        본 연구에서는 소형선박용 중·고속 디젤엔진에 적용하여 연구 중인 SCR+DPF 기술을 저속엔진이 설치된 선박에 탑재하여 해상 실증 시험을 수행하였다. 대상 선박(총 톤수 2,881 톤, 정격출력 1,470kW@240rpm ×1)은 국내 연해를 운항하는 일반화물선으로 배출저감설 비의 선박 탑재를 위해 도면 개발, 승인 및 선박 임시검사를 수행하였다. 저감성능 확인을 위해서 가스상물질 측정장비는 NOx technical code 및 ISO-8178의 분석방법을 준용하는 장비를 사용하였으며, 입자상물질 측정장비는 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 논의하고 있는 블랙카본 측정 방법 중 하나인 스모크미터를 사용하였다. 시험은 황 함유량 따라 MGO(0.043%), LSFO(0.42%) 2종의 연료를 사용하였으며 실제 운항 하는 엔진회전수(130, 160 및 180 rpm)를 고려하여 시험 조건을 설정하였다. 시험 조건에 따라 배출저감설비의 전·후단에서 가스상 및 입 자상(매연) 물질을 측정하여 배출저감설비의 저감효율을 확인하였으며 모든 시험 조건에서 NOx의 경우 90% 이상, 입자상물질(매연)의 경우 95% 이상의 저감효율을 확인하였고 엔진 성능의 영향을 줄 수 있는 배기가스 압력은 허용배압 기준인 50mbar 이하를 만족하였다. 본 연구를 통해 해상실증 연구의 중요성과 중소형 저속엔진 선박의 질소산화물 및 입자상물질의 동시 저감을 위한 대응 기술로 SCR+DPF 설비 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

        전산유체역학을 사용하는 일반적인 선박의 저항성능 평가는 많은 시간과 비용이 필요하며, 이를 줄이기 위한 다양한 방법이 연구되고 있다. 선박의 주요 치수나 단면을 이용하는 기존의 방법들은 선형에 크게 좌우되는 저항성능을 추정하는데 한계가 있다. 본 논 문에서는 선형 격자의 기하학적 정보를 입력으로 선체 표면의 저항성능을 빠르게 추정할 수 있는 심층신경망 모델을 제안한다. Perceiver IO 기반의 제안하는 심층신경망 모델은 시간 단계별로 계산이 필요한 전산유체역학 기법과 달리 바로 저항성능 추정이 가능하며, 저속비 대선의 일종인 50K 탱커 선박을 대상으로 한 데이터집합에서 평균 1% 미만의 오차로 저항성능을 추정하는 결과를 보인다.

        In the event of an defective wire in the low-speed CAN communication of vehicle, the problem had to be solved by relying on fault codes or using expensive measuring equipment. An experiment was conducted to analyze waveforms of communication circuits with wire conditions such as normal, short circuits in the main body, and mutual short circuits. When the controller drives the CAN transceiver and transmits a message, the voltage and current waveforms were measured using an OEM oscilloscope to check for abnormalities in the circuit. As a result, it was confirmed that when a defective wire occurs in low-speed CAN communication, the CAN driver can switch to the fail-safe mode to exchange normal messages.

        Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is a porcine coronavirus that causes enteric diseases characterized by watery diarrhea and dehydration in suckling piglets. Concentrated and highly purified viruses are required for the preparation of vaccines, diagnostics, and virus research. Currently, most protocols for virus purification require ultracentrifugation, which can be an instrumental barrier to routine operations in a laboratory. In this study, the efficacy of low-speed centrifugation for virus concentration was examined. The SM98 strain of PEDV was propagated in Vero cells and pelleted by centrifugation for 3 h at high speed (100,000 × g) or for 18 h at low speed (10,000 × g). The efficacy of virus concentration was analyzed by virus titration and western blotting. The amounts of infectious viruses and viral proteins in the pelleted samples obtained by low-speed centrifugation were comparable to those obtained by high-speed centrifugation. Interestingly, the pelleted sample impurity level was lower in low-speed than in high-speed centrifugation. In summary, we describe an efficient, easy-to-perform protocol for the preparation of purified and concentrated PEDV.

