        PURPOSES : Currently, the domestic construction industry is dominated by large-scale projects such as roads, ports, airports, and buildings. Construction on such projects is generally conducted simultaneously, but the process and quality management are led by a small number of responsible managers. In the case of road pavements, owing to rapid industrial development, economic growth, and the expansion of social overhead capital investment in the road construction industry, highways and general national roads have been constructed on a large scale. Therefore, this study aimed to improve and develop domestic concrete production and construction quality management by improving the reliability and transparency of production quality management and simplifying business processes. This was accomplished through the development of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based cement quality management system capable of automated design and build (D/B) construction and real-time monitoring. METHODS : The "IQ" system is a quality management system for enabling real-time monitoring of D/B quality at the time of concrete production and according to the designated age by utilizing quality test equipment developed with an LTE-Bluetooth function. It is possible to immediately identify and respond to quality problems through real-time monitoring, secure a reliable quality D/B because the quality test results cannot be arbitrarily manipulated, and to simplify the work process through the automatic D/B construction. In addition, improved quality control can be achieved through real-time information sharing and feedback system operations between contractors, managers, and personnel involved in construction. The quality control test items for developing the IQ system are the compression and flexural strengths, as these can be used to determine the design standard strength of pre-curing concretes (such as their slump and unit quantity) and the adequacy of the workability and durability, as well as the air volume to predict the durability, and the chloride content in the sections where reinforcement is used. CONCLUSIONS : This study identified difficulties and limitations in quality management according to the operation method in the domestic quality management systems, and in the real-time monitoring between managers and contractors. Thus, it was necessary to establish an improved systematic and reliable quality management system. The IQ system was developed to solve this problem.

        우리나라 딸기 재배는 시설 재배로 이루어지고 있으며, 대부분 농가의 급액 관리는 재배자의 경험을 토대로 타이머 제어 방식으로 이루어지고 있다. 타이머 급액 방법은 재배 환경, 작물의 생육 단계, 배지 수분 함량 등을 고려하기 어려워 작물을 최적 수준으로 관리하지 못하고, 급액 관리의 정확성이 결여되는 문제점이 있다. 적산 일사량과 배지 수분함량을 이용한 급액 방법은 작물의 생육 상태에 따라 정밀하게 양액을 공급하는 친환경적인 방법이다. 본 연구는 코이어배지를 이용 한 딸기 수경재배에서 적산일사량과 배지 수분함량을 이용한 복합 급액 제어와 타이머 제어 급액 방법을 비교하고 복합 급액 제어 시 최적의 적산 일사량 기준을 설정하고자 수행하였다. 적산일사량 급액 방법은 외부 일사량을 기준으로 100, 150, 250J∙cm -2에 도달하면 자동으로 급액하며 배지 수분함 량이 60% 미만이면 강제 급액하고, 1회 급액량은 50mL로 공급하였다. 타이머 제어는 대조구로 설정하였다. 급액을 개시 하는 적산 일사량 기준이 작을수록 일일급액량이 많았으며 100J∙cm -2 기준 급액 시 급액량은 250J∙cm -2 처리구 대비 46% 많았다. 지상부 생체중과 건물중 모두 복합 급액 제어 방법이 타이머 제어보다 높았으며, 100, 150J∙cm -2 처리구에서 지상부 생체중이 높았고 100J∙cm -2 처리구에서 건물중이 유의하게 높은 값을 나타냈다. 수량 또한 타이머 제어 방법보다 복합 제어 방법에서 유의하게 높았으며 적산 일사량 기준이 작을수록 초기 수량이 증가하였다. 평균 과중은 타이머 제어 급액 시 가장 낮았다. 본 연구 결과 딸기의 정밀 급액 관리를 위하여 적산 일사량과 배지 수분 함량 센서를 이용한 복합 제어 활용 가능성을 확인하였다.

        Quality management system(QMS) made by international standard organization(ISO) for the testing and analysis bodies is increasingly required when countries trade their goods according to global trade regulations. This paper mentioned how to build the quality management system on domestic environmental measurement institutions and international trends on global environmental market. A conformity assessment system corresponded with the global standard and regulations has sharply been on the rise in all industrial fields as well as the environmental markets. Accordingly we should construct an appropriate QMS operation to promote analysis precision and spreading to all industrial sectors in order to survive on rapidly changing the current tendency of the times. Through this way, we can have global competitiveness. Especially, the settlement of a systematic and scientific quality assurance system is the key subject from the environmental analytical bodies to every societal industrial institutions.

