우리 삶에서 중요한 가치기준 중에 하나인 인과응보라는 개념은 인과설 수준으로 아직 논리적 타당성이 입증된 인과론이 되지 못하고 있다. 3차원의 물질계에서 발생하는 모든 작용과 반작용은 자연계의 법칙으로서 반드시 물리학에서 정의된 법칙에 따라 원인과 결과의 예측이 가능해야만하기 때문이다. 그러나 인과응보의 원리와 구조적 작용 메커니즘이 규명된다면, 인류의 삶에 미치는 영향은 지금까지 발견된 어떤 자연법칙보다도 더 클 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 인과응보라는 메커니즘을 학계에서는 카르마의 부메랑 현상이라는 개념으로 정의하여 객관화 연구를 진행하고 있다. 따라서 우리가 평생 업고 가야 하는 이 업이라는 카르마가 현생에 작용하기 위해서는 그러한 에너지나 그 작용이 어떤 매체에 저장되어 있다가 현생의 개체에 선악의 업보가 상보적으로 되갚음이라는 작용을 한다는 구조적 메커니즘이 성립되어야만 한다. 이에 따라 연구팀은 인과응보의 작용 메커니즘을 과학적으로 규명하기 위한 장기 연구과제를 수행하고 있다. 1단계에서는 개인과 부부의 업을 공개 채널링에 의해서 확인하고, 그 카르마에 의해서 발생하는 억울함과 고통으로 나타나는 부메랑 효과에 관한 자료를 수집하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 5번째로 일본 사이따마현 사이따마시에 거주하는 여미정 여사에 대한 사례를 중심으로 카르마를 분석하고 영계해방 전후의 결과를 비교 고찰하였다.

분리막 장치는 액체, 기체의 물질분리를 위해 다양한 산업분야에 적용되어 왔다. 특히 액체 분리에 적용되는 분리막 장치는 수처리분야, 화학산업공정, 바이오산업공정, 의약분야 등으로 확장되면서 분리정제 공정에 보편적인 기술로 자리잡았다. 분리막 공정은 막 특성상 분리되는 물질에 따라 다양한 막힘현상이 발생하는데, 이러한 막힘현상을 방지하기 위해 막과 시스템이 발전하여왔고, 시스템 분야에서는 막힘현상을 방지하기 위해 진동, 회전, 와류 등을 이용하여 막표면에 발생하는 막힘현상을 억제하는 모듈들이 개발되어 상용화되고 있고, 이런 설비들을 Dynamic filtration 설비로 구분하고 있다. Dynamic filtration 설비들 중에서 특히, 와류를 이용하는 Anti-Fouling Membrane System(FMX)은 고농도 고점도 특성을 갖는 용액에서 물질을 분리하는 성능이 우수하여, 최근 급성장하는 바이오산업분야의 생산공정에 다양하게 적용되고 있다.

Since 1995 the special act for safety management of public facilities have been enacted in Korea. Since then undergoing safety accidents great and small, legal system was revised several times for safety promotion. As part of its efforts Korea Infrastructure Safety & Technology Corporation have periodically evaluated the building safety inspection or diagnosis reports based on Special Act for Safety Control of Public Structures and published annual casebook. This study investigates and examines the cases of bad or poor reports until now. This paper aims at reasoning out the technical and institutional improvement plan for error-prone problems when safety inspection of buildings.

