        The purpose of this study was to investigate the dynamic balance and activity of internal oblique muscle, multifidus muscle, gluteus maximus muscle, biceps femoris muscle during the Y balance test following the wearing of pelvic compression belt. Forty healthy adults were recruited for this test. The dynamic balance score was estimated as the following: (anterior+posteromdial+posterolateral)/(3×leg length)×100. The electromyography signals were measured through %reference voluntary contraction, which was normalized by reference voluntary contraction of Y balance test without wearing the pelvic compression belt. The paired t-test was carried out to compare the dynamic balance score and the activity of the trunk and hip extensor with and without the wearing of pelvic compression belt. The dynamic balance score of the Y balance test when wearing pelvic compression belt was significantly than when measured without wearing the pelvic compression belt (p<.05). The muscle activity of the internal oblique and the multifidus was significantly decreased when wearing pelvic compression belt (p<.05). The muscle activity of the gluteus maximus was significantly increased when wearing pelvic compression belt (p<.05). However, there was no significant difference in hamstring muscle activity, with or without wearing the belt (p>.05). In conclusion, this study shows that the wearing of pelvic compression belt affects trunk muscle and hip extensor muscle activity related to the pelvic mobility and stability and increases dynamic balance and also contributes to the stabilization of the external pelvic stabilization.

        목 적 : 확산강조영상은 골격근 손상이 있을 때 조기에 근육의 신호강도 변화를 알 수 있고 양성과 악성 척추 압박골절의 감별 진단에 유용하다고 보고 되고 있지만 질환에 따른 현성확산계수(Apparent Diffusion Coefficient:ADC)의 연구는 많이 보고 되고 있지 않다. 이에 단순 압박 골절과 전이성 척추암이 b value에 따라서 어떠한 변화가 있는지를 알아보고자 본원에서 시행하고 있는 b value 0 400,1400(s/mm²)를 이용하여 각각의 Signal Intensity의 표준화된 값과 물 분자의 확산 정도를 수치화 하는 ADC, 그리고 신호대 잡음비(Signal to Noise:SNR)를 비교하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2013년 3월부터 2013년 12월까지 MR판독에서 단순복합골절과 전이성 척추암을 의심하는 환자 중 전자의무기록상 확정된 환자로 두 질환 별로 11명씩 총 22명을 대상으로 하였고 평균연령은 각 질환 별로71.2, 56.6세다. 검사장비는 1.5 Tesla Achieva MRI시스템과 Syn-Spine Coil를 사용하였다. Sequence는 DWI SE-EPI Sagittal(Diffusion Weighted Imaging Spin Echo-Echo Planar Imaging Sagittal)영상으로 TR(ms) 1988, TE(ms) 68, FOV(mm) 300, Mat. 128×128, Thk.(mm) 4, Gap(mm) 0.4, Slice 13, b-factor(s/mm²) 0,400,1400의 Parameter를 이용하였다. 데이터 분석은 확산강조영상 b value 0(s/mm²) 영상에서 SI(Signal Intensity)가 높은 질환 부위에 ROI(Region of Interest)를 잡았고 정상부위는 질환부위 바로 위에서 측정하였다. MRIcro Program을 사용하여 b-value 0, 400, 1400(s/mm²)의 영상으로 각각의 SI를 구하였고 b-value의 각 영상을 가지고 Metlab Software를 이용하여 ADC map을 구하여 이 영상을 가지고 MRIcro Program을 사용해 동일한 위치에 ROI를 적용하여 ADC를 구하였다. 데이터 분석은 첫째 두 질환 별로 b value 0 기준으로 400, 1400(s/mm²)의 SI를 표준화하여 비교 분석하였고(SI400/SI0, SI400/SI0) 둘째 두 질환의 정상부위와 질환부위의 ADC와 SNR를 비교 분석하였다. 통계의 유의성은 MS Excel 의 T-Test를 이용하였다. 결 과 : 단순압박골절의 표준화 값(SI400/SI0, SI400/SI0)은 0.47±0.04, 0.23±0.03이고 전이성 척추암의 표준화 값 (SI400/SI0, SI400/SI0)은 0.57±0.07, 0.32±0.08로 나왔고 두 질환 별 표준화 값은 통계적으로 유의하게 나왔다 (p<0.05). 단순압박골절 질환부위의 b value 400(s/mm²)과1400(s/mm²)에 대한 ADC(mm²/s)는 1.70±0.16, 0.93±0.28이고 전이성 척추암은 1.24±0.21, 0.80±0.15로 측정되었다. 두 질환에서 b value 400(s/mm²)에 대한 ADC(mm²/s)는 통계적으로 유의하게 나왔으나(p<0.05) b value 1400(s/mm²)에 대한 ADC(mm²/s)는 유의하지 않았다(p>0.05). 단순압박골절과 전이성 척추암 질환부위의 b value(0/400/1400(s/mm²) 에 따른 SNR 보면 65.61±2.61/36.32±2.92/20.22±2.16, 48.40±2.72/39.27±7.51/23.02±6.25로 측정되었다. 결 론 : 위 연구는 본원에서 검사하고 있는 b value 0,400,1400(s/mm²)을 이용하여 연구를 하였으며 b value 400(s/mm²)에서 두 질환에서의 표준화 된 값과 현성확산계수의 확연한 차이가 있었다. 결론적으로 일반적인 척추 자기공명영상 검사와 병행하여 확산강조영상의 현성확산계수를 가지고 다양한 척추 질환에 적용시킨다면 보다 정확한 진단에 도움이 될 거라 사료된다. 본 연구의 제한점으로 다양한 b value를 적용하지 못했고 성별, 나이, 각 질환의 병기 및 시기, 전이암의 최초 발병 부위를 정립하지 않았으며 측정 부위를 조영제를 사용한 영상이 아닌 단순히 b value 0(s/mm²)에서 고신호 강도가 나오는 곳의 데이터로 결론을 도출한 점은 앞으로 보완해야 할 것이다.

