        Thanks to both developments in various media such as the internet and TV and China's economic growth, the fashion market in China has gain a lot of attention by global businesses as a newly-raised spending market. Fashion companies in Korea have entered into the china since the late 1990s. For them to get competitive edges, they have to differentiate their brand by creating new design based on the culture becoming mega-trend in fashion market. So in this research, I try to create fashion designs based on Hallyu Stars' fashion styles and images, who come on as a new culture code in China and other Asian. For this, I conducted theological consideration on what the Hallyu is, and looked into fashion styles in soft dramas which 5 Hallyu Stars started in and street fashion in Shanghai in China. Based on the outcomes of analysis, I figured out those star's fashion style and created products targeting young generation born after 1980s in China. The conclusion of this study is as follows. Firstly, the very definition of Hallyu which can be described as a phenomenon in which Korean movies, soap operas, and pop music have become immensely popular throughout Asia—has been expanding to signify the proliferation of Korean culture as a whole. Secondly, having selected the 5 female stars representing Hallyu, we were able to analyze and categorize their fashion styles on the basis of their music videos, movies, and soap-operas. Thirdly, In order to explore the level of influence of Hallyu fashion industry, we studied the street fashion of Shanghai The result was that we could observe both the slim and feminine cool casual style and the cute and affectionate pretty casual style simultaneously.

        The objective of this study was to produce muffins with added dukeum ramie leaf powder and to compare them to a control. We used two different optimal composition ratios to produce muffins. The physical and sensory characters were varied by changing the ratio of dukeum ramie leaf powder, butter, and sugar to identify a critical value using response surface regression analysis. The ranges for the added dukeum ramie leaf powder, sugar, and butter were 15-35, 60-100, and 60-100 g, respectively. Muffins with added dukeum ramie leaves had comparable mineral and antioxidant vitamin compositions to those of dried ramie leaves. Muffins with added dukeum ramie leaf powder satisfied the suitability of the model, showing a p-value within 5% of significance level (p<0.05) for every aspect Volume and height differed without any association to ingredients. Lightness increased when less dukeum ramie leaf powder was added with more butter and sugar, redness increased when more dukeum ramie leaf powder and sugar were added with 70-80 g of butter, whereas yellowness increased when less dukeum ramie powder was added. Texture and toughness increased when less dukeum ramie leaf powder was added. The degree of gumminess and chewiness depended hugely on the amount of sugar. Cohesiveness, decreased with more dukeum ramie leaf powder and butter, whereas hardness increased with a medium range of ingredients. Sensory character increased with less dukeum ramie powder, and overall quality increased with more butter and sugar, but depended on the amount of added dukeum ramie power. The critical values from the sensory characteristics showed that 27 g of dukeum ramie powder, 72 g of sugar, and 86 g of butter was optimum.

        이 연구에서는 과학 논문 레지스터를 분석하여 지구과학 논문의 언어 특성을 탐색하였다. 연구 자료로 지질과학, 대기과학, 해양과학의 한국어 논문 1편씩을 선정하였다. 지구과학 논문 레지스터의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주제부와 설명부 간의 의미적, 지시적 연결이 체계적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 이를 통해 텍스트가 제시하려는 메시지와 요점이 통일적으로 응집력 있게 제시되었다. 둘째, 각 텍스트의 장르 요소에 따라 연역적 추론 또는 귀추적 추론 관계 및 인과 관계를 나타내는 술어들이 사용되었으며, 논리적 관계는 접속어구보다는 술어의 유형을 통해 표현되었다. 셋째, 대부분의 논문 텍스트에서 가능성을 나타내는 인식적 술어를 사용하여 과학자들의 해석과 설명 및 주장을 간접적으로 표현하는 약한 상호관계를 형성하였다. 연구 결과를 근거로 학생들이 과학 학습 과정에서 과학 텍스트에 대한 문해 능력을 높이고, 과학자들의 지식 구성 방식을 이해하기 위해서는 과학 글에서 각 문장을 구성하는 주제부와 설명부의 연결 관계를 파악하고, 술어의 유형에 따라 논리적 관계를 조사하는 과학 언어 풀어내기 활동이 과학 교육과정에 포함되어야 함을 논의하였다.

