Comparing the rate of accident in 1999 with 1998, that has been increased about 0.06%. The 56 percentage of industrial accident had been occurred by new employer, who has been worked less than 1 year, in 1999, therefore safety training and education is required for those new employer. This study is present the analysis and investigation of safety training and educational situation and consider a counterplan.

The purpose of this study was to assess the needs of education program and to analyze importance of education courses for school food service cooks. The questionnaires were developed by reviewing literatures on education programs for cooks and by interviewing with cooks who are working in school food service. A total of 150 questionnaires were surveyed at Kyonggi University and 90 of them were analyzed. The cooks in school food service wanted to take continuing education program about cooking skills and school food service operation skills. They wanted to take a culinary courses for 10 days and they wanted to take a food service operation courses for a week. The school food service cooks emphasized on courses of job analysis, laws and regulation, food sanitation, standard recipe, safety, equipment, and facility and layout. And they thought not only Korean food but also western food, Chinese food and Japanese food are important.

오늘날 지구 환경 문제가 크게 부각됨에 따라 환경 교육의 중요성도 점차 강조되고 있다. 과학은 환경에 대한 교육, 환경 안에서의 교육, 환경을 위한 교육 등에 크게 기여할 수 있는 과목이다. 과학의 여러 분야 중에서 지구 과학은 연구의 대상이 지구에서 일어나는 자연적 또는 인위적 변화의 과정이라는 점에서 볼 때, 환경 교육적 차원에서 접근할 수 있는 내용이 상당히 많다. 따라서, 지구 과학 교육은 환경 교육에 큰 역할을 할 수 있음이 분명하다 이는 지구계 교육과 환경 교육의 목표가 거의 일치하고 있고, 지구에 대한 소양을 갖추기 위한 내용이 환경에 대한 소양을 갖추기 위한 내용에서 크게 벗어나지 않음에서도 알 수 있다. 그러나, 우리 나라의 지구 과학 교육 과정에서는 환경 교육적 차원의 관심이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 지구 환경을 전체적으로 고려한 지구 과학 교육이야말로 지구 과학 교육에 대한 새로운 관심을 집중시키는 방법이 될 뿐만 아니라, 인류의 당면 과제인 지구 환경 문제를 해결하고자 하는 환경교육에 적극적으로 참여하게 되는 길이기도 하다.

근대교육기(1876∼1910) 중 1905년부터 1910년 사이는 우리 나라 교육에 대한 일제의 간섭이 가장 극심했던 시기였다. 이에 대응하여 우리 민족은 전국 단위나 지방 단위로 학회를 세웠고, 학회를 통하여 근대 교육을 실천하려는 의지를 보였다. 이 연구에서는 근대교육기에 국내에서 출판된 학회지 9종 132권을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 근대교육기에 발간된 학회지의 주요 내용은 민족의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 역사나 지리 등의 내용과 계몽적인 차원에서 서구의 정치나 경제 체제를 소개하는 글과 더불어 자연과학에 관한 논술도 상당한 비중을 차지했다는 점이다. 둘째, 과학 관련 논술을 분야별로 분석해보면 생리· 위생을 포함한 생물학 분야와 지구과학 분야가 비교적 많았다. 반면에 물리학이나 화학 분야는 아주 적었다는 특징이 나타난다. 셋째, 학회지에 게재된 지구과학 관련 논술만 분석하더라도, 대부분 같은 저자에 의해 교과서적인 기초 내용을 연재한 논술이 많이 보인다. 이러한 의미에서 학술지에 게재된 과학 관련 논술은 근대 교육기에 우리 나름의 과학 교육을 확립하기 위한 노력으로 평가된다.

