        Spot welding is a representative process in automotive welding and the application of intelligent systems is accelerating. In particular, in the case of welding electrode management, the timing of electrode wear and dressing was determined by continuous spot welding evaluation, however there is concerned that errors in welding equipment or processes may work in a complex manner. In this study, a dynamic resistance waveform sensing and image measurement system that greatly affects the nugget formation, which is important to the quality of spot welding, was fabricated and used. Based on the experimental data of the galvanized steel sheet, an electrode life prediction algorithm for electrode wear was derived through CNN(Convolutional Neural Network) model of machine learning training.

        The Z-type spring is a key part of the non-vibration air suspension. The non-vibration air suspension was developed long ago and widely used in developed countries. It has strong durability, provides a smooth ride, protects the vehicle body, and protects luggages from damage in truck. In this study, the structural strength of the Z-type spring was evaluated by computing the maximum displacement and the von Mises maximum stress results from applying the load condition based on the maximum weight of luggage in the rear space of a truck.

        본 연구의 목적은 배드민턴 여자 중학생 전문선수(10명)와 방과 후 배드민턴 수업에 참여하는 일반학생(10명)의 하이클리어 동작 시 COM과 COP의 수평거리, 그리고 COM과 COP의 이동패턴의 차이를 비교 분석하는데 있다. 두 그룹 간 하이클리어 스트로크 이후 착지 시점(E4)에서 COM과 COP의 X 축과 Y축에서의 수평거리와 백스윙, 포워드스윙, 스윙전체의 X축, Y축, 그리고 Z축에서 COM의 최대이 동범위의 차이를 비교하기 위해 독립표본 T-test를 실시한 결과, 첫째, 하이클리어 스트로크 임팩트 이후 착지 시점(E4)에서 여자 중학생 전문선수는 전후방향(X축)에서 COM와 COP지점이 일반학생에 비해 매 우 가깝게 위치하였다. 둘째, 전문선수는 COM의 수직움직임, 일반선수는 COM의 수평움직임을 적극적으로 활용하였다.

        For form stability of membrane structures, membrane material is required to be in tension. Therefore, in planning and maintenance management, the engineer should consider enough about introduction of stress during construction and re-introduction of stress after completion. Clamping part is an important portion with the function for introducing tension into membrane materials, and the function to transmit stress to boundary structures, such as steel frames. Then, the purpose of this research is to clarify stress condition and stress transfer mechanism including clamping part of membrane structures, and to grasp the changing tendency of membrane structures with the passage of time. In this research, following previous one, we perform well-balanced evaluation by conducting tensile fractured tests of clamping part's specimens, and by measuring individually the amount of displacement of not only overall specimen's length but membrane material and clamping part. Thereby, we consider the influence the difference in the hardness of edge rope and the difference in the direction of thread affect modification and fracture load.

        As the part of efforts to respond to the environmental pollution, the demand for clean energy is increasing. Natural gas is one of the most realistic alternatives, and interest in the storage and transportation containers to utilize the natural gas is growing. The production area of ​​natural gas is limited, and in Korea, it is imported in the form of liquefied natural gas. LNG is a cryogenic state with a vaporization point of -163°C, so the ordinary metal cannot be used due to its brittleness. The international maritime organization (IMO) defines the metals that can handle LNG in the IGC Code, and the research is ongoing. This study was a preliminary study to check the weldability of related metals and confirmed the shape of bead on plate (BOP) during the laser welding for each material. In part I, a study was conducted on the high manganese steel, and in part II, a study was conducted on the materials of STS304L and STS316L among the stainless steel. Based on this study, it can be used as an optimal welding condition for the butt and fillet welding.

        As demand for eco-friendly energy increases, demand for natural gas and Liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage technologies continues to increase. LNG is a cryogenic environment with a temperature of -163°C, so ordinary metals cannot be used due to brittleness. Accordingly, IGC Code designates the cryogenic materials such as Invar, STS304L, Al5083-0, and High Manganese Steel. For fabricating those materials, research on welding possibility is the most important. Thus this study focused on the possibility of laser welding of the cryogenic materials. The weldability of High Manganese Steel was researched in this paper, the shape and the dimensions of the beads after bead on plate (BOP) welding were observed. The experiment was conducted on a total of 25 cases with laser power and welding speed of 5 cases each, and the width, height, and penetration of the beads were confirmed. It was confirmed that the paramenter of bead increased linearly with the laser power, and the paramenters of bead increased linearly with decreasing welding speed. Based on this study, high manganese steel can be applied in various industries by applying it to butt welding.