        According to the automobile industry has been developing day by day, traffic accidents are increasing and the rear-end collision is the second largest of the entire collision. Due to the high social cost caused by rear-end collision, several studies are in progress at home and abroad. Previous studies have shown that neck injury caused by rear-end collisions can be prevented by seat conditions. In this study, to find the condition that reduces neck injury, change of neck injury in rear-end collision is analyzed according to headrest height, seatback angle, and seatback torque using BioRID II dummy model and passenger behavior analysis program MADYMO. Therefore, it is expected that the condition of each variable to reduce the risk of injury to the neck can be applied to the seat design, which will reduce the injury and the social cost caused by the rear-end collision.

        Vegetables and fruits contain a great deal of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and phytochemicals. Therefore, healthconcious consumer prefer beverage made from fresh fruits and vegetables due to their health benefits. This study was conducted to investigate differences in nutritional composition and sensory characteristics of juices depending on the apparatus used: either a low-speed juicer or high-speed blender. All ingredients could be made into juice without addition of water using the low speed juicer. However, addition of water was necessary to produce juice with the high-speed blender. Phenol and flavonoid content, were higher in juice made with the low-speed juicer than that produced with the high-speed blender and were correlated with DPPH radical scavenging ability. Protease activity of pineapples juices was not significantly different for the two methods, but protease activity of kiwi juice was about 8 times higher in juice made with low-speed juicer than that made with the high-speed blender. SOD activity also tended to be higher in the juice made with low-speed juicer. The concentration of dissolved oxygen in the juice made with high-speed blender was higher than that of juice made with a low-speed juicer and was correlated with color change. In addition, the high-speed blender caused an increase juice temperature, but temperature was not changed during use of the low-speed juicer. The noise level of the low-speed juicer was low, but the high-speed blender had high noise intensity comparable to that of railway or aircraft noise. In the sensory evaluation of juice, juice made with the low-speed juicer was preferred over juice made with the high-speed blender. As a result, the overall quality of the juice produced using the low-speed juicer was superior.

        본 연구에서는 연안의 해저면에 누적된 퇴적오염물을 효율적으로 수거할 수 있는 저속 쌍동형 정화선에 대한 선수선형의 개념설계에 대해 수행하였다. 선형설계는 선체건조가 용이하도록 단순화하였으며, 쌍동선 선형의 선수 Water line, 선수각 등의 변화에 따른 저항성능의 영향을 검토하였다. Ansys CFX를 이용한 수치시뮬레이션과 회류수조에서의 모형시험결과와의 비교/분석 등을 통하여 선수부 선형변화에 따른 저항성능과 자유표면 유동특성 사이의 관계를 고찰하였으며, 그 결과 선수재 위치와 어깨부 체적의 선수부 이동에 따른 파형개선으로 조파저항이 감소하는 등 저항성능의 향상을 확인하였다.

        본 연구에서는 농산부산물의 추출물의 유효 성분 함유량을 최대화 하면서 경제적으로 생산할 수 있는 저온 열분해 탄화 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 왕겨 및 은행잎을 재료로 Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer(TGA;열중량분석기) 추출 실험을 실시하여 열분해속도를 구명하였다. 두 시료는 가열속도 5∼ 50℃/min에서, 가열온도 40∼70℃에서 탈휘발이 시작되어 200∼300℃까지 탈휘발이 활발히 진행되면 서 열분해 속도가 가장 높으며 약 300℃에서 열분해속도가 급감하여 400℃이내에서 열분해가 완료되는 것으로 나타났다. 가열 속도가 높아질수록 열분해가 시작되는 온도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었고, 최적 가 열속도는 30℃/min로 추정되며 이때 두 시료의 열분해속도는 9%/min로 동일하게 나타났다. 따라서 농 산부산물의 열분해가 완료되는 온도는 가열속도에 관계없이 400℃ 이내로 추정된다.