북한인들에게 현시점에서 통일이 되었을 경우, 효율적인 시장경제 · 경영/교육을 통하여 시장경제에 적응할 뿐만 아니라 그 원리를 적용하여 창조적이고 혁신적인 기업가 정신을 발휘, "기업이 고객을 만족시킴으로써 얻은 이윤은 정당한 것이며 그것은 또한 기업의 사회적 책임이다"라는 사실을 터득케하는 방안을 모색하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 따라서 먼저 사상 · 정치 우선의 북한사회구조의 고유 특성과 "주체형" 인간개조사업으로 특이한 인간상을 갖게 된 북한인들에게 맞는 교육/훈련방안 모형을 만들기 위해, 사회주의 경영특성을 파악하고, 나아가 시장경제 · 경영교육사례연구로 미국의 對 알바니아 사례, 통일 독일의 동독기업지원사례, 일본의 對러시아 사례, 조총련계 조선대학교수에 의한 김일성대학의 사례 등 5개 사례를 현지 조사 및 면접을 통하여 심층적으로 분석, 가칭 「북한 시장경제 · 경영교육/훈련 지원단」 과 「북한 기업지원센터」 를 설립하고 두 기관을 중심으로 북한에서의 시장경제 · 경영교육/훈련에 필요한 교과과정 및 기업 지원을 할 수 있는 방안의 모형을 제시하고자 하였다.

This paper explores grammar-based organization of English teaching content, paying special attention to some grammatical properties of the expression "How are you?". The paper reports that "frequency" and "simplicity" are two of the most important organizational principles, and proposes that full-scale detailed grammar description is the prerequísite for "simplicity-based" content organization.

The education of ]apanese in Korea will be heavily influenced by the recent cultural exchanges between Korea and ]apan and the introduction of new educational systems. Therefore, it is imperative that we be prepared to adjust ourselves to the changing international environment. To study the language of a country is to understand her culture or to acquire the means to understand it. ] apan has made steady efforts to expand the education of ] apanese in other countries as a way of helping foreigners better understand ]apan and the ]apanese. There have been civilian programs for that particular objective as well as. the Government-directed projects such as financial supports for a large number of foreign students. Paying attention to the ]apanese efforts, it is time for us to reexamine our educational system of ] apanese. We should not forget the past history in relation with ]apan. But we should not ignore the present reality, either. We are witnessing the ever-increasing inflow of ]apanese culture in Korea. We need to realize that an objective and precise understanding of ]apan and the ]apanese culture is needed for the best interest of our countηT. That is the reason why 1 argue for a search for a new method of ]apanese education.

The aims of a foreign language course are often defined with reference to the four skills: understanding speech, speaking, reading and writing. These aims, therefore, relate to the activities which leamers are to perform. In practice, however, there always seem to be different aims of the leamers. This paper is an attempt to clarify certain issues that seem to arise from the difference of each leamer' s nationality and living place. There are three types of leamers of Korean: 1) foreigners in other countries, 2) foreigners in Korea, and 3) Koreans in other countries. For the foreigners in other countries, teaching Korean as communication by inter-cultural methods is effective. For the foreigners in Korea, teaching Korean as mutual understanding by cultural acquisition is quite important. Finally, for the Kor:eans in other countries, teaching Korean as national identity by cultural awareness is very necessary.

인터넷의 개발에 따라, 학습용 WBI가 개발되어 학습효과에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 이러한 WBI개발에서 어려운점은 멀티미어제작시 발생되는 동영상의 구현이나 에니메이션을 기존의 하이레벨언어나 로우레벨언어에 근거를 둔 프로그래밍기법을 도입하여 쉽게 해결하기가 어려운점이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 최근 메크로미디어사에서 오소웨어(Authoware)라는 소프트웨어를 개발하여 그 응용성이 주목되고 있다. 이 오소웨어의 응용성을 파악하기 위하여 해양에서 발생되는 현상중 가장 대표적이 조석에 따른 해면변위와 그것에 따른 해안비치의 변동에 오소웨어를 이용하여 WBI를 구성하였다. 현장조사자료로서는 제주도의 이호 해수욕장의 측량자료와 제주항의 조위자료를 이용하였다. 그 결과 오소웨어를 이용하여 원하는 조위변동을 시각화하는데 매우 효율적이며 빠른 시간내에 원하는 웹을 구축하는 툴이 될수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 동영상을 요구하는 다른 형태의 WBI개발에도 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
