MMORPG에서 플레이어는 캐릭터를 통해 영웅 서사를 경험한다. 피로도 시스템은 플레이어의 플레이 시간을 시스 템적으로 제한하는 장치로, 이러한 제한은 플레이어의 행위와 게임 서사에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 이에 본 연구는 우선 피로도 시스템의 개념적 정의를 내리고 그 유형과 특징을 분석한 후, 궁극적으로 피로도 시스템이 게임 내 영웅 서사와 플레이어 경험에 어떠한 변화를 가져오는지를 구조주의 서사 이론에 입각해 분석했다. 캐릭터의 능력에 제한 을 가하는 피로도 시스템은 플레이어로 하여금 ‘상위모방’ 이상의 영웅 서사를 진행하는 지위에서 ‘하위모방’으로 내 려앉기를 하도록 유도한다. 때문에 일탈과 영웅 서사에 대한 플레이어의 욕망이 무화(無化)된다.

This study carried out the investigation about the actual conditions of the management, disaster analysis and safety awareness on excavator in one of construction equipment and tried to make it's preventive measures. To achieve this, first of all, the accident of the internal Construction Industry process Investigation and Analysis, and then analyze an cause of accident based on it. Next, For the conditions of safety management conduct a survey to Investigation and Analysis and Propose preventive measures. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1st, Status of safety awareness and management of construction equipment tend to seek quickly and easily for the interests of sight. 2nd, Half the precincts of the equipment is causing major disaster. 3rd, The risk of excavator operation's indicators and drivers is so much potential. 4th, The preventive measures are needed for strengthening safety education, professional legal education, changes in safety awareness, the development of prevention system.

오늘날 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 많은 문화산업의 부가가치 창출 사례를 볼 때 문화콘텐츠와 디지털 스토리텔링의 중 요성은 높아지고 있다. 우리나라의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 OSMU의 가능성을 높이기 위해서는 OSMU가 잘 이루어지고 있 는 다른 나라의 사례 분석을 통해 적절한 활용 방안을 마련해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 게임의 세계관에 많이 활용되는 북유럽 신화와 신화를 반영한 컴퓨터게임 ‘RING'의 분석을 통해 우리나라 문화콘텐츠의 발전가능성을 모색해보고자 한다.

This study is aimed at proposing the national policy for medical device control system in Korea as deeply analysed the present status of the system. On 1979, Korean government had started to inspect 24 kinds of the medical devices such as X-ray diagnostic equipments, medical sterilizer and etc. mostly imported from advanced countries which USA, Germany and Japan for the first time according to the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. However medical devices were becoming consideration as an important partner of diagnosis, curing and alleviation of diseases by medical doctors and also much important keeping the health at home. Furthermore medical devices industry can be designated as a national growth engine industry. So it is necessary not only to harmonize to international standards but also the harmonization of the system including pre-market application and post-market surveillance, is strongly needed by the Korea Food and Drugs Administration(KFDA).

게임 산업은 타 산업에 비해 짧은 시간에 여러 플랫폼 및 장르를 중심으로 고도의 성장을 하고 있다. 주요 게임 개 발사들은 미국과 유럽, 아시아에 위치하고 있으며 현재의 위치에 만족하지 않고 명실상부한 세계 게임 산업의 강자로 도약하기 위해서 노력을 하고 있다. 그 과정에서 최근 주목을 받고 있는 부분이 기능성게임이다. 기능성게임은 교육용, 스포츠, 헬스, 의료용 등을 중심 으로 빠르게 시장을 형성하고 있는 새로운 게임의 장르로서 그 성장 가능성은 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 기능 성게임 시장에서 주도적인 역할을 하기 위해서는 현재와 같은 시장 형성기에 기술 경쟁력을 기반으로 선도적 위치를 선점하는 것이 매우 중요하고 이를 위해서 필요한 필수적인 요소 기술에 대한 R&D가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 는 기능성게임 분야별 인터뷰 및 설문 등의 조사 분석 방법을 통해 기능성게임의 분야별 R&D 핵심 기술을 제시하고 자 한다.

In this research, the welding experiment was carried out with both the steel materials (SS400+SS400, SUS304+SUS304) and the different steel materials (SS400+ SUS304), where SS400 is a general structural rolled steel material and SUS304 is a cold strip stainless steel sheet. The average of yield point of a SS400 experimental piece was the most highest point with 2015.54 N/m2. Although welding defects were not found with the naked eye, it was sure that there were some wilding defects because there were no stress against load through experiments. The rate of yield point of experimental piece A, experimental piece B and experimental piece C was respectively 1.7mm, 1.3mm and 2.6mm. The rate of breakdown was respectively 39.77mm, 17.97mm and 2.6mm. So considering price and efficiency with use condition is very important. SS400 and SUS304 will be profited from considering price and mechanical property with use condition.

