This paper studies on the quality problem for the Reley using the 6 sigma process. The application of 6 sigma process suggested reliable and valuable statistical data for the quality of the Relay at the production line. In the measurement step in 6 sigma process, the FMEA(filure mode effect analysis) were used for the detection of problem source. The application of 6 sigma process gave the improving method for the quality of the Relay. Consequently the 6 sigma process was proved very effective for the quality problem reducing at the production line.

본 연구는 최근 자연체험형 여가휴양 공간으로 이용이 커지고 있는 도시자연공원 탐방로의 분포와 훼손특성을 파악하여 향후 자연보전형 탐방로 정비의 방향을 설정하기 위한 기초 자료 제시를 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구대상지는 계양공원, 백마공원, 약사공원, 문학공원, 청 량공원이었다. 이들 공원은 인천시 남북녹지축에 위치하여 도시생태계 보전의 핵심지역이 되고 있는 산지형 도시자연공원이며 등반형 탐방이 많이 일어나는 곳이다. 주 탐방 노선수는 계양공원 42개, 백마공원 43개, 약사공원 9개, 문학공원 28개, 청량공원 22개로서 면적에 비해 과도한 탐방로가 있었으며 샛길이 늘어나고 있는 것으로 추측되었다. 연구대상지 탐방로의 평균 나지노폭은 3.5m, 평균 최대침식 깊이는 21.3cm로 나타났고 체계적인 정비가 없을 경우 훼손은 급격히 증가될 것으로 판단되었다. 훼손이 심해 복구가 요구되는 산림환경피해도 등급 5, 6등급의 비율은 19.6∼78.0%에 달했다. 연구결과에 기초하여 인천 남북녹지축상의 산지형 도시자연공원 탐방로의 정비와 관리방안을 제안하였다.
What is the most important in articles of food is hygienic safety. Because food Is the most common thing in our everyday life, however, the importance of its hygienic safety and other many problems caused by food may be easily neglected. What is more, food is can be dangerous as much as it is directly related to human life and accidents from the same cause may have different effects on the victims according to physical and environmental differences of individuals. Thus PL action for food requires more thorough prevention and measure. Korea has been enforcing 'the Product Liability Act' since the 1<SUP>1st</SUP> of July 2002. Product Liability (PL) is liability of the manufacturer or the seller of a product to compensate for the death or injury of consumers or the loss of properties caused by the defect of the product. This study surveyed consumers' response to and the effects of the enforcement of the Product Liability Act, investigated how consumers perceived the importance of food safety and the risk of defective food based on PL standards and their experience in damage by food through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed collected data through empirical analyses (reliability analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA t-test) using SPSS 10.0. As commonly known, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, made up of approximately 35,000 engineers, is the premier public construction organization in the world. The Corps, the world-wide and unique organization, has the multi-functions like civil works projects, water resources management, environmental protection, disaster response as well as military construction. To meet national and military requirements , the Corps has developed various systems. As the key systems, the PMBP (Project Management Business Process) is an innovative way to solve increasingly complex problems and then to achieve the Corps’ vision.and Partnering system and Construction Quality Management for Contractor , developed by UASCE, also are the significant construction management tools in worldwide. Many Korean construction contractors have verified their high constructability in the overseas. On the contrary, they can’ t meet the customer’ s needs sufficiently in the country and the reason may be caused from the absence or inadequate project management system. Therefore, this article provides the overview of the USACE and partnering system and lays emphasis on the USACE’ s CQM system. The desirable way to meet the customer’ s needs in projects should be mainly aimed at systematic business process. Some future-oriented suggestions to improve the construction quality management conclude this article.
Construction industry became huge and complicated as the time went by. It has been so rapidly developed that the construction companies can not survive in the market if the higher technology and scientific approach are not applied. Especially in the field of construction management, it started from the schedule control which simply monitored the work progress, but now it was changed to the integrated construction management covering analysis and forecasting, projected and actual performance management, impact on the project, etc. However, even the integrated construction management has a limit due to the uncertainty arising out of fast track which is a major characteristic of construction industry. So, to minimize the risk of uncertainty, a new concept so-called 4-D CAD system was recently introduced. 4-D CAD system has been applied to design, construction and construction management. The system combines the 3-D CAD system with time management technique that makes it possible to establish the management system with a concept of space, materialize the potential risks, and introduce the life-cycle concept in the whole process covering project initiation, design, construction, completion, commissioning, etc. This paper introduces the 4-D CAD system, reviews the effect and problem arising when applying the system into actual job sites, studies the usage of the system in connection with the conventional construction management system and any improvement, and eventually proposes the method of improving the construction management in domestic projects and of leveling up the construction management technique.
