본 연구는 언어의 공공성과 전문성에 대한 문제의식에서 기획되었다. 이를 위해 전문 영역인 유전자변형생물체[LMO] 관련 공공기관 홈페이지 를 비교 분석하여 공공언어 사용 실태를 파악하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같 은 시사점을 이끌어 낼 수 있었다. 장르적 측면에서 LMO 홈페이지들은 ‘안내문’의 특성을 보이며, 주제어를 홈페이지 화면 전면에 제시하여 공공 언어의 수용성과 접근성을 제고하였다. 다음으로 표기의 정확성 측면에 서 전문 용어 및 법령, 관련 규정, 약어(略語) 표기의 통일성과 일관성 확보가 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 소통성 측면에서는 LMO와 GMO의 개념 정의 및 설명 방식에 통일성과 일관성을 확보하여 전문 용어의 이 해도를 높일 것을 제안하였다. 또한 각 기관 홈페이지가 비교적 생산 목 적에 맞게 정보를 제공하고 있지만 기관 업무 특성에 따른 접근성과 편 의성 확보의 필요성을 강조하였다. 소통성을 강화하기 위해 관계기관 협 의에서 ‘공공언어적인 관점 반영’을 안건으로 선정할 것을 제언한다.

자국의 지도가 없는 캄보디아와 같은 개발도상국의 공무원들이 한국의 선진 공간정보를 배우기 위해 매년 우리나라에 파견되고 있다. 이는 공간정보의 국제적인 교육 수요가 증가하고 있음을 의미한다. 이 연구의 목적은 개발도상국을 대상으로 우리나라의 공간정보 경험을 공유하고 체계적인 기술 전파를 위해서 교육 정책의 개선 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 국내·외에 서 수행 중인 개발도상국 대상의 공간정보 교육 체계에 대하여 분석하고 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 그리고 한국국제협력단(KOICA) 과 국토지리정보원에서 수행한 공간정보 교육 수료생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 우리나라 공간정보 교육서비스의 주요 이슈 사항을 도출하였다. 도출 내용을 토대로 교육 커리큘럼 개선, 교육 인프라 확충, 온라인 교육서비스 플랫폼 개발 등의 정책 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 개선책은 경제협력개발기구(OECD) 공여국으로서의 우리나라 위상을 높이면서, 국내 공간정보 산업의 해외 시장 진출에도 크게 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, most of the information system use environment is changing to GUI environment based on windows and web. Most of the development tools for building such a GUI-based information system support object-oriented and event-driven programming concepts. However, there is still a lack of a development methodology that systematically supports event-based information system construction. From a business perspective, an information system is one that supports business processes efficiently and effectively to improve business performance. These business processes are composed of business activities which involve a series of business events. A business event is executed according to a business scenario. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp these events in the requirements analysis stage and to apply it on the system development methodology. However, information systems development methodology which systematically reflect the event processing concept still is insufficient. From this viewpoint, this paper proposes an event-driven scenario-based development methodology that can meet the recent development environment of information systems, and applies the proposed methodology to a small scale information system development case.

Abstract1)This study aims to understand why public information systems in agricultural fields have shown lower performances than other industrialized fields and industries and how these problems would be fixed and overcame. To accomplish this research purpose, this study would overview the previous studies on developing agricultural information systems in public sectors and would find out meaningful and considerable factors. This study would accept the methodologies of literature review and systems thinking approaches to understand the relationships among the found factors and to suggest the conceptual research model. Agricultural information system should take care to reduce implement and maintenance costs to reduce the negative relationships between costs and expected service value and between expected service value to perceived service value. Also, it should be understood that impersonal response would reduce the eager to use the services, so the government sectors should consider positively to adopt the concept of CRM even though the government sectors traditionally have ignored its necessity. The failure of public information systems/services may be caused not only by lack of the contents but also by the failure of the persistent post management.