        경기도 의왕시 포일동의 후기 플라이스토세 퇴적층에 대한 화분분석 결과, 초본류 및 양치식물로 이루어진 저층의 발달과 함께 침엽수-낙엽성 활엽수 혼효림이 분포했던 것으로 나타났다. 기후조건을 반영하는 식생조성의 변화가 인지되는데, 약 43,100년 전-41,900년 전 시기에는 오늘날보다 다소 추운 한랭한 온대 기후하에서 초지식생을 수반한 침엽수-낙엽성 활엽수 혼효림이 발달하였다. 약 41,900년 전-41,200년 전 동안에는 양치식물 저층의 발달과 함께 침엽수-낙엽성 활엽수 혼효림 내에서의 아한대성 침엽수의 감소와 온대성 낙엽 활엽수의 증가가 나타나는데 이는 기후조건의 온난화를 지시한다. 약 41,200년 전-39,700년 전 시기에는 기후 한랭화에 따른 아한대성 침엽수의 증가와 식생밀도의 감소가 나타난다.

        This study attempted to estimate the dietary quality and the food diversity by analyzing the military foodservice menu. To evaluate the dietary quality, an analysis of NAR(Nutrient Adequacy Ratio) and MAR(Mean Adequacy Ratio) were carried out. DDS(Dietary Diversity Score), DVS(Dietary Variety Score) and DMGFV(Dairy Product, Meat, grain, Fruit, Vegetable group) were used for assessment of food diversity. A Can-pro 3.0 and an excel were used for dietary data analysis and SPSS 12.0 program was used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows. The NAR of the 9 nutrients was above the RDAs and MAR was 1.71±0.19. For 19 days(61.3%), DDS was 5 and for 12 days(38.7%), DDS was 4. The average of DDS was 4.6±0.25. The Fruit & vegetable groups were not often served compared to other groups and especially fresh fruit were not given enough. The average of DVS and DVSS were 22.48±0.61 and 29.26±0.66 each. The most frequent food pattern was ``DMGFV=11111`` which was served for 19 days(61.3%) and second frequent pattern ``DMGFV=11101`` was served for 12 days(38.7%). DDS was significantly associated with Vit. C intake and DVS and DVSS was significantly related to Vit. B1 and Vit. B2 intakes. The MAR was significantly correlated with only DVSS. It could be interpreted that DVSS is a useful parameter for evaluating nutrient intakes as previous studies verified. Based on these findings, it can be said that military foodservice was provided with adequate nutrition and diversity. Menu was well composed of various foods which met the nutrition standards, but should provide more fresh fruits for adequate provision of vitamins and minerals.

        The purposes of this study were to investigate the eating of breakfast by students, the perception of the school breakfast program(SBP), and the operational status of the SBP. The survey was administered to students, parents, and nutrition teachers at practiced and unpracticed middle and high schools in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The questionnaires were distributed to 46 school dietitians who practiced the SBP, 53 school dietitians who did not practiced the SBP, 2, 340 students and 1, 360 parents in July, 2007. Eating place and the frequency of breakfast were the significantly between the students of practiced and unpracticed schools. Students, parents, and nutrition teachers had positive perceptions and opinions of the SBP. The advantages of the SBP were the formation of regular dietary habits and saving time for breakfast, whereas complaint factors were menu duplication and taste. Therefore, the results suggest that unpracticed schools should refer to the SBPs case of practiced schools and make an efforts for efficient operation.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the dietary habits and food intake by age, based on the nutrition counseling data of medical health examination. The subjects were 5, 511 adults(3, 139 males and 2, 372 females) who took comprehensive medical test in Gyeonggi area, and they were evaluated from January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. Survey samples were divided by age groups: 30>, 30~39, 40~49, 50~59, 60~69, 70≤ years. The subjects were composed of 57% male and 43% female. The results showed that the dietary habits of ≥50 group were relatively good. On the other hand, in 30> yrs group had more dietary habit problems, they had irregular meals and the ratio of skipping breakfast was high. And they frequently had meals out. regularity of meals, eating breakfast was higher in ≥70 yrs groups than in other groups(p<0.001). frequency of overeating was higher in 30>, 30~39≥yrs groups than in other groups(p<0.001) and speed of eating meal were fast in 50~59 yrs groups than in other groups(p<0.01). For foods with high cholesterol and fat, it was shown that the older the subject, the fewer the frequency of consumption(p<0.001). For kimchi and salty foods, food intake showed a negative relationship with age(p<0.001), whereas for fresh vegetables and high-calcium fish, it showed a positive relationship(p<0.001). All in all, it was shown that as the people get older, their dietary habits tend to get more appropriate. In conclusion nutrition education based on their dietary habit by age should be taught, so that people have a healthy dietary habit and food intake for the rest of their life.

