        광고표현의 ‘배치 분위기’단계는 광고크리에이터의 스타일과 느낌, 문화가 지닌 미적가치의 다양성에 봉착하게 됨에 따라 통합적 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(IMC; Interactive Marketing Comunication)이 지니고 있는 실증적 연구의 한계에 부딪치게 된다. 배치 분위기는 단순히 시각적인 임팩트를 위한 레이아웃이 아닌 말과 그림의 융합에 의한 새로운 문화가 창발되는 미적감성의 장인 것이다. 이번 논문은 배치 분위기에 따른 문화인식을 메를로퐁티의 ‘살’로 하였다. 살이 지니고 있는 다양한 ‘교차감응’가운데 주자의 ‘음양오행기질’로 하여 광고표현의 ‘배치 분위기’에 대한 감성적이론의 가능성을 제시하였다. 결론적으로 메를로퐁티의 ‘살’의 미적감수인 음양오행기질을 통해 광고표현의 배치 분위기에 따른 ‘좋고’, ‘나쁨’에 대한 판단기재로 활용 할 수 있었다.

        Infectious diseases in domestic animals of carcase were increasing every year. According to the monthly report for infectious disease from Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, 11,954 heads of cattle, 518,178 heads of pig, 232,850,244 heads of bird were reported in 2011. Infectious diseases of carcase almost spread on a national scale. Dead or emergency preventive carcase are completely treated on bury. Since the treatment of carcase on bury are generating soil, underground water and source water pollution, introduction of new preventive system should be considered. In this study, literature survey and case studies to prevent the spreading of virus for infectious disease and second environmental pollution were investigated. The actual experiments using the existing incineration facilities were also performed to ensure the possibilities of safe treatment of carcase. On the other hand, the moving-type incineration are also being developed and its operation manual will be prepared. Among the investigated incinerators, stoker type incinerator was not suitable for the treatment of carcase, however, other incinerators such as fluidized-bed type incinerator, rotary kiln type incinerator ware shown to be suitable. But even for the stoker type incinerator, if the pre-treatment facilities( grinding, crushing) are installed, it will also be a suitable method. The analytical results for air pollutants(including dioxin) emitted from the final exit were all satisfied to the air pollution emission standards.

        As increasing incidents of FMD (Foot and Mouth Disease) in recent years, the country has struggled with huge economic losses and environmental problems. Because of relying only on the burial method according to domestic condition, it needs to consider the alternative measure such as the incineration with being no secondary environmental pollution. In addition, such FMD and AI (Avian Influenza) as classifying in the first-class malignant diseases are very important to be ready with rapidly initial response because of the fact being quickly spreaded with high infection speed. Accordingly, a favorable initial response by the introduction of mobile incinerators has been forced to consider. In this study, it analyzed and compared the existing disposal regulations and methods of carcasses to establish the reasonableness about introducing an incineration technology. In addition, domestic and international disposal status was compared as investigating regulations or disposal law, guidelines of livestock in major developed countries. To introduce the mobile incineration facilities in domestic, it is surveyed international examples and related regulations of using and developing mobile incinerators. The results of study could be used as basic information to design and utilize a mobile incineration process for slaughter animals by deceases.

        The objective of this study was undertaken to investigate changes in fatty acid profile of breast and thigh muscle of old laying hens as transferred from cage to backyard raising system and to provide basic information on using old laying hens to producers for environmental managements. Overall, percentages of unsaturated fatty acid obtained from breast and thigh muscle with cage and backyard raising system are the most abundant, followed by saturated fatty acid. For breast muscle, there were no differences (P>0.05) between cage rearing system and backyard raising system in saturated fatty acid (SFA) and mono unsaturated fatty acid (MUFA). Poly unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and PUFA:SFA ratios were significantly higher in backyard raising systems in comparison with cage rearing systems (P<0.05). No differences (P>0.05) were detected between both rearing systems for MUFA, PUFA, and PUFA:SFA ratios with thigh muscles. SFA in thigh muscle was significantly (P<0.05) higher in cage rearing systems compared with backyard raising systems. In conclusion, using breast and thigh muscle meats from old laying hens as functional foods or investigating impact assessment on the improvement of farm management system may serve as a good management practice to encourage producers.

