농촌 종점 물류는 농촌 주민들의 온라인 쇼핑에 영향을 주는 중요한 요인임. 농촌 인터넷 쇼핑의 서비스 품질은 양호한 종점 물류 배송과 지원이 필요함. 농촌 이커머스의 발전에 의 하여 농촌 주민들이 서비스의 품질에 대한 기대치도 높아지고 있음. 본 연구에서는 이커머스 만족도를 통한 농촌 종점 물류 서비스 품질이 농촌 주민의 온라인 구매행위에 어떠한 영향 미치는지 검토하고, 농촌 종점 물류 서비스의 발전을 위한 개 선 및 발전전략을 제시하였음. 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모델 (SEM)과 온충린의 매개효과 테스트를 적용하여 분석하였음. 1. 신뢰성과 서비스 편의성은 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 원가절약은 만족도에 부정적 영향을 미침. 2. 만족도는 인터넷 쇼핑에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났음. 3. 만족도는 반응성과 구매행위 사이에 매개효과가 있고 경제와 구매행위 사이에도 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났음.
For the whole process of circulation, distribution, application of the logistics system is a higher development step of transportation technology. Multimodal transport has linked all modes of transport together to serve the supply and consumption needs of the manufacturer. Currently, when e-commerce (EC) is on the rise, quality logistics and delivery services are the essential stages to achieve success in transactions. e-commerce today is no longer a fashion trend; it is an essential part of the retail industry. EC is changing the game of Logistics. The e-commerce world has been introducing many risks and complex issues that logistics and supply chain experts have never faced. E-commerce is the main impact on terminal logistics (last mile) and warehousing. However, it is also quite interesting to see how e-commerce is impacting airports and seaports. E-commerce is growing actively in Vietnam at a rate of about 25% per year, which is an excellent opportunity for business logistics services to get more orders. Moreover, the Vietnamese logistics market is small but has a high growth rate (20% - 25% / year). In recent times, this market is expected to change the face and grow faster due to the development of electronic retail in Vietnam and e-Logistics logistics trends in the world. However, to meet the requirements, to grasp the opportunities, logistics enterprises need to link to get a closed and synchronized service chain. So logistics companies need to increase information, respond faster, enhance technology to meet flexible processes, establish networks, and business links to meet changing needs. The article shows that the inadequacies and lack of cohesion between logistics service providers and e-commerce are limiting competitiveness, losing opportunities of enterprises, and the economy in the context of healthy industrial revolution 4.0. The assessment of the correlation and connectivity of logistics and e-commerce enterprises in Vietnam in the paper will contribute significantly to the development of Vietnam's economy in the period 2020-2025.

And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each side to feel vulnerable to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

With the annual increase in the production and distribution of fresh agricultural products and the rapid development of China’s e-commerce business circle, while the huge online transactions need the support of offline logistics services, a series of problems such as violent screening in the logistics industry still need to be solved. Therefore, how to improve the quality of logistics services and make consumers satisfied is an urgent problem for the licensee. Based on the SERVQUAL service quality evaluation model and LSQ logistics service quality model, an evaluation model of the impact of fresh agricultural cold chain logistics service on customer satisfaction was constructed from four dimensions of reliability, visibility, information and service flexibility. This paper clarifies the relationship between consumer satisfaction and provides a basis for improving cold chain logistics service quality, including studying the evaluation of consumers’ purchase of fresh products on the Internet and establishing logistics service quality indicators. In this study, the analysis results generally have a significant impact on logistics service quality (+) and customer satisfaction. According to the characteristics of consumers, the impact of cold chain service quality on customer satisfaction may vary.
Under the "Belt and Road" initiative, China's bilateral trade with countries participating in the "Belt and Road" ("B&R") initiative is constant and growing. The implementation of the "B&R" has made the development prospect of cross-border e-commerce very broad. In order to realize the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the cross-border e-commerce logistics that accompanies it plays a fundamental and supporting role. To make the cross-border e-commerce logistics smooth and efficient, it is inseparable from the coordinated development with other countries participating in the "B&R" initiative. At present, there are still many problems in cross-border e-commerce logistics cooperation between China and the countries participating in the "B&R" initiative, such as high logistics costs, long transportation time, low customs clearance efficiency, lagging logistics channel infrastructure construction and so on. Therefore, we should improve the mode of international transportation and accelerate the construction of cross-border e-commerce logistics overseas warehouses or border warehouses. Establish and develop a world electronic trade platform in countries participating in the "B&R" initiative to break the restrictions on China's participation in international trade such as the TPP. Explore the establishment of cross-border e-commerce intelligent logistics system, and gradually improve the level of logistics information and specialization, and establish the information sharing system. Focus on building the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot area "big data center". Thus accelerating the development of cross-border trade with countries participating in the "B&R"initiative.
전자상거래의 급속한 발전에 따라 온라인쇼핑은 더 이상 대도시에만의 소비방식이 아니다. 시읍단위의 인터넷 소비는 전자상거래의 새로운 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 중소 도시의 전자상거래 함께 연계되어 있는 시읍단위의 물류사업은 당연하게도 여러 물류 기업의 중점 문제로 대두되고 있다. 전자상거래 환경속에 중국 시읍물류 관리는 제 3 자 방식 물류, 착지 배송, 자영+개방식, 일시적 연맹등의 여러가지 방식으로 나타나 고 있다. 그러나 물류 인재의 부족과 물류 자원의 동질화, 물류업계의 장려 정책등이 개선의 여지가 있고, 물류관리가 체계를 잡지 못한 등의 일련의 문제들이 중국 물류 발전을 저해하는 있는 주요 원인이다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래의 시각에서 중국 시 읍단위의 물류관리모델과 그 속에 존재하는 문제점들을 분석하며, 시읍단위 물류와 전자상거래의 협력발전을 촉진하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
최근 항만물류산업의 고부가가치화에 관한 논의와 더불어, 항만물류산업의 e-비즈니스화에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나, 두드러진 연구의 성과는 아직까지 나와 있지 않은 실정이다. 게다가, e-비즈니스화의 활성화를 위한 기술적 측면에서의 여러 가지 방안들은 업계의 이용실적이 미비하여, 실효를 거두고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제에 주목하여, 실증적인 차원에서 인지 모델링 기법을 바탕으로 항만물류산업의 e-비즈니스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고, 그 체계를 수립하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이러한 과정을 통해, 항만물류산업의 성공적인 e-비즈니스 도입을 위해 선행되어야 할 사항들을 파악하고, 주요 핵심 사항들을 제안하고자 한다.