        In this research, we were prepared the glazed ceramic samples by the change of the pigment content and investigated to reveal the standardized color. The chemical composition of the pigment was analyzed using a ICP-OES. XRF mapping and UV-Vis spectroscopy were used to evaluate the color property and surface homogeneity. The color development was observed as a result of analyzing the pigment content and change of the color. The pigment content and the spectral reflection showed the relation of the inverse proportion and the standardized color which could be revealed through analysis data.

        The purposes of this study were to identify the evaluation categories, areas, attributes of the hospital food service and to define the relative importance of the evaluation categories, areas, attributes of the hospital food service using analytic hierarchy process. A survey was conducted from January 8th to 25th in 2007. Questionnaires were mailed to the 310 directors of dietetic departments of hospitals that included 160 primary hospitals, 107 secondary hospitals, and 43 tertiary hospitals. The result of the analytic hierarchy process indicated that relative importance of evaluation category was 0.5259 for food service management and 0.3407 for nutrition care. The food service management consisted of four subcategories, which are equipment standard, sanitation, production, and delivery service. Sanitation(relative importance: 0.2652) was the most important area among the subcategories and it was followed by equipment standard(0.2067), delivery service(0.1864) and production(0.1848). The nutrition care has two subcategories, menu management and meal management. The relative importance of menu management(0.4174) was higher than that of meal management(0.3555). The quality of food service and nutrition care to inpatients can be improved by the evaluation system based on appropriate applications of the developed evaluation indicators for hospital food service systems.

        We tried to establish the history of outbreaks and control methods of ‘hwangchung’ in Joseon Dynasty, uncovering the biological reality of the ‘hwangchung’ (called hwang or bihwang) analyzed through the Database program on ‘the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty’ and ‘the Enrollment of Haegoeje’, two of the finest examples of classical historical records. The total number of articles on the outbreak of the hwangchung is 261 in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty and 65 in the Enrollment of Haegoeje. There were four peaks by hwangchung throughout the Joseon Era. Among them, the periods of King Taejo to King Sejong had the highest incidence. By comparing the number of records of the hwangchung from the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty with that in the Enrollment of Haegoeje during the same period, results show the former was less than the latter, 35 vs 65. However, both records were relatively inconsistent with each other. Insect pests in forests as well as in agriculture were included in the biological identities of the hwangchung in the Joseon Dynasty periods, which is in accordance with those of Saigo’s. The taxonomic identity could be confirmed in only 25 cases (9.5%) among the articles on hwangchung. It largely coincided with Paik"s opinion: 11 in armyworm, nine in moth larva, one in rice stem borer, two in migratory locust, one in planthopper and one in rice-plant weevil. Therefore, it is not reasonable to regard hwangchung as a migratory locust or grasshopper only. The number of reports on the occurrence of hwangchung in the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty was 173 (66% of the total) and 47% of them were just simple reports, which means the report itself on the appearance of hwangchung was very significant. The reports on controlling insect pests were of low frequency, in 20% (34 cases) of the total reports, capturing insect pests or holding traditional ceremony called ‘Poje’. Among them, only one case related to the treatment of seeds to prevent the damage by hwangchung was published in the King Sejong period. There were 37 discussions about changes and management of government policies due to disasters by hwangchung. They were mostly about relief or tax cut to the people who suffered damage and about cancellation of recruiting people to military training, constructing castles, and so on. It seems that not only the people but also the king was influenced by the hwangchung. In the case of King Seongjong, he referred to the stress of the prevention measure of locusts in 10 articles. The damage also had an effect on abdication in the reign of King Jeongjong.