기능성 게임은 게임의 재미 요소를 적용하여 게임을 하는 대상에게 특별한 목적을 효율적으로 전달하는 게임으로 사회적, 문화적으로 요구되는 해당주제의 필요성이 반영되어 개발 되고 있다. 기능성 게임 분야는 세계적으로 교육, 치료, 홍보, 훈련, 모금 등 다양한 목적으로 폭넓게 제작되었고, 이미 제작된 기능성 게임들을 분석하면 ‘목적’과 ‘재 미’로 크게 분류 할 수 있고, 이 분석에 따르면 목적을 전달하기 위한 요소로는 서사, 정보, 임무, 경험, 성장, 선택, 훈 련, 커뮤니티로 분류되고, 기능성 게임의 재미는 미적재미, 플레이 재미, 체험의 재미로 분류된다. 분류된 재미는 게임 에서 스토리, 배경, 캐릭터, 효과 음악, 성장, 퀘스트 등 다양한 재미요소가 적용되어 제작된다. 본 논문은 1단계에는 기존의 개발 되었던 기능성 게임을 단계별로 ‘목적성’과 ‘재미성’으로 분석하고, 2단계에서는 각각의 요소들을 정리하 여 기능성 게임개발과정에 적용방안을 모색하고. 3단계에서는 목적요소와 재미요소의 상관관계 특징을 연구하여 게이 머의 게임 플레이 시간에 따른 설계 방법과 특징을 제안하여 향후 기능성 게임의 효율적인 제작과 개발에 기여한다.

중·저준위 방사성폐기물의 처분/폐쇄 이후 기체 발생특성을 실질적으로 평가하고, 이를 이용하여 발생기체의 종합관리방안을 수립하기 위해서는 실제 처분환경 및 특성을 고려한 장기간의 실증실험이 반드시 필요하다. 이와 관련하여, 국내에서는 월성원자력환경관리센터의 1단계 10만 드럼 처분에 대한 건설 및 운영허가 후속조치의 일환으로 현장부지에 기체발생 실증실험시설이 설치/운영될 예정이다. 이에 대한 기초자료를 확보하기 위해, 세계 각국에서 다양한 방법으로 수행된 기체 발생 관련실험에 대한 제반사항을 면밀히 검토하였다. 그 결과 우리나라와 처분방식이 동일하며, 실제 폐기물 포장드럼 및 기본 처분단위를 이용하여 대규모로 수행된 핀란드의 기체 발생 실험자료를 국내 실증실험에 대한 유용한 벤치마크로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

고준위방사성폐기물에서 유출되어 나오는 아이오딘의 이동을 저지하기 위하여 은을 흡착시킨 벤토나이 트 블록에 NaI 용액을 흘려주었을 때 대부분의 아이오딘이 흡착되었다. 이 은이온에 의한 아이오딘의 저지 메커니즘을 상세히 조사하기 위하여 아이오딘과 접촉하기 전후의 은이 흡착된 벤토나이트의 X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure (XANES)와 Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure (EXAFS) 스펙트 럼과 표준물질로서 AgO, Ag2O, AgI의 스펙트럼을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 벤토나이트에 흡착되었던 은이 떨 어져 나와 AgI 침전 클러스터를 형성함으로서 아이오딘의 이동이 지연되는 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 포스트텐션 콘크리트 포장(PTCP: Post-Tensioned Concrete Pavement)에 고속축중계(WIM: Weigh-in-Motion)를 설치한 포장 시스템의 거동을 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. PTCP는 일차로 폭으로 기존의 아스팔트 포장을 절삭하여 제거한 후에 시공되었다. PTCP는 슬래브의 연장이 길기 때문에 긴장을 통해 프리스트레스를 적절히 작용시키기 위해서는 슬래브와 하부층과의 마찰이 적어야 하며 이러한 영향을 시험시공을 통해 우선적으로 분석하였으며, 환경하중에 따른 슬래브의 종방향 거동도 분석하였다. 시험시공을 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 공용중인 도로에 WIM 센서를 설치한 PTCP를 시공하였으며 이러한 포장체가 환경하중을 받을 때의 컬링 거동을 측정하여 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 PTCP 슬래브 상부의 일부를 절삭하여 WIM 센서를 설치하더라도 PTCP의 거동은 이에 영향을 받지 않는 것을 알 수 있었으며, WIM 센서의 정밀 측정에 부합되는 PTCP 시스템을 시공할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.