        Recently many researchers contributed to the understanding of Quality Control System, but the use of economics in the design of quality assurance system is limited in treatment of the relationship between the average incoming quality level (or average process quality level) of the incoming lot and the average outgoing quality level of this lot. In this study, a traditional concept of sampling inspection plan for the quality assurance system is extended to a consideration of economic aspects in total production system by representing and analyzing the effects between proceeding and succeeding production process including inspection process. This approach recognizes that the decision at each manufacturing process (or assembly process), is to be determined not only by the cost and the average outgoing quality level of that process, but also by the input parameters of the cost and the incoming quality to the succeeding process. By analyzing the effects of the average incoming and outgoing quality, manufacturing or assembly process quality level and sampling inspection plan on the production system, mathematical models and solution technique to minimize the total production cost for a general product manufacturing system with specified average outgoing quality limit are suggested.

        IPQC system was introduced for the flight safety at the age of scientific safety management in the 1980s. In spite of performing this system, aircraft accidents caused by human factors, which were above 70% among all flight accident factors, have not been reduced. Accordingly, throughout this paper I analyzed the aircraft accident factors by means of a literature study and a pilot survey. Then, based on the notion of TQC(Total Quality Control), I hierarchically classified Individual Quality into Capacity Management, Safety Management, and General Management and did the low-ranked management factors as well. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), one of the scientific management methods, was used for estimating the relative importance of Individual Quality Control factors and the heavy aircraft accident causes over the last 20 years were analyzed according to the flight ranks. Based on the comparative analysis of results derived above, an IPQC model as flight ranks is established. In short, according to this newly suggested model we can obtain the maximum flight safety with the preventive actions against aircraft accidents caused by human factors and by improving the operation effect under the reasonable pilot management.

        This study researched microbial change of quality according to the various phases of product flow of cooked pea and rice, cold cucumber and seaweed soup, soybean sprouts japchae feeding urban type of a commissary school and a satellite school in Daejeon area, also it suggested the possibility that the central commissary foodservice system can be established and utilized more developmental to identify its food of variation of temperature and state of safety unitl 3 hours after cooking for the case of delay of distribution and holding because of the satellite school of geographical location and traffic problem. The critical Control Points identified for each category of menu items were: Boiled pea and rice: inadequate distribution, holding and storing before assembly; Cold cucumber and seaweed soup: pre-preparation and post-preparation after cooking; Soybean sprouts japchae: Pre-preparation, post-preparation and storing. As the result of observation of the variation of temperature and microbial safety according to the delay of distribution and holding for each food, all of them were relatively safe until 3 hours after cooking, but cold cucumber and seaweed soup being stored for 3 hours, the value of E. coli is 103 CFU/g. The variation of temperature was more extreme in soybean sprouts japchae than cooked pea and rice and cold cucumber and seaweed soup. It was proved that the stainless container was excellent and that adequate holding container should be used.

        This study seeks to determine the effect of the application of accounting information system (AIS), internal control system, and human resource (HR) competency on the quality of local government financial statements (FS). This study uses agency theory and compliance theory. Agency theory is used to explain that there is a link between the society as the principal and the government as the agent. Compliance theory is a theory, which states that every agency is obliged to comply with regulations because the law-drafting authority has the right to dictate behavior. The population in this study were employees of the financial division of local government organizations in one of the districts in Central Java, Indonesia. The total samples in this study was 106 respondents. The data used are primary data taken from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that HR competency has an effect on the quality of FS; however, the application of AIS and internal control system has no effect on the quality of FS. The implication of this research underlines the importance of HR competency to improve the quality of local government FS.

        본 연구에서는 3차원 공간상에서 구면 좌표계값을 가지는 레이더 반사도 자료를 직교 좌표계로 변환하기 위한 CAPPI(Constant Altitude Plan Position Indicator) 산출 프로그램을 개발한다. 오염되지 않은 CAPPI 자료의 산출을 위해서 레이더 반사도 자료에 대한 품질검사 과정이 선행되었다. 개발된 모형은 3차원 공간상에서의 연속성을 유지하기 위해서 가장 근접하고 가장 적은 자료수를 운영함으로서 최적의 반사도 자료를 보간하였