        본 연구는 우리나라의 화훼장식교육프로그램을 분석 하고 화훼장식가의 직업만족도를 분석하기 위하여 현직 화훼장식사 60명과 지망생 60명을 조사하여 분석하였다. 화훼장식가에 대한 만족도를 알아보기 위해 대상자가 경험한 직종 등에 대한 만족도, 관련 교육에 대한 내용, 사회적 인식도, 사회적 대우에 관한 문항으로 구성하였다. 직업선택 시 고려하는 사항, 일에 대한 관련전공자와 비 관련전공자의 만족도, 현재 직업에 대한 만족도, 교육기간 에 대한 만족도, 화훼장식사 능력에 대한 중요도, 직업의 발전요건에 대한 중요도에 대해서 분석하였다. 현직 화훼 장식가와 지망생이 직업선택 시 중요하게 고려하는 사항은 모두 원예적성 그리고 장래성으로 나타났고, 화훼장식사 들의 전공별에서는 화훼장식관련 전공자가 기타 전공자에 비해 만족도가 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이 는 없었다. 지망생들의 전공별 분석결과에서도 현직 화훼장식가와 마찬가지고 만족도는 화훼장식관련 전공자가 기타 전공자에 비해 높게 나타났다. 현직 화훼장식가와 지망생의 경력과 교육기간에 따라 만족도에 차이를 보면 화훼장식 관련 교육 또는 수업경험과 강사의 교수법에 대한 만족도는 경력이 적을수록 더욱 낮은 만족도를 보였 으며, 화훼장식 지망생의 교육기간에 따른 결과를 보면 일에 대한 만족도는 교육기간과 관계없이 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타났다. 현직 화훼장식가와 지망생의 전공에 따 라 능력에 대한 인식에 차이가 있는지를 살펴 본 결과는 현직 화훼장식가의 전공별 분석결과는 화훼부문과 장식 품제작부분에서 관련전공자가 기타 전공자에 비해 더 중 요하게 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 품질유지 부문, 화훼장식부문, 그리고 화훼유통 및 경영부분에서는 관련전공자와 기타 전공자의 중요도에 대한 인식에 있어 유의한 차이는 없었다. 지망생들의 전공별 분석결과를 보면 화훼부문, 화훼장식부문, 장식품제작, 화훼유통 및 경 영에서 관련전공자가 기타전공자에 비해 전반적으로 중 요도를 높게 평가하였다. 품질유지에 대한 중요도는 전 체적으로 관련전공자가 기타전공자에 비해 중요하게 생 각하고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 아니었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 화훼장식가로 활동을 하는 데 있 어서 화훼장식전공자가 비전공자들에 비해 직업에 대한 만족도가 높았으며 교육내용 중에서 원예관련 교육이 가 장 중요하다라고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 전문가적인 화훼장식가를 양성하기 위한 체계적이고 전문 적인 교육프로그램이 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 변화가 가속화되고 있는 시대에 화훼장식 교육문제를 해결하기 위해 이론과 실기가 통합된 체계적인 교육내용에 따른 과정이 필요한 것으로 생각한다.

