This study set out to compare and analyze the influences Kabbalah, which was Louis I. Kahn's faith as a Jew, on his architecture based on Freud's psychoanalysis that had many exchanges with modernism and contemporary architecture and the analytical psychology of Jung that affected Kahn in examining his architecture and theories. The specific goals of the study were to shed light to Kahn's presence in contemporary architecture anew and establish the methodology of using psychoanalysis in building new theories of architectural planning. When the theories of psychoanalysis were introduced for comparison and analysis purposes, Kahn tried to differentiate his buildings by placing a function or symbolic central space at the heart of a building even though he did adopt a characteristic of modernism architecture, which was placing a core at the centre of plan, for a while. Such a tendency of his was based on Jung's opinions rather than Freud's and affected by Ecole des Beaux-Art. The analysis results also indicate that he conceived "Served Space & Servant Space," "architecture of connection" and "silence and light" that made up the essence of his architectural theory from the relationships between Ayin-Sof, Kabbalah's absolute god, and Sefiroth. It's also very likely that his often use of triangles and circles in his architecture was affected by the Tree of Sefiroth diagram of Kabbalah. His tendency is well reflected in Salk Institute and Philips Exeter Academy Library, where he placed a laboratory or courtyard at the center where a core was supposed to be, created a corridor or courtyard space between those central spaces and the core, and connected them one another with circulation. Thus he succeeded in embodying the concept of Tree of Sefiroth with which to perceive the being of Ayin-Sof into an architectural space, which is well proven with Mikveh Israel Synagogue where he directly applied the Tree of Sefiroth diagram. The synagogue also contained a hollow column that served as an important concept in his late architecture. The hollow column was also the result of him applying the concept of Sefiroth to the place where Ayin-Sof was reduced in Kabbalah.

본 논문에서는 선행연구와 달리 냉장육 돼지고기와 냉동육 돼지고기에 대한 서로 다른 관세철폐 일정을 명시적으로 고려하여 한․미 FTA가 국내 돼지고기 시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 국산 돼지고기의 균형가격은 최소 2.69%에서 최대 15.96%까지 감소하고, 물량은 최소 1.35%에서 최대 5.6%까지 감소할 수 있는 것으로 시뮬레이션 된다. 또한 부위별로 보면 관세철폐 이행 이후 돼지고기의 도매가격은 kg당 최소 100원에서 최대 1300원까지 하락할 수 있는 것으로 분석된다. 이러한 분석결과는 한·EU의 협상결과나 DDA 협상 타결로 인한 다른 나라 돼지고기의 수입증가와 같은 돼지고기 시장의 다른 측면과 돼지고기가 타 육류와 가지는 대체관계 등은 고려하지 않은 것이기 때문에, 본 논문의 분석결과는 다른 모든 조건이 일정하다는 가정 하에 미국산 돼지고기의 수입가격이 하락한 상황이 가져오는 효과만을 분석했다는 전제하에 이해되어야 한다.

본 연구에서는 변전소 시스템의 지진취약도 분석을 수행하여 변전소에 대한 지진취약도 함수를 제시하였다. 변전소는 여러 개의 설비와 구조물이 복합적으로 구성되어 있는 시스템이므로 각 설비에 대한 지진취약도 분석을 수행하여 이를 바탕으로 고장수목을 작성하여 변전소 전체의 파괴확률을 산정함으로써 변전소에 대한 지진취약도 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 변전소의 현황을 파악하여 지진피해추정을 위한 변전소의 분류형식을 결정하였으며, 결정된 대표변전소 형식에 대한 평가대상 기기를 선정하였다. 대표 변전소 형식으로는 765kV, 345kV, 154kV 변전소의 GIS형 변전소로 결정하였다. 각 변전소의 취약도 검토대상 기기로는 변압기와 절연 애자를 선택하였다. 각 변전소의 변압기와 절연애자의 파괴모드와 파괴기준을 설정하여 지진취약도 곡선을 도출하였다. 최종적으로 변전소에 대한 고장수목을 이용하여 각 기기의 지진취약도 곡선으로부터 변전소 전체의 파괴확률을 산정하여 정의된 손상상태별 변전소의 지진취약도 함수를 산정하였다.

