This study aimed to verify the validity of the evaluation items and weight determination of the indoor environmental safety area, which has the most frequent accidents, among the safety certification evaluations of educational facilities by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea, which has been conducted since May 2021. As a preceding study, the evaluation items of the school safety evaluation checklist being implemented in the US state of Vermont were compared, and the causes of accidents judged by teachers in the accident experiences written by 200 Korean teachers were compared with the safety certification evaluation items belonged to the Ministry of Education. In addition, research literature using the AHP analysis technique on safety risks of elementary and secondary schools in China and safety evaluation index study cases of 539 elementary school children in Indonesia were analyzed. Through these preceding studies, measures to add and adjust evaluation items were derived and the validity and importance rankings of evaluation items were calculated through AHP questionnaires to teachers and safety experts. In addition, a survey was conducted on 104 ordinary people to verify the results of expert analysis. As a result of expert AHP analysis, 'safety education and disaster response training (.396)' was the highest priority for the relative importance of the first layer, followed by 'safety measures (.387)' and 'building materials'. Safety (.216)' was found to be the highest priority. In the overall importance ranking of the 13 second-tier screening items, safety accident prevention education had the highest priority and disaster preparedness training ranked second, proving that the Ministry of Education's review weight was underestimated. In addition, slip and collision accident countermeasures, which were not in the existing Ministry of Education review items, ranked 4th, laboratory practice room safety measures ranked 6th, and sanitation, cleanliness, hazardous substance management, and cafeteria/cooking room safety measures ranked 9th, indicating a significant level of importance. Referring to the importance ranking, which is the result of this study, it is suggested that it is necessary to review the weight of each review item again.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing simulation training needs and the educational environment of instructors.
Method: This study was conducted according to the inductive method of qualitative content analysis. An online focus group interview was conducted with six instructors with experience operating a nursing simulation. Data were collected in July 2021.
Results: First, “nursing simulation practice operations” required simulation design elements, practical operations, and curriculum integration. Second, the “educational environment” showed a lack of human and physical resources, and there was a need for standard education reflecting the domestic nursing education environment. Third, for “instructor competencies”, the facilitator role, step-by-step education for strengthening instructor competencies, and cooperation with clinical experts were derived. Fourth, it was found that “learner competencies” should meet the nursing professionals’ needs; self-directed learning competency and unique human competency should also be strengthened.
Conclusion: This study is meaningful because it seeks to understand the instructor’s needs for nursing simulation training and the educational environment. Moreover, it identifies considerations for instructor and learner competencies in the nursing simulation operator training programs.

This paper presented a case of the ICT Innovation Centres in Primary Schools in Kenya for the effective operation and management of ICT integrated education based on the results of the centre users’satisfaction and improved competency in ICT in education. Global society pursed results-based management to materialize the principles of effective development cooperation. In line with the principle, the project team for establishing the Centres has supported the local operators to operate and manage the centres with the manual and surveyed to capture the results of the operation and management focusing on the users' satisfaction and competency. As result, these two centres encouraged the users to be exposed to use facilities and equipment for understanding ICT and applying it in their teaching and learning activities physically. In particular, these centres helped them to participate in community activities which were recognized as the foundation of sustainable operation and management of the centres. The teaching and learning environment significantly affected the users' satisfaction and improved competency. But, still, additional content would be required for enhancing the performance of the users. For the long-term results, this study proposed that the impact of using the centres should be monitored continuously to carry out tangible results of teaching and learning performance because the centres were operated less than a year and still required to stock relevant data.
The purpose of this study was to establish different levels of learning satisfaction concerning bakery and confectionery institute students in relation to their educational environment as well as to determine the relationships between variables. A questionnaire was distributed to 260 students enrolled in the bakery and confectionery institute at Gyeongju in the Pohang and Ulsan area, and 242 were used in the final analysis. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 Windows. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. The students were mostly satisfied with the learning environment and teaching methods of the institute. A significant difference was observed between male and female students for recognizing teaching methods and major recognition. Furthermore, the educational environment and major recognition of students were positively related with learning satisfaction. In order to advance the service quality of education, the study is to takes measures on the satisfaction of teachers who are really important personnel resources and can be said internal customers of the education system. Previous studies on the service quality show that most of them focused on students, particularly on the improvement of their satisfaction. Therefore the study tried to measure the satisfaction degrees of teachers, so that it might seek ways for the advancement of the teaching environment and teaching service quality, for which it has utilized the Performance Model developed by Hung et al.(2003). For the purpose, surveys were conducted on 303 teachers of elementary schools and the collected data were analysed with SPSS statistic programme and the Performance Model. As a result a total of 18 items are mentioned as those to be improved. They include : Education Environment, Workplace Conditions, Performance Reward, Budget Arrangement, Welfare System. They are closely related with the two items of Performance Reward and Welfare System. In conclusion, it is confirmed that teachers who belong to the provincial office of education in Gyeongsangbuk-do want the same level of performance reward with that of the other professional groups and they also want to enjoy such a welfare as academic fees for the children who studies at colleges and graduate schools. Therefore it is necessary to improve such complaints that it would give satisfaction to the teachers, the internal customers of the education organization.
In general, it is fact that most educational institutions have lots of problems about shift of education facility and equipment because of insufficient budget. However, most high school girls live a lot of period in the school and most of them wear student uniform. Thus, it is necessary that educational environment has to be improved by actual body size of high school girls.
