        This study aims to establish the measures required for strengthening the internal stability of and executing the systematic plan for Gangwon-do in relation to the “urban regeneration preliminary project” launched by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The results of this study are as follows. The unit project carried out via the Gangwon-do urban regeneration preliminary project presented the tendency for the standardization of the H/W and S/W projects such as the establishment of the community anchor space and the resident competency reinforcement project. Further, rather than focusing on the contents that could objectively measure the effects of the project, it concentrated more on the performance indicators that are required for verifying the execution of unit projects like the establishment of buildings and operating programs. It was found to be insufficient with regard to the practicality of the project, the correlation with the New Deal Project, and the validity of the project contents. To improve these aspects, Gangwon-do would be required to highlight its distinguishability from the other regions and increase its practicality by operating the field-centered urban regeneration educational program, inducing the participation of experts in each of the areas in case there is a need to execute a project plan and discover a project with placeness. It also needs to focus on strengthening its connection with the urban regeneration new deal project by discovering the resident leaders and professional manpower, and establishing the performance indicators needed for systematically monitoring the regional changes in accordance to the urban regeneration preliminary project.

        This study aims to suggest the direction of urban regeneration policies of Gangwon-do in accordance with COVID-19 outbreak, and the results are as follows. First, it is inevitable to urgently execute the project from the perspective of cities and counties in Gangwon-do, where the promotion of urban regeneration projects has been delayed due to COVID-19 incident. As a result, it is highly likely to cause the employees overloaded and have negative effect on achieving the goals of urban regeneration, so, it is necessary to provide support measures at the government and provincial level, such as the actual execution index and the adjusting time of start and completion of particular business. Second, as the uncertainty of COVID-19 continues, it needs to strengthen the operation and monitoring of urban regeneration support centers in Gangwon-do and examine the changes in business operation plans in advance. In particular, the decrease in visitors to traditional markets and restaurants is expected to have a direct effect on small business owners engaged in the service industry. Therefore, it is necessary to actively consider the utilization plans of smart city regeneration, such as online shopping and non-contact payment. Third, it is necessary to phase in smart urban regeneration training focused on information weakness to narrow the digital gap, in preparation for general lifestyle changes such as contactless and non-face-to-face interactions. At a time when new light is being shed on local areas, which are quieter than heavily populated cities, a project that reflects the regional characteristics and culture of Gangwon-do is necessary.

        With global warming and the rapid increase in urbanization accompanied by a concentration of population, the urban heat island effects (UHI) have become an important environmental issue. In this study, rooftop greening and permeable asphalt pavement were selected as measures to reduce urban heat island and applied to a simple virtual urban environment to simulate temperature change using ENVI-met. A total of five measures were tested by dividing the partial and whole area application of each measure. The results showed that the temperature range of the base experiment is 33.11-37.11 ℃, with the UTCI comfort level described as strong heat and very strong heat stress. A case applied permeable asphalt has a greater temperature difference than a rooftop greening case, the larger the area where each condition was applied, the greater the temperature change was.

        Due to recent heavy rain events, there are increasing demands for adapting infrastructure design, including drainage facilities in urban basins. Therefore, a clear definition of urban rainfall must be provided; however, currently, such a definition is unavailable. In this study, urban rainfall is defined as a rainfall event that has the potential to cause water-related disasters such as floods and landslides in urban areas. Moreover, based on design rainfall, these disasters are defined as those that causes excess design flooding due to certain rainfall events. These heavy rain scenarios require that the design of various urban rainfall facilities consider design rainfall in the target years of their life cycle, for disaster prevention. The average frequency of heavy rain in each region, inland and coastal areas, was analyzed through a frequency analysis of the highest annual rainfall in the past year. The potential change in future rainfall intensity changes the service level of the infrastructure related to hand-to-hand construction; therefore, the target year and design rainfall considering the climate change premium were presented. Finally, the change in dimensional safety according to the RCP8.5 climate change scenario was predicted.

