During last two decades the transportation system has developed into very intelligent system with GIS, GPS and ITS. The practical transportation management system provides real time response module to manage the customer's order. We have surveyed research papers on the real time vehicle routing problem in last two decades to figure out the dynamic vehicle routing problem. The papers are classified by basic routing algorithms and by managing the dynamic events which are the order management, the routing re-optimization, the routing post-optimization and the waiting strategy.

This survey was conducted from 1992 to 2005 in the major apple producing districts in southern part of South Korea including 4~8 cities, to know the occurrence and damage level of two major pests, Carposina sasakii and Grapholita molesta that attack apple fruit. The fruit damage by G. molesta during the harvest period ranged from 0.02 to 1.64%. A tendency of higher damage of G. molesta was observed after 1997 compared with the previous years. The other hand, the fruit damage by C. sasakii was 0.02 to 1.30%, and the damage level was very low with fruit damage of ＜ 0.3% except 1998. The orchard infested with G. molesta was 13 to 71%, while 12 to 57% with C. sasakii. The rates of orchards where fruit damage by G. molesta was found were higher than those by C. sasakii after 1997. The tendency of fruit damage rates in the orchard where the most fruit damage was found was same with the trend of orchard rates infested with the pests. The maximum damage rate by G. molesta was 20.0% in 2005, while 4.5% by C. sasakii in 1998. The damaged shoot rates by the first generation G. molesta was 0.1~8.1%, and it had a positive correlation with the rates of fruit damage during the harvest period. Consequently, it is concluded that G. molesta is dominant species compared with C. sasakii in commercial apple orchards recently.

A technological trend of treating or preventing the cardiovascular diseases has reviewed on 381 domestic and foreign patents from the year 1980 to June, 2007. Primarily focused upon countries such as Korea, Japan and the United States; the leading nations concerning cardiovascular disease, this paper delved into a systematic research of the cardiovascular disease utilizing research focused database and research analysts. Korea was showing increased development in the diet and cardiovascular related areas as shown by increase in related patent caseloads and submission since the 2000. Especially within the area of food production, there had been an increase of market share by up to 50% and the frequency of patent submission had also increased. Japan was showing similar trend as Korea with its increase in research, but the only difference was that Japan was focused more upon medical supplies. With the United States, there was no real consistency with the number of patents, therefore harder to make an accurate assessment.

다양한 전자종이의 특징과 전자종이를 제작하였다. 전자종이를 제작 하여 전기 및 광학특성 평가를 하기위해 구동시스템과 광학시스템을 제작하 였다. 패널의 구동을 하기 위해서 주파수, 펄스 폭, 경사 등을 구현하기 위하 여 4채널의 구동장비를 제작하였으며, 패널에 적용 및 오실로스코프로 확인 하였다. 패널의 CIE, 반사율, 시야각을 측정하기 위하여 광학시스템을 구축하 였고, 광학시스템으로부터 데이터를 추출 할 수 있었다. 입자의 크기와 입자 충전의 layer의 관계를 알 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 광학특성 평가를 할 수 있었다.

현재 일본에서 일본해라는 지명은 16세기 이래 서양인 선교사와 탐험가들이 일본에 관한 지리적 지식을 축적하는 과정에서 생겨난 것으로 보고 있다. 그리고 이 지명이 서양에서 일본에 수입되어 정착하게 된 계기는 19세기 말에서 20세기 초반의 시베리아철도 부설, 러일전쟁 등 러시아의 남하정책과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이와 같이 일본 제국주의 정책의 영향으로 한국에서 오랫동안 사용되어 왔던 동해라는 지명은 1910년에 완전히 소멸되고, 식민지 한국에서도 일본해라는 지명이 정착하게 되었다. 그러나 일본은 현재 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 일본해 지명에 대해서 서양인들에 의해 생성되고, 세계에 확산되었기 때문에 일본의 한국 식민지 지배와는 무관하다는 입장을 취하고 있다.

이 논문은 법적인 관점에서 정보매개서비스제공자로서의 포털사이트가 특히 자신이 제공하는 뉴스서비스로 인하여 전통적인 의미에서의 언론에 해당하는지의 여부를 밝힘으로써, 포털을 전통적인 의미에서의 언론에 포섭시켜 규제하려는 차원에서 현재 국회에 제출되어 있는 신문법개정안이나 언론중재법개정안, 검색서비스사업자법안의 문제점을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 포털사이트는 전통적인 의미에서의 ‘매체’에는 해당되겠지만, 전통적인 의미에서의 ‘언론’에 해당된다고는 할 수 없다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 포털사이트가 비록 뉴스서비스, 엄밀한 의미에서는‘뉴스전달서비스’내지‘뉴스매개서비스’를 제공하고 있다고 하더라도, 전통적인 의미에서의 언론이라고 보기는 힘들다는 것이 이 연구의 결론이다. 물론 포털사이트, 특히 뉴스서비스로 인한 피해발생의 경우에 그 피해를 어떻게 효과적으로 신속하게 구제할 것인가의 문제는 중요하다. 하지만 이 문제는 본문에서 언급하였듯이, 포털의 언론성 여부의 문제와는 별개의 것이라는 점이 중요하다. 따라서 포털을 전통적인 의미에서의 언론에 포섭시켜 규제하려는 차원에서 현재 국회에 제출되어 있는 신문법개정안이나 언론중재법개정안, 검색서비스사업자법안들은 기본전제에서 잘못된 출발을 하고 있으며, 그 내용도 저작권법의 문제 내지 포털과 언론사간의 뉴스이용허락계약의 문제로 해결되어야 할 것들을 공법적 측면에서 규제하고 있다는 점에서, 그리고 정보매개자로서의 포털에 대해서 뉴스유통과 관련된 법적 책임을 너무 과도하게 부과하고 있다는 점에서 문제가 많다는 것을 지적하였다.
