This paper presents the optimization steps with weight and importance of estimated characteristic values in the multiresponse surface analysis(MRA). The research introduces the shape parameter of individual desirability function for relaxation and tighening of specification bounds. The study also proposes the combinded desirability function using arithmetic, geometric and harmonic means considering the measurement unit and numerical pattern.
Mahalanobis Taguchi-System (MTS) has been used in different diagnostic applications to make quantitative decisions by constructing a multivariate system using data analytic methods without any assumption regarding statistical distribution. MTS performs Taguchi's fractional factorial design based on the Mahahlanobis distance as a performance metric. In this study, MTS used for analyzing automotive ride satisfaction, which measured as a CSR(Customer Satisfaction Rating). The automobile which has a good CSR score treated as a normal group for constructing Mahalanobis space. The results of this research show that two attribute (Impact Hardness and Memory Shake) have a minus gain value and can be removed from further analysis. With the linear regression model, the difference of CSR between using all 6 attributes and just using significant 4 attributes compared.
In this paper, we propose development of new products including the proposed process of at the customer's requirements. The success of new product development depends on customer satisfaction in the marketplace. Existing product development process, including the customer's interest was weak. In this paper, we propose development of new products which include Kano's attractive quality factor method and Timko's customer satisfaction index method. Also we verified new medical treatment of incontinence-nency which is applied to the proposed process.
This study is to present a female high school summer blouse with high movement functionality and satisfying appearance, surveyed the students for their understanding of summer blouse. Experimental study’s research method was questionnaire survey. By using questionnaires, the satisfaction and comfort of each region of the current worn summer blouse was analyzed. The results of this research are as follows. After surveying 371 high school students in the Daejeon region on the currently worn summer blouse comfort levels, 48.4% showed dissatisfaction about the width of the sleeves and the armpits and over 93% wanted the use of elastic materials as an alternative. After investigating the summer blouses’ mending state, 41% of students that mending their clothes chose the alternation of reducing the overall silhouette of the blouse in all areas. This reflects the female high school students’ mentality that thin body shape is the ideal.
School dietitians are divided into two groups according to their status of employment, school nutrition teachers and dietitians, with the latter being irregularly employed by the institution. In this study, the job satisfaction, communication ability, work performance and importance in feeding services and dietetic counseling of both groups were compared. To accomplish this, 100 regularly employed school nutrition teachers (regularly employed) and 101 dietitians (irregularly employed) were surveyed by questionnaire. The results were as follows: (1) The irregularly employed dietitians showed a lower level of job satisfaction than the school nutrition teachers. This was likely because the school nutrition teachers belonged to the strong inner circle of school teachers and cafeteria workers, and had enough time to prepare for class lectures and consultancy. Conversely, the irregularly employed dietitians generally handle extra office work in addition to their primary duties. Despite these differences, both parties agreed that it was necessary to change the work system. Additionally, school dietitians reported that they had little opportunity for further training for career development. (2) Both parties had good communication skills; however, the irregularly employed dietitians had more conflicts with other staff members than the regular employees. (3) Job performance and job importance level was compared among employees involved in school feeding services and nutrition counseling. No significant differences were observed between dietitians and nutrition teachers in either group (p<0.05). However, the school nutrition teachers showed better skills than school dietitian with respect to public relations, running independent counseling offices, and using effective tools and materials. Job performance level was lower when compared to job importance level for all items, which meant the job was not well performed when compared to the work importance awareness.
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of 6 Sigma on menu management, work commitment and quality in the culinary division of hotels and family restaurants. In addition, this study sought to identify the effects of menu management, work commitment and quality performance on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the relationship between menu management and culinary quality was evaluated here. The subjects evaluated in this study were employees of culinary division of hotels and family restaurants that implemented or were about to adopt the 6 Sigma program. A total of 385 questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis, a reliability test, and covariance structural analysis. The results revealed that the 6 Sigma program influenced menu management, work commitment and culinary quality. Moreover, menu management, work commitment and culinary quality performance were found to impact customer satisfaction and culinary quality performance. Based on these findings, culinary divisions of hotels and family restaurants should incorporate the 6 Sigma program as soon as possible. To implement this program, faultless data for the 6 Sigma program should be collected using sufficient preparation procedures. After the data were collected, a task force team should be developed, experts should be cultivated and employees should be trained as necessary. Finally, the current level of product and services should be measured and reported to all employees in the culinary division and a challenge spirit should be brought with understanding for the reason for implementation of the 6 Sigma program. In implementing the 6 Sigma program, the leadership of the top manager and the head of the culinary division is very important.