        This study was conducted to analyze the factors influencing participation intention in urban agriculture. The theoretical foundations of the study were Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Pine and Gilmore’s Experiencel Economy. The type of household composition was set as the moderating variable between these independent and dependent variables. In order to test the research model, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted on 439 effective respondents. The empirical analysis results are as follows. Educational experience factors, escapist experience factors, attitudes, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control, which were set as independent variables to positive (+) influence participation intention in urban agriculture. In addition, the impact of their influence relationship was as follows : perceived behavioral control > attitudes > escapist experience factor > subjective norm > educational experience factor. On the other hand, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect according to the household composition, there was a significant difference in the effect of educational experiences, escapist experiences, and subjective norm on participation intention in urban agriculture. Significant results were not tested on the moderating effects between attitudes, perceived behavioral control, and participation intention in urban agriculture. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, academic and practical implications were presented.

        최근 기후변화로 인한 지속적 자연재해 증가에 대비하여 강력한 방재시스템을 구축하는 것이 중요하다. 더욱이 재해발생시 행정력 이 미치는 범위는 한정되기 때문에 주민 자율에 의한 재난 방지 시스템은 더욱 강력해야 한다. 본 연구는 재난에 대한 보호기관과 관리기관의 역할과 이러한 역할에 대한 주민들의 인지도에 관한 연구이며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 재난 대비 상호지원기관은 하드웨어 부문에서 관리 기관에 의존하고 있다. 2) 소프트웨어 영역에서 재해로부터 보호하는 일부 시스템은 기관의 통제를 받고 특정 부분은 관리 기관의 통제를 받 는다. 3) 대피소는 모든 재난에 대처할 수 없기 때문에 지역내 존재하는 다양한 시설을 대피 장소로 활용해야한다, 4) 도시 내에서 일하는 직장인들은 재난 대책 조직에 대해 숙지하고 있으며, 재난 지도를 잘 인식하는 경향이 있어 방재활동의 중심적 담당자로 역할을 할 수 있다고 생각된다.

        최근 몇 년 사이 한국에서는 도시재생이라는 새로운 패러다임으로 인해 양적성장의 도시정책에서 질적 성숙의 도시정책으로의 전환이 본격적으로 시작되었다. 이는 지속가능한 도시의 기능을 도입하고자함으로써 지역의 관리 및 운영이라는 중요한 이슈가 대두되었다. 본 연구는 질적 성숙의 도시정책으로서 평택시 도시재생전략계획에 따른 신평지구 도시재생활성화 지역에 대하여 역세권 기능회복을 위해 참여디자인을 통한 신평지구 도시재생 활성화 방안을 고찰하고자 한다. 신평지구 도시재생사업은 인간중심의 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해 지역역량강화 프로그램을 강조하며, 지역자산 활용 및 지자체의 지속적인 모니터링의 중요성을 피력한다. 또한, 종합적인 도시재생사업에 따른 효과와 문제점 등 성과관리 시스템을 제안한다. 도시재생 활성화에 있어서 참여디자인은 도시 내 사회 구성원 모두가 참여하는 방안으로 올바른 도시재생사업의 수행방법이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 각종 보고서 및 문헌 조사와 설문지 방법을 접목한 사례 연구이다. 이를 바탕으로 도시재생 사업의 종합적 추진방안과 지속적인 관리체계의 기반이 될 것을 기대한다.

        Fine dust is one of the most critical environmental issues in Korea, and the government recognizes the need to establish customized reduction policies based on regional characteristics. Several studies on air pollutants investigate whether factories affect the distribution of fine dust in a particular region. However, understanding the impact of the entire industry sector requires further investigation. This study identifies the impacts of industrial characteristics on fine dust levels of 141 municipalities across Korea in 2016. A total of 23 variables were used, of which 12 referred to industries and 11 to general characteristics of each city. Due to the high correlation between independent variables, partial least squares (PLS) regression models were used. The analysis identified 14 significant variables for PM10 and 13 for PM2.5. Therefore, the results suggest that local industrial characteristics can significantly influence fine dust levels and provide suggestions for establishing customized reduction policies based on local characteristics.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the soil environment of urban neighborhood parks and to use them as basic data for evaluating the ecological functions of urban parks such as groundwater regeneration, flood control, microclimate regulation, adsorption and purification. The landscape design criteria were generally evaluated as advanced, and further monitoring and studies are needed to evaluate the various ecological functions. It is also necessary to improve the phosphoric acid and nitrogen contents, which tended to be low. In addition, continuous monitoring is needed to assess the proper soil environment according to the biological species, and to evaluate the ecological functions. The results of this study can be used to evaluate the groundwater recharge of urban parks. In particular, when the land of the neighboring park is used for various purposes, the level of access of the user may be increased. Therefore, factors that may adversely affect the user's health, such as heavy metals and organic matters, should be selected and selected as management criteria. In addition, follow-up studies considering fertilization standards suitable for trees and growth of introduced vegetation, etc. are needed urgently to improve the soil environment.