        본 연구는 식물키트를 활용한 식물 재배·관찰 활동이 초등학교 학생들의 과학흥미도와 식물의 한 살이 이해도에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행되었다. 식물관찰키트는 과학 교과 4학년 1학기 ‘식물의 한 살이’ 단원을 실습할 수 있도록 서울 소재 2개 초등학교의 4학년 2개 반에 학생 1인당 1개씩 제공되었다. 식물관찰키트는 심지관수 용기와 상토, 심지, 씨앗, 관찰일지로 구성되었으며 용기는 발아과정과 뿌리관찰이 가능하도록 투명한 자재로 제작하였다. 식물관찰키트를 활용한 실험군 전체 평균과 식물관찰키트를 활용하지 않은 대조군 전체의 평균 및 실험군 d과 대조군 d, 실험군 y와 대조군 y의 과학흥미도 점수 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 식물의 한살이 이해도의 변화를 실험군 전체와 대조군 전체 집단 간 비교를 해본 결과, 실험군의 평균 87.01점과 대조군의 평균 78.61점 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(P=0.002). 실험군 1과 대조군 1의 경우, 실험군 1의 점수가 약간 높았지만 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았고, 실험군 2와 대조군 2에서는 실험군 2가 85.38점, 대조군 2가 69.62점으로 통계적으로 매우 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(P=0.000).

        Algicidal bacterium was isolated from sea water during the declining period of Cochlodinium polykrikoides blooms and this bacterium had a significant algicidal activity against C. polykrikoides. In this study, algicidal bacterium was identified on the basis of biochemical and chemotaxonomic characteristics, and analysis of 16S rDNA sequences. The algicidal bacterium showed 98.6% homology with Micrococcus luteus ATCC 381T. Therefore, this bacterium was designated Micrococcus luteus SY-13. The optimal culture conditions of the algicidal bacterium was 25℃, initial pH 8.0, and 3.0% NaCl concentration. M. luteus SY-13 is assumed to produce secondary metabolites which have algicidal activity. When 10% culture filtrate of this strain was applied to C. polykrikoides (1.0 × 104 cells/㎖) cultures, over 98% of C. polykrikoides cells were destroyed within 6 hours. The culture filtrate of M. luteus SY-13 exhibited similar algicidal activity after heat-treatment at 121℃ for 15 min. While algicidal activity remained in filtrates with pH adjusted to 8.0, loss of algicidal activity occurred when the pHs of filtrates were adjusted to over 9.0 or heat-treated at 121∼180℃ for 1 hour. M. luteus SY-13 showed significant algicidal activities against C. polykrikoides (98.9%) and a wide algicidal range against various harmful algal bloom (HAB) species. However, there was no algicidal effect on diatom and marine livefood organisms except Isocrysis galbana. These results suggest that M. luteus SY-13 could be a candidate for use in the control of HABs.

        본 연구는 소규모 충적하천의 안정 하폭 및 수심의 결정기법인 Cheema 등의 방법을 개선한 것으로, 이 기법은 기존 방법과는 달리 제방의 일체 파괴와 전단 파괴에 대한 안정성을 고려할 수 있는 효과적인 방법이다. 실제 하천의 관측 자료에 적용시켜 본 결과, Cheema등의 방법은 50m이하의 하폭을 가진 충적하천일 경우에만 적용이 가능했으나, 본 연구에서 제시한 개선된 방법은 하폭 200m이내의 충적하천의 안정하폭 및 수심을 양호하게 산정하였다. 따라

        The economy of ship's size and speed is affected by the freight rates, sailing distances, cargo handling rates, fuel oil prices and even interest rates of the borrowed funds. It can be a step more powerful measures if the economic evaluation model takes in a cargo lot size which prevails in the shipping markets. This paper has dealt with hypothetical cargo lots which happen to the market with uniform distribution in probability. The evaluation models are either profit maximization method or cost minimization method. The former compares among different voyages in profitability to the invested funds, the later defines the transportation efficiency in ton-mile unit and be used in comparing two or more transportation means. This paper adopted both of above methods to derive out ships economical evaluation contours for the various ship's speed and deadweight for certain cargo lot sizes, which can be used as important managerial decision data in purchasing ships or selecting a most profitable one among the proposed voyages. This evaluation contours will also be efficiently used in appraising so called "handy size ships" in connection with port water depth and conditions of voyage tracks.ge tracks.

        A lot of studies of ship's economy are on the traditional fields such asreducing propulsion resistance, raising cargo handling rates and lessening building consts, but there are few researches on the merchant ship's economy concerning their deadweights and speeds according to shipping companies managerial cercumstances. Contrary to the contemporary trend that "the bigger, the better, if the cargo handling rate could increased sufficiently to hold down port time to that rate of smmaler vessels", this paper demonstrates the existence of certain limits in ship's size and speed according to the coditions of the freight rates, voyage distances, cargo handing rates, prices of fuel oil, interst rates etc. Fom the curves of criteria contour for various ship's deadweights and speeds which are depicted from the gird search method, one can get the costs and the yearly profit rates under the conditiions of large volume with long term contracts for the transportation of bulk cargoes. In estimating ship's transportation economy, the auther takes the position that the profit rate method is properer than the cost method, and introduces the calculation table of the voyage profit rate index. The use of the criteria contours will be of help to ship owners in determining the size and speed of the ship which will be built or purchased and serve in a certain trade route.
