해양 운송 산업은 특성상 항공 및 철도 등의 다른 운송 산업보다 비교적 늦게 신기술이 적용되는 산업이다. 현재 대부분의 선박은 기계장치 및 시스템에 문제가 발생하거나 운용 시간 기반으로 정비를 하는 사후 정비(Corrective Maintenance, CM)와 예방 정비 (Preventive Maintenance, PM)에 속하는 시간 기반 정비(TBM, Time Based Maintenance)가 적용되고 있다. 그러나 높은 유지보수 비용이 요구되고, 육상의 즉각적인 지원이 어려우며, 선박이 멈추면 즉시 위험에 노출되는 해양 환경에서 운영되는 선박에서 과도한 단순 정비로 인한 인력과 비용 낭비, 예측되지 못한 고장 및 결함으로 유발되는 사고 등으로 인해 운용 효율화 측면에서 기존 정비법에 대한 한계점이 문제시 되고 있다. 예지 정비(Predictive Maintenance, PdM)는 진보된 기술로 기계의 상태 및 성능을 모니터링하여 고장시기를 예측하여 정비하는 방법으로 핵심 기계장치가 항상 최상의 작동 상태를 효율적으로 유지할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 해양 환경에서 PdM의 적용성에 중점을 둔 해양 예지 정비(MPdM, Maritime Predictive Maintenance)에 대해 고안하였으며, 제시된 MPdM은 지리적 고립과 극한 해양 상황 등 해양 운송 산업의 특수한 환경을 고려하여 설계되었다. 본 논문은 선진 미래 해양 운송을 가능하게 하는 MPdM이라는 개념과 그 필요성을 제안한다.

영화 『밀양』은 고통과 용서라는 실존적 문제와 관련하여 그리스도교 신학적 성찰의 기회를 제공한다. 신애는 그리스도교 신앙을 자신의 고통을 회피하는 도 구로 사용하고, 하느님께 살인범에 대한 용서의 권한을 빼앗겼다고 분노한다. 그러나 그리스도교 신학은 용서의 문제에 있어서 인간과 하느님은 경쟁 관계에 있는 것이 아니라, ‘인간이 되신 하느님이신 예수 그리스도의 사랑’의 도움으로 충만한 용서가 가능함을 강조한다. 고통의 문제와 관련하여 그리스도교 신앙은 예수 그리스도의 십자가와 부활 사건을 통해 계시된 ‘우리와 함께 아파하시는 하느님의 사랑’ 안에서 우리 자신을 있는 그대로 받아들이고, 고통을 치유하도 록 초대한다. 교회 공동체는 예수 그리스도의 모범을 따라 고통 중에 있는 이들 에게 신앙을 강요하기보다는, 그들의 고통에 공감하고 끝까지 동참해야 할 필요 가 있다. 살인범의 잘못된 회개와 관련하여, 진실한 회개는 하느님의 용서를 통 해, 피해자에게 충분한 용서를 청하도록 이끈다는 점을 그리스도교 신앙은 강조 한다. 이러한 고통과 용서의 문제에 관한 그리스도교 신학적 대답들은, 영화 마 지막 장면인 하수구에 비치는 ‘비밀스런 햇빛(密陽)’처럼 인간으로 하여금 고통 중에서도 함께 하시는 하느님의 현존에 대해 발견할 수 있는 여운을 남긴다.

In the new media environment, the two different media types, game and film, fused to each other to create a qualitative change to form a new media type. In recent years, there has been an increasing trend in the background of the convergence of virtual technology and media. Therefore, movies based on the game were produced. In this heat, it is necessary to analyze the gains and losses of the reorganization in a cool way, to review the current state of filming of the game, and to examine the new convergence of games and films in the rapid environment of new media technology. In addition, it is necessary to consider the problems presented in the fusion process of the two mediators and how to develop them in the future.