        High-resolution meteorological simulations were conducted using a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model with an Urban Canopy Model (UCM) in the Ulsan Metropolitan Region (UMR) where large-scale industrial facilities are located on the coast. We improved the land cover input data for the WRF-UCM by reclassifying the default urban category into four detailed areas (low and high-density residential areas, commercial areas, and industrial areas) using subdivided data (class 3) of the Environmental and Geographical Information System (EGIS). The urban area accounted for about 12% of the total UMR and the largest proportion (47.4%) was in the industrial area. Results from the WRF-UCM simulation in a summer episode with high temperatures showed that the modeled temperatures agreed greatly with the observations. Comparison with a standard WRF simulation (WRF-BASE) indicated that the temporal and spatial variations in surface air temperature in the UMR were properly captured. Specifically, the WRF-UCM reproduced daily maximum and nighttime variations in air temperature very well, indicating that our model can improve the accuracy of temperature simulation for a summer heatwave. However, the WRF-UCM somewhat overestimated wind speed in the UMR largely due to an increased air temperature gradient between land and sea.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze examples of green infrastructure presented by the American Society of Landscape Architects as a part of basic research to assess hub green spaces in cities. With the specific goal of green infrasturcture in mind, the study samples were classified according to their purpose: ‘humanities’, ‘hydrology’, ‘ecology’, and ‘environment’. Based on this we assessed the elements of planning for the target sites and obtained the following results. With regard to the aspect of humanities, planning urban hub green spaces was related to the satisfaction in leisure activities and the ‘quality of life’ that people expect to enjoy at parks or other green areas in general. Rather than focusing on direct and visible benefits, which might come from green infrastructure’s technological elements, people hoped that parks and green areas have macroscopic values. For hydrological characteristics, the ‘ecologically manages stormwater’ was applied the most in planning hub green spaces in cities, and it mainly took the form of technological elements or factors. Third, the planning elements pertaining to ecological characteristics were identified as a combination of strategies and technological elements that ‘reintroduces native plants’ and ‘habitat for wildlife’. As for the plans to instill eco-friendly aspects, the study found that the research on air, climate, weather, heat reaction, soil, energy efficiency, and use and application of resources is important. However, it was difficult to measure the potential quantitative benefits of ‘reusing or recycling materials’, ‘reducing urban heat’, and ‘cooling air temperature’. The result of this study is meaningful in that it can be used for the assessment of urban hub green spaces in the future.

        도시상징물은 경제적 가치를 보유한 도시마케팅의 주요 수단으로도 사용되는데 도시마케팅에 성공한 대다수 도시들은 도시의 특성을 반영한 상징 조형물을 보유, 효과적으로 활용하여 관광⋅도시마케팅⋅지역경제 활성화에 기여 (예: 쿠마모토 현·시마네현(일본), 싱가폴, 벨기에 등)이 있다. 하지만 아산시는 아직 도시 상징물을 활용한 공공디자인의 부재로 인하여 도시마케팅에 있어 많은 한계점에 부딪히고 있어 공공디자인 개발이 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문은 아산시 공공디자인 선호도 조사를 통해 차량디자인의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문은 공공디자인과 상징물디자인의 정의와 아산시 차량디자인현황을 조사하여 전문가 집단의견을 수렴하고 상징물의 시내전기버스 4개와 마을버스 4개의 후보 안을 도출하였다. 선호도 조사는 1차와 2차로 진행되었으며, 각 상징물별 표현기법을 달리하여 시민을 대상으로 한 1차선호도 조사를 실시 하였으며, 2차 선호도 조사는 전문가 집단으로 진행되었다. 그 결과 정체성 그래픽 모티브 (전통, 자연, 미래, 젊음, 창조, 역동)아산시 심벌과 로고타입을 그래픽 모티브로 디자인하여 활기 넘치고 역동적인 젊은 아산을 형상화 하였다. 다양한 형태의 도형으로 역동감 있게 배치하여 미래를 향해 젊은 아산을 상징화하였다. 향후 본 논문을 토대로 향후 공공디자인 개발을 진행할 예정이다.

