        기존 연구에서는 가족기업의 지배구조에서 구성원 간 이질성이 간과되었고 최대주주와 특수관계인이 동일 목표와 관심을 공유하는 동질적 의사결정체로 간주되었다. 본 논문에서는 가족소유 그룹의 특수관계인 역할에 대하여 상이한 시사점을 주는 이해상충가설(conflict-of-interest)과 효율적거래가설(efficient transaction views)을 도출하여 특수관계자 지분이 증가함에 따라 가족소유 기업집단 자회사의 국제화 및 기업성과가 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 2016~2019년 국내 527개 가족소유 중소기업을 대상으로 독립기업과 기업집단 자회사 간 국 제화를 비교․분석하여 특수관계인 역할을 추정한다. 연구 결과 가족소유지분이 국제화 및 성과에 미치는 영향은 특수관계인 지분율에 따라 유의한 차이가 발생한다는 점을 확인할 수 있다. 특히, 최대주주와 특수관계인의 국제화 성향이 상이할수록 기업집단 자회사의 성과가 악화되는데, 이러한 부(-)의 상관관계는 국제화 정도가 높을수록 더욱 증폭된다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 특수관계인 지분이 증가할수록 가족소유 기업지배구조 측면에서 구성원들의 이질성에 기인한 이해상충 가능성이 커지며, 결국 기업성과에도 파급효과가 발생한다는 가설에 보다 부합한다.

        Technology has turned the consumer into a non-stop generator of traditional, structured, transactional data as well as more contemporary, unstructured, behavioural data. The study of consumer analytics turns on the junction of Big Data and consumer behaviour. This paper intends to test empirically the conceptual model proposed by Erevelles, Fukawa and Swayne (2016) for FB, in Portugal. A qualitative methodology is being performed, namely conducting twenty-five in-deep interviews with the current managers of FB, with the average duration of one hour. Once the 25 interviews are all carried out, they will be subsequently transcribed in full. Then, a content analysis will be held by two researchers and resorted to software NVivo, which is considered a good tool to help in theory building (Azevedo, 1998). Since the study is still at the moment of data collection through in-deep interviews, it is not yet possible to present consistent results. However, the first interviews leads to the idea that FB in Portugal do not have a structure particularly dedicated to identifying business opportunities that favor the implementation of an organized Big Data management system. It was also recognize the option of a more centralized management strategy, in anticipation the changes in the environment that can predict trends in the consumer market. Finally, it was verify that the definition of a particular profile of skills and knowledge associated with the agents involved in the collection and treatment of the inputs given by the consumers through the analysis of the Big Data, is not yet defined.

        The paper investigates the Brain Drain in Chinese family business based on a sample of 319 family businesses in China. Using a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) to uncover different combinations of conditions (pay and welfare, work environment, management style of the leaders, and career planning) that are sufficient to achieve high and low brain drain. The results show that pay and welfare is a necessary but not a sufficient condition by itself to achieve high brain drain. The findings show that three causal recipes are equifinal in achieving high brain drain. The first causal recipe combines high work environment with low level of career planning and with high pay and welfare. The second combines low work environment with high level of career planning and with high pay and welfare. Finally, the third combines high work environment with high level of management style of the leaders and with high pay and welfare. The study also found two causal configurations that are equifinal to achieve low brain drain. Moreover, these combinations are not a mirror of the combinations founded for high brain drain. This study offers several implications to both researchers and business practitioners: It is acquired that in order to prevent brain drain, the pay and welfare of employees should be raised while the management philosophy should pay attention to humans in the first place. Secondly, the leaders need to improve their own quality so as to strengthen the management of family businesses. Finally, a refined human resource system needs to be established. After brain drain, enterprises should perfect their contract constraining mechanism and, bring in suitable talents promptly so that the loss is minimised.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

        The purpose of this study is to test both the alignment theory and entertainment theory on family firms listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. To achieve these goals, we collected secondary data from 164 non-financial family firms in various sectors during 2014-18. These family firms are classified into two categories: family control firms and family owned firms. We take the audit fee and the audit quality as dependent variables while family control firms, family-owned firms, and family CEOs as independent variables. In addition, the study uses leverage, profit and export as control variables. To test the effect of the explanatory variables on the output variables, we use two econometric models, Ordinary Least Square and the Probit regression model. In addition, Huber Sandwich test is used to check the nonnormality and heteroscedasticity of panel data. Contrary to the alignment effect, the study supports the entrenchment effect and advocates that family-controlled firms as well as family-owned firms are not conscientious regarding the selection of external auditors during their contracts with audit firms. They are less likely to pay high audit fees for good quality audit in Pakistan. Furthermore, the study shows a statistically significant and positive relationship between audit quality and audit fees.