이 연구는 취업준비/구직활동을 하면서 취업을 유예하고 있는 지역청년들의 인식과 정서를 분석하고, 이를 통해 지역청년들의 삶의 특성을 드러내고자 하였다. 이를 위해 광주광역시에 거주하는 10명의 청년들을 심층면접 하였다. 연구대상자들은 대부분 지역대학 출신으로 표준화된 스펙쌓기와 취업준비를 해왔으며, 이들은 ‘취업준비’라는 이름으로 장시간 ‘무이력’의 위치에 놓이거나, 경력이 될 수 없는 ‘일-경험’을 반복하 면서 좌절을 경험한다. 그 과정에서 청년들은 좌절감, 불안감, 무력감, 체념적 달관 등 부정적 감정을 느끼기 도 하였지만, 사회적 관계망, 지인의 지지 등을 통해 자존감을 회복하고 위로를 얻기도 하였다. 그러나 결국 자신이 처한 어려움을 해소하기 위한 방안은 매우 개인적이고 일시적인 수준에 머물러 있었으며, 청년의 문제를 사회적 방식과 공적 지원으로 해결할 필요가 있다는 욕구는 있었지만, 이를 위해 적극적인 행동을 하거나 정치성을 드러내지 않는 소극적 태도를 보였다. 이는 청년들이 경험해 온 관계 자체가 매우 개인화되고 파편화된 형식으로 구성되어 왔기 때문이기도 하다. 이에 향후 지역사회는 청년들에게 새로운 사회적 경험과 관계를 지원할 수 있는 정책적 대안을 마련하고 사회적 신뢰를 구축해야 할 것이다.

제4차 산업혁명은 AI(Artificial Intelligence)시대로서 인간을 위한 과학기술이 자칫 인간에게 재앙으로 돌아오게 하는 포스트휴머니즘적 요소를 지닌다. 무엇 보다도 유전자편집은 인류에게 희망과 절망을 가져다줄 수 있다는 점에서 안심 할 수 없는 문제이다. 또한, 동물복제는 이미 실험이 되었고 유인원인 원숭이의 복제는 큰 충격과 경각심을 불러일으킨다. 이런 시대에 장차 인문학의 역할은 사라질지 모른다는 불안감에 사로잡힌 지 오래다. 이에, 카즈오 이시구로는 무한대의 과학발전이 과연 인간을 위한 혜택인가를 『나를 보내지마』 를 통해서 조명한다. 특히, 이 소설은 진실을 말하지 않고 간과하는 어른들의 모습에서 복제 인간들의 희망 고문은 계속되고 결국 절망과 더불어 그들은 하나둘씩 사라진다. 인간이 자신의 영생을 추구하기 위해 복제 인간을 시도한다는 것은 신의 섭리에 어긋나는 일이고 죄악이다. 인간은 이러한 엄청난 위험성에 대해 깊이 인지 할 필요가 있기에, 본 논문은 맥킨타이어의 『탈진실』을 토대로 이시구로의 작품에 나타난 탈진실을 밝혀서 경각심을 고취시키고자 한다. 복제 인간이 인간의 행복을 위해서 희생되는 과정은 육체적·정신적 피폐를 드러내어 기존 로봇과 다른 신의 경지를 추월함을 경고한다.

So far, the academic community has not reached a consensus on the naming and categorization of the creation of Chinese writers. It has generally been carried out around “World Chinese Literature”, “Sinophone Literature” and “Ethnic Chinese Literature”. This is because of the different academic positions of scholars and the different emphasis of the issue. This also reflects the importance of the creation of Ethnic Chinese writers and the significance of the study of Chinese writers. When dealing with the historical resources of revolution, their themes always cannot judge the right and wrong of history, and the entanglement of real life. The writing of suffering is basically centered around these themes. This explains to some extent the dilemma facing Chinese contemporary literature. Whether Chinese contemporary literature can get rid of this predicament. This study takes Chinese writer Li Yan's Chinese version of “Daughters of the Red Land” as the research object. Through textual perusal and psychoanalysis, cultural analysis and other methodologies, this paper analyzes the ideological level of the novel and analyzes how Li Yan reflects on the history of the country as a life. Many years of intellectuals in North America, she has thoughts about Western culture. Li Yan’s double reflection is full of criticism, deconstruction and reconstruction consciousness, and analyzes the meaning of this consciousness.

북한이 어떻게 글로벌 세계 공동체에 동참하며 어떤 개방적 종교정책을 펴게 될 것인지를 예측하고 분석하는 것은 한국교회가 북한선교 정책을 세우는데 매우 유용하다. 북한 종교정책의 미래를 전망하는데 있어서 비교해 볼 수 있는 대상은 중국의 종교정책이다. 중국의 개방적 종교정책은 등소평과 강택민에 이어 현 시진핑 정부로 이어지며 발전해 왔는데, 현재 시진핑 정부의 종교정책은 2018년 2월에 발효된 ‘종교사무조례’에 잘 나타나 있다. 중국 정부가 바라는 대로 교회가 중국적 특색을 가진 교회로 정착되려면 종교자유와 정교분리 원칙과 같은 ‘국가와 교회’ 관계의 원칙이 올바르게 정립되어야 한다. 교회는 종교의 세속화, 자본주의화, 사유화, 정치화 등 중국정부가 우려하는 방향으로 빗나가지 않아야 하고, 국가 곧 중국정부는 교회가 우려하는 종교에 대한 불신과 무법적 강압 자세를 탈피해야 한다. 중국에서의 ‘교회와 국가’ 사이의 바른 관계 형성과정은 한국교회와 북한정부에게 좋은 모델이 된다.

