본 연구는 국립기상연구소에서 생산한 기상자원지도 및 기상정보의 원시자료로부터 Web2.0기반의 기상자원정보시스템 설계 및 구축을 목적으로 한다. 세부 목표로는 (1)기상자원 DB의 공간정보화, 통계적 정보 제공에 적합한 DB 서비스 개발 (2)사용자 경험 중심의 RIA 서비스 개발, (3)기상자원 KML 배포 서비스 웹 제공을 통해 사용자가 참여와 기상정보 콘텐츠 창작환경 조성에 있다. 이를 위해 풍력과 태양광 관련 기상자원지도와 원시자료를 이용해 GeoDB 및 웹서비스를 설계 및 구현하였다. 결과로서 구축된 기상자원 GeoDB 및 웹서비스가 Web2.0 패러다임을 지향하는 지에 대해 그 활용성을 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 생산생산된 기상자원 공간/통계 정보 및 RIA서비스는 입지분석, 의사결정지원, 창작활동 등 여러 응용분야에 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

본 연구에서는 모바일 정보기기의 콘텐츠 디자인을 목적으로 한 감성검색시스템의 구축에 있어 시스템의 주요 구성요소 중의 하나인 '사용자감성모델'을 풀 컬러 화상의 색상성분추출을 통하여 자동적으로 생성하는 방법을 제안하고, 평가실험을 통하여 시스템의 타당성을 검증하였다. 시각적 감성 유발 자극으로 100장의 인테리어 이미지 화상을 이용하여 데이터베이스를 작성한 후 48명의 실험 참가자를 대상으로 감성평가실험을 실시하였다. '사용자감성모델'의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해 먼저 시스템이 검색한 이미지 속에 정답 이미지가 출현하는 재현율(Recall ratio)을 구하였다, 다음으로 시스템이 산출한 순위와 피험자가 평가한 순위 사이의 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 마지막으로 시스템이 산출한 상/하위 순위를 이용하여 Paired Samples t-test(2-tailed)분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 전체 감성어에 대한 평균 재현율은 62.1%로 양호하게 나타났으며, 상관분석에서도 전체 감성어들이 정적 상관을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 또한 Paired Samples t-test(2-tailed) 분석결과 'Casual'를 제외한 모든 감성어들에서 상위 이미지가 더 적합하며 그 차이가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(t(9)=5.528, p<.05). 이와 같은 연구결과로부터 색상정보만으로 구축한 '사용자감성모델'이 상업공간의 이미지와 같은 시각자극의 검색에 있어서도 사용자의 감성을 반영할 수 있는 효율적인 방법인 점을 확인하였다.

The Port treat 99.7% of freight for imports & exports in our country. So The Port is much accounted of the economy. Then the government and economy study about rasing port efficiency and productivity. But most of the studies are related with container terminal. Container is easy to treat. Because container is standardized. And it also is easy to implement to a system. But general terminal which treats bulk-cargo or general cargo is not. In this study, Stevedoring System applying PDA is developed by analyzing current system and business process. It is based on Web Service. So It is easy of access.

Door to door service is a typical method for individual parcel deliveries. In the current delivery information system, a delivery person manually input the information of many delivery results, which causes inefficiency and difficulties of tracking deliveries. This study suggests an enhanced delivery information system which has the following two characteristics. Firstly, a tagged RFID transmits the delivery result information to the main server by just collecting RFID at a place of destination. Secondly, with the characteristics of rewritable method, the collected RFID is to be input new information and tagged to other parcels.

"Domestic delivery service" is defined the service to deliver goods or packages from point of senders to point of receiver. With the characteristics of door to door, it is must a service provider should know the exact location of destination assuring best utilization of moving path. Generally, location information consist of postal code and address only, which result in difficulties to identify the precise location of destination. It is relatively less correlated between the information that address refers and practical location in Korea address system. For example, the next door to house number 100 is not always house number 101. Therefore, a delivery man additionally uses a paper map or a GPS navigation which carry extra job to input every code of location to the device in order to know precise location. It is also very inconvenient that every delivery man identify the location that address information refers and make a personal decision of the optimum moving path dropping each destination without calculating provisioning process of whole delivery path. As explained above, it is inefficient to find information delivery service required and to generate the optimum path. In results, these difficulties bring in delay of service and increase of cost. In this point, the contents of the thesis suggest a GPS navigation system easy to obtain accuracy of delivery information which enables to automate optimum moving path based on RFID which contains location information.