        플라스틱 섬광체와 상용 50 mm, f1.8 렌즈 및 고감도 CMOS 카메라를 사용하여 방사선치료 시 흡수선량을 측정할 수 있는 광 도시메트리 시스템을 구축하였다. 아울러 촬영된 방사선 분포 영상에 대한 비네팅 보정, 기하학적 왜곡 보정, 스케일 보정을 통하여 화소값으로 선량을 교정하는 절차를 확립하였다. 개발된 광 도시메트리 시스템을 6 MV 의료용 선형가속기에 대하여 선량 특성 평가를 수행한 결과, 심부선량백분율은 이온챔버로 측정한 결과에 비하여 빌드 업 깊이 이상에서는 오차 범위 2% 이내로 일치하였으며, 90% 조사야에 대하여 2.8%의 평탄도가 측정됨에 따라 방사선치료선량 측정 시스템으로서의 충분한 활용가능성을 확인하였다.

        This study investigates the usage behavior and the perception of horticulturalists (horticultural activists) and simple users for urban community gardens. To this end, we surveyed 100 horticulturalists and 213 simple users. Questions in the survey are divided into five categories: 1) usage behavior of community gardens, 2) perception on the benefits of community gardens, 3) perception on the pros and cons of setting up community gardens, 4) willingness to pay for community gardens, 5) importance of specific benefits provided by community gardens. According to the survey, 95.0 percent of horticulturalists and 93.4 percent of simple users supported setting up community gardens. 58.0 percent of horticulturalists and 60.6 percent of simple users were willing to pay their residence tax for community gardens. And the annual membership fee plus resident tax of horticulturalists is 460,455 KW per person, which is 80.6 times more than willingness to pay of simple users. The results of this study can be used as basis data for valuing community gardens.

        The study is a comparative analysis of the differences in economic activities of two rural villages near the city. It is the general notion that rural villages near large cities lose the characteristics of traditional rural villages and change the areas with urban characteristics due to the influence of urbanization. The survey also showed that Munho 4-ri and Jeongbae 1-ri in Gyeonggi-do have urban characteristics, such as population growth, agricultural activity reduction and non-agricultural activity increase, and community activity reduction. However, they also found that there were important differences in the future development patterns of the two villages. In other words, the reasons and purposes of migration of people moving to the two villages, the differences in the system of economic activity in the villages, and the differences in community cooperation are emerging. Therefore, the study shows that policies to develop rural villages near cities need to be implemented differently based on the characteristics of those villages.

        Tropaeolum majus, with a high decorative and food demand for vertical greening systems, has been utilized to revitalize urban agriculture. The effects of number of non-woven fabrics in a non-water environment and the adaptability of T. majus to this system were investigated. Planting ground composition of the container-type wall vertical greening system was made using non-woven fabric in one, two, three, or four layers. The results showed that the soil water content remained the highest when the non-woven fabric comprised 4 sheets. The morphological properties showed more growth with the 4 sheets than with 1, 2, and 3 sheets. In terms of physiological characteristics, chlorophyll content was mostly high in the 4 sheets, while shoot fresh weight value was in the order of 3 sheets > 4 sheets > 2 sheets > 1 sheet, and root fresh weight value was in the order of 4 sheets > 2 sheets > 1 sheet > 3 sheets. The dry weight of the measured values in the shoot was in the order of 4 sheets > 3 sheets > 2 sheets > 1 sheet while no clear difference was found in the root of each treatment. The difference in the flowring characteristics was not different, but in evaluating the characteristics as a whole, the growth in the three layers of non-waven fabric was the best. In addition, the soil moisture content and the growth characteristics were statistically significant as a positive correlation between the groups. Thus, greater the non-woven fabric, the higher is the adaptability of T. majus to dry stress under soil water-free conditions by maintaining soil moisture content. This showed that it represented an effective alternative as a method of vertical greening system for lower maintenance urban agriculture.

