a strategic subject, select priority of implementation and prepare an implementation road map by classifying and filtering management issues produced as a result of management diagnosis in a systematic way. If variables necessary for production of an objective weighted value of scoring and discover of elements for category of diagnostic model and elementary items as well as design of a self-diagnosis questionnaire, measurement of management outcome suggested in this study can be able to be verified and supplemented through case study in the future, it is expected to make the degree of completion as a diagnostic model elevated that may help for growth and development through innovation of medium enterprises.

        The purpose of this study is to identify a suitable organizational diagnostic model for analyzing the management efficiency of food service firms. We used the three-iteration Delphi technique on a panel of 19 business employees, 7 industry experts, and 4 employees in the food service industry. A total of 36 assessment indicators were developed through this panel, with numerous major findings. First, it is important to evaluate the leadership qualities of employees in terms of their motivation and competency. Second, it is important to evaluate the ability of employees to interface well with other employees. Third, it is important to evaluate and manage the brand image recognized by customers. Fourth, it is important to evaluate the fairness and regularity of the rewards given for an excellent job performance. Fifth, it is important to evaluate the level of communication and information distribution in the organizational culture. Last, but not least, it is important to evaluate the transparency and fairness of an organization in its human resource management (HRM) and the efficiency of its organizational structure. In conclusion, this study empirically shows how food service firms can develop an organizational diagnostic model to increase their managerial efficiency.

        This study deals with the application of knowledge-based engineering and a methodology for the assessment & measurement of reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of industrial systems using fault-tree representation. A fuzzy methodology for fault-tree evaluation seems to be an alternative solution to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional approach. To improve the quality of results, the membership functions must be approximated based on heuristic considerations. Conventionally, it is not always easy to obtain a system reliability for components with different individual failure probability density functions(p.d.f.), We utilize fuzzy set theory to solve the adequacy of the conventional probability in accounting and processing of built-in uncertainties in the probabilistic data. The purpose of this study is to propose the framework of knowledge-based engineering through integrating the various sources of knowledge involved in a FTA.

        파밤나방(Spodoptera exigua (Hiibner))의 살충제 감수성을 판별할 수 있는 간편한 진단 장치가 개발되어 야외 집단을 대상으로 판별능력을 시험했다. 이 진단장치의 기본설계원리는 에스테라제와 아세틸콜린에스테라제의 효소활력이 파밤나방의 살충제 감수성과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 이용하였다. 네가지 형태의 진단장치(ED, EM, AD 및 AM)가 고안되었고 판별효소(E-에스테라제, A-아세틸콜린에스테라제)와 억제제(D-dichlorvos, M-monocrotophos)의 종류에 따라 분류되었다. 판별억제제의 농도는 각각 ED는 1mM, EM는 10mM, AD는 100mM 및 AM는 100mM이었다. 억제되지 않은 저항성 개체는 두 효소 모두에서 적색을 보이나 억제된 감수성 개체의 시료는 무색으로 나타난다. 한 개체의 파밤나방으로부터 채취된 혈액과 머리시료가 네가지 판별장치 검색장치에 한꺼번에 이용되었다. 검색장치의 실증검증을 위해 11개의 실내와 야외 집단들을 대상으로 살충제 감수성과 검색장치 판별력을 비교하였다. 이들 집단은 파밤나방 방제에 이용되고있는 3가지 살충제들(bifenthrin, methomyl, chlorpyrifos-methyl)에 대해 네 종류의 판별장치는 상이한 약제 감수성을 보였다.         We calculated the residual current forced by buoyancy, wind stress, and tidal stress in the Chinhae Bay using a three-dimensional diagnostic model. The calculated current was also compared with the observation. The flow directs outward from the central area of the Bay in the upper layer, and also forms eddy-shape stucture in the upper and middle layers. The flow of bottom layer shows an opposite pattern compared to those of top and middle layers. The maximum speed was 6.05 em/see (September) and 3.49 cm/sec (November) in the upper layer, and 4.39 cm/sec on both month in the middle layer. The Kinetic energy of November (8.39xlO' W) was larger than that of September (1.24xlO 'W), mainly resulting from larger buoyancy effect in September. In spite of the roughness of the grid size(1 km) and wind date, the calculated flow shows eorrelation(r=0.71) with the observation. We expect that the correlation be increased by increased by adopting the fine grid and the variable coefficients of diffusion and viscosity.