Recently, according to changes of global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information inconnection and code/data unstandardization. In this paper, the survey result of domestic inland-logistics information system status will be presented and the future developments will be presented for the efficient national logistics.

Today's driver information system often features a rotary control type as a main controller for menu navigation. Population stereotype should be clearly understood in designing those systems to minimize the misunderstanding by the operator. This paper investigates stereotypes for rotary controlled menu interfaces and influences of contributing principles. A human factors experiment was conducted using various configurations of control-display layouts, cursor shapes/positions, and movement directions. The results showed that the control should be on the left of the display, with a rightward icon on the right side of the cursor, in order to match the stereotype. Regression analysis indicated that Warrick's principle was the most influential principle, followed by Icon shape, Icon position, Clockwise away, and Clockwise up principles. This study provides valuable information to designers of menu-based systems such as driver information systems and main control rooms that uses rotary controls.

오늘날 중소기업의 자동화 및 정보화 설비구축을 보면 과거보다는 높은 발전을 이루고 있다. 그러나 이러한 독립된 설비, 장비, 시스템의 기능을 살려 관리와 경영의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 인력과 비용이 많이 소요되어 운영계획을 포기하거나, 규모를 축소하여 생산성향상에 저해되는 상황이 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근에 반도체 기술의 발전으로 임베디드 마이크로프로세서의 개발로 보다 용이하고, 빠르게 시스템을 설계하거나 변경을 할 수 있도록 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 특히, 중소형 제조기업에서 실시간으로 생산정보를 통해 경영에서 필요로 하는 정보를 생성하는 프로세스를 제시하였다.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.

The studies on the logistics has been mainly centered on the logistics information system and logistics performance on the supply chain for the enterprise's profit making. For sustainable development, it's being required the construction of recycling-oriented system, and it's also necessary to construct the efficient system not only in forward but in reverse channel. In addition, it's required to construct information system for supporting reverse logistics smoothly. In this study of manufacturing enterprises, recognition on the environmental problems is set as the adaptation degree to the national environmental regulations and enterprise's concern to the environmental logistics, and it presents the direction through analyzing the effects of such environmental logistics recognition on reverse logistics information system and performance. In order to achieve these aims, it was performed through combining philological and positive studies.

감성디자인 접근방법은 다양한 방법이 연구되어 소개되고 있지만 어떠한 진행방법이 정확한지에 대한 기준은 없다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 다양한 감성디자인에 대한 연구방법 중 새로운 접근방법으로서 감성에 대한 구조 모델화 프로세스를 제시하였다. 실험에서는 수량화 3류（Quantification theory type 3) 분석을 통해 속성의 의미를 해석하여 푸드용품에 대한 감성모델을 실험하였다. 실험결과 푸드용품 디자인을 위한 감성요인으로는 조형성, 분위기, 기능성, 정보 등의 4가지 요인의 항목이 감성디자인과 관계가 깊은 것을 알 수 있다. 추출된 4가지 항목에 대해 감성적 의미를 정리해보면 다음과 같이 정의할 수 있다. (1. 요리를 하기에 편리한 기능이 있는가? 2. 요리에 사용하는 용기는 조형적인가? 3. 요리할 때 분위기를 연출할 수 있는가? 4. 요리에 관한 정보를 얼마만큼 얻을 수 있는가?)의 정의된 내용을 중심으로 각각의 세부항목에 대해 설계요건 항목을 분류하여 감성모델을 구축하였다.

The systematic information management of chemical accidents is required as a tool for the policy making, system improvement and release of information. However, there isn't yet a systematic chemical accidents tracking system in Korea, which make a confusion that the related statistics are different from each others. In this research, we analyzed domestic and international chemical accidents data and made the chemical accident codes for the information tracking system properly.

This article addresses the question of how the operational architecture for a railway safety information system should be developed. A successful railway safety information system can be developed by fully reflecting the business process and needs at the enterprise level. To date, there has been minimal research effort towards the development of the operational architecture for a railway safety information system. To this end, a variety of enterprise architectures have been studied so far. In this paper, as an important guideline, DoDAF (Architecture Framework) is selected to be used in developing a railway safety information system. In particular, we propose a method to implement the operational architecture based on DoDAF.