        The study aims to investigate factors influencing business households’ decision for borrowing credit: the case of commercial banks in Tra Vinh Province, VietNam. The study was conducted by collecting data from 300 business households traded at four commercial banks in Tra Vinh province (Viet Nam bank for agriculture and rural development, Tra Vinh Branch; Viet Nam jointstock commercial bank industry and trade, Tra Vinh Branch; Asia joinstock commercial bank, Tra Vinh Branch; Viet Nam jointstock commercial bank for foreign trade, Tra Vinh Branch). By the use of the Binary Logistic regression method, the research found out that the factors influencing to borrow credit of household business’s decision including: banks brand names, loan interest rates, service attitude, and loan procedures. Of those, the banks brand names and lending interest rates have the strongest impacts on borrow credit decision of business households at commercials banks in Tra Vinh province. Since then, the study has proposed solutions to improve access to credit of business households in commercial banks in Tra Vinh province in the coming time, such as: developing a bank brand; the development of flexible lending interest rate policies; improve service style of bank staff; at the same time, simplifying lending procedures.

        21세기는 산업의 구조가 전통적인 차원의 생산 중심에서 탈피해 다양한 문화산업의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 한류는 우 리나라 문화산업 발전에 있어 필수불가결한 요소이다. 이에 심층 한류 단체의 소비자 주도형 비즈니스 모델 구축 방안을 제시하여 부가가치를 지속적으로 창출하는 선순환 비즈니스 전략을 제안하였다. 한류와 향기에 대한 시장 동향을 조사하고 종합 분석을 통해 기존 한류 비즈니스 모델에 대한 문제점 및 발전 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음 과 같다. 첫 번째, 한류 문화콘텐츠와 스타 마케팅을 연계하여 스타들과 한류 팬들이 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 구축하는 것이 필요하다. 두 번째, 한류와 향기 산업을 연계한 심층 한류 단계의 소비자 주도형 비즈니스 모델 구축 을 통해 경쟁력 있는 향기 브랜드를 확보해야 한다. 세 번째, 본 연구는 스타와 소비자가 교감할 수 있는 문화의 장을 형성 하는데 기여할 것이다. 네 번째, 향후 한류스타 향기 제품군의 디자인은 휴대가 용이하고 교환 방식의 조향기술을 접목한 향기 모듈로 개발하고자 한다.

        The Purpose of this study was to develop Agro-entrepreneurial education program for agriculture college students, In order to investigate the relationship between the types of agricultural starup business and the entrepreneurial intention, we surveyed 224 Agriculture college students in the 3rd and 4th grades using a questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, college students majoring in agriculture have very low interest in establishing agricultural business. Second, there is a difference in the perception of agricultural entrepreneurship between agriculture college students who are engaged in farming as family business and those who do not. agriculture college students who are engaged in farming as family business (Successive Students). The effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurship was different by family business for successive students, initiative and challenge spirit had a significant impact on the agro-entrepreneurial intention. otherwise, non successive students have impacted by innovation and social responsibility. Third, in terms of entrepreneurship, the lower the challenge spirit, the greater the willingness to start an agriculture business. The results supported that for agriculture college students, in order to educate individual customized farming management, it is necessary to confirm whether or not agriculture is a family business.

        This study aims at identifying the characteristics of family-owner firms from the business studies and searching for the usefulness of the concept for the farming research. From the 1980s, there have been a lot of studies on family business which found out its different features in term of management characteristics. Exploring the concept of the family business, this tries to figure out any kind of similarities of the family farm concept which could be applied for the studies on identifying novel characteristics of contemporary family farms in capitalised societies.
