Thin-film shape technology is recognized for its core technology to enhance the technology of LCD, PDP, semiconductor manufacturing processes, hard disks and optical disks, and is widely used to form coated thin films of products. In addition, resistance (electron beam filament) technology for heating is used to manufacture filament for ion implants used in semiconductor manufacturing processes. By establishing an electronic beam filament production system and developing seven specifications of electronic beam filament, it is contributing to improving trade dynamics and increasing exports to Japan through localized media of theoretical imports to domestic companies. In this study, CAE analysis was performed after setting electron beam filament specification and development objectives, facilities and fabrication for electron beam filament production, electron beam filament JIG & fixture design and fabrication followed by electron beam filament prototype. Then, the automation and complete inspection equipment of the previously developed electronic beam filament manufacturing facilities was developed and researched to mass-produce them, to analyze and modify prototypes, design and manufacture automation facilities, and finally, to design and manufacture the complete inspection equipment. In this paper, mainly jig & fixture design, production and trial production of electron beam filament were dealted with.
The most important factor in the processing of composite materials is the creation of burrs. In order to minimize the generation of burrs, the preceding researchers changed the shape and processing conditions of the tool. The developed composite material using carbon and aramid fibers has limitations in reducing the formation of burrs. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by applying a jig under the test piece during drilling, it was possible to perform high-quality hole processing with minimal burr generation.
This study identified the characteristics of squid jig in korea waters by investigating the effect of color and luminous performance of squid jig on the catch of squid and experimenting the result of jig according to green jig or white jig, and whether using luminous or not were tested in the sea to improve the jig of squid jigging. For this purpose, a total of 13 sea experiments were conducted using T/S No. 2 Galmaegi. As a result, 341 squids were caught. Among them, 221 squids were caught by green jig (64.8%), 64 squids were caught by white jig (18.8%), 41 squids were caught by green luminous jig (13.8%), and nine squids were caught by white luminous jig (2.6%). The green jig commonly used in jigging vessel was most effective, and luminous jig was less effective than that non-luminous jig. The squids caught were Japanese flying squid (Todarodes pacificus), swordtip squid (Loligo edulis) and spear squid (Loligo bleekeri), and no significant characteristics were found according to the color of jig and the presence of luminous.
As the desires of market get various, so its demand fluctuates frequently. The only companies that flexibly meets fluctuating demands can survive in the fierce market competition. In this study, we deal with the development of jig system for manual welding processes that can cause flexible actions and uniform quality in the manufacturing shock absorber base assembly of automobile. For this we review the processes of design and development through analysis of the technology and the customer that are patents analysis, customer desires analysis, functional analysis and so on. Moreover, we review the relevant indicators for improvement of productivity that are production capacity, cycle time and error rates etc. as the technology is developed.
The catch performance of the silver-white jig for automatic jigging machine, developed to improve the effectiveness of LED fishing lamp in catching squid, was compared to that of the conventional green jig. The vessels used in this investigation were Haesong-ho (A-vessel), a training vessel of Gangwon State University and Haengbok-ho (B-vessel), a commercial fishing boat. In the case of the A-vessel, five to eight automatic jigging machines were used in the fishing operation with a 31.3 kW LED fishing lamp in summer. As for the B-vessel, fourteen automatic jigging machines were used with a 43.2 kW LED fishing lamp in autumn and winter. The results showed that the catch performance of the silver-white jig was similar to that of the green jig in the case of the A-vessel (p>0.05). However, in the case of the B-vessel, the catch performance of the silver-white jig was superior to that of the green jig in both winter (p<0.05) and autumn (P<0.001). Based on the catch performance results regarding the B-vessel in autumn, it is expected that the annual income increase that can be earned by using the silver-white jig will be KRW 26,385,000.