        This study assessed the color, polyphenol content, and sensory characteristics of dressing containing varying concentrations (0, 3, 6 and 9%) of freeze-dried Natto. We determined that the absence of freeze-dried Natto (0%) imparted the highest additive value for both L and a, b. The polyphenol contents obtained were 0.63, 0.69, 0.74, and 0.82 mg/g for 0, 3, 6 and 9% of dressing containing freeze-dried Natto, respectively. The appearance, color, taste, texture, and overall preference of dressings with freeze-dried Natto showed significant differences between the samples. The overall preference was highest at 5.92 points, with dressing containing 9% Natto. The quality characteristics of the 9% added samples exhibited significantly higher values as compared to those of the controls, raising the possibility of development as a health-functional dressing.

        This study evaluated the color, DPPH radical activity, and sensory characteristics of nutritional bars supplemented with varying concentrations (0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5%) of freeze-dried Natto. An inconsistent pattern was observed for the L value, whereas both a and b values increased significantly up to 5% addition of freeze-dried Natto. The DPPH free radical scavenging activity of nutritional bars supplemented with 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5% freeze-dried Natto were determined to be 59.54, 59.70, 44.85, and 55.07%, respectively. The appearance, color, taste, texture, and overall preference of nutritional bars supplemented with freeze-dried Natto showed significant differences between the samples. The overall preference of the nutrient bar was highest at 6.08 points, determined for the 2.5% Natto supplemented bar. The quality characteristics of the 2.5% added samples exhibited significantly higher values as compared to the controls, thereby indicating the potential of development in health-functional cereal bars.

        초음파 탐상은 다양한 콘크리트 구조물의 비파괴검사에서 활용된다. 본 연구에서는 골재형상을 고려한 골재-모르타르 모델 생성과 초음파 전파 해석을 수행하였다. 실제 골재형상을 반영하기 위해 이미지처리를 통한 골재-모르타르 단면으로부터 모르타르와 골재 영역을 파악하고, 영역 경계형상을 보존하면서 격자를 생성하는 기법을 개발하였다. 개발된 기법에서는 모든 격자가 4각형으로 생성된다. 골재-모르타르 모델을 통해 초음파 전파 해석을 수행하였고 모델을 반무한체로 간주하기 위해 CALM 기반 경계흡수 조건을 적용하였다. 골재 및 결함을 포함한 이미지로부터 격자를 생성한 뒤, 결함 영역에 포함된 격자를 제거하여 공극결함을 모사하였다. 본격적인 결함탐지 전 선행 해석을 통해 모델 동특성을 고려한 적절한 가진 주파수를 결정 및 가진 신호형상을 설계하였다. 이후 case 별 초음파 전파 해석을 통해 신호를 획득하고 신호 에너지 맵핑 작업을 통해 내부 결함을 가시화 하였다. 가시화 결과, 골재에 의한 다수 반사 및 산란현상이 관찰되지만 결함부에서 신호 에너지는 가장 높게 나타났으며 모든 해석 case에서 결함위치 추정이 가능하였다. 또한 균열의 경우 형상파악도 가능하였다.

        자연재해 발생을 예방하기 위한 방재센서 기술이 중요하며 광섬유를 이용한 센서에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문은 광섬유 센서 내장 탄소섬유시트로 보강된 RC보의 계측된 데이터로 결함 탐지 연구를 수행하였다. 미분의 국부적 변동 특성을 이용한 Method Ⅰ과 컨벌루션 방법을 이용한 Method Ⅱ를 비교, 분석하였다. 다른 차원의 데이터를 비교하기 위해서 무차원화 시켰으며, 분석 결과 Mehtod Ⅱ가 결함의 위치를 예리하게 잘 탐지하는 것으로 나타났다. Method Ⅱ인 컨벌루션에 사용 되는 필터 벡터를 잘 응용하면 더 좋은 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