The size of the market for SCM information systems have globally and steadily increased. And there are businesses that obtained innovative business performance by introducing SCM information systems. However, many businesses have still undergone trial and error in the process to introduce and operate SCM. As external factors including suppliers, customers, etc. and internal factors of businesses have been analyzed to be failure factors of executing SCM information systems, the businesses that try to introduce SCM information systems need to understand possible failure factors and establish the solutions. Therefore, this study tries to verify the diffusion of SCM information systems and effects on bullwhip effects. The study is expected to suggest empirical data that people will refer to the establishment of next counterstrategies according to the lapse of the period that systems are introduced based on theoretical bases related to the diffusion of SCM information systems.

The aim of this research is to verify the moderating effect of logistics information systems (LIS) on inter-organizational collaboration (IOC) and performance. To achieve this aim, this research s pulled out the definitions of the variables from prior research and looked at the relationships between them. The population is the Korean shipping and logistics firms in the Republic of Korea, and a survey was carried out by members of liners and international freight forwarders. The questionnaires responded to by members of the sample firms were used as data for the analysis of this research. The reliability and validity of the data were tested by a factor analysis and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. In addition, the hypotheses of this research haves been verified using a multiple regression analysis. The results are as follows. LIS is confirmed as a factor in enhancing the relationship between IOC and performance. The firms perform IOC by LIS in supply chains and as a result, they can achieve high performance. This is explained by fit as moderation by Venkatraman (1989). In addition, the relationship between IOC and performance is explained by a resource-based view as is and the relationship between LIS and performance is also explained by a resource-based view. . Managers grasp customer needs and disseminate the needs to organizations using superior LIS, followed by high performance. Managers structure efficient supply chain processes through IOC between organizations and improve performance in the whole process through collaboration with the partners as well as departments. If managers want to achieve high performance through IOC, they should grasp their current level of LIS. This provides information; such as , what strategic decision making could improve their performance? The results of this research prove the moderating effect of LIS on IOC and performance and if managers focus on the moderating effect, they can improve performance.

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) have always mattered in agriculture too. In day-to-day practices of agriculture and allied sectors, the farmers often share their information. Changing weather patterns, soil conditions, pests and diseases always throw challenges to small and marginal farmers. So, the farmer needs up-dated information to cope with and even benefit from these changes. In the developing countries like India, where agriculture still plays a crucial role (over 58% of the rural households depend on agriculture as their livelihood) and the rising population from 1027 million to 1419 million during 2001-16 (a total rise of 38 percent or 1.3 percent per year) pose a lot of pressure on land and other resources to meet the food security needs on one hand and to meet the challenges of globalization on the other. Understanding and addressing these challenges are very crucial, in which ICT can play a major role. With the booming mobile, wireless, and Internet industries, ICT has found a foothold even in poor marginal and smallholder farms and in their activities. The survey conducted among the 120 farmers in Srikakulam district in India revealed that, ICT has revolutionized the agriculture in the modern days. Production and marketing information is accessed by 91% of the sample farmers through mobile in 2015, where it was only 5% in 2005. The extent of use of mobile phones by the farmers varied with the decision to be taken by them like Harvesting, packing, and storing (94%), Selling Decision (91%), Seed purchase (89%), Application of fertilizers and pesticides (88%) and Land preparation and planting (84%), other package of practices (77%). The farmers further opined that, ‘Voice’ was the dominating source of communication (96%) compared to Short Message Service (SMS) (only 27%) and Internet access (10%), as majority are illiterate. The use of camera (71%), Bluetooth (33%), Radio (61%) TV (41%) are the other means of sharing the information. In this context of importance of ICTs in Indian agriculture, greater attention justifies about the applications of ICT’s to alleviate poverty and promote economic growth of the farming population.