On January 28, 2019, the US Department of Justice announced criminal charges against Huawei. A pair of indictments accusing Huawei of violating the US sanctions as well as stealing trade secrets was unsealed in two separate cases. In fact, as a technology-intensive enterprise, Huawei has always been under close scrutiny from the US government for ‘national security’ concerns, and both the criminal allegations have existed for years. The Chinese side questioned the American motives, accusing that the US is actually using law enforcement as one tool among many to achieve its policy objectives in the Huawei case. The article presents the Chinese side of the case as well as the grounds for its position.

This study explores how the shared reflections of two university instructors influenced their approaches and perspectives of English language teaching. The primary source of data was derived from the two teachers’ e-mail mediated, collaborative reflective journals and two dialogical interviews served as a secondary data source. A qualitative, narrative inquiry approach was employed to gather data in a direct and in-depth way. The data were selectively coded to investigate the teacher’s reported beliefs, behaviors, and interactions as well as how they relate to the process of professional development. The findings indicate that the process of sharing and reflecting upon their pedagogical philosophy and strategies supported their ongoing efforts to develop professionally. Moreover, this study addresses the notion that more attention should be paid towards improving reflective teaching among teachers as a means of enhancing professional development.

This study explores how experiential knowledge (EK) and received knowledge (RK) are integrated in pre-service language teachers’ written reflections to solve pedagogical problems, adopting constantcomparative analysis method outside of Grounded Theory. For this end, forty-one entries of reflective journals, written for problem solving by seven pre-service English teachers in Korea, were collected in a course entitled ‘English Language Teaching Theory into Practice’. One month after the course ended, each entry was re-reflected by the participants to identify whether it inclucded their EK and RK. All the statements in each entry, which had been reported to include EK or RK explicitly or implicitly, were repeatedly read until themes related to problem solution emerged. The results show that EK and RK can be significant resources in the practice of reflection for problem solving. However, the results also indicate the difference: EK is more applicable for the statements of a basis of problem determination or of a cause of a problem while RK is more employed to state a solution to a problem. Implications of this study were presented and discussed.

Anti-reflection thin films are fabricated on glass substrates using the screen printing method. Tetra ethyl silicate(TEOS) and methyl tri methoxy silane(MTMS) are used as starting materials and buthyl carbitol acetate(BCA) and buthyl cellusolve(BC) are mixed to improve the viscosity of the solution. Anti-reflection thin films are fabricated according to the number of the screen mesh and the characteristics improve as the mesh size increases. The transmittance and reflectance of the coated thin film using 325 mesh are about 94 % and 0.43 % in the visible wavelength. The thickness and refractive index of the AR thin film are 107 nm and n = 1.26, respectively.

PURPOSES: Until now, the maintenance of road pavement has mostly involved passive maintenance methods with full maintenance only performed at the end of road life. Recently, there has been growing interest in solving the problem of reflection cracks that occur at joints during application of the overlay method of old concrete pavement. This study was aimed at solving the problem of reflective cracks around expansion joints and at evaluating the durability performance of pavement with interlayer reinforced-composites waterproofing system for concrete overlay. METHODS: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of an interlayer on prevention of reflection cracks and to improve the tensile, compressive, shear, and vertical stresses due to plastic deformation and vehicle cyclic loading. An integrated overlaying layer (5cm or 8cm) was used to evaluate the applicability according to objective indicators. RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS : It was confirmed that cracks did not occur in the section of the line overlaid by the interlayer and that the reflection cracks generated by the action of the lower layer sufficiently absorbed the horizontal movement of the asphalt 5cm pavement overlay. It also suppressed, or at least delayed, the progress of the vertical cracks. The interlayer reinforced composite membrane waterproofing method used in the packing layer, showed through repeated fatigue test results that the accumulated fatigue crack resistance was greater than 120,000 times.

