잔류응력을 측정하는 비파괴 방법중 Neutron diffraction technique의 발달로 인하여 기존의 X-ray diffraction technique에 비하여 잔류응력 측정가능 두께가 대부분의 물질에 있어서 훨씬 깊어졌다. 비파괴 방법으로 부품내의 잔류응력 분포가 측정되어진 경우, 부품의 가공시 잔류응력의 재분포로 인한 형상의 변화를 정량적으로 예측할 수 있는 방법에 대해 어떠한 경우도 논의된 바 없다. 본 연구에서는 축 방향의 잔류응력이 내재하는 strip의 층 가공시 일어나는 strip의 곡율변화를 정량적으로 예측할 수 있는 수식을 제시하였다. 간단히 컴퓨터 프로그램화 할 수 있는 수식을 전개하므로 써 현장에서 유용하게 이용할 수 있게 하였다.
The excess volumes of mixing of benzyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, halothane, and procaine in vesicle and suspensions of several lipids have been determined at 25℃ using a excess volume dilatometer. The potency of general anesthetics has long been known to be correlated with lipid solubility. Denaturations of the bacteriorhodopsin, which is a sole membrane protein in the purple membrane of Halobacteriun Halobium, were studied by UV/Vis absorption changes. The excess volumes of mixing of benzyl alcohol and procaine in egg lecithin were all found to be negative and this result was confirmed as Miller's supposition.
This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of pasture type on behavior pattern, change of body type and daily gain of Korean native goat at the College of Natural Science of Kon-KuK University in Chungju. The results are summarized as follows
The purpose of this study was to asses and compare the effects of superficial heating on the pain threshold at limbs in healthy adult and adult hemiplegia. We used hot pack for superficial heat and applied to healthy adult(n=12) and adult hemiplegia(n=12) on lumbar region. Pain treshold was quantatively measured by an electrical stimulator and measured before hot pack application, immediatly and post 30 minutes after hot pack application on the distal parts of limbs(styloid process of radius, medial malleoulus of tibia). The results were as follows 1) A statically significant defference in pain treshold were not found at limbs of healthy adult and adult hemiplegia that have an affected side and a non-affected side before hot pack application, immediatly and post 30 minutes after hot pack apllication(p>0.05). 2) In comparance of pain threshold of upper and lower limbs in the all subjects, pain threshold was significantly increase at lower limbs(p<0.01). 3) In comparance of pain threshold of limbs between healthy adult and adult hemiplegia, pain threshold was showed a significant defferance at the upper and lower limbs of affected side before hot pack application(p<0.05, p<0.01).
조성 변조된 비정질 Fe80Zr20박막의 자기적 성질과 기계적 성질 변화를 전해적 방법에 의한 수소 취입 시간의 함수로 측정하여, 그 상관 관계를 연구하였다. 박막의 Young's modulus는 진동 cantilever 시료의 공명 주파수를 , 10-4nm의 측정 감도를 지닌 laser heterodyne interferometer를 써서 측정하였다. 농도 2N의 인산 전해액에 침적된 시료에 26.3mA/cm2의 전류를 흘려 이루어진 수소취입에 의해, Fe80Zr20 박막의 포화자화 정도는 8배, Young's modulus는 18배 가량 증가하였다. Fe80Zr20박막의 자기적 성질의 변화가 원자적 scale의 미세 구조 변화에 의한 것이라는 간접적인 증거를 제공하였으며, cantilever 시료의 공명주파수 측정을 통하여 박막재료의 기계적 성질을 연구할 수 있는 새로운 가능성을 제시하였다.
A few archeological excavation of Buddhist temple sites of Koguryo were reported with information of site arrangement. The interpretation of such information is very important not only for the explanation of Korea early Buddhist architecture but also for the development of East Asian cases in general since no archeological evidences of the same period were found in other countries such as China. Though the investigation of the four temple sites this paper attempt to identify their date of construction and the process of change. The study depended much on comparative studies of the change of site elements such as pagoda, image hall., corridor, and other buildings. The study could conclude that the site of SangO-Ri must be the earliest case which was followed by ChungRung-Sa, which was built in around 427AD. The site of ToSung-Ri was the case which was the work of the rate 5th century. Such process of the development of Buddhist architecture in Koguryo unveils the fact that the process of change was a continuous flow toward a consistent goal of change that had much to do with the contemporary religious situation.
This study is performed to identify the contents of nitrosamine in meat (beef, pork) and meat product (ham, bacon, sausage) by gas chromatograph-thermal energy analyzer. The author also determined the formation of nitrosamine in these products when they were cooked in frying pan at 210 for 4 minutes and microwave for 45 and 75 seconds. N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) analysis was impossible in the most products because of their impurietiea. On the other hand, N-nitrosopyrrolidine (NPYR,) of 0-9.4ug/kg in meat and 0-15.6 ug/kg in meat products were detected, respectively. When meat and meat products were cooked, generally contents of NDMA and NPYR have a tendency to be increased a little. Meat and meat product being cooked in microwave rather than flying pan, contents of NDMA and NPYR, were detected more. Especially, in sausage contained much fish, contents of NDMA was detected more.