        In this study, the lower power consumption FET-DC contactor for golf cart and low speed electric vehicle has been designed and developed. Also, the author carrying out many measurements and tests such as an electric power consumption, current consumption, calorific value, size, volume and weight of the DC contactor for the various cases. As a result, the author found that a prototype of the lower power consumption FET-DC contactor can not only reduce calorific value, size, volume and weight but also improve an electric power and current consumption.

        The automotive bumper has the functions of strength, rigidity and fine sight. It protects the driver, front and rear sides of car body through shock absorption at the traffic accident of car. This study investigates the impacts on front side and corner with the low speed of 4.5 km/h by using the model of SUV car body. The models are modelled by CATIA program with three dimensions and are analyzed by the finite element program of ANSYS Explicit STR. The maximum equivalent stresses at impacts of front side(case 1) and corner (case 2) at bumper are 261.72MPa and 365.02MPa respectively. As this stress at case 2 becomes 40% higher than at case 1, the impact of corner is happened easier than at the damage at the impact of front side. These stresses at case 1 and case 2 are shown above the yield stress at material property of steel, it is thought that there are the possibilities of plastic damages at two cases. The maximum deformation and equivalent stress at the support 2 of case 2 become 5 times and 3 times higher than at the support 1 respectively. The damage possibility due to impact at low speed is investigated by the basic analysis result of this study. And this result can be utilized at inspecting the result of impact test on bumper hereafter.

        IIWPG protocol for the dynamic testing of motor vehicle seats is a test procedure for ratings of seats and head restraints for neck injury prevention in low speed rear impacts. In this study, we evaluates the performance of the car seat in the dynamic test was enacted by IIWPG and initial geometry test that has been enacted by RCAR to vehicle being sold in the market today. 6 models became the A and G in the final rating that reflects the results of the dynamic test and Initial geometry test. Electronic active head restraint was found to be allowed to operate quickly headrest, it is very effective in the prevention of neck injury in support of the head of the passenger. we suspects that this is contributed lower the value injuries reduce the relative acceleration between the chest and head. It is determined that the expanded application is required up to the small car because rating appears high in the vehicle equipped with the electric active head restraint. In addition to the evaluation of the impact velocity and collision direction, neck injury continued research to present proposals for improvement is required future.

        PURPOSES: This study aims to evaluate the performance of interlocking block pavement system for low speed highway. METHODS: Through on-site monitoring, environmental impact assessment of interlocking block pavement such as heat island reduction, traffic safety, noise pollution were evaluated as compared with asphalt pavement. Also the pavement condition and roughness were evaluated according to performance period. RESULTS: Surface temperature of interlocking block pavement was about 7 degree lower than asphalt pavement in midsummer. Compared to asphalt pavement, vehicle speed reduction effect of interlocking block pavement was about 2kph. For low speed driving, the noise pollution was measured at a similar level for both asphalt and interlocking block pavement. After 42month service period, the breakage of block was only 0.24% for the whole surveyed area. IRI of interlock block pavement was estimated within the range of 5~8m/km. CONCLUSIONS : Depending on the performance monitoring results such as heat island reduction, providing traffic safety and keeping a good pavement condition for a long service period, it assures that interlocking block pavement was applicable for low speed road.

        A two-pass differential speed rolling(DSR) was applied to a deoxidized low-phosphorous copper alloy sheet in order to form a homogeneous microstructure. Copper alloy with a thickness of 3 mm was rolled to 75 % reduction by two-pass rolling at 150˚C without lubrication at a differential speed ratio of 2.0:1. In order to introduce uniform shear strain into the copper alloy sheet, the second rolling was performed after turning the sample by 180˚ on the transverse direction axis. Conventional rolling(CR), in which the rotating speeds of the upper roll and lower roll are identical to each other, was also performed by two-pass rolling under a total rolling reduction of 75 %, for comparison. The shear strain introduced by the conventional rolling showed positive values at positions of the upper roll side and negative values at positions of the lower roll side. However, samples processed by the DSR showed zero or positive values at all positions. 100//ND texture was primarily developed near the surface and center of thickness for the CR, while 110//ND texture was primarily developed for the DSR. The difference in misorientation distribution of grain boundary between the upper roll side surface and center regions was very small in the CR, while it was large in the DSR. The grain size was smallest in the upper roll side region for both the CR and the DSR. The hardness showed homogeneous distribution in the thickness direction in both CR and DSR. The average hardness was larger in CR than in DSR.