        The porous metallic material has the most superior physical property and the best mechanical capability. This study is investigated with the simulation analysis by compressing three kinds of specimens. Three aluminum foams with the thickness of 10 mm are bonded at Case 1. Two aluminum foams with the thicknesses of 10 mm and 20 mm are bonded at Case 2. It is one aluminum foam with the thickness of 30 mm at Case 3. The two dimensional model is done by ANSYS design modeler and the finite element analysis is performed by ANSYS structural analysis. As the forced displacement of 1 mm during the elapsed time of 60 sec is applied, the forced displacement of 10 mm during the total elapsed time of 600 sec is applied. As the analysis result, the most reaction force is shown at case 2 among three cases. Case 2 is estimated as the best structure. The analysis result of this study is thought to be the data necessary for the safe design about mechanical structure and the development of composite material.

        간담도계 동맥에 의해 총담관이 압박된 예는 매우 드물다. 우간동맥에 의해 총담관이 압박되어 폐쇄황달이 발생하였을 경우, 수술적 감압으로 확진 및 치료를 할 수 있다. 20세 남자 환자가 황달을 주소로 내원하였다. 전산화 단층촬영 혈관 조영술에서 위십이지장 동맥에서 분지한 변이 우간동맥에 의한 총담관 압박으로 발생한 폐쇄황달 소견을 보였다. 내시경 경비담관 배액술을 시행하였고, 수일 후 복강경 담낭 절제술, 복강경 변이 우간동맥 가동술과 T자관 삽입술 시행 하였다. 환자는 별다른 급성기 합병증은 없었고, 이후 1년간 재발도 없었다.

        Fiber reinforced polymeric plastic (FRP) materials have many advantages over conventional structural materials, i.e., high specific strength and stiffness, high corrosion resistance, right weight, etc. Among the various manufacturing methods, pultrusion process is one of the best choices for the mass production of structural plastic members. Since the major reinforcing fibers are placed along the axial direction of the member, this material is usually considered as an orthotropic material. However, pultruded FRP (PFRP) structural members have low modulus of elasticity and are composed of orthotropic thin plate components the members are prone to buckle. Therefore, stability is an important issue in the design of the pultruded FRP structural members. Many researchers have conducted related studies to publish the design method of FRP structures and recently, referred to the previous researches, pre-standard for LRFD of pultruded FRP structures is presented. In this paper, the accuracy and suitability of design equation for the local buckling strength of pultruded FRP I-shape compression members presented by ASCE are estimated. In the estimation, we compared the results obtained by design equation, closed-form solution, and experiments conducted by previous researches.

        Pultruded FRP can be regarded as an orthotropic material due to its manufacturing process that pull-out fibers impregnated with polymeric resin, which is suitable to produce structural member with unlimited lengths of reinforced polymer structural shapes with a various shape of cross-section. However, fiber distribution in the cross-section is not uniform because of the characteristics of pultrusion process. Therefore, random fiber distribution causes the difference of the modulus of elasticity throughout the cross-section. In this paper, closed-form local buckling analysis is conducted on the pultruded FRP I-shape compression members. The mechanical properties used to analytical investigations are obtained from the coupon test. The coupon test specimens are taken from the pultruded FRP I-shape member. Moreover, the local buckling tests of pultruded FRP I-shape members are conducted and test results are compared with the analytical results.

        The floating PV generation structure installed on the surface of water has been recently issued as a representative items for the low carbon and green growth campaign. Moreover, the studies and developments for the structure and construction improvements of floating PV generation structure have been in progress. For example, in the previous research, the floating PV generation structure consisted of pultruded FRP and SMC FRP members is suggested. In this study, we conduct the analytical and experimental studies for estimating the structural characteristics of SMC FRP vertical members. From the analytical and experimental results, it is found that SMC FRP vertical members used for floating PV generation structure have sufficient structural safety and stability.

