We constructed two test server systems for KMTNet data management. One is the photometry database server which is optimized for stable operation, and the other is the photometric data process server which is optimized for fast I/O between devices. The performances of servers and data storage units were tested using various methods. Database upload was also checked using five different methods. From tests, we concluded that the most efficient method to upload photometric data processing results to database is the use of three nodes with job scheduler under the InnoDB engine. In this study we provide the test results for prototype servers for KMTNet data management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate foodservice management practices in the child care centers and kindergartens. Interviews were held from May to July 2008 to understand the current situation concerning foodservices in Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. Surveys were sent out from August 2008 to April 2009 to 1, 478 child care centers and 299 kindergartens via the postal service. Among them, 203 child care centers(13.7%) and 64 kindergartens(21.4%) responded. One of the largest concerns while preparing the food was nutrition(68.7%, 69.8%, respectively) followed by sanitation(24.4%, 27.0%, respectively). The most frequently referred sources for planning the menu were the Seoul child care information center(55.4%) for child care centers and kindergarten related internet sites(39.0%) for the kindergartens. In general, the child care center principal was in charge of planning the menu(40.1%). Child care centers and kindergartens purchased ingredients mostly from large retailers(55.3% and 44.7%, respectively), whereas 46.0% and 56.3% of those did through foodservice suppliers. Dietitians were rarely employed at these facilities, and this may cause unprofessional foodservice management.

최근 선박의 고속화, 대형화와 더불어 국가경제발전 및 경쟁력 향상을 위해 해상횡단교량, 항만건설 및 해상풍력단지 등 사회기반 시설의 확충사업을 적극 추진중이다. 국토해양부에서는 이렇게 선박통항로에 설치되는 각종 시설물의 설치 보수공사 등이 선박의 안전항행에 미치는 정도를 사전에 평가하여 잠재적 위험요인을 미연에 제거하기 위해 해상교통안전법 개정을 통해 해상교통안전진단제도를 도입하였다. 본 논문에서는 해상교통안전진단제도 도입 및 운영을 통해 도출된 약 2년간의 성과와 문제점의 고찰을 통해 제도개선 및 발전을 위한 정책방향을 제시하였다. 진단대상사업 및 진단항목 결정 등의 객관성 및 효율성을 높이기 위해 스크리닝 및 스코핑 도입 검토 및 안전진단제도를 국토해양부 중심의 협의형 제도에서 벗어나 사업계획 지원형 제도로 발전할 수 있도록 관련법령 개정 등 정책 개선사항을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 안전진단제도에 대한 올바른 이해를 유도하고, 제도관련 하위법령 개정시 기초 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to construct the interfaced and interdisciplinary curriculum among departments of the industrial technology for enhancing an engineer's creative problem-solving ability and reflecting the industrial demands. This ability is one of the important objectives in modern engineering education. To achieve this purpose the research is performed as followings : (1) the curriculums of the departments of the industrial technology are surveyed and reviewed, and then (2) the relationship with the curriculums of the three departments of the industrial technology are analysed. (3) With this results the interfaced and interdisciplinary curriculums are constructed. (4) The integrated engineering education curriculum to enhance effectively the engineer's creative problem-solving ability and reflect the industrial demands is suggested.

대다수 학생들은 부모가 짜준 생활 계획에 의존하여 학교 공부가 끝나면 여러 학원으로 다니고 있다. 이는 늘 허둥대고 많은 시간을 낭비하는 생활 습관으로 이어져 자기주도적인 생활을 하지 못하고 있다. 2007 개정 교육과정의 재량활동 목적은 학생들의 자기주도적인 학습 능력 신장에 있다. 이를 위하여 학생, 학부모의 요구 수준과 학교 특성을 고려하여 창의적인 재량활동을 편성·운영할 수 있다. 초등학교 때 부터 학생들이 자기관리 능력을 신장시킨다면 성공적인 삶을 살아갈 수 있을 것이다. 또한 재량활동 시간에 체계적인 자기관리 교육을 꾸준히 지도한다면 학생들의 자기관리 능력은 신장될 것이다. 이에 연구자는 6학년 교육과정을 분석하여 창의적 재량활동으로 교육과정을 재구성하고 영역별, 차시별 5종류의 자기관리 프로그램을 구안·적용하여 다양한 학교, 학급행사활동에 학생들을 참여하게 함으로써 자기주도적인 생활을 실천하는 자기관리 능력을 신장시키고자 하였다.

원형교차로 중 회전교차로는 기존에 존재하였던 로터리의 형태와 유사한 형태의 교차로로서 최근 세계적으로 많이 설치되고 있으며 우리나라에서도 회전교차로에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 도시부의 경우 회전교차로 운영 효율에 큰 영향을 미치는 요소 중 하나인 보행량에 대한 영향 분석은 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보행량에 따른 회전교차로의 효율 분석 및 보행신호를 제시하였다. 첫째, 도시부 1차로 회전교차로의 용량을 분석하기 위해 VISSIM 시뮬레이션을 구성하였다. 둘째, VISSIM 시뮬레이션을 통해 보행량에 따라 신호가 없는 회전교차로와 신호가 있는 원형교차로로 구분하여 교차로의 평균차량 지체를 산정하였다. 끝으로, 이 연구에서 나타난 분석결과 도시부 회전교차로 설치시 보행량이 200명/시 이하인 경우 회전교차로가 적합하며 보행량이 200명/시 이상인 경우는 펠리컨 신호가 있는 원형교차로, 보행량이 600명/시가 높으면서 교통량이 1,500대/시 이상인 경우는 정주기식 신호가 있는 신호교차로가 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

DEA모형에 의한 운영효율성 분석결과로부터 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 정부의「산지유통종 합평가」제도의 개선을 통해 사업실적 위주의 규모화ㆍ전문화ㆍ조직화에 초점을 맞춰 이루어져온 것을 경 영효율성 위주로 전환해야 할 것이다. 산지유통센터의 목적도 농산물의 부가가치를 높이는 것이고 이를 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하여 평가함으로써 농산물 산지유통센터 구성원들에게 실질적인 인센티브와 다양한 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 그리고 농산물 산지유통센터가 종합평가에 경 영의 중점을 두고 있기 때문에 이를 개선, 보완하기 위해 유통부가가치를 평가할 수 있는 지표의 개발, 평가에 대한 고객만족도 지표의 개발, CRM(Customer Relationship Management)시스템 도입을 통한 고객관계 유지 실적을 평가할 수 있는 지표의 개발 등도 추진되어야 할 것이다.
