Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.

우리나라 대부분의 국가산업단지 개발은 기업의 수요에 의한 개발이 아닌, 정부차원에서 공급자 위주로 이루어져왔다. 기업의 다양한 수요를 수렴하지 못한 개발은 지금의 산업단지 수요ㆍ공급의 심각한 불균형 현상을 초래하게 되었고, 특히 북평 산업단지는 95년에 준공되었지만 전국 42개 국가산업단지 가운데 현재까지 미분양률이 약 63%로서 가장 높은 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 북평 산업단지 활성화를 위한 방안으로서 클러스터 구축 및 공동물류 시스템 운영을 통한 활성화 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

The preparation for industry technical experts with creativity and specialty is the energy necessary at this moment towards Gross National Product 20,000 dollars. In this paper we develop an efficient procedure for solving the tactical-level room allocation problem for hotel industry by incorporating other sources of revenue into overall Revenue Management (RM) system. To maximize profits and allocate wisely available resources, first, determine how different market segments contributed. And apply this to an efficient procedure for solving tactical-level room allocation problem for the hotel industry by combining the dynamic model for handling single-night reservation requests and the static model for handling multi-night reservation requests.

Even though, the recent management innovation techniques: The 'Six-Sigma' and the 'BSC (Balanced Score Card)' are introduced to many different companies and are used very effectively, Based on the company's substantial and unique characteristics, the quality and the strategies on management are showing the reliability limits in applications in the company. Therefore, the Integrated Management System is presenting a model for stable application of the, activity in the Six-Sigma based on the theoretical notions of the BSC.

Using the ideas and methods of the TOC, companies can achieve a large reduction of work-in-process and finished good inventories, significant improvement in scheduling performance, and substantial earnings increase. These two concepts have different backgrounds and different viewpoints for production systems. so, if the two concepts integrate each other, the synergy effects to innovate production systems can be expected. The facility location in designing a supply chain network is an important decision problem that gives form, structure, and shape to the entire supply chain system. Location problems involve determining the location, number, and size of the facilities to be used. The optimization of these location decisions requires careful attention to the inherent trade-offs among service time, inventory costs, facility cost, transportation costs. This paper presents a strategy that provides the best locations of distribution centers using GIS(Geographical Information System) assuming the limitation of delivery time. To get the best strategy of the location of distribution centers, we use the new loss functions as a penalty when the delivery time is violated.

In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics safe strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.