본 연구의 목적은 일제강점기에 일본에서 출간된 역사지도책에 반영된 한국의 영토, 일본의 의도, 그리고 한국에 대한 일본의 인식을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 ｢일본역사지도(日本歷史地圖)｣와 이 책의 증보판인 ｢신편일본역사지도(新編日本歷史地 圖)｣의 편저자인 시바 카츠모리(芝葛盛), 당시 시대상 및 간행 배경 등에 대해 알아보고, 두 역사지도책의 내용 구성방식을 비교·분석 하였다. 이어서 두 역사지도책에서 우리나라를 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 시대상황의 변화에 따라 두 역사지도책에 수록된 지도의 스케일이 확대되었으며, 일본이 역사지도를 통해 한반도 지배에 대한 역사적 정당성을 추구하였음을 파악할 수 있었다. 즉 일본은 일본의 한반도 지배가 역사적 연속성을 지닐 뿐만 아니라, 한반도가 일본의 대륙 진출을 위한 교두보로 서의 역할을 수행하고 있음을 보여주려 한 것이다. 또한 일본은 우리나라를 ‘조선’으로 인식하였는데, 울릉도는 물론 독도까지 조선의 영역에 포함되어 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 2013년 번식기 동안 광주광역시에서 제비의 번식행동을 밝히기 위하여 이루어졌다. 오전시간에 영소 빈도는 14.2~31.0 trips/h 범위, 성별로는 수컷 10.2~19.8 trips/h, 암컷 4.0~11.4 trips/h을 보였다. 영소 시간은 7.6~15.9 min/h 범위였고, 성별로는 수컷 4.8~8.1 min/h, 암컷 2.8~8.0 min/h 으로 조사되었다. 한 회 영소 시간은 수컷 26.1±15.5 sec/trip, 암컷 40.0±27.9 sec/trip으로 암컷이 수컷보다 약 1.5배 길었다(p<0.001). 포란은 암컷이 전담하였으며, 6h에 50.6±17.5 min/h(84%), 7h에 24.5 min/h(40.8%)이었고, 그 이후로는 대략 15.6 min/h (26.0%)로 조사되었다. 주간시간 암컷의 포란시간은 시간대별로 고도로 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p<0.001), 6h의 포란시간은 다른 시간보다 특히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 암컷의 포란시간과 평균 기온간에는 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.05). 주간시간에 급이 빈도 는 총 385.2±66.9 trips/nest, 성별로는 수컷 219.2±37.1 trips/nest, 암컷 166.0±30.8 trips/nest으로 나타났다. 시간당 급이 빈도는 32.1±12.3 trips/h, 성별로는 수컷 18.3±7.8 trips/h, 암컷 14.3±4.5 trips/h 이었다. 시간당 급이 빈도는 성별로 10h(p<0.05)와 15h(p<0.01)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 한 회 급이 시간은 수컷 12.3±31.0 sec/trip, 암컷 40.9±83.3 sec/trip로 암컷이 수컷보다 유의하게 투자하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 새끼의 배변 빈도는 45.6±8.4 times/nest이었으며, 급이 빈도와 양의 상관관계를 보였다(p<0.05). 본 연구의 결과는 한국의 서식환경에 적응하여 번식하는 제비의 번식행동학적 정보를 이해하는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

About 80% Of animal species represents insect species, which recently became important biological model animals due to the development of genetic modification technology, where genetically modified insects are used for basic to applied research such as agriculture and biomedical purpose. Therefore, confinement of biosafety level and guideline are recommended and required in order to make it possible for well-maintained and world-standard research environment using these LMO insect models. The main goal of this study focuses on setting up the biosafety practice and policy for insect research facilities and their guideline for establishment and management.

This study is investigated the process of calculating the support service cost for the oversea plants which are rapidly increasing from domestic automobile companies and removing the corresponding value from the cost of the domestic production products. In order to calculate the service cost for oversea support cost, survey methods was used among various options and The rate of contribution to individual work was obtained through revision works. We conclude that about 25% of the indirect processing costs of domestic production products should be eliminated and replaced with the cost of overseas support services.

Shim, Jae Hyung. 2017. “The Relationship between a Linguistic Landscape and a Floating Population: The Case of the Greater Anyang Region”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 25(1). 85~117. The purpose of this paper is to look at a relationship between urban planning in Korean cities and linguistic landscapes. The study attempts to see the effect of urban development on the rate of English use in the public sphere, and how different sizes of a floating population affect such differences. In doing so, the Greater Anyang Region, located south of Seoul, was selected as the site for the current study. This area is comprised of three cities (Anyang, Gunpo, Uiwang) with a number of business districts including the old downtown and new centers of each city, creating a clear difference in landscape between each area. The study observed the linguistic landscape around subway stations in this region. By observing the rate of English use on commercial signs in these commercial districts, it was found that there is a parallel line between the size of a floating population and the percentage of English in the public sphere. In addition, different rates of English use in different areas reflect a decline of old downtowns, while showing the higher economic status of newer commercial districts. Such phenomena provide an instance of a close relationship between the use of English and a floating population, since the busier business districts appear to have more use of English.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the fishery perception and recreation fishing demand level of coastal waters ranch with the case in Tongyeong city’s Bijin-do Yongcho-do, Juk-do. The study conducts a survey of 27 fishermen and 113 recreation fishing tourists from September 26 to November 21, 2016. The major results of this study are as follows. First, the survey of fishery perception level suggests that the increase of fishery resources by Tongyeong-si coastal waters ranch project contributes to the rising income of fishermen, decreased fishing cost, and increased the number of tourists. Second, the survey of recreation fishing tourists’s demand level suggests that a beautiful view, fish populations, kindness of residents, fishing point information, charter information, and the convenience of transportation are highly praised and highly regarded. However, links to nearby tourism, lodging facilities, and food information that can increase the income of fishermen is poorly praised. Therefore, this study suggests that a careful marine policy with fishery resource creation should be followed for marine fishing village tourism consumer’s benefits in order to increase fishing village’s income.