DNA sequencer는 template로 이용하는 DNA의 quality와 sequencing 반응 산물의 정제 방법, 그리고 gel 농도에 민감하다고 알려져 있다. 이에 우리는 plasmid DNA의 준비, 정제, sequencing 반응, gel 농도와 injection medium 등에 대한 최적 조건을 구축하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. Plasmid DNA 준비과정에서 phenol을 사용한 것 보다 chloroform을 사용한 것이 평균 reading length가 532 bp에서 684 bp로 향상 되었으며, 2.5% DMSO를 첨가한 것이 첨가하지 않은 것에 비해 200 bp 더 길게 염기서열 분석이 되었다. 또한, sequencing 반응산물 정제 시 50 mM EDTA와 0.6 M sodium acetate를 미리 섞어서 pH 8.0으로 맞춘 것을 사용한 것이 50 mM EDTA(pH 8.0)와 0.6 M sodium acetate(pH 5.2)를 각각 사용한 것 보다 20 bp 길게 염기서열 분석이 되었다. Injection medium으로는 실험실에서 resin으로 탈 이온화 시킨 formamide보다 정제된 ABI formamide를 사용한 것이 보다 재현성 있게 reading length가 90 bp 더 길게 분석 되었으며, 4% PAGE gel 보다 3.6% PAGE gel을 사용한 것이 150 bp 더 길게 분석 되었다. Template 준비 시 chloroform으로 정제하고 2.5% DMSO를 첨가, sequencing 반응산물 정제 시 carrier의 pH를 8.0으로 맞춘 것을 이용, 그리고 ABI formamide와 3.6% gel 농도를 사용하는 최적의 조건으로 평균 700 bp, 85% score를 얻을 수 있었다.

Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

품질향상을 위한 효과적인 공정관리체계는 기업의 생존에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 최근에는 제품의 수명과 관련된 신뢰성이 강조되면서, 신뢰성분포로 불리는 비정규분포하에서의 공정관리가 핵심과제로 여겨지고 있다. 특히 품질특성치가 비정규분포를 따를때, 정규가설에 기초한 공정관리기술을 사용한다면 심각한 오류가 초래될 수 있기 때문에, 비정규분포에서의 관리도와 신뢰성샘플링계획에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 비정규분포에서의 관리도와 신뢰성샘플링계획에 대한 최근연구를 조사하고, 보다 합리적이고 신뢰도 높은 공정분석에 대한 연구동향을 소개함으로써, 비정규분포하에서의 공정관리에 대한 발전적인 연구방향을 제시하는 것이다.

Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

Using the Malmquist productivity index, this paper compares the productivity of Korean manufacturing industries from 1999 to 2006. The malmquist productivity index has more advantages than previous methods such as solow model, endogenous growth theory. The malmquist productivity index can be decomposed productivity into two parts. The first part is an index of the technical efficiency change. This index has high value when the elements of production is used more efficiently. The second part is an index of technical change. This index has high value if the advent of new technology and process innovation occur.

The quantity of the fuel gas consumed are trending upwards because it can be easily delivered but isn't deteriorated and doesn't have any environmental pollution. Though there are many advantages to use the fuel gas, because of its explosiveness and combustibility, it can be hesitate to consume more gas. So paying more attentions to prevent the fuel gas accidents is required. In this paper, we examine the present situation data about the fuel gas accidents and analyze those statistically using ANOVA. we confirm that there is an acceptable difference between the mean values of accidents classified by the kind of gas, the cause, the type and the place but isn't by month. It is expected that our result can be applied as preliminary data when mapping out a strategy for preventing the fuel gas accidents.

So far, most of online games has been produced from their scratch. Recently some games which was already released in the format of retail-box or packages have been produced as online version and its' trends will be popular in a near future. The paper focuses on the characterization of such online game conversions from original single-play game in Korea game market. The paper will contribute systemizing online game production process by characterizing such re-production from a single-play game.

This study was carried out to analyse the microbiological contamination and biogenic amines(BA) content in Korea traditional soybean paste and commercial soybean paste. The results of microbiological anaylsis through Korean traditional soybean pastes(L1~L4) were 7.8 ± 0.1 log CFU/g ~ 7.9 ± 0.1 log CFU/g, commercial soybean pastes(H1~H6) were 6.2 ± 0.1 log CFU/g ~ 7.4 ± 0.1 log CFU/g for APC (Aerobic Plate Count), and L1~L4, H5, H6 soybean pastes were 2.3 ± 0.4 log CFU/g ~ 2.6 ± 0.1 log CFU/g for Bacillus cereus. But other microorganism was not dectected. Among biogenic amines, PUT(putrescine), TYR(tyramine), HIS(histamine), PHE(2-Phenylethylamine) were dectected high level and CAD(cadaverine), TRY(tryptamine), AGM(agmatine) were dectected medium level and SPD(spermidine), SPM(spermine), NOR(noradrenaline), SER(serotonin) were dectected low level. Dectected contents of biogenic amines were higher in commercial soybean paste compared to the traditional soybean paste.