이 글은 중국 ‘생태시’의 성장과정과 창작 현황을 고찰하고, 나아가 21세기에 들어 최악의 환경오염 문제를 안고 있는 중국 사회에서 ‘생태시’가 내포하고 있는 ‘환경과 개발’에 대한 비판적 인식과, ‘인간과 자연’ 관계에 대한 새로운 지향을 살펴보고자 한 시도이다. 개혁개방 이후 시장경제체제로 전환하면서 중국이 보여준 기록적인 경제성장률의 이면에는 경제성장의 속도에 상응하는 수준으로 자연환경파괴와 오염이 확대되고 있었다. 이러한 현실적 배경을 바탕으로 중국의 생태시 창작은 80년대 중반 극소수 시인의 작품에서 나타나기 시작했다. 2000년대 이후 하나의 창작 흐름을 형성하게 된다. 본고는 주요 작가의 작품을 중심으로 생태시가 내포하고 있는 사회 참여의식과 비판적 특징, 자연과 인간의 새로운 관계 모색의 문제를 중점적으로 살펴본다.

The paper provides a context to the reasons why there may be benefits in revitalising the original method of teaching costume construction for performance, reporting on reflections from personal experience and a relevant literature review to support the concept. It outlines the research to date and the following research stages.

유신체제시기 1979년 10월 16일부터 20일까지 부산과 마산에서 발생한 부마항쟁은 유신체제의 제반 모순에 대한 도전이었다. 그러나 그로부터 6일 뒤 박정희 대통령이 권부 내 갈등으로 살해되는 10·26사건이 일어남으로써 부마항쟁은 이 사건의 도화선 역할을 한 ‘미완의 항쟁’으로만 남게 되었다. 이 연구의 요체는 ‘부마항쟁의 진실과 역사적 성찰’이란 주제에 걸맞게 부 마항쟁이 어떻게 발발하고 전개되었으며, 또 어떻게 진압되었는지를 부산항 쟁과 마산항쟁의 주요 쟁점을 통해 비교고찰 하고자 하는 것이다. 특히 대 학생과 민중이 주도한 부마항쟁의 시위전개와 경찰과 군에 의한 시위진압 이 서로 부딪치면서 박정희 대통령 및 권부에 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지를 구 체적으로 논의해 보고자 한다. 부마항쟁은 올해로 39주년을 맞는 과거사가 되었으나 아직도 진상규명이나 명예회복 등의 문제가 산적해 있어 법제도 의 정비 등, 우선적으로 해결할 것이 많은 현대사임에 틀림없다. 그러나 일 단의 세력들이 항쟁의 주도자인 양, 여러 가지 기록물이나 증언을 통해서 부마항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단하는 작태로 진실규명에 어려움을 주고 있다. 부마항쟁의 진실규명을 위해서는 객관적인 자료의 획득, 항쟁관련자 의 증언 청취나 현지조사 등이 필요하며, 항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단해 온 세력에 대한 법적․사회적 응징과 대응도 필요하다고 본다.

PURPOSES : The purpose of this paper is to analyze the change in lane reflection performance through lane washing and sweeping on highway lanes. METHODS: This paper compared and analyzed the changes in lane reflection performance before and after lane washing and sweeping. The research method was as follows. First, we selected four research sites on the Gyeong-bu Highway. Second, the parameters affecting lane reflection performance are classified into luminance, brightness, and number of glass beads. Third, the change in reflection performance was measured after washing /sweeping at the same place after studying 60m of the unwashed/unswept area. Fourth, the measurement results were compared and analyzed before and after lane washing/sweeping. RESULTS: The results of this study are as follows. First, lane washing improved the luminance and brightness by 4.2~21.4% and 1.4~5.1%, respectively, and reduced the number of glass beads per wash by 0.2~1.2%. Second, lane sweeping improved the luminance and brightness by 2.3~8.5% and 0.8~2.3%, respectively, and reduced the number of glass beads per sweep by 0.8~4.9%. CONCLUSIONS : By comparing the results of lane washing and sweeping, it was found that compared to lane sweeping, lane washing improved the luminance and fewer glass beads were dropped.

This study investigated how Korean EFL learners’ attentional allocation changes during task repetition with or without self-reflection and how this change affects their task performance. A total of 30 Korean high school students were divided into a task repetition only group, a task repetition with self-reflection group, and a comparison group. Each group repeated the same picture-based storytelling task according to its group condition and then performed a new task. Participants’ task performances were analyzed in terms of fluency, complexity, and accuracy and their retrospective interviews were categorized in order to explore their attentional allocation during task planning and performance. The results demonstrated that the learners placed most attention to conveying the message while planning and performing their first task. However, when repeating the same task, the learners paid more attention to structures and forms leading to improvement in complexity and accuracy. These learners were also more likely to employ strategies they had learned previously when doing a new task, which was helpful. Self-reflection raised learners’ awareness on the target form and positively influenced accuracy.