        화훼디자인 분야에 있어서 색채의 중요성이 부각된 것은 오래 되었지만 전문적인 교육과 표준화 작업은 미흡한 실정이며, 화훼디자인 분야에서 큰 비중을 차지 하고 있는 웨딩부케도 이러한 문제점을 직시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인터플로라 세계월드컵대회의 출품작 중 웨딩부케의 색채이미지 분석을 통해 화훼디자인의 기초 자료로 활용하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 명도와 채도가 높은 색채를 선호하였고, 난색과 한색의 고른 분 포가 나타났다. 반면 파란색(Blue)의 사용은 없는 것으로 결과가 도출되어, 화색(花色) 중 파란색(Blue)을 띠는 식물의 희소성을 보여주는 결과라고 판단되었다. 색채 배색의 분석 결과 대륙별로 차이점을 보이고 있었다. 유럽의 웨딩부케는 한가지 색에 치중하지 않고 다양한 색채 배색이 나타난 반면, 아시아의 웨딩부케는 빨간색 (Red)계열이 나타났다. 본 연구에서 살펴본 결과 웨딩 부케의 색채이미지스케일은 12개의 대표이미지 중 8개의 이미지에 분포하였고, ‘맑은, 우아한, 점잖은, 모던한’의 4개의 이미지에는 나타나지 않았다.

        EC 기준 순환식 양액재배에서 식물의 양분 흡수와 배액율은 재사용 양액 내의 이온 비율과 농도에 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 파프리카(Capsicum annum L. 'Boogie')의 EC 기준 순환식 양액재배에서 시간과 배액율에 따른 이온 농도의 변화를 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 첫 번째 실험에서 수집된 배액을 EC 2.2dS·m-1로 조정하고 새로 조성한 양액과 혼합하여 재사용 하고 주기적으로 샘플링 하여 이온의 농도를 분석하였다. 두번째 실험은 7%, 16%, 39%, 51%의 배액율을 적용하고 배액과 배액을 원수로 희석하고 새로 조성한 양액과 혼합하였을 때의 EC 변화와 이온 농도를 분석하고 비교하였다. 재사용 양액에서의 K+ : Ca2+와 SO42- : NO3-와 같은 이온 간의 비율 변화를 조사하였다. 첫번째 실험에서의 이온 농도의 변화 범위는 각각 K+ 1.13, Ca2+ 5.35, Mg2+ 0.92, NO3- 0.9 SO42- 1.10, PO43- 0.19meq·L-1이었다. 이온 간의 비율 변화는 양이온에서는 주로 K+ : Ca2+을 중심으로 음이온에서는 NO3- : SO42-을 중심으로 나타났다. 두 번째 실험에서 배액율에 따른 배액의 배액율이 증가함에 따라 점차 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 배액 내 각 이온의 농도도 배액율의 증가에 따른 감소 경향을 보였다. 배액율에 따른 배액 내 이온 간의 비율 변화에는 차이가 없었다. 그러나 배액을 희석하고 새로 조성한 양액과 혼합함에 따라 교정 효과에 차이가 나타났다. 7% 의 배액율이 새 양액의 이온 비율에 가장 근접하였으며, 16%, 51% 39% 순으로 교정되었다. 교정에 따른 이온 비율 변화는 K+ : Ca2+와 NO3-와 PO43-를 중심으로 나타났다.

        Now days, the marketing environment is rapidly changed. Therefore, a lot of companies try to reduce production cost. Especially, Design is a important activities in new product development. While the concepts of design for manufacturable and concurrent engineering have made significant advances in integrating the design function with other areas in the firm. There are still major gaps in timely and accurate costing information available to designers. Inappropriate design could result in high redesign cost and delay in product relation. The generation of design and improvement is a time-consuming and mentally exhaustion process. It involves combining design features to generate as many potential design as possible. As not all features combinations are feasible, decision-makers have to narrow down the potential solutions and subsequently select appropriate design for further development. This new study is composed of 3 steps aiming at the Low Cost Design of the product. The three steps are consisted that setting up the target Cost, estimating the current functional cost, the design of a unit's reviewing according to the priority of the difference between the target cost and the functional cost.