본 연구는 충북도내 도심부/도시외곽부/지방부 신호교차로에서의 신호위반에 관한 것이다. 연구의 목적은 신호위반과 다양한 인적, 차량 및 도로환경요인의 관계를 이해하고자 함에 있다. 본 연구의 기술통계와 로지스틱 분석을 위해서 SPSS 12.0을 이용하였다. 분석된 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신호위반은 도시외곽부보다는 지방부와 도심부에서 많이 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 신호위반 운전자의 81.1%가 제한속도 이하로 주행하였으며, 77.3%는 적색등화후 2.0초 이내에 교차로에 진입하다 단속되었다. 마지막으로, 로지스틱 회귀분석에 의해 통계적으로 유의한 모형식이 개발 되었다(chi-square=0.000, McFadde=0.265). 개발된 모형의 독립변수로는 지역(도심부/도시외곽부/지방부), 운전자 성별, 계절, 차종, 주야간, 주행속도를 포함하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신호위반 운전자의 연령과 신호교차로 접근부에서의 운전행태 간의 밀접한 관련성은 발견하지 못하였다.

본 연구는 집박쥐의 비번식기 행동권을 분석하기 위하여 경상북도 경주시의 집박쥐 주간 휴식장소를 대상으로 수행하였다. 박쥐의 포획은 새끼의 출산이 이루어지기 이전인 2009년 5월 4, 10, 18일에 하였으며, 암, 수 각각 3개체씩 총 6개체를 이용하였다. 행동권 분석을 위한 원격무선추적은 발신기(LTM Single Stage Radio Transmitter, 0.38g), 수신기(R2000 ATS receiver, Advanced Telemetry Systems, Inc., Isanti, MN), Yagi 안테나(Three element Yagi antenna) 및 차량용 안테나(Roof mounted antenna)를 이용하였으며, 분석에는 ArcGIS 3.3 (ESRI Inc.) Animal Movement Extension 2.0을 이용하였다. 집박쥐의 행동권 분석결과 평균 행동권은 14.46±3.44ha로 조사되었으며, 암컷은 16.83±1.96ha 그리고 수컷은 12.08±2.96ha의 행동권을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 암컷과 수컷의 행동권에서 평균적으로 암컷이 더 큰 행동권을 보이는 결과를 나타내었으나, 통계적으로 유의적인 차이는 확인되지 않았다(t=2.32, p〉0.05). 또한 각각의 위치정보를 기준으로 주간 휴식지에서의 최대 이동 거리는 평균 468.73±94.38m 로 나타났으며, 암컷(422.73±10.38m)과 수컷(514.74±125.74m)간의 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다(t=-1.26, p〉0.05).

Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are known to promote osteogenesis, and clinical trials are currently underway evaluating the ability of BMPs to promote bone formation in grafting procedures and fracture healing. Some studies, have independently reported that sulfated polysaccharides particularly heparin, enhance the osteoblastic differentiation induced by BMPs in vitro, and another study demonstrated that heparin enhanced the bone formation induced by BMP‐2 in vivo. This study was performed to examine adipose stem cell responses to rhBMP‐2 alone and rhBMP‐2 with heparin at 0.25, and 25 μg/㎖ concentrations, respectively, in culture media. Adipose stem cells were cultured for 2, 4, and 8 days toward the osteoblastic differentiation in rhBMP‐2 alone and rhBMP‐2 with heparin at 0.25, and 25 μg/㎖ concentrations, respectively, in culture media. Verification of the stem cell lineage was performed in two ways. The first method was a continuous sequential culture until 5th generation. The second method was using monoclonal antibodies for STRO‐1 and CD 90. Naphthol AS phosphate‐fast blue BB staining for alkaline phosphatase was used for verifying osteoblastic differentiation because Alkaline phosphatase activity had been used as an osteoblastic differentiation marker and degree of osteoblastic activity. Alizarin red staining was also used as an osteoblastic differentiation marker because it quantifies the calcium levels in cells or tissues. During the 5th generation culture, cultured cells actively proliferated, and these cultured cells showed a positive reaction to STRO‐1 and CD90 cell surface molecules. Naphthol AS phosphate‐fast blue BB staining and Alizarin red staining were positive in most samples of each group at 2, and 4 days and positive reaction was proportioned to degree of morphological differentiation. In the concentration of 25 μg/ml of heparin, the ALP activity was highest at the 2nd day in the culture, and then the activities of ALP were decreased significantly at 4, and 8 days. The ALP activity was greatest at the 4th day of the culture, and then decreased significantly at the 8th day in 0 μ g/ml and 0.25 μg/ml of heparin concentrations, Adipose stem cells could be differentiated in rhBMP‐2 in culture media, and the addition of heparin to BMP‐2 promoted differentiation of osteoblasts. Moreover, morphological differentiation was associated with the activity of osteoblasts. This study was shown that, when heparin concentration increases, the early differentiation of the cells was brought about, but the early differentiated cells were rapidly progressed to degenerative changes