        Recently imported vehicles are increasing rapidly and related vehicle accidents have also increased. In addition, the number of accident in 2010 was approximately 205,000 cases, about 6,000 billion to repair the vehicle accident was paid. RCAR low-speed crash tests to calculate the imported car insurance repairs, domestic cars and imported car repairs were compared. Average repair cost 2,920,000 won in domestic cars and imported cars are 14,570,000 won, imported cars were approximately five times higher than domestic cars. The results of comparing the total repair cost, imported vehicle repairs to the front of the T-car was the highest, rear repairs to the C-car was the highest. New car value for repairs, parts price, damage in terms of imported cars were higher than that of the domestic cars. In order to avoid the social costs of spending, calculated based on proper repairs on imported vehicles, improvement of excessively high parts prices and the repairman cost are needed.

        자기부상열차가 중 저속 및 초고속 주행 시 차량의 주행특성 및 교량의 동적 응답 결과를 제시하고자 한다. 수직 자유도 및 회전 자유도를 포함한 10자유도 자기부상열차에 대한 운동방정식을 유도하고, 모드 중첩법을 이용하여 교량의 운동방정식을 구성하였다. 또한 제어 방법으로 UTM01제어기법을 적용하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 해석 예제로 노면조도, 가이드웨이의 처짐비, 차량 속도 등이 교량의 처짐과 차량의 부상공극 및 여러 가지 변수에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 부상공극은 조도의 조건에 따라 그 차이가 확연히 드러나고 또한 자기부상열차의 속도가 증가함에 따라 부상공극이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 자기부상열차가 중, 저속 주행 시에는 교량에 대한 영향이 미비하지만 초고속 주행 시 교량에 대한 동적확대계수가 큰 값을 보여주었다.

        The neck injury occupies the most of injury that happened by the rear impact car accident. This study was analyzed about influence of the neck injury in low speed rear impact and car crash accident investigation. There is no neck injury in low speed side rear impact. On the other hand, there is initial neck injury symptom of 10 % but no long-term neck injury symptom in low speed offset rear impact. It appeared that the possibility of neck injury in low speed rear impact is low. For the more study about the neck injury, it should be evaluate the effects of the car body structure, frame structure and rear crash pattern.

        일인칭 슈팅게임 제작에서 네트워크 지연 보정은 게임 플레이에 직접적으로 영향을 주기 때문에 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 이 연구는 예측과 시간 조작 기술을 이용하여 게임 캐릭터와 총알 등의 고속 발사체간의 자연스러운 상호작용의 처리에 초점이 맞추어져 있다. 반면, 일인칭 슈팅게임에서 저속 발사체는 발사시점에서 저속 발사체의 궤도가 정해지고 일정 시간이 지나면 폭발하는 형태로 구현되어 저속 발사체의 지연 보정을 위한 연구가 없었다. 본 논문에서는 이제껏 다루어지지 않았던 저속 발사체를 중심으로 일인칭 슈팅게임에서 효과적인 네트워크 지연보정방법을 제안한다. 저속 발사체의 위치정보의 보정을 위하여 저속 발사체의 형태를 발사 이후 발사체의 움직임에 영향을 주는 요소에 따라 세 가지로 나누어 각각의 보정방법을 제안한다. 그리고 저속 발사체의 충돌정보의 보정을 위하여 두 가지로 나누어 보정방법을 제안하고 마지막으로 게임을 제작하여 검증한다.