Peeling machine has been industrially used to peel the metallic circular bar such as cast iron, cast steel, SUS series. Especially peeling process was reported to not ease in case of SUS series due to its high hardness. Structural analysis for roller jig in peeling machine was performed to evaluate the structural safety. For these purposes, stress, deformation and safety factor were investigated. As the results, maximum stress was occurred at shaft and maximum deformation was occurred at side plate in roller jig. Further since the minimum safety factor of top plate was 8.16 in case of guarantee pressure, it is considered that roller jig of peeling machine in this study was structurally safe.
선박에 설치되는 개구(Opening)는 사람이 드나드는 문(door)과 화물 출입구(cargo access hatch) 그리고 닫힌 장소에 사람이 드나들기 위한 맨홀(manhole)이 있다. 특히 해치는 수밀이 필요한 경우가 많아 폐쇄장치가 복잡한 기구로 구성되게 된다. 이 연구에서는 생산효율 및 품질향상을 위해 유압으로 작동하는 취부용 지그(JIG)를 개발하였다.
본 논문에서는 Pothead를 지지하는데 사용하는 지그의 고유진동수를 일정 범위로 제한하여 Pothead와 공진을 일으키지 않도록 하는 지그의 최적 설계안을 제시한다. 쿤 터커(Kuhn-Thucker) 조건을 적용한 최적기준법(Optimality criteria method)을 사용하여 위상 최적화를 수행하였고, 이 과정에서 유한요소 크기기 최적 형상에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 위상 최적화 결과를 바탕으로 실험 계획법(Design of experiments)과 반응 표면법(Response surface method)을 사용하여 형상 및 치수 최적화를 수행하여 비교용 지그에 비해 전체 질량이 30% 감소되는 결과를 얻었다. 마지막으로 최적화된 지그의 내진 해석을 수행한 Pothead의 응답은 Metal Handbook에서 제시된 내진 응답을 만족하고 있다.
In commercial vehicle, sub-frame which equipped in main frame supporting dump deck and oil tanker. This is the main structure for all equipment which including joint function. Sub-frame is made by welding process, this susceptible to deform and crack by its longitudinal size. Also various kind of sub-frame make it difficult to standardization in manufacturing process and exclusive jig is not adapted yet. Frame size is over 6~8m and weight is more than 300kg this make re-work more difficult. If manufacturing company made precise sub-frame, this is not only convenient for customers but also save the company money by reducing the working time. In this study manufacture the sub-frame be suitable for its main function and develop exclusive welding jig for obtain checking fixture function as well.
Small and medium companies have few dedicated employees for process planning and analyzing. They have many defects in their operational processes which result in less productivity. This research analyze a process of small company, which makes a hole and a round for gear parts. We found that the drilling operation is a bootle-neck operation and propose a revised general machine for drilling operation.
The legacy drilling operation is performed as follows. First, a operator drills a half hole of a part and turns the part upside down. Then he drills a rest hole of the part. The operation needs more efforts than other operations. Therefore a productivity of the factory depends on that of the drilling operation. We developed a horizontal multi-drilling machine for the drilling operation. The machine has the drilling tool heads and takes three parts and makes a hole at the same time. It eliminates human operation in the middle of drilling, We also developed clamping jig for holding parts tightly. The proposed machine reduces the total operation time and enhances the productivity of the factory. The process capability index also increased from 6.8 to 9.6.
This paper described the experimental squid jigging fishery conducted by a commercial fishing vessel in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean from August to October 2005. Author carried out experimental jiggings of 65 times during 57 days by three type of jigs which were pick jig, soft jig and soft luminous jig. The total catch, effort/day and catches/line-day of northern shortfin squid (Illex illecebrosus) were 12,726kg, 35 auto jigging machine and 3.5kg, respectively. Higher CUPE was observed in September, August and October. Catch ratio of pick jig was higher by 57-86% than those of soft jig and soft luminous jig. Higher catch was recorded at the 42˚55'N, 62˚10'W with surface temperature ranging 18-21℃. The range of the dorsal mantle length was from 13.5cm to 23.0cm with average 17.2cm for female and from 13.0cm to 20.0cm with average 17.0cm for male. Sex ratio showed 55.4% of female.