        A new near loss-less compression method for 2D game sprite animation image is presented to reduce the amount of the game contents resources. The sprite animation data in 2D mobile game occupies a large part of the resource, and in particular the sprite animation data by using a lossless compression technique can cause a relatively very significant increase of data amount as the higher complexity of the animation. The new near-lossless method, which is an adaptive compression technique by considering the alpha value for transparency and the variance of color values of block, is proposed in order to obtain greater compression efficiency without los of quality. By using experiments, we show that the proposed method compared to the PNG compression technique is good for compression efficiency, and in particular the effect is very high in complex and dynamic 2D sprite animation.

        본 연구에서는 유변물성측정기를 이용하여 HPMC 첨가량, 물 양, HPMC 분자량, 셀룰로오스 에테르 치환체 및 치환도가 쌀 반죽의 압축 및 접착 특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. HPMC 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 접착강도는 꾸준히 증가하였으나, 압축강도는 2% HPMC 첨가량에서 최대 강도를 보였다. HPMC의 분자량이 증가하거나, 물 양이 감소할수록 쌀 반죽의 압축강도 및 접착강도가 증가하는 결과를 보였다. 이들 인자 외에도, 셀룰로오스 에테르의 치환체 및 치환도도 쌀 반죽의 압축강도 및 접착 강도를 결정하는 중요한 인자임을 확인하였다.

        The Age-adjusted effective Modulus Method(AEMM) is one of the methods adopted for the construction stage analysis of concrete structures. The AEMM uses the aging factor to consider the effects of the varying concrete stress. In the aspects of computation time and the accuracy of the results, the AEMM is considered as one of most appropriate methods for construction stage analysis of tall building structures. Previous researches proposed appropriate values of the aging factor in the forms of graphs or using very simple equations. In this paper, an equation for estimating the aging factor as a function of rebar ratio in the section, compressive strength of concrete, notional member dimension, and age of concrete at the load application. The validity of aging factor proposed in this paper were examined by the comparison with the results of step-by step method.

        In this study, uniaxial compression tests were performed to investigates the stress-strain relations of Double Skinned Composite Tubular Columns reinforced with steel tube. The confined concrete has been known as the strength of concrete increases significantly. Specimens reinforced with outer and inner steel tube were tested by uniaxial compression test. To investigate the influence of concrete strength increase by confining conditions in steel tubes, 8 specimens with different thickness of tube, hollowness ratio and concrete strength were tested and compared with other researcher's concrete material model.

        In this paper, cycle performance analysis of two-stage compression and two-stage expansion refrigeration system using Natural refrigerants is presented to offer the basic design data for the operating parameters of the system. Alternative natural refrigerant R290(Propane), R600(Butane), R717(Ammonia), R1270(Propylene) for freon refrigerant R22 were used working fluids in this study. The operating parameters considered in this study included evaporation temperature, condensation temperature, subcooling degree, superheating degree, and mass flow rate ratio of inter-cooler. The main results were summarized as follows : The COP of two-stage compression and two-stage expansion refrigeration system increases with the increasing subcooling degree and mass flow rate ration of inter-cooler, but decreases with the increasing evaporating temperature, condensing temperature and superheating degree. Therefore, subcooling degree, mass flow rate ratio of inter-cooler of two-stage compression and two-stage expansion refrigeration system using alternative nreon refrigerants have an effect on COP of this system.

        This study is aimed to examine the influence of the rotational stiffness of U-shaped ribs on the local buckling behaviors of laminated composite plates. Applying the orthotropic plates with eight layers of the layup [(0°)4]s and [(0°/90°)2]s, 3-dimensional finite element models for the U-rib stiffened plates were setup by using ABAQUS and then a series of eigenvalue analyses were conducted. There is a need to develope a simple design equation to establish the rotational stiffness effect, which could be easily quantified by comparing the theoretical critical stress equation for laminated composite plates with elastic restraints based on the Classical laminated plate theory. Through the parametric numerical studies, it is confirmed that there should clearly exist an increasing effect of local plate buckling strength due to the rotational stiffness by closed-section ribs. An applicable coefficient for practical design should be verified and proposed for future study. This study will contribute to the future study for establishing an increasing coefficient for the design strength and optimum design of U-rib stiffened plates.

        This study investigates the stress-strain relations of internally confined hollow concrete filled tube pier reinforced with GFRP tube by uniaxial compression test. The confined concrete subjected multi-axial stresses have been known as the strength of concrete increases significantly. Many researchers have studied in confining effects of CFT which have only outer GFRP tube. In this study, specimens reinforced with outer and inner GFRP tube were tested by uniaxial compression test. To investigate the influence of concrete strength increase by confining conditions in GFRP tube, 13 specimens with different thickness of tube, hollowness ratio and nominal concrete strength were tested and compared with Steel tube.