Global interests in RFID are increased and Korean government and companies make an active effort to propagate and spread RFID. Due to the overwhelming advantages of RFID system in comparison with existing bar code system, ripple effects on logistics sector among the utilizing fields of RFID technology are expected to be great, but application of RFID system is lowly progressed unlike the expectation of several experts. Therefore, this research extracts precedent studies on theoretical background, applying fields, promotion condition and domestic/foreign parts of RFID system, factors for operating domestic RFID system and effects and considers the effects of RFID's external variables on easiness and effectiveness of TAM. It confirms the relations of RFID applying effects for companies applying and utilizing RFID and verifies the relations among the effects for application of RFID system, accepting intention of RFID system and applying effects. Competition in supply chain has moved from between being organizations to between supply chain. To enhance competitiveness in supply chain, there is a need for organisations to establish and manage collaborative relationships among supply chain partners and share operational and strategic information timely and accurately. As a result, food supply chain partners have adopted of inter organisational information systems (IOIS) such as EDI, IEDI, RFID, internet, and extranets to facilitate exchange of information, streamline production and to effectively manage inventory processes so as to deliver value to the customer. Together with IOIS, cybermediaries also plays a key role in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. This paper investigates the role and significance of IOIS and cybermediaries in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. Convergent interviewing was conducted with agriculture producers, food processors and retailers. The study identifi ed logistics, supply chain and customer services benefi ts perceived from implementing IOIS and utilising cybermediaries services in the food supply chain. To conclude the conceptual paper outlined managerial implications and areas for future research.

This study introduces cases of individual feeding systems for sow and the sow sorters which are the subparts of an eco-friendly feeding and management system based on a u-IT program using the hog feeding and management information system. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of economic feasibility on cases of the improvement of the system using the u-IT and to provide information on the positive effects of an introduction of an eco-friendly pigsty and hog feeding and management system to hog raisers and government officials. The literature review and background section examine the effects of the introduction of u-IT technology into the field of livestock raising, hog feeding and management information system, and the eco-friendly feeding and management system based on the u-IT. This paper will present the results of the analysis on the effects and the economic feasibility of the individual feeding system for sow and the sow sorter utilizing the u-IT technology and information systems. The results of this study will contribute to the sustainable development of the hog raising industry by showing that the new feeding and management system utilizing the u-IT can not only increase the efficiency and productivity of farm management but also contribute to efficient, eco-friendly hog feeding and management.

기술의 도입과 이용지속성에 관한 많은 연구가 있어왔지만, 대부분 인지적 관점에서 바라본 데 반해, 감성적 측면은 상대적으로 부족하다. 정보시스템 연구에서 사용자의 태도, 만족이 주로 고려된다 하더라도 그것들은 감성의 오로지 일부분일뿐이다. 여러 학계의 연구자들은 인간행동을 이해하고 예측하는데 감성의 중요성을 주목하기 시작했다. 특히, 모바일 인터넷과 같은 현대 응용기술에서는 기술의 이용자로서뿐 아니라 서비스 소비자로서의 역할을 하는 사용자들의 감성이 필수적으로 연구되어야한다. 그래서, 이연구는 정보시스템 지속성을 위한 이성과 감성의 조화모델을 제안한다. 이전 연구들과의 차이점은 Circumplex Model of Affect에 따르는 감성의 주요한 차원인 즐거움과 각성(Pleasure and Arousal)을 고려함으로써, 다른 모든 감성의 요인들이 이 두 축의 조합으로 설명될수있도록 한 점이다. 그래서, 사용자 행동에 관한 이전연구들이 즐김과 흥분과 같은 "감성에 연관된 구조"의 직,간접적 효과를 고려한데 반해, 이 연구는 즐거움과 각성과 같은 "감성에 기반한 구조"의 직접적 효과를 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 이성과 감성의 조화모델은 모바일 인터넷 서비스 사용자들을 대상으로 테스트되고, 그 타당성이 입증된다.

최근 RFID 기술은 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 구현을 위한 중요기술로 급부상하고 있다. 본고에서는 RFID 기술, 표준화 동향 및 다양한 응용영역을 분석함으로써 해상분야의 전망있는 응용분야를 발굴하기 위한 조사목적에서 이루어 졌다. RFID 기술개요 및 요소기술, 국내외 표준화 동향 및 응용분야를 소개한 후 해상분야에서 RFID 활용방안을 소개하였다. 해상분야에서 주요 응용영역으로는 선용품 재고관리의 자동화, 컨테이너의 관리, 화물창 상태관리, 이동통신망을 이용한 연안선박의 관리방안 등을 들 수 있다. 결과적으로 기존의 이용가능한 유무선 통신망에 RFID시스템을 효과적으로 적용한다면 선박운항의 효율화, 해양안전 확보 및 해양환경 보호에도 많은 기여를 할 것이다.