This study was conducted to provide basic data and insight into behaviors that result in increased continuous sales and competitiveness. This was done by examining the effect of personal involvement on customer satisfaction and trust, the effect of customer satisfaction on switching cost and loyalty, the effect of trust on switching cost and loyalty and by analyzing the indirect effect of trust and loyalty to personal involvement on switching cost and loyalty of the patrons of casual dining restaurants. In order to achieve the goals of the study, a hypothesis and structural equation were proposed based on preceding research and the proposed model was analyzed using LISREL 8.30 to prove the hypothesis and better understand the interactions between the cause and effect. The results were as follows: Six proposed hypothesis were chosen and the indirect effect was verified. In other words, customers' personal involvement was shown to have an effect on trust and devotion and satisfaction influenced switching cost and loyalty. Trust had an effect on switching cost and loyalty and by analyzing the indirect effect the customers' personal involvement was shown to affect the switching cost and loyalty through satisfaction and trust. The result of this analysis provides clues to better understand the eating-out behavior of customers and proves that personal involvement, satisfaction, trust, switching cost and loyalty are directly and indirectly related.
본 연구는 금강 철새도래지 생태관광객의 인구통계적인 특성별로 만족도의 차이를 규명하고, 관광객의 만족에 영향을 미치는 결정요인 및 만족도 예측모형을 도출함으로써, 바람직한 생태관광지 관리를 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 연령층과 학력수준에 따라 관광객 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 모든 생태관광지 만족도 요인들이 종합적 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 특히 '지식 정보성' 요인과 '체험성' 요인의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 생태관광객 만족도의 극대화를 위해, 관광객의 연령층과 학력수준에 따른 개별 집단의 수요 특성 및 만족도 수준을 고려한 기초조사가 선행되어야 하고, 이를 바탕으로 생태관광 세분시장에 대한 차별적이고 구체적인 생태관광 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안을 모색해야 한다. 또한 관광객의 지적인 요구수준을 충족할 수 있도록 생태학습 및 자연체험 등 교육적으로 유익하고 학습 지향적인 다양한 생태체험프로그램과 생태탐방코스를 더욱 확충해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

이 연구는 범죄자를 대상으로 특수한 작업환경에서 직무를 수행해야하는 교정공무원과 경찰공무원을 대상으로 Maslow의 욕구단계이론을 토대로 직무만족도를 비교 분석해 보고, 그 결과를 토대로 정책적 제언을 강구하는데 목적을 두었다. 조사결과 경찰공무원은 교정공무원 보다 직무에 대한 안전성, 존중감, 성취감을 더 많이 느끼는데 반해, 교정공무원은 경찰공무원 보다 직무에 대한 안 정성 및 소속감 영역에서 세부항목에서만 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타나, 전반적 으로 교정공무원이 경찰공무원보다 직무만족도가 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 정책적 제언을 강구하였다. 첫째, 교정공무원의 직무에 대한 안전성을 높이기 위해서 계구사용에 관한 합리적인 기준이 보다 명확하게 법률상 규정되어야 하고, 수용자들을 제어할 수 있도록 가석방 심의에 교정공무원의 평가가 직접적으로 영향을 끼칠 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그리고 경찰에게 실시하고 있는 직무환경 특성을 반영한 차별화된 '맞춤형 복지 제도'를 교정환경에도 적용시킬 수 있도록 해야 한다. 둘째, 교정공무원의 존중 감을 높이기 위해 교정행정 역시 경찰에서 시행하고 있는 다양한 홍보시스템 구 축 및 뉴미디어 활용 등의 전략적인 홍보활동이 필요하다. 셋째, 교정공무원의 성취감 향상을 위하여 교정공무원 개인에게 필요한 다양한 교육훈련 프로그램 개발해야한다. 더불어 현재 실시하고 있는 장․단기 해외연수 프로그램을 확 대․실시하여 보다 선진적인 교정제도를 우리 실정에 맞게 도입함으로써, 교정 행정의 선진화를 이룰 수 있도록 해야 한다.