        연안도시는 내륙도시보다 태풍이나 해일 등에 의한 풍수해가 크며 도시마다 풍수해 특성이 서로 다르다. 그래서 연안도시는 풍수해 특성을 고려하여 풍수해 유형별 그리고 지역별 특성에 적합한 풍수해 관리체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시관리, 연안관리, 재 해관리 측면에서 우리나라 풍수해 관리체계 현황을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 미국과 일본 풍수해 관리체계를 검토한 후 연안도시 특성에 적합한 풍수해 관리체계 개선방안을 제안한다. 연구결과로서 도시관리 측면에서 방재지구 대상지 선정 의무화, 연안도시통합관리계획 수립, 자연재해위험개선지구를 방재지구로 지정, 방재지구를 풍해방재지구․수해방재지구․침식방재지구로 세분화, 방재지구 내 건축제한을 조례로 지정 등을 제안한다. 연안관리 측면에서 연안침식관리구역 지정권을 지자체장에게 위임, 연안침식관리구역은 연안침식심각구역․연안침식 진행구역․연안침식발생우려지역으로 세분화, 연안침식관리구역의 건축제한을 조례로 결정, 연안도시 침식예상도 작성 등을 제안한다. 재해 관리 측면에서 「자연재해대책법」과 「재난및안전관리기본법」의 통합, 지자체 주도 방재체계로 전환, 지역단위 재해관리네트워크 구축, 맞춤형 지역방재계획 수립 등을 제안한다.

        In this study, for the rapid transit of urban and metropolitan railways, the installation of passing loop tunnel in the underground section of urban railroads in operation is reviewed. Unlike road tunnels, it is difficult to secure working spaces because the railwau tunnel is very narrow, impossible to bypass, and related facilities such as overhead wire exist. In addition, urban railways have limitations that must be carried out without blocking the existing trains or construction within four hours when the trains are not running. Therefore, in this study, the construction plan of passing loop tunnel during railway operation for the rapid transit was reviewed.

        본 연구에서는 SWAT 모형과 PART 방법을 이용하여 낙동강 유역과 전국 하천을 대상으로 기저유출지표를 산정하고, 도시화에 따른 기저유출 영 향을 분석하였다. 낙동강 유역의 연평균 기저유출은 총유량 대비 약 40-44%인 것으로 분석되었으며, 계절별로는 12월과 1월 겨울철에 90%를 상회하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전국 317개소 관측 유량에 대해 기저유출을 분석한 결과 기저유출이 전국하천 유량에 기여하는 비율은 연평균 약 40%인 것으로 나타났으며, 지역별로 20% 미만~80% 이상인 것으로 예측되었다. 따라서 기저유출지표가 적은 지역에서는 주변 생태계 보전을 위해 지하수 이용과 개발을 제한하는 것이 타당할 것이다. 한편 금호강 유역을 대상으로 동일 기상조건에서 1975년과 2000년도 토지이용변화에 따른 기저유출 감소가 하천유량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 도시화율 증가에 의해 하천유지유량의 경우 미달일수가 19일~24일 정도 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다.

        현대 사회에서의 항만공간은 과거와는 달리 단순히 항구로써의 기능만을 위한 공간이 아닌 주거, 레저, 관광 등 다양한 기능이 복합화 되고 있다. 그에 따라 더욱 많은 사람들이 밀집하는 공간으로 변모해 가고 있다. 반면 항만 공간은 지형적, 환경적 특성 상 재해에 취약한 공간이기도 하다. 하지만 아직까지 국내에서는 방재·도시계획이 명확히 자리 잡고 있는 실정이 아니다. 따라서 항만공간의 특성을 감안한 방재·도시계획을 강화하고, 이를 통해 안전성을 확보할 필요가 있다.