        지형 자료는 지구과학 여러 분야에서 중요한 기초 자료 중 하나이다. 최근 들어, 상세한 분해능을 가지는 DEM 자료가 활용가능하며 따라서 방대한 양의 자료를 효율적으로 다루는 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 방대한 DEM 자료의 무손실 압축 및 효율적인 복원에 대해 알아보았다. 이를 위해 정수웨이블릿 변환과, 엔트로피 부호화의 개념을 이용하여, 웨이블릿 계수의 부호화 및 일부 영역의 지형복원 방법을 고안하였다. 또한, 정밀 중력 지형보정 과정에서 이러한 연구 결과의 활용성을 검토하였다. DEM의 압축률이 가장 좋은 웨이블릿은 CDF3.5이며, CDF3.1 또는 CDF3.5 웨이블릿을 사용하여 3단계 정도로 분해를 하는 것이 최적의 선택이다 (약 45.4%의 압축률). 또한 웨이블릿변환의 다중단계분석 특성을 활용하여 웨이블릿계수의 일부만을 추출하여 지형의 일부만을 복원할 수 있었다.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the pelvic compression belt (PCB) on the electromyography (EMG) activities of trunk muscles during sit-to-stand (SitTS), and stand-to-sit (StandTS) tasks. Twenty healthy subjects (7 men and 13 women) were recruited for this study. The subjects performed SitTS, and StandTS tasks, with and without a PCB. Surface EMG was used to record activity of the internal oblique (IO), external oblique (EO), rectus abdominis (RA), erector spinae (ES), and multifidus (MF) of the dominant limb. EMG activity significantly decreased in the RA (without the PCB, %maximal voluntary isometric contraction [%MVIC]; with the PCB, %MVIC), EO (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC), MF (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC), and ES (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC) during the SitTS task and in the IO (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIlC), RA (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC), EO (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC), MF (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC), and ES (without the PCB, %MVIC; with the PCB, %MVIC) during the StandTS task when a PCB was used (p<.05). In men the EMG activity of the MF significantly decreased during the SitTS task when a PCB was used (p<.05): in women, the EMG activity of the RA, EO, MF, and ES during the SitTS task and that of the EO, MF, and ES during the SitTS task significantly decreased when a PCB was used (p<.05). In addition, the rates of change in the EMG activity of each muscle differed significantly during the SitTS and StandTS tasks before and after the use of the PCB. However, the EMG activity did not significantly differ between the male and female subjects. These findings suggest that the PCB may contribute to the modification of activation patterns of the trunk muscles during SitTS, and StandTS tasks.

        In this study, the potential possibility of bioenergy was investigated as an alternative fuel for a naturally aspirated indirect injection diesel engine. The smoke emission of biodiesel fuel was reduced remarkably in comparison with diesel fuel, that is, it was reduced approximately 64% at 2500rpm, full load condition. And, power, torque and brake specific energy consumption showed no significant differences. However, NOx emission of biodiesel fuel was slightly increased compared with the commercial diesel fuel.

        A fabrication method to improve the processability of thermoplastic carbon nanotube (CNT) mat composites was investigated by using in-situ polymerizable and low viscous cyclic butylene terephthalate oligomers. The electrical conductivity of the CNT mat composites strongly depended on the compression pressure, and the trend can be explained in terms of two cases, low and high compression pressure, respectively. High CNT mat content in the CNT mat composites and the surface of the CNT mat composites with fully contacted CNTs was achieved under high compression pressure, and direct contact between four probes and the surface of the CNT mat composites with fully contacted CNTs gave resistance of 2.1Ω. In this study the maximum electrical conductivity of the CNT mat composites, obtained under a maximum applied compression pressure of 27 MPa, was 11 904 S m-1, where the weight fraction of the CNT mat was 36.5%.

        본 연구는 온도 증가에 따른 압축을 받는 H형 강재의 플랜지와 웨브의 국부 및 전체좌굴응력 내화해석 프로그램 개발과 플랜지와 웨브가 항복파괴전에 국부좌굴이 일어나지 않을 한계 판폭두께비의 상관값을 구하는 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 고온에서의 강재의 응력-변형도 관계식은 EC3:Part 1.2를 근거로 하였으며, 비교, 검토를 위하여 영국 BS5950의 강재를 대상으로 온도 증가에 따른 압축을 받는 강재의 플랜지와 웨브의 파괴온도와 하중을 본 연구의 내화해석 프로그램으로 예측하였다. 본 연구는 좌굴 및 항복에 대한 내화해석 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하고 적용 예를 통하여 좌굴 및 한계 판폭두께비를 분석하고 개발 프로그램의 타당성을 검토하였다.