만주족은 중국 동북지방의 주요 소수민족 중의 하나였지만, 청나라 후반기부터 그 민족의 고유 언어나 문화가 점차 한족화(汉化)되면서 만주족 문화 고유의 특징이 점차 소멸되어 갔다. 현재 중국에 계승되고 있는 만주족 가요(歌谣)는 대부분 한어(汉语)로 작성되고 한어의 문법과 음운(音韵) 체계에 맞추어져 있다. 하지만 한어화 된 만주족 가요는 특 징적인 만주어 어휘와 그 만주 민속문화를 담고 있기 때문에 한족의 가 요와 쉽게 구별될 수 있다. 본 논문은 현재까지 그런 특징을 가지고 계승되어 있는 여러 만주족 가요 중 대표적인 26개의 가요(동요, 자장가, 情歌, 생활풍습 가요 등)를 분석하여 가요 속에 있는 만주어 요소(要素) 및 역사, 민속 문화 등을 연구하였다.
This study was conducted to develop the unique native local foods of Namwon and to provide basic data needed to reinvigoratethe tourist industry and local economy. Perception and satisfaction with native local foods of Namwon were surveyed in 483 tourists (246 men and 237 women 53% visiting Namwon for the first time). Of the participants, 41.2% did not stay or eat in Namwon. Most tourists visited with other family members and spent approximately 20,000 won per capita on food. Of the foods sampled for the first time, preferred foods were (in order of preference and intention to order again) Chueo-tang, Hanjeongsik, wild edible greens-jeongsik, and black pork. The degree of food satisfaction was relatively favorable (3.54±0.08 points on a 5-point satisfaction scale), with taste being the most important factor affecting the degree of satisfaction for 92.9% of the subjects. However, willingness to revisit Namwon on the basis of the local foods was not as high as the degree of satisfaction with the foods. Insufficient information and publicity concerning Namwon local foods were cited as impediments, and suggested improvements included taste, sanitation and food-based tourism. The degree of satisfaction was higher in men than in women. Age, residence, and occupation were not related to the degree of satisfaction. But, the willingness to revisit Namwon to sample local foods was related with gender (men more willing) and occupation (public service personnel, business owners, salaried employees, professionals, and housewives more willing, in order). Women in general and housewives in particular were most critical in food assessment.
목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 임상작업치료사들의 임파워먼트, 직무특성, 직무몰입 그리고 직무만족의 특성과 상호 관계성을 알아보기 위한 것이다.
연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 경력 1년 이상의 작업치료사 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구는 4개의 부분으로 총 60문항으로 구성된 설문지(대상자의 일반적 특성 13문항, 임파워먼트 12문항, 직무만족 20문항, 조직몰입 15문항)를 이용하여 수집된 임상 작업치료사의 특성별 임파워먼트의 차이, 그리고 임파워먼트와 직무만족, 조직몰입과의 상관관계를 분석하였다.
결과 : 작업치료사의 임파워먼트 정도는 59.24였고 임파워먼트 요소로서는 의미성이 가장 크게 나타났다. 임파워먼트의 차이는 성별, 교육수준, 근무형태, 총 근무경력에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 작업치료사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입은 임파워먼트와 양의 상관관계를 보여 임상작업치료사의 임파워먼트가 증가할수록 직무만족과 조직몰입은 커지는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05).
결론 : 본 연구의 결과는 임상 작업치료사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족 및 조직몰입과 관계되며, 이는 일부 개인적인 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 작업치료사의 직무 관련 스트레스와 만족도 뿐만 아니라 의료 서비스 향상 전략을 연구하는데 있어서의 기초자료로 도움이 될 것이다.