질화규소 요업체에서 입계상의 변화가 파괴인성에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다 실험에는 Si3N4-Y2O3-SiO2(YS)계와 Si3N4-Y2O3-A12O3(YA) 계를 사용하였으며, 1750˚C에서 Can/HIP 처리한 후 1800~2000˚C 온도구간에서 열처리시키면서 입계상의 변화에 따른 파괴인성의 변화를 조사하였다. 열처리 온도구간에서 입계상이 비정질상만으로 존재하였던 YA계의 경우는 열처리 온도가 증가되어 입성장됨에 따라 파괴인성 값이 증가되었으나, 1900˚C 이상에서 열처리될 때 입계상이 결정상에서 비정질상으로 변화하였던 YS계의 경우는 오히려 파괴인성 값이 급격히 감소되었다. YS계에서 파괴인성의 급격한 저하는 열처리 온도 증가에 따라 입계상이 결정상과 비정질상의 공존 상태에서 비정질상만의 상태로 전이하며 파괴거동에 영향을 미쳤기 때문이라고 생각된다.
솔껍질깍지벌레(Matsucoccus thunbergianae)의 수령에 따른 피해율은 7년이상 22년까지의 수령에서 피해율이 높았고, 피해목의 피해정도에 따른 자연부유균의 침해율에서 균사의 확대가 최대에 달하는 발병정도가 7정도에 이르기까지의 기간은 100% 고사목에서는 48일이, 80% 이상 고사목에서는 54일이, 40~50% 고사목에서는 약 75일이, 그러나 10% 이하 고사목과 무피해목에서는 80일 이상에서도 발병정도 3~4 정도였다. 피해목의 년륜폭은 무피해목 3.5cm 에 대하여 100% 고사목 0.77, 80% 고사목 0.88, 40~50% 고사목 1.22, 10% 이하 고사목은 1.37로 좁아졌고 피해정도에 따른 단위면적당 세포수도 피해가 심할수록 적어졌고, 함수율은 피해가 심할수록 높았으며, 휨강도는 낮아졌다. 또한 1% NaOH 추출물도 적었다.
The ethanol extract from the root bark of Mores alba showed the strongest antimicrobial activity on the growth of almost all the tested microorganisms which were foodborne pathogens d food-related microorganiama. Therefore, fatty acid composition, amino acid composition and shape change of microorganisms treated with the ethanol extract from the root bark of Mores alba were examined. In effects of treatment with the ethanol extract on the fatty acid compositions of B. aubtilis, S. aureus and E. coli, fatty aicd compositions such as hexadecanoic acid (16:0) and octadecanoic acid (18:0)/octadecadienoic acid (18:2) of the tested strains were increased but pentadecanoic acid (15:0), heptadecanoic acid (17:0) and octadecenoic acid (18:1) of E. subtilis, pentadecanoic acid (15:0) of S. ctureus and hexadecenoic acid (16:1) and octadecenoic acid (18:1) of E. coli were decreased. The ethanol extract did not significantly affect the amino acid composition of the tested strains. Tranamisaion electron micrographa of microorganisms treated with the ethanol extract exhibited morphological changes that irregularly contracted cell surface in S. aureus and destructed cell walls in B. subtilis and E. coli.
The purpose of this study was to measure and compare the skin temperature over the exercised muscle and corresponding non-exercised muscle after unilateral isokinetic exercise using digital thermography. Thirty-two young healthy volunteers with no history of knee injury were tested. After isokinetic exercise at 60 degree per second angular velocity using the right leg in a climatic chamber at ambient temperature of , skin temperature of the anterior thigh was tested. After exercise, the skin temperature of both the right and left leg had fallen significantly. The skin temperature of the exercised leg fell less than that of the non-exercised leg. The fall in skin temperature after work was not due to increased evaporative cooling, but was the result of segmental vasoconstriction probably caused reflexly in the spinal cord by non-thermal afferents from exercising muscle or moving tissues. The effect of thermoregulatory vasodilation was reduced by reflex vasoconstriction caused by non-thermal factors such as catecholamine.
Exercise physiology of fish was studied by means of Electro-cardio-gram(ECG) technique with wired electrode system. Effects of swimming activity on the heart rate change for carp Cyprinus carpio was observed and analysed under swimming speeds among 1~3 Body Length/s and swimming durations of 10 and 60 minutes in the flume tank. The heart rate increase during swimming activity was observed in higher speed and longer duration conditions. The exercise effect on the heart rate continued even after fish stopped swimming. The time for recovery after exercise was tended to be elongated with the higher exercise condition