Human gingival fibroblasts (hGFs) were reported to play an important role in inflammatory reactions to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from P.gingivalis in the periodontal connective tissue. Although the biostimulatory effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, such as anti-inflammatory activity, have been reported, the pathological mechanism is not completely understood. This study examined the changes in the inflammatory cytokine profiles, which are produced after exposure to hyperbaric oxygen in P.gingivalis LPS-treated human gingival fibroblasts, and subsequently to examine the mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway involved in cytokine production. Gingival fibroblasts with or without P.gingivalis LPS were exposed to hyperbaric oxygen, and the cytokine profiles in the supernatant were observed using a human inflammation antibody array. The expression of cyclooxyginase-2 (COX-2) protein, phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK1/2), p38, and c-Jun-N-terminal kinase (JNK) MAPK by western blot analysis, and the amount of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the supernatant by an enzyme-linked immunoassay were determined. COX-2 protein expression and PGE2productionwereincreasedsignificantlyintheP. gingivalis LPS-treated group, and were decreased by treating P. gingivalis LPS with hyperbaric oxygen. Treatment of P. gingivalis LPS in the gingival fibroblasts led an increase in the amount of pro-inflammatory-related cytokines interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-8 released, whereas hyperbaric oxygen inhibits the irrelease. Ananalysis of the MAPK signal transduction showed that hyperbaric oxygen induced a significant decrease in the level of P38 phosphorylation regardless of the presence or absence of LPS. In addition, hyperbaric oxygen promoted JNK phosphorylation, significantly in the presence of LPS. Hyperbaric oxygen can inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokines and mediate the MAPK signal pathway, and appears to be useful as an anti-inflammatory tool.

本文为了探讨新HSK的教学理念, 对《国际汉语能力标准》与《欧洲共 同参照标准》进行了比较分析。通过分析，我们得到了以下的结果： 第一、这两种标准在制定原则与制定目的上具有同一性质，就是一种制 定教学大纲、编写教材和测试学习者语言能力的综合性参照标准，同时是以 交际语言能力理论为指导,　注重语言的实际运用的语言标准。 第二、这两种标准在框架与等级划分方面却有不同，这表明《国际汉语 能力标准》一方面吸收了《欧洲共同参照标准》的基本理念，另一方面还继承了《汉语水平等级标准》的等级标准。 新HSK在教学理念上直接受到《国际汉语能力标准》与《欧洲共同参 照标准》的影响，而且与《欧洲共同参照标准》一样分为六个等级，而形成 了与《欧洲共同参照标准》相似的面貌。那么，新HSK为什么在很大程度 上借鉴了《欧洲共同参照标准》？这可能是与国际汉语推广有关系。为了实 现国际汉语推广，首先要解决教学课程与能力标准的不一致问题。《欧洲共 同参照标准》是已在欧洲各国普遍采取的国际语言能力标准，所以与它接轨 的话，就能确保国际通用性。我们认为新HSK是在这样的背景下开发出来 的。

The purpose of the study was to examine concept of subculture and style of subculture by each age and to analyze internal meaning of hairstyle in subculture. The study carried out literary review on the basis of books related to subculture and hairstyle focused on the cradle of subculture and preceding researches of subculture style, and strived to find internal meaning of hairstyle by describing in-depth descriptive methods of qualitative research. And the study limited its range in the hairstyle in style of subculture from 1930s to early 1990s commonly described in subculture related books. As a result, there were natural pattern, cutting pattern, exaggerated pattern, set pattern, braid pattern, color pattern and addition pattern in types of hairstyle in subculture. The hairstyle in subculture symbolizes their internal value and ideology and hairstyle is a kind of language to express identity of subculture.
